Abstract

One of the central production of paddy in Indonesia is Langkat.The demand for paddy is increasing from time to time, following the increase of population. The study is aimed to analyze the influence of inputs used such as site of land, labor, seed, and fertilizer for toward paddy production in Langkat. The results indicated that site of land, labor, seed and fertilizer have positive sign and significance at α = 5% to influence the production of paddy in the study area. The coefficient of elasticity was found to be 1.671(marginally elastic), this implies that the production of paddy in langkat, provide increasing in returns, therefore it is suggested thatdiversification efforts are indeed need to secure the food security, especially in paddy for Langkat.

Abstract

The application of direct marketing can generally increase sales of products and services to consumers because these activities will directly obtain a response or feedback from consumers. The purpose of this study is partially independent variables Product Quality (X1), Product Attributes (X2), Service (X3) and Differentiation (X4) affect the dependent variable Direct Marketing (Y). The research design relevant to this research emphasizes descriptive research collaboration with a quantitative approach. The population and sample are customers who visit California Fried Chicken (CFC) Suzuya Mall Rantauprapat in the January-February 2023 period. The method of determining the population and sample generally uses Maximum Likehood Estimation (MLE), the number of samples in the survey ranges from 100-200 samples estimated based on the number of variable indicators as a whole 5 x 20 (indicators), so the sample set is 250 samples. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling (ie whoever the respondent is who kebutulan meets with the researcher at the California Fried Chicken (CFC) Suzuya Mall Rantauprapat). The scale technique used by the author chooses a Likert scale. As for data analysis techniques in solving problems with the Smart PLS v.4.0 application to predict the model tested in the study. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the variables of product quality (X1) and service (X3) have no significant effect on direct marketing and product attributes (X2) and differentiation (X4) have a significant effect on direct marketing. In addition, the findings of the research direct marketing variable has a good role as the dependent variable

Abstract

Although covid-19 is increasingly haunting the world, it has not reduced local investors to develop service businesses and place them as a type of business that is quite developed because it is directly related to consumer satisfaction. loyal customers who have become members of Mirota Swimming Pool. Technical analysis of data using path analysis with SPPS and Amos applications as a tool to determine the significant effect of the proposed hypothesis. The results of the study prove that facilities have a direct effect on tourist satisfaction, service quality has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction, facilities have a significant effect on business excellence, service quality has a significant effect on business excellence and tourist satisfaction has a significant effect on business excellence. The hope is that local tourism business developers Mirota Ajamu Swimming Pool in coastal areas can expand their business through various promotions and advertisements to improve their image and introduce their business to outsiders. For other research, it is expected to be able to develop the phenomenon by looking for sources of relevant variables that are closely related to satisfaction

Abstract

Retail in Indonesia has appeared one by one over time, including in rural areas like the Blok Songo Area, a village in the Kotapinang District of the North Sumatra Province. In Blok Songo, there are retail companies Alfamart, Alfamidi, and Indomaret. This creates competition that confuses each customer. The strategy implemented by retail companies makes customers more attached to their respective products; however, the obstacle that frequently arises for customers is the difference in distance, price, brand image, and service quality, which causes customer dissatisfaction. As a result, the purpose of this study has two sides. first, to investigate the factors that influence customers’ decisions regarding Alfamart, Alfamidi, and Indomaret as shopping destinations. Second, to know the significant impact on customers from the Complex where residents are engaged in the efficient operation of a retail business, by taking interviews with the complex’s authorities in order to gather data that will be beneficial to every retailer in developing, changing and even create new marketing techniques that link the key feature that significantly affects visitor interest. The Analytical Hierarchy Process is the method that is utilized and the last result of the alternatives Alfamidi Obtained 0,51925, Indomaret with 0,31002, and Alfamat with 0,17073 score.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the Higgs Domino Island online game on adolescent violent behavior in the Labuhanbatu Regency. Some people in the research area have to spend a significant amount of time in a particular setting as part of this kind of field study, which has a qualitative descriptive approach. This study used 12 informants consisting of 8 adolescents aged between 15 to 17 years and 8 adults aged between 18 to 22 years. In addition, the four mothers’ parents who agreed to take part in the study were parents of children who often played Higgs Domino games online and displays violent behavior. The research results show that the Higgs Domino online game has a relationship with the aggressive behavior of adolescents. Based on the interview results, the authors can analyze that the impact of online games greatly influences the aggressive behavior of teenagers where the child is more emotional and performs actions, such as lying and stealing.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, kedisiplinan, kepemimpinan dan pengalaman kerja terhadapkaryawan di PT MITRA PRABU SEJATI. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawn PT PRABU MITRA SEJATI sebanyak 50 pelanggan. Dan sampel penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan dari jumlah populasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diketahui beban kerja memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Hasil penelitian juga diketahui bahwa kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Hasil penelitian juga diketahui bahwa kepemimpinan dan pengalaman kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian

Abstract

The fashion business is a business that continues to grow rapidly, the latest fashions are published every day making business people engaged in this business sector to always keep abreast of the updates that occur. The updates that occur do not only focus on the design and fashion of clothing, but also consumer behavior in the fashion sector, which requires businesses to continue to pay attention to consumer behavior. Consumer satisfaction is the center of attention for companies engaged in the fashion business, not least at Emi Boutique, which is also always crowded with consumers who are looking for the best quality clothes. This research was conducted at Emi Boutique by analyzing the effect of price perception, product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Emi Boutique. The study was conducted with a quantitative approach using primary data and analyzed using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that all predictive variables have a specific and significant effect on customer satisfaction who shop for fashion products at Emi Boutique.

Abstract

Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap kepuasan kerja perangkat desa pada Kantor Desa Tebing Linggahara, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Desain/metodologi/pendekatan – Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Desa Tebing Linggahara yang berjumlah 35 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel sensus (sampel jenuh). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t (parsial), uji F (simultan), serta koefisien determinasi (R²) dengan bantuan SPSS Versi 29.00. Temuan – Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai t-hitung 3,693 > t-tabel 2,037 dan signifikansi < 0,001; (2) kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai t-hitung 3,387 > t-tabel 2,037 dan signifikansi 0,002; (3) secara simultan, kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai F-hitung 37,722 > F-tabel 3,29 dan signifikansi < 0,001. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,702 menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan mampu menjelaskan 70,2% variasi kepuasan kerja. Keterbatasan penelitian – Penelitian ini hanya mengkaji dua variabel independen sehingga belum memasukkan faktor lain seperti sistem penggajian, kepemimpinan, beban kerja, serta sarana prasarana. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner berbasis persepsi responden yang bersifat subjektif. Jumlah responden terbatas pada satu kantor desa sehingga hasil belum dapat digeneralisasikan. Penelitian bersifat cross-sectional sehingga belum menangkap dinamika perubahan dalam jangka panjang. Implikasi –  Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan internal dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih tertib, nyaman, dan profesional sehingga berdampak positif terhadap kepuasan kerja perangkat desa. Kepercayaan antara perangkat desa dan pimpinan menjadi faktor penting dalam memperkuat kerja sama, tanggung jawab, dan loyalitas. Temuan ini dapat menjadi dasar bagi pemerintah desa dalam menyusun kebijakan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang menekankan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan serta penguatan kepercayaan dalam lingkungan kerja. Kebaruan –   Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi empiris mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan kerja perangkat desa dalam konteks pemerintahan desa di Indonesia, khususnya dengan mengkombinasikan variabel kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan yang selama ini lebih banyak dikaji dalam konteks sektor swasta.
