Abstract

The Indonesian Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) states that the financial literacy increase will be followed by developing the financial inclusion index. Nevertheless, the level of public financial literacy is still far behind the financial inclusion index. Perpres No. 82 of 2016 concerning the National Inclusive Finance Strategy sets a target of 75% of the adult population to access financial services in 2019. As information technology develops and internet penetration rates rapidly emerge, digital financial services emerge that make it easier for people to obtain financial services called financial technology. The increasing use of financial technology is one of the drivers for increasing national financial inclusion. This study aims to investigate studies of financial inclusion, financial literacy, both from knowledge, behavior, and financial attitudes, and financial technology. The research is a literature study research examining thirty journals and reports related to Financial Inclusion, Financial Literacy, and Financial Technology. Formed on the respondents' characteristics, gender, age, education, and occupation had an impact on increasing financial inclusion, financial literacy, and financial technology in Indonesia. Many people use financial products and services without having a good knowledge of the functions, how to choose the right according to needs, and do not know the risks of the products used. Recommendation from this is a strategy strategic of the respondents' characteristics is needed in increasing financial inclusion.

Abstract

This article discusses the efforts of the East Kalimantan Government handling cases of development of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) during the COVID-19. The handling strategy can be assessed by understanding the measures, steps, and policies formulated and implemented by the East Kalimantan government. A deliberative policy analysis approach was used to analyze this case. This approach analyzes the narratives and arguments of the authorities to understand decision-making and policy implementation. The writing of this article uses a qualitative approach by utilizing the descriptive analysis method. The data collection technique used is a literature study using books, journal articles, newspapers, online news, and traditional institutions' websites. First, this paper's essential findings are reallocation and refocusing of the Covid-19 Budget for the cost of economic stimulus to strengthen capital for affected businesses and small industry players. Second, relaxation and credit restructuring. Third, the temporary closure policy for cafes or restaurants is due to residents' ignorance or non-compliance with government calls regarding health protocols. As a result, efforts to deal with it have stalled because the wider community does not support it. Combining these three factors complicates the provincial government's efforts to deal with MSMEs' development during the COVID-19 pandemic in East Kalimantan. Policy recommendations for the recovery of MSMEs in East Kalimantan Province, namely increasing the role of Indagkop through fostering and educating MSMEs in utilizing technology to sell online and the one-door policy for MSMEs.

Abstract

This article aims to understand the Indonesian Government's efforts in making policies to handle the development of micro Waqf banks in Indonesia. The handling strategy can be assessed by understanding the policies formulated and implemented by the Indonesian Government. This study used a deliberative policy analysis approach, and data were collected through a literature study. The results of this study conclude 1) management for groups that can avoid misuse of loan funds and disbursement of funds not on target; 2) training and mentoring can build management commitment and customer enthusiasm to build a more advanced business; 3) with the financing method without collateral, the Islamic financial system does not collect deposits, low yields, and fast and easy administrative processes such as Islamic banking. Combining these three factors optimizes the performance of the micro Waqf bank in economic empowerment and community productivity. It helps increase the income and welfare of the community around the pesantren (Islamic boarding school).

Abstract

Beras Basah Island and Mangrove Berbas Beach are objects and tourism attractions (ODTW). There are also tourist destinations that have a variety of tourism potential. Currently, the development of the two areas is still not optimal, constrained by internal and external factors regarding the components of attraction, accessibility, amenities, and ancillary (component analysis 4A). The 4A analysis component has not been managed optimally by the manager. Analyzing internal and external factors with a SWOT analysis tool followed by a 4A analysis can help the object and tourism attraction (ODTW) of Beras Basah Island and Mangrove Berbas Beach to develop more by utilizing the existing tourism potentially. This research is a descriptive analysis through a case study; this study aims to determine the Strategy of developing ODTW in Bontang City to increase the tourism sector's economic value. Based on the SWOT analysis results, alternative strategic options for developing ODTW are holding cultural events, using all promotional media, and utilizing tourist sites. It is recommended several things such as managing the location of the residents' business to be neater, completing tourist safety infrastructure, and maximizing the participation of Kelompok Sadar Wiata (POKDARWIS) in tourism activities.

Abstract

Online shopping transactions on e-commerce in Indonesia are increasing. E-commerce players continue to attempt and develop strategies to attract users in shopping online. This research analyze through the SOR (Stimulus, Organism, Response) framework on the driving factors for e-commerce users, especially Shopee in making online purchases regarding online shopping value and web satisfaction provided on Shopee services, problems related to the high number of e-commerce shopping. and the amount of impulsive spending money in the large number from big sale programs that are displayed.  The approach of this research was qualitative through descriptive analysis of the results of questionnaires obtained by 385 respondents in Indonesia using the Guttman Scale and interviewing 10 informants as supporting empirical data. The results of this study was reproducibility coefficient is 0.94 and a scalability coefficient is 0.63, with reliable test using the Richard Kuderson formula (KR20) is 0.2 which was declared valid and reliable. In addition, the most important driving factor for purchase intention was obtained from this study, namely the free shipping feature with a percentage of 48.1%. Recommendations for future research is to focus on research on the peak moments of online shopping, such as the Ramadan big sale, and the celebration of the national shopping day and others. In addition, expanding respondents and informants, in order to expand the study and re-design related to the framework used.

Abstract

Pasca-pandemi COVID-19 ini telah menjadi kesempatan untuk bereksperimen dengan teknologi sambil menggunakan langkah-langkah yang sesuai lintas batas yang akan mengarah pada fitur internasional yang lebih aman, lebih berkelanjutan, dan lebih inklusif. Memanfaatkan teknologi tersebut pasca pandemi ini untuk mengurangi dampak covid-19 untuk mengelola proyek sambil memastikan kualitas tidak terganggu adalah masalah besar untuk membentengi keberhasilan proyek. Situasi pandemi ini sangat baru dan menciptakan kepanikan bagi masyarakat, bahkan menyebabkan terjadinya pembatalan proyek. Pembatalan proyek memiliki efek dominan pada perekonomian. Maka perlu diketahui penyebab terjadinya pembatalan proyek yang selanjutnya dapat dipikirkan langkah untuk mengatasi hal tersebut. Manajemen Proyek adalah serangkaian kegiatan seputar pengelolaan teknik manajemen proyek yang berhasil. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur dimana literatur tersebut dibagi menjadi tema-tema yang berurutan. Tema tersebut akan dianalisis melalui analisis kesenjangan. Kemudian data diekstraksi dari buku dan jurnal di tingkat nasional maupun internasional. Lalu dilakukan pemilahan informasi yang sesuai dengan topik pembahasan yaitu mitigasi dampak pandemi COVID-19 dalam manajemen proyek. Analisis data disajikan secara deskriptif naratif. Penelitian ini lebih ke arah pemahaman dampak situasi virus corona pada lingkungan manajemen proyek secara umum dan pelaksanaan manajemen proyek. Situasi virus corona ini menjadikan para pemangku kepentingan memikirkan bagaimana dampak ini memiliki kekuatan untuk mengubah cara mereka mendekati pelaksanaan proyek pada anggota tim proyek. Dalam hal ini berkontribusi pada bagaimana manajer proyek melaksanakan proyek dalam lingkungan yang beragam. Manajer proyek harus dapat menilai situasi dengan mengidentifikasi lingkungan internal dan eksternal agar dapat menyesuaikan dengan situasi saat ini dan mulai melakukan perubahan metode yang membantu kelanjutan proyek.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and find out “effect of fashion lifestyle, promotion mix and visual merchandising on purchase decisions in Recycle Stuff.id Samarinda City. This research uses quantitative research and sampling using non probability sampling technique, the data is obtained from distributing questionnaires through google from. The results of this study indicate that the variables of fashion lifestyle, promotion mix and visual merchandising simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial literacy, family environment, and locus of control on interest in entrepreneurship in undergraduate students at Mulawarman University. This study used quantitative methods and 100 respondents to collect data using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test and f test. The results showed that partially the entrepreneurial literacy variable had no significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship, the family environment variables and locus of control had a significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship. Simultaneously the variables of entrepreneurial literacy, family environment, and locus of control have a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship in Mulawarman University students.

Abstract

Digital wallets are the most preferred payment method by Indonesian digital society compared to other payment methods, namely cash payments and bank transfers. Over time, several digital wallet platforms began to create QR codes according to their respective platforms. With each platform having its own QR Code, this can make it difficult for users to make payments. Therefore, Bank Indonesia, which is tasked with regulating and maintaining the smooth running of the payment system, regulates the QR Code to be standardized in accordance with the International Europe Mastercard Visa standard. A product is said to be successful if the product is able to meet user needs to increase user satisfaction. In order for the product to meet the standards, it is necessary to evaluate the quality of the product. One of the evaluations that must be carried out is an evaluation of the User Experience. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with the criteria that domiciled in Samarinda and has used QRIS as a payment system. Data analysis was carried out using the UEQ Data Analysis Tool. The results of this study are that user experience (attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, novelty) has a positive impression on QRIS user satisfaction in Samarinda City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect social media marketing, store atmosphere and electronic word of mouth to customer loyalty Starbucks City of Samarinda. The sample selection technique uses purposive sampling with a sample obtained by 100 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires at all Starbucks outlets in Samarinda City. The data that has been collected is processed using the SmartPLS 3.2.9 analysis tool with the SEM method. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect on store atmosphere to customer loyalty, electronic word of mouth have a significant effect on customer loyalty. Whereas, Social media marketing no significant effect on customer loyalty.
