Abstract

Tekanan panas terjadi ketika panas di lingkungan dikombinasikan dengan penyebab stres lain seperti kerja fisik yang berat, kehilangan cairan tubuh, kelelahan atau kondisi medis lainnya, yang akan menyebabkan penyakit terkait panas, kecacatan, dan bahkan kematian. Sistem pakar biasanya digunakan untuk melakukan interpretasi dan analisa, diagnosa, dan membantu pengambilan keputusan, Forward chaining merupakan kumpulan data-data atau fakta untuk mendapatkan kesimpulan atau hasil, Dari latar belakang maka dapat dirumuskan permasalahannya adalah Bagaimana cara sistem pakar  mendiagnosa gangguan kesehatan akiabt tekanan panas terhadap tubuh menggunakan metode forward chaining. Tujuan dari penulis ini adalah membuat  suatu sistem pakar yang dapat membantu pengguna atau masyarakat untuk mengetahui jenis penyakit akibat tekanan panas, agar orang-orang bisa lebih mudah mengetahui penyakit yang diderita. Penulis melakukan penelitian di  Rumah Sakit Rafflesia Kota Bengkulu. Waktu penelitian dilakukan dari bulan februari 2018. Abstract

In everyday life we often encounter emergency situations such as accidents, drowning victims, fires, crimes and so on. Certain community may have had socialization or learned how to handle or first aid the emergencies, but not all societies know how to do first aid for emergencies.This research is aimed at building an Android-based emergency call application system for Bengkulu Region so that people can dial important phone numbers and public services when there is a crime or accident. The benefits of this application is as a medium to facilitate users of mobile devices based on Android in making emergency public service calls. From the problems that occur then, the problem of this research is How to Create Android-Based Emergency Call Applications For Bengkulu Region Using Location Based Services. The purpose of this research is to Design and Build Android-Based Emergency Call Applications for Bengkulu Region Using LBS Technology and create easily and quickly Emergency safe Calling System. The place of research is conducted on public service in Bengkulu city and is independently created. Data collection is done by using interview, observation and literature study method. The results showed that Applications that are created can help people to face emergencies so they do not get constrained when looking for agencies contact information that provide assistance services in times of emergency.Keywords :      Applications, Emergency Calls, LBS

Abstract

Abstrak - Tes buta warna saat ini sangat dibutuhkan bagi dunia industri, pendidikan, maupun pemerintahan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh ketergantungan manusia dalam pekerjaan atau pendidikan yang erat sekali berhubungan dengan warna. Salah satu metode tes buta warna adalah metode Farnsworth Munsell. Farnsworth Munsell adalah metode untuk melihat kemampuan seseorang menyusun kecerahan warna. Tes ini dapat membedakan tipe defisiensi penglihatan warna dan mengevaluasi tingkat keparahan diskriminasi warna. Sistem operasi Android saat ini paling banyak digunakan pada smartphone dan komputer tablet. Aplikasi dibangun pada sistem berbasis Android dengan minimal versi Android 4.4.4 (Kitkat). Tujuan dan manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah ingin membangun sebuah aplikasi tes buta warna berbasis android dengan menerapkan metode Farnsworth Munsell  sehingga dapat memudahkan kalangan umum dalam mendapatkan dan menggunakannya serta ini diharapkan dapat mendapatkan hasil yang cukup akurat. Dari hasil pengembangan aplikasi ini sesuai dengan perencanaan dan hasil pengujian blackbox sistem aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan baik tanpa kendala. Aplikasi dapat memproses perhitungan metode Farnsworth Munsell dan menghasilkan output yang sesuai dengan kaidah metode tersebut. Aplikasi tes buta warna menggunakan metode Farnsworth Munsell ini dapat mempermudah perhitungan skor error secara otomatis sehingga mempermudah pengguna dalam mendapatkan hasil tes.Kata kunci: Buta warna, Kelainan mata, Tes mata, Metode Farnsworth Munsell, Aplikasi Android, Sistem operasi Android

Abstract

History lessons in Indonesia are taught starting from Elementary School (SD) level. One of materials taught in elementary schools is a national hero figure who has greatly contributed to Indonesian nation. Several images of heroes were immortalized on Indonesian banknotes. The learning method that is carried out only with printed books and lectures tends to make students bored and quickly feel sleepy. In a site like this, interesting learning media is needed. This study seeks to build an android-based application using Augmented Reality technology, using banknotes as markers to produce 3D animation applications that speak about heroes and their historical backgrounds. This application development methodology uses an Incremental model which consists of 4 stages, namely: Analysis, design, code, and testing. Distributed questionnaires get results; Strongly Disagree = 0%, Disagree = 0%, Agree = 43%, and Strongly Agree = 57%. These results indicate that the overall system is running well and feasible to use

Abstract

To make it easier for users to use the application, researchers use the user centered design (UCD) method so that the application is comfortable and easy to use. The advantages of User Centered Design are design-oriented, with a general understanding of the user and in-depth analysis of the user with human characteristics, which is not only a method focus, but also focuses on the specific characteristics and behavior of the target user. By using the UCD model, the application can be used easily but can adjust to the cooperative work system. This research was conducted at the Prosperous Peace Cooperative located in Arga Makmur, North Bengkulu to be precise in Karang Suci Village. And for this research carried out for one month after the seminar and its improvements. The results of this study are based on testing, for the average value of 2 (two) respondents, which is 83% and it is stated that the results of the enterprise architecture design are valid above 50%. And from the results of application feasibility testing using the EA Score Card it can be concluded that the application is declared feasible with a test result of 79%. Which means the application runs well and can be used on Android phones for user applications, and can be used easily by cooperative members to see details of their funds that have been processed by the cooperative.

Abstract

Current image processing provides an opportunity for humans to develop systems capable of identifying digital images. Edge detection is a process to produce the edges of an image object. The problem of this research is how to compare the level of accuracy of the Krisch and Prewitt method for measuring human body weight with digital images. The aim of this research is to compare the level of accuracy between the Krisch and Prewitt methods in measuring human body weight using digital images. This research uses an experimental method by taking images of the human body, cropping, resizing, and converting them into grayscale images. Next, edge detection was carried out using the Krisch and Prewitt method. Edge detection results are used to measure human body weight by calculating the pixel distance between certain points on the edge of the object in the image. The results of this study show that the Krisch and Prewitt methods have different levels of accuracy in measuring human body weight. Based on tests that have been carried out on 15 image data samples using the confusion matrix approach, where the accuracy level of the Prewitt method is 60% while the Krisch method is 40%. The conclusion of the research is that the Prewitt method has the best level of accuracy compared to the Krisch method

Abstract

This study discusses the application of the watershed transformation method to measure land area in satellite images. The main objective is to improve the accuracy of land area measurement, which is important for various applications such as agriculture, urban development, and nature conservation. Given its often time-consuming and resource-intensive nature, this study aims to develop a more efficient and faster method of processing satellite image data. The method starts with the collection and pre-processing of satellite image data to improve its quality. Next, watershed transformation is applied for image segmentation and land area measurement. The results are evaluated through accuracy analysis and comparison with reference data. From testing 20 sample data, Precision of 100%, Recall of 80%, and Accuracy of 95% were obtained. It is expected that this research can contribute to the development of a more efficient and reliable land area measurement technique.

Abstract

A house is a basic human need as a place of activity, shelter, and rest. One of the problems that is often overlooked in house construction is the mismatch or slope in the size of the room. Wall misalignment due to inaccurate measurements can affect building comfort and safety. This research uses technological advances in room slope measurement with trigonometric and numerical methods. The results show that the trigonometric and numerical methods have precision, recall, and accuracy rates reaching 100%. This method is effective and reliable for measuring the slope based on the captured digital image, ensuring that the measurements taken are true and accurate.
