Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Implementation of the Regent and Deputy Regent Election Campaign During the Covid-19 Pandemic In South Labuhan Batu Regency". The problem in this thesis is to determine the implementation of the regent and deputy regent election campaign during the covid-19 pandemic in South Labuhan Batu Regency and a review of siyasa fiqh about campaigns during the epidemic.The type of research used by the researcher is descriptive qualitative research, the data used are primary and secondary data, the method of collecting data is observation, interviews, and through library research.Based on the results of the research that the implementation of the election campaign for the regent and deputy regent in South Labuhan Batu Regency was successfully carried out by following the health protocol regulations, but there were still many who violated the government's lack of firmness to impose sanctions so that in its implementation BAWASLU issued 4 warning letters and dissolved the campaign.While in the fiqh siyasah review, the implementation of the campaign during the covid period is theoretically appropriate according to the siyasah fiqh because the implementation of this campaign still pays attention to the safety of the ummah Although the implementation is not appropriate because many of the campaign participants violate the regulations (health protocols)

Abstract

This research is entitled "The Practice of Renting Billiard Tables in Review From the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law (In Environment II Batunadua Jae)". The author is interested in conducting this research to obtain an overview of the practice of renting a billiard table in terms of sharia economic law. The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of the practice of renting pool tables in Batunadua Jae Environment II, and to analyze from the point of view of sharia economic law about the practice of renting pool tables in Batunadua Jae Environment II. To get answers to research problems, the authors conduct research using field research methods using descriptive qualitative, where research is carried out in natural situations. The results of this study regarding the practice of renting a pool table can be said that someone knows how to play billiards mostly from friends and sees people playing billiards. How to play a billiard table in Batunadua Jae Ward II uses playing cards as a benchmark for the ball to be entered by players, besides that billiard players use money as bets or gambling. In the implementation of the billiard table rental in Lingkunagan II Batunadua Jae, it is contrary to the KHES contained in article 274 paragraph 2 which says that the object being liberated must be used for things that are justified according to sharia Because according to Islamic law it is not permissible to bet and gamble.

Abstract

The Qur'an provides motivation or encouragement for humans to think about their personality, about the extraordinary creation of Allah SWT with all the uniqueness in every event. This is the impetus for humans to conduct research on the soul and its secrets. As contained in the letter Ali-Imran verses 42-48 regarding Psychology Maryam faced extraordinary events during the moments of the birth of the prophet Isa as. The formulation of the problem in this study is how Maryam's character is immortalized in the Qur'an, and how is Maryam's psychology in the Qur'an based on the thematic interpretation approach to Q.S. Ali-Imran: 42-48). The type of research used in this thesis is library research. Sources of data used in this thesis are in the form of primary library materials such as the Qur'an and interpretation books such as Tafsir Al-Azhar. The secondary data sources include commentaries, books and scientific papers related to research. The results of the study indicate that the character Maryam enshrined in the Qur'an is a woman chosen by Allah SWT because she comes from a good lineage, worships a lot, zuhud, is noble and purified from various forms of doubt and bad character. As for Maryam's psychology, based on the explanations of several commentators, namely Maryam has a good and tough personality, it can be seen from Maryam's obedient attitude and does not deny the news of her pregnancy which was conveyed through the angel Gabriel, even though Maryam is not married and has never been touched by any man. The good personality embedded in Maryam comes from a very conducive childhood background, she was born to pious parents and was raised by a prophet, namely the prophet Zakaria as.

Abstract

This article discusses the review of siyasa fiqh in political education among Muslims in the city of Padangsidimpuan. This research is field research using a qualitative approach, the primary data source comes from the primary data sourced from the Leaders, secretaries of the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS), and community leaders. Secondary data obtained from laws, books, literature and other data. While the data comes from research results, the Legal Dictionary, the Big Indonesian Dictionary, articles on the internet and other materials that are scientific in nature related to the issues to be discussed in this study. Data collection techniques in the form of Observation, Interview and Documentation. While the descriptive data analysis technique. The results showed that the role of the Prosperous Justice Party in the implementation of political education among the people of Padangsidimpuan city. The party has carried out political education, namely by recruiting party cadres, weekly reviews with PKS cadres (trained), in addition to weekly studies, and writing articles on social networks. Obstacles to the Party in carrying out political education are the negative views of society towards political parties, the tendency of people to be less willing or against politics, political parties are seen as prioritizing the interests of the party. efforts made to overcome obstacles in carrying out political education in the city of Padangsidimpuan, trying to increase public trust in political parties while maintaining the good image of the party, Conducting political education to people who have a tendency of high political interest

Abstract

One of the missions of Islam is to glorify women and put them in a respectable position, so that they can reach the status of pious women. Actually, the mission of Islam has been achieved in the time of the prophet Muhammad SAW and how many decades after that still make the Qur’an as a way of the life. However, the reality of life in modern times today shows an alarming fact. Many Muslim women have experienced moral decadence. Many Muslim women today fall into acts that are prohibited by religion, such as courtship, adultery, and others. Sinful acts like this cause them to be far from the category of pious women. Whereas if they were asked to choose to be a pious woman or a pious woman, of course the answer from the bottom of their hearts would be to choose a pious woman. Women are glorified in Islam because of their role and position as child, wife, and mother. Because Islam really maintains the dignity of a woman well. The most high ranking woman is a pious woman who always istiqamah in carryng out all the commands of Allah and staying away from all the prohibitios. The formulation of the problem of this research is how the concept of pious women in the interpretation of Al-Azhar, the aim is to find out the aim is to find out the concept of pious women in the interpretation of Al-Azhar. This type of research is library research, namely research through library research, gathering techniques by searcing for verses about pious women. Based on the interpretation approach, which is done by the workings of the tahlili method. The results of this study are shalihah women can be said to be women who maintain their eyes, are consistent in covering their genitals, women who have strong personalities, women who are obedient and intelligent, and women who maintain their chastity.

Abstract

Leasing is a law of agreement consisting of two or more people who bind themselves to each other in which one party declares the ability to provide something and the other party binds itself in an agreement to help meet their respective needs. Likewise with the custom that applies in the community of Sihitang Urban Village Padangsidimpuan City which often rent boarding  rooms.The problem in this thesis is how the community rents boarding rooms for student residences in Sihitang Urban Village  Padangsidimpuan City and how does Fiqh Muamalah review the implementation of renting  boarding rooms. The purpose of this thesis is to determine the implementation of boarding room renting in Sihitang Village Padangsidimpuan City and a review of the implementation of  boarding room renting.The type of research is field research by using a qualitative descriptive research method, which is a research from various aspects to find the issue for which the answer is being sought.The results of this study are the implementation of leasing carried out by the people of Sihitang Village Padangsidimpuan City, contradicting the Fiqh Muamalah because it is not in accordance with the contract agreement at first resulting in broken promises boarding room renting reaserch is fialed custom that bording rooms, the problem in this is how the implementation from variose aspects to find the issue for which the bording room.

Abstract

This study examines the authoritative sources utilized by the Tafsir study community within the Batak Angkola society in Padangsidimpuan City for interpreting the verses of the Qur’an. The objective is to identify and analyze the primary references employed by this community to understand and convey Qur’anic interpretations. A qualitative research method with an ethnographic approach was used. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and a literature review relevant to the study. The findings reveal that the Tafsir study community relies on a combination of classical and modern tafsir as their main sources for Qur’anic interpretation. Additionally, local culture influences distinctive interpretive patterns among the Batak Angkola society, although some community members face challenges in integrating local cultural elements into their interpretations. The study concludes that the authoritative sources used by the Tafsir community reflect a dynamic adaptation between Islamic teachings and local culture; however, not all members incorporate local culture into their interpretations. Ultimately, this interpretive study produces a unique and contextual approach to Qur’anic exegesis.

Abstract

The laboratory role is huge in determining the quality of education because the laboratory produces proud scientific works, which other institutions cannot make. To get quality universities, laboratories are a priority. The laboratory is an integral part of the academic field. Laboratory management needs to be aligned with educational planning (programs and budgets). This research was carried out at the Ujung Pandang State Polytechnic (PNUP) and the Merchant Marine Polytechnic (PIP) Makassar. This research method is a comparative research type. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The method of analysis was using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results show that the Ujung Pandang State Polytechnic has a laboratory with laboratory management that is very concerned about the curriculum/module/syllabus, which is updated regularly. Comparing management laboratory includes a) understanding and access freely the modules for students, b) online laboratory schedule, c) the ratio of teachers according to the Higher Education standard of 1 : 8. For Laboratory Management at the Ujung Pandang State Polytechnic using the SOP for practicum implementation managed by a laboratory technician who has a certificate for the use of laboratory equipment. Some technicians are always available at the laboratory. The ideal laboratory to consider the ratio between the area of the laboratory room and the number of practitioners, the balance between teachers and students, the proportion of equipment, facilities, room conditions, and the equipment used condition.

Abstract

Voltage instability in a synchronous generator can lead to system instability, affecting the quality and ability to transfer power to consumers. The worst-case scenario is load- shedding. To prevent this, the Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) is used to control the voltage stability of the synchronous generator. However, the AVR is often damaged, which prompted us to investigate its role in stabilizing the output voltage of the synchronous generator. This study was conducted on the Sultan Hasanuddin Training Ship owned by the Marine Science Polytechnic (PIP) Makassar using experimental research methods. Data collection techniques included observation, measurement, and documentation, and quantitative descriptive methods were used for analysis. Results indicated that the role of the AVR on the Sultan Hasanuddin Training Ship was insignificant since changes in generator load did not result in high fluctuations. The excitation current on the voltage amplifier or the output voltage of the synchronous generator remained within the working limit. This was proven by the generator's rotation speed, which ranged from 1470 to 1500 rpm, and a generator load of 36 to 38 kW.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa konsep Wilayatul Faqih yang diimplementasikan oleh negara Iran sebagai sistem politik dan ketatanegaraannya. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil pembahasan menyimpulkan bahwa munculnya Pertama, sistem Wilayatul Faqih disebabkan masyarakat Iran yang bercita-cita akan kepimipinan Imamah dan melepaskan diri dari sistem pemerintahan sekuler pada masa Pahlevi. Kedua, sistem Wilayatul Faqih meletakkan otoritas hukum tertinggi pada wali faqih atau ulama yang berperan sebagai pengatur segala arah kebijakan di Iran. Ketiga, meskipun wilayatul faqih berbasis theologi politik syiah, namun tetap memakai sistem demokrasi yaitu pemilihan lansung oleh rakyat.
