Abstract

(KKN) is held in Kradenan Hamlet, Srimulyo Village, Piyungan Sub-district, Bantul District, Special Province of Yogyakarta, Real Working Lecture (KKN), Kradenan Hamlet consists of 4 RT. The population of approximately 173 families. The inhabitants of Kradenan are all Muslims, and the majority live as factory workers. The purpose of KKN is in Kradenan Hamlet, to explore, to develop the potential of the Kradenan Hamlet community, and to advance the thinking of the people of Kradenan Hamlet. The Real Work Lecture Program has been implemented in the Kradenan Hamlet pre-trial training and screening of Java-uploaded films. The purpose of the pre-trial training is to explore and develop the potential of Kradenan Hamlet people, and the purpose of holding Javanese uploading films is to give awareness since the early importance of paying attention and doing the uploads to anyone and anywhere. Children are able to understand the pranatacara technique properly and correctly. Children have also started to get used to being in line with the uploads to anyone and wherever they are. Programs held in the right sense are held in Kradenan Hamlet. One of the programs that are in line with the Hamur Hamada people's desires are pre-training training and targeted to adolescents, young people who aim to have the next generation and can open the insight to the community in seeking additional side work. Abstract

The integration of Tahfiz and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) curricula necessitates dual competencies for teachers, frequently precipitating excessive workloads and professional burnout, and potentially jeopardizing the objectives of the National Tahfiz Education Policy (DPTN) 2.0. This research aims to analyze the leadership strategies at Ma'had Tahfiz Vokasional Aman Bistari (MTVAB), Malaysia, in mitigating these challenges. Utilizing an exploratory single case study design, data were collected through methodological triangulation involving in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document review, and were subsequently analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model. The results reveal the implementation of a "Value-Based Hybrid Leadership" model that synergizes three key strategies: (1) Visionary-Spiritual Leadership by the founder who performs "Meaning Reframing" of workloads as "Educational Jihad"; (2) Structured Instructional Leadership by the Principal who standardizes mentoring methods to reduce teachers' "Extraneous Cognitive Load"; and (3) Strategic Partnerships as resource buffers. This study concludes that the synergy between transcendental motivation and structured operational support successfully transforms the "dual burden" into "dual competence," thereby enriching the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) model within the Islamic education ecosystem.

Abstract

This community service program aims to support the digital transformation and strengthen business governance of Lucky Fingers Cafe as a growing micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) through an integrated approach based on green business principles. As the business expands in scale, customer volume, and operational complexity, challenges arise in managing business processes, financial recording, service quality, and environmental responsibility. The assistance was carried out through mentoring and training in the utilization of information systems, improvement of management practices, strengthening of simple accounting records, and recommendations for the use of environmentally friendly packaging. The methods included initial needs assessment, implementation of mentoring sessions, practical guidance, and evaluation of business practices. The results show an improvement in the partner’s understanding and application of digital tools, more structured financial management, better operational organization, and increased awareness of sustainable business practices. The adoption of green packaging is expected to enhance the business image and align the enterprise with environmentally conscious consumer trends. This program demonstrates that integrated assistance combining digitalization, governance strengthening, and sustainability can effectively support the growth and competitiveness of MSMEs.

Abstract

Pendidikan Berbasis Komunitas Merupakan Pendekatan Strategis Dalam Menjembatani Kesenjangan Antara Dunia Akademik Dan Realitas Sosial Masyarakat. Kolaborasi Antara Kampus Dan Warga Menjadi Penting Dalam Menjawab Tantangan Pendidikan Yang Tidak Hanya Berorientasi Pada Penguasaan Teori, Tetapi Juga Pada Pemberdayaan Sosial Dan Peningkatan Kapasitas Komunitas. Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Menganalisis Bentuk, Proses, Serta Dampak Kolaborasi Antara Perguruan Tinggi Dan Masyarakat Dalam Implementasi Pendidikan Berbasis Komunitas. Metode Penelitian Yang Digunakan Adalah Pendekatan Kualitatif Dengan Desain Studi Kasus, Melalui Teknik Pengumpulan Data Berupa Observasi, Wawancara Mendalam, Dan Dokumentasi Terhadap Program Kolaboratif Yang Melibatkan Dosen, Mahasiswa, Dan Warga Setempat. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan Bahwa Kolaborasi Kampus Dan Warga Mampu Menciptakan Proses Pembelajaran Yang Kontekstual, Partisipatif, Dan Berkelanjutan, Serta Mendorong Peningkatan Kesadaran Kritis Masyarakat Terhadap Permasalahan Sosial Di Lingkungannya. Pembahasan Penelitian Menegaskan Bahwa Pendidikan Berbasis Komunitas Tidak Hanya Berfungsi Sebagai Sarana Transfer Pengetahuan, Tetapi Juga Sebagai Media Penguatan Modal Sosial, Pengembangan Kepemimpinan Lokal, Dan Peningkatan Kemandirian Masyarakat. Namun Demikian, Penelitian Ini Juga Menemukan Adanya Tantangan Berupa Keterbatasan Sumber Daya, Perbedaan Kepentingan, Serta Kesinambungan Program. Kesimpulan Penelitian Menegaskan Bahwa Pendidikan Berbasis Komunitas Melalui Kolaborasi Kampus Dan Warga Merupakan Model Pendidikan Yang Relevan Dan Efektif, Sepanjang Didukung Oleh Komitmen Institusional, Partisipasi Aktif Masyarakat, Serta Perencanaan Program Yang Berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of facilities and infrastructure administration as a strategy in improving the quality of education at Pejengkolan State Elementary School. The research focus includes the planning, utilization, maintenance, and development of educational facilities and infrastructure. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The research informants consisted of school principals, administrative staff, teachers, and education staff. The results of the study show that the management of facilities and infrastructure administration that is carried out systematically through structured planning, transparent budgeting, routine maintenance, and the involvement of school stakeholders makes a positive contribution to the creation of a conducive learning environment and the improvement of learning quality. Strategic management in the management of facilities and infrastructure not only supports the operational efficiency of schools, but also plays an important role in improving the quality of education. This study concludes that strengthening the administration and management of facilities and infrastructure is an important factor in realizing a sustainable improvement of the quality of education in elementary schools.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kesehatan gigi dan mulut merupakan bagian integral dari kesehatan tubuh secara keseluruhan yang seringkali terabaikan selama masa perawatan di rumah sakit. Kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai teknik menyikat gigi yang tepat dapat memicu penumpukan plak, karies, hingga infeksi sistemik. Penyuluhan kesehatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, kesadaran, dan keterampilan pasien serta keluarga dalam mempraktikkan teknik menyikat gigi yang baik dan benar selama berada di lingkungan rumah sakit maupun di rumah. Penyuluhan dilakukan dengan metode ceramah interaktif, tanya jawab, serta demonstrasi langsung menggunakan media alat peraga (model gigi dan sikat gigi). Sasaran kegiatan adalah pasien poliklinik gigi beserta pendamping di RSUD Balaraja. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi teknik menyikat gigi oleh peserta dan pengisian kuesioner singkat pre-test dan post-test. Hasil yang di dapatkan pengetahuan pasien dan pendamping tentang perawatan gigi dan mulut mengenai cara sikat gigi yang baik menunjukan terdapat 80% dari 100% responden memiliki peningkatan pengetahuan setelah di lakukan penyuluhan kesehatan. Edukasi secara langsung terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman pasien dan keluarga mengenai pentingnya kebersihan mulut. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi program rutin di RSUD Balaraja untuk menurunkan risiko komplikasi kesehatan akibat higiene oral yang buruk.Abstract:  Oral and dental health is an integral part of overall health that is often overlooked during hospital treatment. A lack of knowledge regarding proper toothbrushing techniques can trigger plaque buildup, caries, and even systemic infections. This health education aims to improve the knowledge, awareness, and skills of patients and their families in practicing proper and correct toothbrushing techniques both in the hospital environment and at home. The counseling was conducted using interactive lectures, Q&A sessions, and direct demonstrations using visual aids (dental models and toothbrushes). The target of this activity was dental polyclinic patients and their companions at RSUD Balaraja. Evaluation was carried out through observation of the participants' toothbrushing techniques and the completion of brief pre-test and post-test questionnaires. The results showed that 80% of the 100% of respondents experienced an increase in knowledge regarding oral care and proper toothbrushing after the health education was conducted. Direct education has proven effective in improving the understanding of patients and families about the importance of oral hygiene. This activity is expected to become a routine program at RSUD Balaraja to reduce the risk of health complications caused by poor oral hygiene.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Qur'an memorization program at MI TBS Al Fathonah, which is integrated into the school curriculum. The study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with the principal and memorization teachers. The results show that the tahfidz program is implemented in a structured manner in teaching and learning activities (KBM) with an allocation of ten hours of lessons per week. Students are grouped into Grade A and Grade B based on their memorization abilities to improve learning effectiveness. The memorization method used is tailored to the abilities of the students, especially in lower grades, which still use the sima'i method (listening and imitating). The tahfidz program is also reinforced through daily murāja’ah practice, parental involvement, and a continuous assessment system through memorization tests and achievement books. The main obstacles faced are the limited number of tahfidz teachers and learning time that is divided with other flagship programs, adaptive methods, and collaboration between schools and parents.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the INLISLite System in improving the quality of services at the Purworejo Regional Library. INLISLite is a library automation system developed to support the management of collections, circulation, and information services in an integrated and efficient manner. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive research. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation conducted with librarians and library users. The research results indicate that the implementation of INLISLite is able to improve the quality of library services, particularly in terms of the speed of circulation services, accuracy of collection data, ease of information retrieval, and the enhancement of librarian performance. Overall, the implementation of the INLISLite system makes a significant contribution to improving service quality at the Purworejo Regional Library and should continue to be developed through system optimization.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of school libraries in increasing students’ reading enthusiasm through the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation. The research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to examine how library governance is carried out in supporting students’ literacy development. The findings indicate that effective library management includes systematic program planning, the implementation of library services and collection management, and continuous evaluation of library activities to encourage students’ reading interest. Although challenges remain, particularly related to infrastructure and supporting facilities, the strategies implemented have contributed to increasing students’ visits to the library and gradually fostering a stronger reading culture. The study implies that planned and sustainable library management plays a crucial role in enhancing students’ reading enthusiasm, and therefore requires consistent institutional support to strengthen literacy facilities, expand library collections, and develop innovative literacy programs.
