Abstract

ABSTRAKEfek samping pengobatan antipsikotik antara lain munculnya sejumlah masalah seksual, dan salah satunya adalah perilaku seksual. Jika perilaku seksual tidak terkendali, tentu akan berdampak pada pasien, perawat, keluarga, dan sekitarnya; Oleh karena itu, penting untuk melakukan upaya pemecahan masalah tersebut melalui intervensi pendidikan seks. Tujuan program ini memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi perawat jiwa dalam rangka meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi pada pasien gangguan jiwa melakukan edukasi seksual. Output yang dihasilkan melalui program ini terdiri dari prosedur operasi standar dan buku catatan perawat. Metode implementasi meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi perawat jiwa dalam dalam pendidikan seksual. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah sebagian besar keterampilan komunikasi perawat psikiatri dalam pendidikan seksual yang mengikuti peningkatan keterampilan. Kesimpulan telah terjadi peningkatan keterampilan komunikasi perawat psikiatri dalam pendidikan seksual.Kata kunci: perawat jiwa, pendidikans seksual, pelatihanABSTRACTThe side effect of antipsychotic treatment include sthe emergence of a number of sexual problems, and one of which is sexual behavior. If the sexual behavior is uncontrollable, there will certainly be an impact on the patient, nurses, family, and the surroundings; therefore, it is important to make an effort to solve such problem through sex education interventions. The objective this program provide training and mentoring for psychiatric nurses in order to improve educational communication skills in mental patients. The output produced through this program consist of standart operation procedur and nurse’s log book. Implementation methods improve communication skills psychiatric nurses within in sexual education. Result in this activity are the majority of communication skills psychiatric nurses within in sexual education who follow increased skills. Abstract

Spiritual care is essential in nursing, especially for patients with chronic or palliative conditions such as coronary heart disease. Although medical intervention is crucial, Islamic spiritual therapy using murottal has a significant impact on patient satisfaction. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of murottal in enhancing patient satisfaction among individuals with coronary heart disease. A quasi-experimental pretest-posttest design was used with 52 participants at Siti Khadijah Islamic Hospital, Palembang, Indonesia. Total sampling was applied, and data were analyzed using the paired sample t-test. Patient satisfaction was measured using a Likert-scale questionnaire to assess the impact of murottal spiritual care. The results showed that the control and intervention groups had a mean age of 54 ± 6.33 and 56 ± 8.65 years, with a disease duration of 10 ± 6.38 and 9 ± 4.33 years, respectively. Most participants were male (78.8% -control, 73.1% -intervention), had low education levels, and were unemployed. Before the intervention, dissatisfaction was reported by 84.6% of the intervention group and 88.5% of the control group. Afterward, 80.8% of the intervention group expressed satisfaction, while 76.9% of the control group remained dissatisfied. The t-test yielded a p-value of < 0.05 (0.000), indicating that murottal significantly increases patient satisfaction. Integrating murottal into nursing can enhance spiritual well-being and improve patient satisfaction, particularly in chronic and palliative care settings. Keywords: coronary heart disease, murottal, nursing care, patient satisfaction, spiritual care   Abstrak Peningkatan Kepuasan Pasien Jantung Koroner melalui Pelayanan Spritual Islami dengan Murottal dalam Praktik Keperawatan. Perawatan spiritual sangat penting dalam keperawatan, terutama bagi pasien dengan kondisi kronis atau paliatif seperti penyakit jantung koroner. Meskipun intervensi medis sangat krusial, terapi spiritual Islam menggunakan murottal memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas murottal dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pasien pada individu dengan penyakit jantung koroner. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuasi-eksperimental dengan pretest-posttest pada 52 partisipan di Rumah Sakit Islam Siti Khadijah, Palembang, Indonesia. Teknik total sampling diterapkan, dan data dianalisis menggunakan paired sample t-test. Kepuasan pasien diukur menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert untuk menilai dampak dari perawatan spiritual Murottal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok intervensi dan kontrol memiliki rata-rata usia 54 ± 6,33 dan 56 ± 8,65 tahun, dengan durasi penyakit masing-masing 10 ± 6,38 dan 9 ± 4,33 tahun. Sebagian besar partisipan berjenis kelamin laki-laki (78,8% kontrol, 73,1% intervensi), memiliki tingkat pendidikan rendah, dan tidak bekerja. Sebelum intervensi, ketidakpuasan dilaporkan oleh 84,6% kelompok intervensi dan 88,5% kelompok kontrol. Setelah intervensi, 80,8% kelompok intervensi menyatakan puas, sementara 76,9% kelompok kontrol tetap tidak puas. Uji t menghasilkan nilai p < 0,05 (0,000), yang menunjukkan bahwa murottal secara signifikan meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Integrasi Murottal dalam praktik keperawatan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan spiritual dan kepuasan pasien, terutama dalam perawatan kronis dan paliatif. Abstract

ABSTRAK Stimulasi yang diberikan salah satunya berupa latihan (exercise) melalui kegiatan bermain dan latihan koordinasi dan psikoedukasi. Terdapat kendala yang dirasakan oleh pengurus dan pengajar PKBM. Program stimulasi belajar antara latihan dan konseling yang diberikan pada anak masih berjalan terpisah belum terintegrasi secara komprehensif yang bermanfaat untuk memudahkan pengurus dan pengajar memantau kemajuan dan perkembangan tumbug kembang setiap anak. Selain itu, dokumentasi catatan laporan hasil dan evaluasi stimulasi dan perkembangan fisik dan emosional anak masih dilakukan secara manual, menggunakan buku dan catatan kertas, yang tentunya menyulitkan pengelolaan dan pemantauan perkembangan anak secara lebih efektif. Kegiatan pengembangan khususnya program stimulasi selama ini masih dikelola secara terpisah dan belum terorganisasi dan terintregrasi dengan baik menggunakan sistem komputer. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu membantu peningkatan pelayanan kemampuan pengelola dan pengajar dalam pelakasannan program stimulasi latihan dan konseling melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Enam langkah metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan mulai dari sosialisasi E-Growth Counselling: LALIN (Latihan dan Konseling), pengenalan teknologi dan uji coba sistem, pelatihan dan pendampingan stimulasi latihan, pelatihan dan pendampingan, penerapan teknologi dan evaluasi program. Terdapat Peningkatan pada Hasil yang didapat Kemampuan manajemen pengelolaan program stimulasi meningkat menjadi 88% dengan E-Growth Counselling: LALIN (Latihan dan Konseling) Pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengelola dalam melakukan program konseling menigkat menjadi 95% dan pada program latihan meningkat menjadi 89%. E-Growth Counselling: LALIN (Latihan dan Konseling) mampu meningkatkan kemampuan pengelola dan pengajar dalam pelakasannan program belajar, hal ini sejalan dengan output utama yaitu pemberdayaan pengelola. Kata Kunci: E-Growth Counselling, Pengelola, Pemberdayaan, Fisioterapi, Tumbuh Kembang.   ABSTRACT One of the stimulations provided is in the form of exercises through play activities and coordination and psychoeducation training. There are obstacles felt by the administrators and teachers of PKBM. The learning stimulation program between the exercises and counseling given to children is still running separately and has not been comprehensively integrated which is useful for making it easier for administrators and teachers to monitor the progress and development of each child's growth and development. In addition, documentation of reports on the results and evaluation of stimulation and physical and emotional development of children is still done manually, using paper books and notes, which certainly makes it difficult to manage and monitor child development more effectively. Development activities, especially stimulation programs, have so far been managed separately and have not been well organized and integrated using a computer system. The purpose of this community service is to help improve the service capabilities of administrators and teachers in implementing stimulation training and counseling programs through the use of information technology. Six steps of implementation methods are carried out starting from the socialization of E-Growth Counseling: LALIN (Training and Counseling), introduction of technology and system trials, training and mentoring of stimulation training, training and mentoring, application of technology and program evaluation. There is an increase in the results obtained. The management ability of managing stimulation programs increased to 88% with E-Growth Counseling: LALIN (Training and Counseling). The knowledge and skills of managers in conducting counseling programs increased to 95% and in training programs increased to 89%. E-Growth Counseling: LALIN (Training and Counseling) is able to improve the ability of managers and teachers in implementing learning programs, this is in line with the main output, namely empowering managers. Keywords:  E-Growth Counseling, Management, Empowerment, Physiotherapy, Growing And Developing.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of management effectivenessthe influence of knowledge and organizational culture on the performance of teachers in schoolsSunday Buddhist Schools (SMB) spread across the Makassar region. The independent variables in this study are the effectiveness of knowledge management (X1) and organizational culture (X2), while the dependent variable is teacher performance (Y). The analytical approach used in this study is multiple linear regression to examine the contribution of each independent variable to teacher performance. The sample was determined using a probability sampling technique, with a total of 86 respondents. Primary data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed online via Google Form. Hypothesis testing was conducted using SPSS software version 20.0 for Windows. The results of the studyThis study demonstrates that effective knowledge management and organizational culture play a significant role in improving the performance of Buddhist Sunday School teachers in Makassar City. Well-managed knowledge management can help teachers access, manage, and utilize relevant information to support learning activities. Meanwhile, a supportive organizational culture fosters a harmonious work environment, increases motivation, and strengthens teachers' commitment to their responsibilities as educators. Simultaneously, these two factors complement each other in creating conditions conducive to improving teacher performance.
