Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the health of BUMDes based on aspects of capital, liquidity, independence and growth (case study of BUMDes Dana Asri Sejahtera, Wonoasri Village, Tempurejo District, Jember Regency). The analytical tool used in this study is an analysis of aspects of capital, liquidity, independence and growth. Based on the analysis results show that the health of BUMDes based on aspects of capital, liquidity, and growth is quite healthy. The factors that affect the health level of BUMDes Dana Asri Sejahtera in 2019-2020 are the estimated capital of BUMDes Dana Asri Sejahtera in meeting their operational needs. The ability of Dana Asri Sejahtera BUMDes to fulfill their short-term obligations, and the ability of Dana Asri Sejahtera BUMDes to produce SHU for capital or independence and or for institutional development, member dividends and operating expenses or expenses.

Abstract

Study aims to determine and analyze the effect of destination image, promotion, service quality on visitor satisfaction at Dira Swimming Pool Ambulu. The primary data sources used in this study were respondents' answers through questionnaire items. The population of this study were all visitors to the Ambulu Dira Swimming Pool whose exact number could not be counted. Thus the number of samples in this study amounted to 80 respondents. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Multiple regression test results show that the image of the destination has a positive effect on visitor satisfaction. This proves that a good destination image will increase visitor satisfaction at Dira Swimming Pool Ambulu. Promotion has a positive effect on visitor satisfaction. This proves that an attractive promotion will increase visitor satisfaction of Dira Swimming Pool Ambulu. Service quality has a positive effect on visitor satisfaction. This proves that good service quality will increase visitor satisfaction of Dira Swimming Pool Ambulu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of marketing mix decisions in choosing a product (Case Study on New Customers in MyDevTeam). The primary data sources used in this study were respondents' answers through a questionnaire item. The population of this study is all new potential customers who make purchases at MyDevTeam. The number of samples in this study was set at 110 respondents with the criteria of prospective customers who have a business more than 1 year so that they need innovative marketing services. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple regression testing show that product quality influences the decision to choose a new customer product at MyDevTeam. Price affects the decision to choose a new customer product in MyDevTeam. Place affects the decision to choose a new customer product in MyDevTeam. Promotion affects the decision to choose a new customer product in MyDevTeam.

Abstract

Perencanan karir diharapkan mampu menjadi stimulus dalam diri seseorang untuk termotivasi dalam bekerja dan berprestasi. Karir akan menjadi dorongan bagi pegawai selain bagi pelaksanaan tugas dari organisasi, namun bagi individu pegawai akan menjadi pencapaian yang akan meningkatkan peran dan posisinya dalam organisasi. Riset ini ditujukan untuk menguji apakah persepsi kesetaraan gender dan motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh terhadap perencanaan karir dan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian asosiatif. Populasi penelitian adalah Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Kabupaten Bondowoso yang berjenis kelamin perempuan sejumlah 3500 orang (data tahun 2022). Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan non-probability sampling dan jumlah sampel mengacu pada Rumus Slovin sebanyak 97 orang. Untuk analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square/SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kesetaraan gender berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perencanaan karir dan kinerja. Motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perencanaan karir dan kinerja. Perencanaan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan sesuai dengan apa yang terjadi di lapangan pada Eiger Karimata Jember, dimana evaluasi masalah yang terjadi berfokus pada persaingan penjualan di era digital saat ini karena sangat menentukan keputusan pembelian di Eiger Karimata Jember. Fokus penelitian ini pada variabel brand image, promosi, dan kualitas produk yang merupakan faktor keputusan pembelian. Selain itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image, promosi, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian di Eiger Karimata Jember. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Eiger di Karimata Jember. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Responden atau konsumen yang menjadi sampel sebanyak 102. Jumlah kuisioner yang disebar dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 102 kuisioner dengan data kuisioner yang dapat diolah sebanyak 102 kuisioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa brand image dengan thitung 2,588, promosi dengan thitung 1,883, dan kualitas produk degan thitung 1,910 berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian di Eiger Karimata Jember. Hasil uji determinasi dengan nilai r-kuadrat sebesar 0,727 atau 72,2% menunjukkan secara parsial variabel brand image, promosi, dan kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian di Eiger Karimata Jember.

Abstract

One of the most crucial aspects of the company's advancement was the recent, rapid changed in the business world and marketing issues. To obtain a high customer interest in purchasing, we had to get a policy that could offer companies immediate incentives for using the appropriate marketing strategy. By enhancing product completeness, pricing perception, and location, the corporation could improve purchasing decisions by using one of these marketing tactics. This approach could improve consumer purchasing choices at the Soponyono Muneng Animal Feed Store. This research aimed to ascertain how product completeness, perceived price, and location affected consumers' decisions to buy at the Soponyono Muneng Animal Feed Store in Gumukmas-Jember. Product completeness, pricing perception, and location were the independent factors used in this research, while purchasing choice was the dependent variable utilized in this research. The participants of this research, which also incorporated quantitative research, were the customer base of Soponyono Muneng's Animal Feed Shop. There were 112 samples in this research, and purposive sampling was used to choose them. The analytical method used in this research was multiple linear regression by using the SPSS25 program. Based on previous research findings, the product had a significant value of 0.005 and a t-count value of 2.876, according to the t-test of completion. Then the data demonstrated that the product's completeness significantly influenced positively and consumers' purchase decisions. The price perception variable, however, had a significant value of 0.015 and a t-count value of 2.481. Then the evidence indicated that price perception greatly influenced positively and purchasing choices. The data demonstrated that the location substantially impacted positively and purchasing decisions even though the location variable had a t-value of 2.637 and a significant value of 0.010.

Abstract

Today's globalization forces companies to compete fiercely in order to survive in their business. Companies that survive are companies that have succeeded in building competitive advantages and have good performance. Human resources (HR) is one of the determinants of the company's success, because the role of human resources is to plan, implement, and control various company operational activities. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction,work environment and compensation on employee turnover intention at Dira Market Kencong. This type of research is causal comparative research. The population in this study are all employees who are in the market division. The sample used was 94 respondents. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study prove that job satisfaction has effect on employee turnover intention at Dira Market Kencong, work environment has effect on employee turnover intention at Dira Market Kencong, and compensation has effect on employee turnover intention at Dira Market Kencong.

Abstract

Customer loyalty is an important aspect that is considered by a company, as well as in the food business, along with the development of the culinary business in the city of Jember, the competition faced by Mie Apong Sampurna Gebang Jember is also getting tougher, to overcome competitive competition and also maintain customer loyalty. it is necessary to have a strategy, namely through product diversification, price and customer satisfaction to continue to increase customer loyalty so that they can continue to compete and open up opportunities to expand their business. This research was conducted on Mie Apong Sampurna Gebang Jember customers. The purpose of this study was to measure whether there is an effect of product diversification, price, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at Mie Apong Sampurna Gebang Jember. This type of research is quantitative associative research. The population in this study were customers of Mie Apong Sampurna Gebang Jember. The data analysis technique used to test the hypotheses in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the t test and the coefficient of determination (R2) which was processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) 23 program. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observations and interviews. The sample of this research is 150 respondents of Mie Apong Sampurna Gebang Jember customers using purposive sampling technique which aims to determine the respondent's perception of each variable. The results of this study prove that Product Diversification, Price, and Loyalty have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of Mie Apong Sampurna Gebang Jember

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedisplinan, komunikasi, dan Stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kecamatan Tanggul Kabupaten Jember dan apakah vaiabel kedisiplinan dan komunikasi brgengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Tanggul Kabupaten Jember. Sampel dalam peenelitian ini bejumlah 43 pegawai. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Tanggul Kabupaten Jember. Metode untuk pengujian dengan melihat pengaruh variable independen dan variable dependen menggunakan regresi linier berganda pada SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil uji t (parsial) bahwa kedisiplinan kerja (X1) dengan nilai t hitung 3,128 < t tabel 2,008 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,003 > 0,05, komunikasik kerja (X2) dengan nilai t hitung 3,013 < ttabel 2,008 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,005 > 0.05, stress kerja (X3) dengan nilai thitung -1,066 < ttabel 2,008 dan nilai negatif sebesar 0,293 > 0.05. Hasil penelitian uji T secara parsial yabf menunjukan bahwa kedisiplinan dan komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Tanggul Kabupaten Jember, stress kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Tanggul Kabupaten Jember. Hasil adjusted R square sebesar 0, 499 % yang meenunjukan bahwa pengaruh yang diberikan variabel kedisiplinan (X1), komunikasi (X2) dan stress kerja (X3) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) kecamatan tanggul kabepaten jember, dan terdapat faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kinerjapegawai sebesar 50,1% di Kecamatan Tanggul Kabupaten Jember selain kedisiplinan, komunikasi dan stress kerja yaitu pelayanan dan pengaruh lingkungan.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction in the service sector is a customer's short-term emotional reaction to the performance of certain services, the level of customer satisfaction can occur after experiencing whether the services they expect are met or exceeded. If the customer feels disappointed, dissatisfied after receiving the service, it will cause problems for the service provider, if the customer feels happy and satisfied after receiving the service provided, it will lead to customer satisfaction. This research was conducted on customers of PT. BPR Nur Semesta Indah Semboro. This research was conducted to find out whether the less friendly and less fast service in serving transactions has an effect on customer satisfaction, whether the interest rate which is rather high compared to state-owned banks has an effect on customer satisfaction, whether the location of companies that enter villages far from the city center has an effect on satisfaction . This study aims to determine the effect of service on customer satisfaction, to determine the effect of interest rates on customer satisfaction, and to determine the effect of company location on customer satisfaction at PT. BPR Nur Semesta Indah Semboro Branch. Methods of data collection in this research using questionnaires, observation, and interviews. . The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS21 program. From the results of research that has been done, based on the results of the t test the service variable has a t calculated value of 3.490 with a significant value of 0.001, the data shows that service perception has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, the interest rate variable has a t calculated value of 7.334 with a significant value of 0.000, the data shows that the perception of interest rates has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, and the location variable, namely the t-count value of 5.293 with a significant value of 0.000, the data shows that the perception of location has a positive effect on customer satisfaction.
