Abstract

Coronary heart disease is a chronic condition that can induce physiological and psychological changes in patients. One of the potential impacts is anxiety and depression related to the disease's progression. Patients undergoing procedures such as heart bypass often experience anxiety and depression due to various factors, particularly fear and a declining physical condition. Therefore, patients require therapy to alleviate anxiety and depression, promoting positive perceptions and relaxation to enhance their quality of life. Murottal therapy involves listening to the recitation of holy verses from the Quran, providing comfort and calmness to the patient. This research aims to assess the effectiveness of murotal therapy with Ar Rahman in addressing anxiety and depression in patients with coronary heart disease. The research methodology employed is a Literature Review, encompassing International Journals and National Journals published from 2018 to 2023. Literature was collected using Google Scholar and Pubmed databases with the keywords: Coronary Heart Disease, Anxiety, Depression, Murottal Ar-Rahman Therapy. The search yielded 317 articles based on the specified keywords. After filtering through predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria, 7 articles, comprising 6 National Journals and 1 International Journals, were reviewed. The results indicate that Ar Rahman murottal therapy can effectively reduce levels of anxiety and depression in patients with Coronary Heart Disease.

Abstract

Integrated patient development records form an integral part of nursing Integrated patient development records and Documentation, serving as a tangible representation of nurses' responsibility and accountability in executing their duties through interprofessional collaboration, while also offering authentic records of professional nursing care management. This study aims to elucidate the description of patient progress records and the completeness of nursing care Integrated patient development records and Documentation for Diabetes Mellitus patients in the Inpatient Ward of Siti Khadijah Islamic Hospital, Palembang. Employing a descriptive analytical approach with a cross-sectional design, the research involved purposive sampling, encompassing a total of 36 respondents. The findings revealed that among the respondents, 9 medical records (25%) were categorized as good, while 27 (75%) were classified as poor. Diagnosis results indicated that 28 medical records (77.8%) were deemed good, while 8 (22.2%) were rated as bad. Intervention records demonstrated that 3 respondents' medical records (8.3%) were assessed as good, whereas 33 respondents' records (91.7%) were categorized as poor. Implementation data showed that 26 respondents' medical records (72.2%) were in the good category, while 10 (27.8%) were in the bad category. Assessment outcomes showed that 5 respondents' medical records (13.9%) were considered good, while 31 (86.1%) were regarded as poor. Overall, Integrated patient development records and Documentation practices were observed among nurses in the inpatient ward at Siti Khadijah Islamic Hospital, Palembang; however, the implementation remains suboptimal. Statistical analysis of 36 medical records revealed that 24 (66.7%) were categorized as poor, whereas 12 (33.3%) were rated as good. Consequently, it is recommended to conduct standardized Integrated patient development records and Documentation training for both experienced and novice nurses, spanning across vocational and professional levels. Additionally, there is a necessity to establish and enhance nursing care instruments in alignment with standards, ensuring the optimal implementation of nursing process Integrated patient development records and Documentation

Abstract

Spirituality is a fundamental need for every individual. Patients undergoing treatment, especially those with chronic, critical, or terminal conditions, often experience anxiety related to pain, uncertainty, and death. For patients in such conditions, spirituality becomes a primary source of calm and healing power. The ARIS (Anxiety and Depression Reduction Through Islamic Spiritual Care) module was developed as a guide to meet patients' spiritual needs through a structured Islamic approach. This study aims to explore the implementation of spiritual nursing care using the ARIS module, particularly for patients experiencing anxiety and depression. The method used follows the Kirkpatrick Model, including theoretical explanations, detailed concepts of spiritual care, and role-play sessions. This activity will be conducted over four weeks with patients experiencing chronic illness at Siti Khadijah Islamic Hospital in Palembang in 2024, through dissemination sessions and direct practice. Analysis results show that the ARIS module effectively meets patients' spiritual needs, thereby reducing their anxiety and depression. This module includes a prayer guide, healing prayers, and Al-Quran murottal, which are regarded as complete and practical by both nurses and patients. The ARIS module is recommended as a means of spiritual care to support comprehensive and holistic professional nursing care

Abstract

Speech delay in toddlers is a developmental issue that can affect children's communication skills in the future. One important factor that can prevent speech delays is effective communication between parents, caregivers, and children, as well as optimal family support. The aim of this community service program is to enhance the implementation of effective communication and family support in preventing speech delays in toddlers at RSUD Siti Fatimah AZ-Zahra South Sumatera Province, in 2024. The method used in this program includes three main stages: (1) identifying toddlers who are at risk of experiencing speech delays, (2) preparing materials and guidelines for implementing effective communication and the role of the family in preventing speech delays, and (3) educating parents on the implementation of effective communication and family support to prevent speech delays in toddlers. The results of the program implementation showed that 33 toddlers participated, with the majority aged 1-3 years (78.8%) and the remainder aged 3-5 years (21.2%). Most parents showed an increase in knowledge of up to 85.76%. It is hoped that this activity will strengthen their role in supporting their children's communication and language development

Abstract

Asuhan keperawatan yang diberikan kepada pasien perlu bersifat holistik, mencakup aspek biopsikososiospiritual. Tujuan pengabdian ini dilakukan agar dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan perawat dalam asuhan keperawatan spiritual di RS. Islam Siti Khadijah Palembang melalui pelatihan dan oengembangan modul keperawatan spiritual. Melalui analisis situasi menggunakan Focus Group Discussion (FGD), hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar perawat di ruang ICCU RS Islam Siti Khadijah Palembang memprioritaskan pelatihan keperawatan spiritual (94,25%). Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diprakarsai oleh Dosen STIK Bina Husada Palembang bersama Mahasiswa Program Profesi Ners STIK Bina Husada Palembang. Modul panduan ibadah bagi orang sakit telah berhasil disusun dan mendapatkan sertifikat Hak Cipta. Pelatihan Keperawatan Spiritual dengan penerapan modul dilaksanakan pada tanggal 26 Oktober 2023, melibatkan 14 orang perawat di ruang ICCU. Jumlah peserta yang mengikuti pre-test dan post-test sebanyak 14 orang. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan pengetahuan kategori kurang sebanyak 77,84%, sementara cukup sebanyak 22,16%. Setelah menjalani post-test, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dengan kategori baik sebanyak 85,76%, dan cukup sebanyak 14,24%. Evaluasi keterampilan praktik ibadah pasien terhadap 14 perawat menunjukkan hasil pre-test keterampilan kurang sebanyak 41,25%, sementara baik sebanyak 58,75%. Pada post-test, keterampilan praktik ibadah perawat meningkat, baik sebanyak 94,25%, dan cukup sebanyak 5,75%. Kesimpulan setelah dilakukan pelatihan ini didapat bahwa sebagian besar perawat mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam penerapan asuhan keperawatan spiritual.

Abstract

Standar asuhan keperawatan merupakan bagian vital dalam melakukan proses keperawatan yang sesuai untuk membantu klien mencapai kesehatan yang optimal. 3S (SDKI, SIKI, SLKI) adalah standar keperawatan yang digunakan untuk menyusun dan mencatat asuhan keperawatan. Dalam konteks pelaksanaan proses keperawatan di rumah sakit, masih banyak perawat klinis yang belum memahami 3S dengan baik, sehingga penting untuk melakukan sosialisasi melalui penyebaran pengetahuan dan simulasi peran dalam implementasinya. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah agar meningkatkan pemahaman perawat dalam menerapkan 3S dalam praktik keperawatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Model Kirkpatrick, mencakup pemaparan teori, penjelasan mendetail mengenai konsep 3S, dan sesi role play. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui sesi diseminasi ilmu tentang penerapan asuhan keperawatan berbasis 3S dan sesi role play yang menekankan praktik langsung penerapan 3S dalam asuhan keperawatan terhadap pasien yang dianalisis oleh masing-masing perawat selama dua minggu di ruang rawat inap penyakit dalam dan bedah RSUD Siti Fatimah Az-Zahra, Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan perawat sebesar 78,25% dalam menerapkan 3S sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) terhadap proses keperawatan. Setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan ini, diharapkan mutu pelayanan dapat mengadopsi SOP standar dalam penerapan 3S di ruang rawat inap. Sosialisasi dan pelatihan semacam ini sangat penting untuk memastikan bahwa semua perawat memiliki kompetensi yang diperlukan untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan yang optimal dan terdokumentasi dengan baik. Dengan adopsi dan implementasi standar 3S yang efektif di seluruh rumah sakit, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan secara menyeluruh

Abstract

Kesejahteraan mental perawat sangat penting dalam menunjang kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Namun, tingkat kecemasan dan depresi yang tinggi di kalangan perawat dapat mempengaruhi kinerja dan kesejahteraan mereka. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan kesejahteraan mental perawat melalui penggunaan Modul ARIS (Anxiety and Depression Reduction through Islamic Spiritual Care), yang mengintegrasikan pendekatan spiritualitas Islam untuk mengatasi kecemasan dan depresi perawat di Rumah Sakit Islam Siti Khadijah Palembang. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober hingga November 2024 dengan menggunakan Model Kirkpatrick untuk mengevaluasi hasil pelatihan, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 36 perawat di Rumah Sakit Islam Siti Khadijah Palembang. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner pre-test dan post-test, serta wawancara untuk menggali pengalaman perawat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan penurunan signifikan dalam tingkat kecemasan dan depresi perawat setelah mengikuti Modul ARIS. Sebagian besar responden melaporkan peningkatan kesejahteraan mental serta pemahaman mengenai penerapan spiritualitas Islam dalam menangani kecemasan. Modul ARIS terbukti efektif dalam mengurangi kecemasan dan depresi perawat. Implementasi spiritualitas Islam dapat menjadi strategi penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan mental perawat. Disarankan untuk mengimplementasikan modul ini secara lebih luas dalam proses pelayanan kesehatan sebagai bagian dari program kesejahteraan perawat.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Autisme merupakan ketidakmampuan perkembangan yang terlihat sebelum usia dua setengah tahun dengan gangguan pada wicara, bahasa, mobilitas dan hubungan interpersonal. Terapi bermain merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu mengatasi masalah anak autis. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh terapi bermain terhadap interaksi sosial anak autisme di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB). Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Quasy Eksperimen. Penelitin ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 20 oktober  sampai dengan 27 november  tahun 2019. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah 30 responden. Jenis analisa data yang digunakan statistic paired sample t-tes.  Hasil:  Ada pengaruh Terapi bermain terhadap interkasi sosial pada anak Autis di SLB dengan nilai p value 0,000 <α (0,05). Ada perbedaan terapi bermain terhadap interaksi sosial pada anak Autis di SLB didapatkan mean sebelum intervensi (pre test) sebesar 2,73 menjadi 2,27 (post test). Terdapat selisih antara pre test dan post test intervensi dengan metode presentasi sebesar 0,46. Nilai signifikansi 0,000 <0,05 dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan secara  bermakna terapi bermain pada pre test dan post test dengan interaksi sosial anak autis. Saran: Diharapkan kepada pihak Kepala Sekolah SLB agar dapat memberikan fasilitas bagi tenaga guru untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dalam memberikan terapi aktivitas salah satunya terapi bermain melalui pelatihan-pelatihan sehingga impactnya dapat dirasakan oleh anak-anak didik yang berkebutuhan khusus. Kata Kunci : Terapi Bermain, Interaksi Sosial, Anak Autisme.

Abstract

Hospitalization often triggers significant anxiety in preschool children due to their developmental vulnerability, separation from caregivers, and exposure to unfamiliar medical environments. If left unaddressed, this anxiety can result in both short- and long-term psychological and behavioral issues. Storytelling-based nursing communication has emerged as a promising intervention to help children understand and cope with hospitalization; however, standardized approaches remain limited. This study aims to identify and synthesize existing evidence on the standards of storytelling-based nursing communication for reducing hospitalization-related anxiety in preschool children. Using a descriptive analytical approach, a systematic search was conducted across PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect, and CINAHL for peer-reviewed studies published between 2020 and 2025. Eligible studies included nurse-led storytelling interventions targeting hospitalized preschoolers. Both qualitative and quantitative research was reviewed and critically appraised. The review identified fourteen relevant studies. Storytelling interventions were consistently effective in reducing anxiety, particularly when implemented using standardized methods such as structured narratives, visual aids (e.g., puppets, books, digital media), therapeutic play, and nurse communication training. These approaches enhanced emotional expression, improved nurse-child interaction, and fostered more positive hospital experiences. In conclusion, standardized storytelling-based nursing communication is an effective strategy for alleviating anxiety in hospitalized preschool children. Its broader implementation in pediatric nursing practice requires further research, training, and policy development.

Abstract

The Indonesian 3S Nursing Framework—comprising the Nursing Diagnosis (SDKI), Nursing Interventions (SIKI), and Nursing Outcomes (SLKI)—was developed to standardize nursing care and enhance patient safety. Despite its formal adoption, implementation across Indonesian clinical settings remains inconsistent. This scoping review aims to identify and map strategies for implementing the 3S Framework in clinical nursing practice. Following PRISMA-ScR guidelines, a systematic search was conducted across Garuda, CINAHL, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar for articles published between 2020 to 2025. From 1,356 articles, 12 met the inclusion criteria. Seven key strategies were identified: structured training programs, case study discussions, mentoring, use of standardized instruments, observational learning, innovative methods (e.g., simulation, role-play), and institutional support through policy and system integration. These approaches improved nurses' knowledge, skills, documentation accuracy, and patient safety. Challenges included institutional variability, limited monitoring, and unfamiliarity with the 3S components. Comprehensive strategies integrating education, mentorship, innovation, and institutional support are essential for effective implementation. Future efforts should focus on developing national guidelines, evaluation tools, and sustainable training models to support widespread adoption.
