Abstract

Poverty is one of the problems that seems to continue to arise in this country's problems. The Social Service is one of the government agencies engaged in the social sector which carries out data collection activities and determines poor households in the city of Bengkulu. The problem in this study is that the determination of poor households is still done manually so that they are prone to errors or human errors in the process. In this research a software system for determining poor households has been created so that it can be a tool for the Bengkulu City Social Service in determining household categories in the Bengkulu City community. In this study, the SMART method was used because the SMART method is multi-criteria that supports many criteria in determining decision-making and does not affect the weighting calculation if there are additional or reduced alternatives because each alternative assessment does not depend on one another. Apart from that, to determine the grouping of poor household categories, where from the calculation results of the SMART method, the process of determining the final stage of determining poor households will be carried out. In discussing this research regarding the application of the SMART method, it can provide the final result in the form of determining household categories in each family data.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi yang pesat telah mendorong beberapa kemajuan teknonolgi yang sangat pesat pada zaman ini, Home industri "Keripik Ubi Kayu 3 Sodara" merupakan usaha keluarga yang berlokasi di Kota Manna, Bengkulu Selatan. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah terbatasnya jangkauan pemasaran, yang selama ini hanya mencakup warung-warung sekitar rumah dan sekolah terdekat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis Android yang dapat membantu memperluas jangkauan pemasaran produk keripik ubi kayu tersebut. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah model Waterfall, yang meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian sistem. Aplikasi dikembangkan menggunakan platform Kodular, sehingga memungkinkan pengembangan tanpa keterampilan pemrograman tingkat lanjut. Fitur utama yang disediakan meliputi katalog produk, pemesanan online, dan integrasi pembayaran digital. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dibangun dapat meningkatkan kemudahan akses informasi produk, memperluas jangkauan pemasaran, serta mempermudah proses transaksi antara produsen dan konsumen. Dengan demikian, aplikasi ini berpotensi memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap pengembangan usaha kecil berbasis digital.

Abstract

Pengelolaan aset yang efektif merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam mendukung tata kelola perguruan tinggi. Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu masih menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan aset, seperti pencatatan yang belum terintegrasi dan keterlambatan pembaruan data aset. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode Agile dalam perancangan aplikasi manajemen aset yang dikolaborasikan dengan teknologi QR Code guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan aset. Penelitian ini melibatkan 80 responden dengan pembagian data menggunakan rasio 70:15:15 untuk tahap pengembangan, validasi, dan pengujian sistem. Pengujian usability dilakukan menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode Agile memungkinkan pengembangan sistem yang adaptif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Integrasi teknologi QR Code mempercepat proses identifikasi dan pencatatan aset. Hasil pengujian usability memperoleh nilai rata-rata SUS sebesar ±83 yang termasuk dalam kategori Excellent. Dengan demikian, aplikasi manajemen aset yang dikembangkan memiliki tingkat usability yang tinggi dan layak untuk diterapkan di lingkungan Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu.

Abstract

Management of incoming and outgoing letters at Perumda Tirta Hidayah Bengkulu City involves a lot of paper that must be filled in to record and classify incoming and outgoing letters. By paying attention to this, it is necessary to have a web-based mailing system so that later it can help archiving incoming and outgoing mail and archiving letters can be done effectively and efficiently. The web-based mailing system has been completed using the CodeIgniter 3 framework application and the PHP programming language with MySQL database. The system built can be used at Tirta Hidayah Bengkulu City as a media for processing archival data for incoming and outgoing letters, the system can make it easier for receptionists to enter data, letters, make it easier for leaders (admin secretaries) to carry out the letter disposition process, speed up performance in responding or follow up on incoming mail. The system also produces efficient and accurate mail archive data reports.

Abstract

The level of student satisfaction with the services of the Administrative Services section of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu is not yet known. To determine the level of student satisfaction in receiving these services, it is necessary to create a system that can measure the level of student satisfaction with the services provided. In conducting this research, the development method of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a gradual approach to analyze and build a system design using a specific cycle for user activities and the approach method used in measuring the level of satisfaction using a licker scale. This system is built with the XAMPP tool that can test applications without requiring an internet connection, PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of the system made can help and make it easier to find out the level of student satisfaction with the services provided and the faculty in particular can quickly improve and improve the performance of services that get bad ratings. From the overall assessment, the value of service satisfaction level is 89.26 with a very good predicate. It is hoped that this application is always up to date so that it follows the development of Android-based technology.

Abstract

Garbage is a disaster that can cause a lot of harm both in terms of the environment and health. In this incident there were many factors that affected the surrounding community, such as population density and insufficient public awareness. These factors are the main reasons for illegal waste disposal. By utilizing a Geographic Information System (GIS) implemented with Google Maps in the chaos of an Android-based temporary landfill. Data collection methods are by interview, and observation. The data obtained is to facilitate system analysis and design. The results of this study are that it can make it easier for the people of Bengkulu City to find the nearest TPS.

Abstract

This research was conducted in order to be able to further assist teachers in providing material related to procedures for managing corpses based on 3D animation. In this study the authors used empirical methods, in which data collection was carried out in several steps, namely: Observation and Library Studies. In addition, the system design has 2 (two), namely: First Marker Check (Washing the Body) and Initialization. Then there are 4 (four) paths in application design, namely: Interface Design, Splashscreen Menu, Main Menu, Prayer Movement AR Menu. And the last one is testing, where testing of the process book augmented reality application for children is carried out. Before the application is tested on users, it is first carried out using the white box testing method, testing the application on devices with the Android operating system. From this study it can be concluded that the stages involved in developing a 3D multimedia in the form of augmented reality consist of the process of modeling, texturing, ringing, animation, rendering, making APKs. The results of the animation making process are then arranged in a single unit using vuforia and unity so as to produce a 3D animation-based corpse management movement guide application.

Abstract

Bengkulu is one of the provinces in Indonesia, precisely located in the western part of Indonesia, namely on the island of Sumatra. Bengkulu has a wide variety of beautiful flowers, including orchids which are unique to Bengkulu. Bengkulu orchids are included as rare and endangered flowers, and the lack of public knowledge of the shape and characteristics of these flowers makes the author decide to create a system that can identify the type of orchid. In classifying the image texture, it can be done using the template matching method. The template matching method is a simple method used to identify patterns in an image. The template matching method is often used to identify character images of letters, numbers, fingerprints and other matching applications. In this study, we propose the use of a template matching algorithm to classify orchid images based on species and family. The test results use 30 test image data. The minimum correlation value with the correct label on the orchid image is 0.7967 and the classification image is 0.7899. From the experimental results it can be concluded that the template matching algorithm is quite good in orchid image classification as evidenced by a test accuracy of 76 percent.

Abstract

The Department of Industry and Trade (DISPERINDAG) of Bengkulu Province has the function of preparing regional government program planning for Bengkulu Province, one of these programs is providing assistance to small and medium industries in Bengkulu Province. The problem of this research is the selection process for determining the recipient of the assistance. This selection process is still done manually by selecting one by one each IKM document that will receive assistance, this is certainly quite prone to errors. This manual process results in the length of the selection process being carried out. The results of selection decisions are sometimes vulnerable to non-objectivity from the Bengkulu Province DIPERINDAG because there is no mathematical determination because all decisions come from humans. The results of this study have created a Decision Support System (DSS) to simplify the data processing process and shorten the completion time while improving the quality of decisions in determining the priority of beneficiaries to get maximum results, the TOPSIS method has also been applied. In this method, a calculation has been carried out on the IKM which is a candidate for assistance based on predetermined criteria.

Abstract

In today's digital era, student data is very important and must be kept secure. Cryptography is a technique for securing data from unauthorized parties. AES 256 (Advanced Encryption Standard 256) is a cryptographic algorithm used to secure data with a symmetric key and uses OCB (Offset Codebook Mode) mode. The application of the OCB mode AES 256 cryptographic algorithm to student data will provide better protection against unauthorized access or data manipulation. This will be very important to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of confidential and private student data such as personal data, grades, and academic track records. In this study it can be concluded that the use of AES-256 in OCB mode is a good choice to protect student data with a high level of security. The combination of AES-256 and OCB provides a very high level of security for sending sensitive data over the network. OCB mode uses message encoding with offset, which allows use of shorter keys, making it more efficient than other modes of encryption operation.
