Abstract

The business of the Bulowattang village women farmer group is a business that makes herbal oil or known as VCO. VCO is products that have many benefits in terms of health and beauty. Therefore, this business is able to compete with other products and is able to develop rapidly in the future. According to the results of this research, using the canvas business model, it has displayed comprehensive business activities, visible from each business model elements that have described all business activities in the vco business of the Bulowattang Village women's group that will be implemented.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui penggunaan input produksi luas lahan, benih, pupuk, pestisida dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh terhadap produksi jagung serta mengetahui tingkat penggunaan input produksi usahatani jagung di Kabupaten Mamuju. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret sampai dengan Juni 2023 bertempat di Kabupaten Mamuju. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda yang diolah menggunakan software SPSS 23 Hasil penelitian yaitu variabel luas lahan, benih, pupuk, pestisida dan tenaga kerja, berpengaruh secara simultan atau nyata. Hasil analisis efisiensi harga (alokatif) menunjukan bahwa dari variabel luas lahan, pupuk, pestisida dan tenaga kerja menunjukan bahwa efisiensi harga k < 1 sehingga perlu dikurangi agar mencapai kondisi efisien. Sedangkan variabel benih dengan nilai k > 1 dengan demikian variabel yang digunakan responden petani jagung dinyatakan belum efisien, sehingga perlu ditambah untuk mencapai produksi yang maksimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis kemampuan akusisi pengetahuan praktek siswa melalui penggunaan media pembelajaran buku pedoman praktikum dan video tutorial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif denganteknik pengumupulan data menggunakan lembar observasi kegiatan praktikum. Dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t sebagai metode uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan perbedaan kemampuan akuisisi pengetahuan siswa dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran yang bervariasi. Fakta ini menunjukan peran krusial media pembelajaran dalam memberikan kontribusi dalam penguatan wawasan siswa. Siswa cenderung menunjukan kemampuan akuisisi pengetahuan yang lebih baik ketika menggunakan video tutorial praktikum. Sedangkan media modul praktikum kurang mendukung dalam menuntun pengetahuan praktik siswa. Hal pokok yang menjadi penyebab perbedaan ini adalah terletak pada kemampuan video tutorial dalam menjelaskan prosedur praktikum secara utuh dengan bahasa yang lebih sederhana. Sehingga siswa hanya mengikuti tahapan kinerja dalam video menjadi keterampilan praktik. Sementara saat menggunakan modul praktikum, siswa kesulitan dalam memahami dan mengartikulasi kalimat dan kata yang menerangkan tahapan dan prosedur praktikum. Kekeliruan dalam analisis makna kata dan kalimat dan modul praktikum menjadi hambatan siswa untuk melakukan praktikum secara tuntas dan tepat sasaran.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the characteristics of the organizational structure and the efforts of the head of the madrasa to improve employee performance at the Amanatul Ummah Pacet International Standard Madrasah. This type of research has used descriptive qualitative. For data collection techniques, researchers used observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis in this study begins before being in the field, analyzing data in the field, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the characteristics of the organizational structure in the Amanatul Ummah Pacet International Standard Madrasah impacted employee performance. Characteristics of the organizational structure here using the line staff organizational structure are different from school institutions. The organizational structure at the Amanatul Ummah Pacet International Standard Madrasah impacts employee performance where the performance has a perfect communication pattern.

Abstract

Based on the research that has been done in VII grade student of MTs Asy-Syafi'iyahBendung found a problem that has an average mathematics value low. This iscaused  by learning  mathematics is still conventional and monotonous. So, there needs to be an effort to improve student learning outcomes. One of them is by applying the ELPSA framework learning. The purpose of this action research is to improve the learning outcomes at VII grade student of MTs Asy-Syafi'iyahBendungin academic year 2017/2018. The type of this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research consisted 4 stages of CAR (Planning, Implementation, Observation and Reflection). The subject of this research are30 student at VII grade.The study was conducted within 6 weeks. The instruments in this research are daily tests, evaluation tests, and LKS. The results of research showed that student learning outcomes improved after applying ELPSA framework. Student’s completeness scor in cycle I is 30,76% increased to 86.7% in cycle II. Then it can be concluded that the implementation of ELPSA frame work on subject matter statistic can to improve student learning outcomes at VII grade student of MTs Asy-Syafi'iyah Bendung academic year 2017/2018.

Abstract

Sigi Regency has significant potential in catfish cultivation, but most of its production is still sold fresh, resulting in low added value. Processing catfish, both meat and waste, into crackers with various flavors is a strategic innovation to increase economic value while reducing environmental pollution. Utilizing catfish waste, such as bones, skin, and heads, supports the principle of zero waste and creates environmentally friendly products. This activity aims to develop innovations in processing catfish meat and waste into high-value crackers, in order to increase community income and reduce environmental impact. The approach used is the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) community empowerment method through training in catfish cracker making. This process involves three types of products: catfish meat crackers, catfish waste crackers, and crackers made from a combination of catfish meat and waste. The activity stages include preparation, introduction to theory, and hands-on practice by the community of Kalukubula Village. This community service is carried out in Sigi Regency to increase the utilization of catfish, which has previously only been sold fresh. The activity focused on training in processing catfish meat and waste into crackers with original, spicy, and balado flavors. As a result, the community gained new skills in processing catfish creatively, efficiently, and environmentally friendly. The catfish cracker product is considered to have good market prospects and can create new business opportunities. This activity has proven to provide added value, strengthen the local economy, and support sustainability principles. This innovation is expected to become a model that can be replicated in other regions to support sustainable local economic development.
