ABSTRACT The use of PPE is a compliance that must be obeyed by the installation officer for the maintenance of hospital facilities and infrastructure. At Awal Bros Panam Hospital, which has many facilities for medical and non-medical equipment, so that IPSRS officers are responsible for repairing damaged hospital infrastructure. This study aims to determine the compliance of officers in using PPE at IPSRS at Awal Bros Panam Hospital. This type of research is qualitative, and the research used a Content Analysis model, the research was conducted on August 15-15 September 2022 at Awal Bros Panam Hospital. There were 5 informants in the. The results showed that there were no SOPs and books on the use of PPE in the IPSRS room, there were still IPSRS officers who did not use PPE in accordance with the SOP at work, there was still a lack of special training on the use of PPE, and there were no facilities for training outside the hospital. It can be concluded that the compliance of officers in using PPE at IPSRS has not been entirely compliant. It is recommended that there are SOPs and books regarding the use of PPE that are displayed in the IPSRS room, strict sanctions are given to officers who do not wear PPE at work, additional special training on the use of PPE is carried out, facilitating unit heads to conduct training outside the hospital. Performance is a result of work achieved by a person in carrying out the tasks assigned to him Arifin Achmad Hospital. The purpose of this study was to find out how the performance of the officers in the covid-19 vaccine service division at the Arifin Achmad Hospital By using performance indicators, namely the quality of work and working time. his research was conducted from September 19 to October 19, 2022 this research uses a qualitative research type. Data analysis in this study uses a descriptive method, namely describing the data collected in the form of words, pictures, and not numbers, the purpose of data analysis is data. to make it easier to understand, and then make a conclusion. The results of the study show that the performance of administrative officers in the Covid-19 vaccine service has obstacles, this can be seen from the officers who need additional, the existence of facilities to support the performance of officers for the better, and also for the implementation of related training and the unavailability of SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). It is recommended that the Covid-19 vaccine service at the Arifin Achmad Hospital in Riau Province regarding the addition of officers, infrastructure facilities that help the performance of officers to be better.

The objectives of this study to determine the comparison of the nutritional content of spinach cultivated hydroponically and non-hydroponically, especially the content of Vitamin C. This research was conducted at the Wire House Biology Laboratory of Padang State University in May - July 2020. This research is a descriptive study. The analysis was carried out Spinach Nutrition. Hydroponic spinach samples were obtained from the Hydroponic Community of West Sumatra in Alai Padang, while the non-hydroponic samples were purchased at Pasar Raya Padang, the analysis of vitamin C content was carried out by the Spectrophotometric Method. From the research that has been done, it is found that the average content of hydroponic spinach vitamin C is 1.45 ppm and non-hydroponic 1.60 ppm. The conclusion of the research is that the content of Vitamin C in hydroponic cultivated spinach is lower than that of spinach cultivated non-hydroponically.

Family support is a major factor in maintaining metabolic control that will affect quality of life. The research objective was to determine the relationship between family support and quality of life for people with diabetes mellitus. This research is a cross sectional study using the Accidental Sampling method. It was conducted at the Puskesmas Kebun Sikolos with a total of 90 respondents. The statistical test used was chi-square. The results of statistical tests showed a relationship between family support and quality of life for people with diabetes mellitus with a value of p = 0.000 (<Î±0.05). So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between family support and quality of life for people with diabetes mellitus.

The use of smartphones or so-called gadgets is currently increasing greatly among students. The development of information and communication technology has been accelerating so that without realizing it, it has affected every aspect of human life. The use of gadgets among today's students and students is a must to have. The use of the wrong gadget will have an impact on eye health which can cause eye health problems due to the radiation rays exposed by the gadget. This Community Service began with conducting interviews with 49 students of SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru, which was followed by delivering material about the dangers of smartphones to eye health. Based on the data, 12 students experienced Minus and 37 students had normal eyes. The data collection carried out on students obtained the result that students who have normal eyes are still able to manage the time to use a smartphone, while there are some students who already have minus eyes unable to manage the time to use a smartphone. The activity took place smoothly where students were advised to reduce smartphone use because it can be harmful to eye health.

Pekanbaru City is the most populous city in Riau province which has 31 hospitals that provide various services. The distribution of hospitals affects the distribution of services, especially polyclinics. This can indirectly affect the degree of public health. This community service aims to introduce a prototype in the form of an Android-based application that helps people find hospitals in Pekanbaru City that provide the services needed. This Hospital Service Search Application in Pekanbaru City makes it easier and faster for people to find the health services they need. The Community Service carried out begins with the design of the Health Service Search Application in Pekanbaru City. The next activity is to conduct a function test and feasibility test on the Android application. The results of the function test and feasibility test are considered quite good with a value of 100% functioning and 87,5% said to be feasible. Workshop activities were carried out on several occasions, namely for high school students, the general public, students, and patients in hospitals. The results of this workshop activity generated very high interest from the community. Activity evaluation was carried out by distributing questionnaires where 83% of respondents considered this application to be very much needed by the community, while the rest stated that it was not needed. Based on the application concept, 70% of respondents stated that the application was good, 25% of respondents stated that this application needed to be improved and 5% of respondents stated that this application was not good. This Hospital Health Service Search Application is based on Android and this Application can be upgraded to be registered on services that can be accessed by the entire community for free.

Obesity is still a very serious problem in Indonesia, one of which is in children's lives, many children experience limited movement, inhibiting physical motor development so that physical motor development in children will be disrupted. Improper eating patterns are one of the main factors that cause nutritional problems in children. By looking at the facts that are happening now, many Indonesian people prefer fast food or fast food and foods and drinks that contain high amounts of processed sugar. Therefore, the author conducted outreach and distributed posters to prevent obesity in teenagers at the Tahfidz Islamic Center Siak Science High School. The aim of this community service is to increase teenagers' knowledge about obesity prevention and increase knowledge of the dangers of obesity. This community service activity was carried out in the Tahfidz Islamic Center Siak Science High School classes. The results of this counseling or outreach can increase knowledge for young students at the Tahfidz Islamic Center Siak Science High School about the prevention and impacts of obesity.

Drug abuse among adolescents is one of the serious problems faced by modern society today. Adolescents as the next generation of the nation are very vulnerable to the negative effects of drugs that can damage their future. This article aims to identify the factors that cause drug abuse among adolescents, the negative impacts it causes, and effective strategies for prevention and control. Through a participatory approach in community service activities, we involve various parties including parents, educators, and local communities to raise awareness of the dangers of drugs. The results of this activity show that intensive education, strict supervision, and moral and emotional support from family and community are very important in preventing drug abuse among adolescents. In addition, rehabilitation and social reintegration programs for adolescents who have become drug users must also be strengthened.

Semarang, as the economic hub of Central Java, holds great potential with a total of 29,868 registered Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). In the digital era, platforms like TikTok Shop offer significant marketing potential, yet UMKM in Semarang have not widely adopted it. This study aims to identify the creative TikTok Shop marketing strategies implemented by UMKM in Semarang and the factors that influence their success. In this study, the theory used is marketing communication Business to consumer theory and uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The object of this research is the UMKM @dapoerrindu_semarang which has a TikTok Shop account in Semarang. Data collection were conducted through interviews, observation and documentation. The research findings show that UMKM @dapoerrindu_semarang have implemented several creative strategies such as ease of transactions, product qualifications, and service quality. There are several factors that cause the use of TikTok Shop among UMKM in Semarang to remain low, including the lack of adequate infrastructure support, HR skills, and understanding of digital creativity. Future research should explore consumer perspectives on TikTok Shop, particularly its impact on purchasing decisions and its effectiveness as a community-based e-commerce platform.

Companies need innovation to sell their products. Apart from the quality of the product, experience is also required to arouse enthusiasm for the product among the public. Managers of tourist attractions need experiential marketing as a way to avoid being drowned out by new competitors. For companies that have implemented experiential marketing methods such as Dusun Semilir, it will remain a tourist attraction that is still popular with the public. Dusun Semilir was the first to discover new ride innovations such as colorful slides. Considering that this slide is popular with many people and has gone viral, of course, many tourist attractions are starting to build similar rides and will build them better than the inventor. This is a big challenge for Dusun Semilir so visitors still choose to enjoy the rides at Dusun Semilir even though the rides are similar to rides from other tourist attractions. This experiential marketing will help tourist attractions such as Dusun Semilir so that visitors remain loyal to visiting Dusun Semilir and feel satisfied with the Dusun Semilir tourist attraction.
