Abstract

PPM ini difokuskan pada pembuatan peningkatan keterampilan kreasi tangan tradisional melalui kegiatan peningkatan SDM yang dilaksanakan di desa Suralaga. Penentuan pelatihan ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya minat dan ketertarikan dalam memanfaatkan sesuatu dan minimnya kemampuan kreatifitas masyarakat Desa Suralaga. Selain itu, di kalangan masyarakat pemanfaatan gelas plastik masih kurang dikreasikan. Sebagian besar hanya dibuat sebagai tumpukan sampah dan dijual sebagai barang rongsokan. Namun, tidak jarang juga di manfaatkan sebagai hiasan gantung dalam ruangan sekolah ataupun rumah yang dibentuk menyerupai bunga, gelang, dan tidak jarang juga di manfaatkan sebagai piring dengan memanfaatkan lingkaran pada gelas tersebut dan sisa nya dibuang atau dibakar. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai pada pelatihan dan pembuatan Tas Tali Kur ini diantaranya: 1) membantu untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kreasi tangan masyarakat Dames melalui kegiatan pelatihan secara langsung, 2) memberikan pemahaman bagaimana cara membuat tas tali kur pada mahasiswa dan masyarakat, 3) memberikan kesempatan dan pengalaman kerja untuk dosen dan mahasiswa, 4) membina kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak terkait, terutama pihak kampus. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan PPM ini adalah melalui pelatihan. Bahan-bahan yang dibutuhkan dan langkah-langkah dalam pembuatan terkait pelatihan disampaikan melalui diskusi. Kemudian selanjutnya pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan praktik secara langsung. Kegiatan PPM ini secara keseluruan mendapatkan hasil yang baik dan memuaskan. Beberapa komponen yang berhasil dicapai dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini diantaranya: 1) ketecapaian tujuan kegiatan, 2) tecapainya target benda yang telah direncanakan

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini terciptanya produk dan bertambahnya pengetahuan tentang barang Handycraft dan pupuk rumahan.Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama 3 bulan, Beberapa tahapan yang dilakukan diantaranya yang pertama sosialisasi kegiatan dan kordinasi dengan pihak Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Lombk Timur. Kedua Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pemanfaatan limbah anorganik pembuatan handycraft aneka pajangan. Ketiga Pelaksanan kegiatan Pemanfaatan limbah Dapur melalui Pembuatan Biopori dan Pupuk kompos.Keempat selanjutnya tetap dilakukan pemantauan selama 2 sampai 3 bulan. Peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan sangat antusias. Terlebuh lagi pada kegiatan pembuatan handicraft dilakukan dengan cara kompetisi antar kelompok peserta ibu ibu rumah tangga sehingga bisa mendapatkan hasil yang sangat memuaskan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Poverty Analysis of Children's Education Level in Paokmotong Village. This research uses a descriptive type of qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews and documentation with 80 respondents to poor people in Paokmotong village. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique through qualitative research, which uses data and information obtained directly from information then analyzed using the existing theoretical basis and obtained systematically based on facts in the field. The poverty experienced by the poor in Paokmotng Village has a wide impact on the level of education in the community. This can be seen in various aspects, namely employment or income, human resources, natural resources and government policies. From these various aspects, the impact of poverty is relative because each family has and feels a different impact from other families in the level of education, namely a low level of education

Abstract

The aim of this research is First, Description and analysis of teacher and student collaboration in Improving Discipline Character at Darul Mujahidin Plus Tahfiz Islamic Elementary School. Second, description and analysis of collaboration between teachers and parents in improving discipline character at Darul Mujahidin Islamic elementary School. Third, description and analysis of collaboration between teachers, students and parents in improving discipline character at Darul Mujahidin Islamic elementary School. In this research, researchers used a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using unstructured interviews, observation and documentation. The research informants were the chairman of the foundation, deputy principal, teachers, students and parents at the Plus Tahfiz Darul Mujahidin Islamic Elementary School. After the data is obtained, it is then analyzed, while the steps for processing qualitative descriptive data are by means of data reduction, data display, conclusions and data verification. In this research the researcher found several findings (1) Teacher and Student Collaboration in Improving Discipline Character in Elementary Schools (2) Teacher and Parent Collaboration in Improving Discipline Character in Elementary Schools school committees, communication, home visits and student parent meetings and teachers (GROUP). (3) Collaboration between Teachers, Students and Parents in Improving Discipline Character in Elementary Schools through counseling guidance, home visits, and through contact books.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the condition of students who experience delays in beginning reading in class I of Selangit State Elementary School. The focus of the research in this thesis is: 1) Beginning reading ability using the Game Approach for participants. 2) Teacher strategies in improving beginning reading ability through letter card media using the Game Approach for students. 3) Teacher strategies in improving beginning reading ability through word card media using the Game Approach for students. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive research type. The location of the research is at Selangit State Elementary School. Data sources are obtained from two types, namely primary and secondary data sources. Data collection methods use interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. While checking the validity of the data uses (1) extension of participation, (2) persistence, (3) triangulation. The results of the study: 1) The ability to read early using the Game Approach for students at SD Negeri Selangit, namely there are several students who are not yet fluent in reading, then the school has a policy or program to improve the reading ability of these students, namely by providing intensive guidance for reading the Literacy Program, reading corners in each class, 10 minutes of reading before learning begins and using the Game Approach used by grade I teachers because the application is easy and fun so that it helps children understand and master reading fluently. 2) The teacher's strategy in improving the ability to read early through letter card media using the Game Approach for students at SD Negeri Selangit, namely the letter card media is used to help develop children's memory at the early reading stage. With that, students will be able to explore finding new vocabulary and increasing their vocabulary. 3) The teacher's strategy in improving the ability to read early through word card media using the Game Approach for students at SD Negeri Selangit, namely the word card media is very suitable for grade 1 students because the word card media uses words.

Abstract

This study reveals and analyzes in more depth and reveals various problems of teacher pedagogical competence in elementary schools in implementing learning and solving existing problems and alternative solutions that can be done to overcome the problems of teacher pedagogical competence, especially in elementary schools. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. This research is aqualitative (naturalistic) research with a field research type. Based on the previous description, it can be concluded that 1) Problems of teacher pedagogical competence in learning include; a) media to be used in the learning process, b) minimal emotional stability and c) lack of teacher interest in research (sense academic research). 2) Implementation of the application of elementary school teacher pedagogical competence in implementing learning assessments that meet the criteria a) application of student characteristic assessments; (b) application of pedagogy based on mastery of learning theory and learning principles; (c) application of curriculum-based pedagogy; (d) application of pedagogy based on the implementation of learning; (e) application of pedagogy based on utilizing information and communication technology; (f) application of pedagogy based on effective, empathetic, and polite communication; (g) application of pedagogy based on assessment and evaluation of learning processes and outcomes; and (h) application of pedagogy based on utilization of assessment and evaluation results. 3) The impact of elementary school teachers' pedagogical competence in implementing learning assessment in elementary schools is that it can provide an overview of pedagogical competence, especially learning assessment, which must be possessed by teachers in order to achieve success in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the certified internship and independent study (MSIB) program on the Self-confidence and job opportunities of Hamzanwadi University students. The design in this study is descriptive quantitative with a survey technique to obtain primary and secondary data and data from the MSIB Higher Education Program Coordinator at Hamzanwadi University. The population in this study was 61 respondents consisting of students who took the MSIB program at Hamzanwadi University from batches 1 - 5 in 2021/2022 - 2023/2024. The sampling technique used was a total sampling technique or census sampling. The data was processed using SPSS statistics ver. 22 with several tests, namely hypothesis analysis, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. Based on the process data, between internship variables and student self-confidence with a t table value smaller than the calculated t (2.002 < 2.705) there is a positive influence, without any significant impact between internship variables and student job prospects with a t table value > calculated t (2.002 > -0.586), independent study variables on self-confidence with a lower calculated t value than the t table (1.784 < 2.002), independent study variables on job opportunities with a higher t table value than the calculated t (2.002 > 0.863), simultaneously there is a large effect between internship variables, certified independent studies (MSIB) on self-confidence with a table F value greater than the calculated F value (11.631 > 3, 16) and significantly affects between internship variables, certified independent studies (MSIB) on job opportunities with a calculated F value < F table (1.210 < 3.16). In R square (R2) on variable Y1, the results obtained were 26.2% and Y2 obtained 0.7%, meaning that students' self-confidence and job opportunities can be explained by the internship and certified independent study variables and the remaining 73.8% and 99.3% are unknown due to the influence of variables outside this study

Abstract

Indonesia boasts a rich and diverse traditional culture, shaped by its historical context, geographic conditions, religious influences, values, and the varied experiences of its people. The distinctiveness and variety of these traditional cultures offer valuable insights and serve as resources for learning mathematics and economics. Common perceptions often dissociate mathematics from everyday activities such as farming, trading, and other practical tasks. This research aims to investigate the mathematical principles embedded in the Bedeyé activities within the traditional economic and trade practices of the Sasak tribe. Employing a qualitative research approach with ethnographic methods, data were gathered through observation, literature review, and interviews with cultural practitioners, traditional traders, community leaders, and cultural experts. The research findings reveal that Bedeyé activities exemplify traditional barter-based trading practices, where goods are exchanged for other goods. The mathematical concepts identified in the Bedeyé tradition include comparative mathematics, set theory, and volume estimation. Moreover, the educational values inherent in Bedeyé activities encompass itiq, saling redaq, semaiq, and saling saduq. These mathematical principles observed in the traditional trading systems of the Sasak tribe, as demonstrated through Bedeyé activities, can be leveraged as educational tools and foundational elements for teaching mathematics.

Abstract

Sharia cooperatives are legal entities and family-based businesses that prioritize a sense of brotherhood among all members based on Islamic sharia, namely the Qur'an and Sunnah.  The purpose of the sharia cooperative itself is to advance the economy of its members and society in general.  The main issue that arises in this research is: What is the role of the Surya Ganda Lestari Sharia Cooperative from the perspective of Islamic economics?  What are the challenges faced by Koperasi Syariah Surya Ganda Lestari in managing its business?  And also, what solutions have been implemented by the Syariah Cooperative Surya Ganda Lestari to address the issues that have arisen?  This research aims to provide an understanding of the role of sharia cooperatives in improving the economy of their members.  The research conducted is qualitative research using a descriptive design. The subjects of this research include all employees of Koperasi Syariah Surya Ganda Lestari, informants, including cooperative managers, cooperative supervisors, and employees or members of Koperasi Syariah Surya Ganda Lestari.  This research includes field studies, data collected through direct observation, data analysis, and drawing conclusions.  The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation.  The research results obtained show that 1) Koperasi Syariah Surya Ganda Lestari provides a significant contribution to the economic welfare of its pre-members 2) The existing obstacles are problematic loans, and there is still a fine system in the cooperative, 3) The solution is, in addressing problematic loans: by rescheduling, setting requirements, and organizing.  In handling fines: For customers who are unable to pay their bills, the cooperative should forgive and guide those customers.  Sharia cooperatives must maintain their existence, innovation, and support from the community.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to examine the impact of online games on the concentration and learning behavior of elementary school students in Lenek. In the digital era, online games have become a widespread phenomenon among children, including elementary school students. Excessive use of online games is suspected to disrupt concentration and alter students' learning behavior. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The research results indicate that online games have a significant influence on the concentration and learning behavior of elementary school students. Negative impacts found include decreased learning focus, lack of learning motivation, and less positive behavioral changes. This research concludes that more attention is needed from parents, teachers, and schools in supervising the use of online games among elementary school students.
