Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen yang terdiri dari Word Of Mouth (X1), Brand Image (X2), dan Kualitas Produk (X3) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) baik secara parsial maupun simultan dan untuk mengetahui salah satu diantara ketiga variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif . populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh konsumen pada Dum Dum Thai Drinks Samarinda. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah random samplimg. Hasil perhitungan uji F (simultan) menunjukkan bahwa variabel independent Word Of Mouth (X1), Brand Image (X2), dan Kualitas Produk (X3) secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap variabel dependen Keputusan Pembelian (Y) dari hasil analisis uji t (parsial) menunjukkan bahwa Word Of Mouth (X1) dan Brand Image (X2) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) sedangkan Kualitas Produk (X3) secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y)  pada Minuman Thai Tea Dum Dum Thai Drinks Samarinda. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh pada kinerja karyawan adalah variabel Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

Penulisan daftar pustaka menjadi kendala yang sering dihadapi mahasiswa dalam penulisan karya ilmiah. Untuk menghindari plagiarism hal yang wajib dilakukan adalah mencantumkan daftar pustaka. Banyaknya referensi yang diperlukan mahasiswa dalam penulisan karya ilmiah tentu saja beberapa dari mereka akan kesulitan apabila membuat daftar pustaka secara manual. Oleh karena itu, diperlukannya aplikasi Mendeley untuk mempermudah dalam menyusun daftar pustaka secara otomatis. Namun, masih banyak mahasiswa yang belum paham dalam penggunaannya bahkan tidak mengetahui aplikasi Mendeley. Pelatihan ini diselenggarakan secara daring menggunakan aplikasi Zoom, dengan sasaran peserta adalah mahasiswa umum yang ingin mengetahui bagaimana cara mempergunakan aplikasi praktis bernama Mendeley agar mereka dapat membuat daftar pustaka yang otomatis. Pelatihan ini merupakan sebuah wadah kegiatan yang memiliki tujuan yakni membantu mahasiswa agar mereka secara mandiri dapat mengelola referensi dengan baik. Dengan begitu, diharapkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia juga turut mengalami peningkatan. Pelatihan ini juga diharapkan memberikan hasil maksimal diantaranya adalah menambah pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta dalam menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley, serta menambah keterampilan peserta dalam menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley untuk mengerjakan berbagai bentuk tulisan ilmiah seperti jurnal, skripsi, maupun tugas akhir.

Abstract

The amount of pressure from external and internal makes entrepreneur always innovates and develop more strategies so that their business can survive and be better in the future. One strategy that can be done is use social media as their marketing media tool, social media makes business's attention, awareness, and image increases. Instagram is one of the best platforms to implement social media marketing with its many features and flexibility in terms of content creating and content sharing, it can increase sales traffic and as an influential media regarding the products being sold. The Audia Multibrand Muslimwear boutique uses Instagram with the username @audiastore, this boutique has recently maximized the use of Instagram from the previous only to display catalogs that are sold in stores, and is now also active and consistent in terms of creating interactive content about the boutique, maintaining good relations with virtual customers, and also make buying and selling transactions through Instagram and with this research, researchers want to find out with all the strategies carried out by Audia Multibrand Muslimwear will affect brand awareness and brand image and also whether it increases the buying interest of Instagram users and customers to Audia Multibrand Muslimwear’s Instagram, @audiastore.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the HR strategy in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic and the new normal. HR strategy requires sensitivity to internal and external changes at the national and global levels. A qualitative phenomenology study analyzed this study. Data were collected by means of observation and interviews with several HR leaders and employees, as well as reviewing some literature. In this study, the informants were six HR managers in Indonesia. HR development is carried out in a planned and continuous manner to improve employee competence and organizational performance through policy programs that support business continuity, digitalization, health and safety. The human capital quality approach emphasizes human function as a significant determinant of organizational success in addition to financial, technological, and material capital. Then HR should be able to play a strategic role in rearranging work processes and it can be explained that three strategic functions, namely: Systemic Thinking, Corporate Culture, and Leadership. The weak ability to think systemically, corporate culture, and leadership will have implications for the ability to perform, the creativity, and sustainability of an organization is facing the era of competition and global challenges, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This researcher aims to determine whether promotions on social media and electronic word of mouth have a significant effect on the decision to visit the Mahakam Lampion Garden in Samarinda city. The independent variable used in this study is the promotion of social media (X1) and electronic word of mouth (X2), and the dependent variable in this study is the visit decision (Y). This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling using the slovin formula and obtained 100 respondents using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Promotion variabel in social media and visiting electronic word of mouth have a positive and significant effect on decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education on EBI, the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions, the effect of EBI on entrepreneurial intentions, and the role of EBI as a mediator of influence between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intentions. This research was conducted on undergraduate students of the Business Administration Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Mulawarman University class of 2017 and 2018. The main requirements for respondents are students who have taken entrepreneurship courses in the previous semester with a total sample of 222 people. The analysis technique uses AMOS-based SEM analysis. The results of the analysis found that entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant effect on EBI, entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, EBI has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, and EBI plays a significant role in mediating the influence of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions. Based on the results of the research, it means that the Business Administration Study Program is able to grow and encourage students' interest in entrepreneurship which can be done through the development of entrepreneurship education curricula. And student character values ??(EBI) can be developed through experience and field practice so that they do not have to be imposed on the education.

Abstract

In doing business, business actors must understand the importance of a business model in entrepreneurship; a business strategy is needed. There are several business models, but the one most often used by business actors is the Business Model Canvas or what we usually know (BMC). According to several studies, the Business Model Canvas is a business model that can still be developed into a more detailed business model and better mapping. Then from the Business Model Canvas, a new business model was developed, namely the Business Road Map, to win the market competition. Business Road Map is a pattern or Business Mapping Method to build a business model/business plan capable of creating growth over time.

Abstract

Studi ini mempelajari dan meringkas literatur yang mengulas pengaduan. Penelitian ini mencari  informasi rinci dan data empiris mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi studi intensi pengaduan dalam tinjauan literatur. Menerapkan Model Intensitas Moral yang diperkenalkan oleh Jones (1991), penelitian ini melihat bagaimana besarnya konsekuensi, konsensus sosial, dan kedekatan mempengaruhi intensi pengaduan. Selain itu, ketakutan akan pembalasan adalah variabel tambahan untuk memperpanjang studi berdasarkan Model Intensitas Moral. Prediktor pertama adalah besarnya konsekuensi. Studi yang berkaitan dengan prediktor ini memeriksa bahaya atau manfaat yang dilakukan pada korban atau penerima manfaat dari tindakan moral yang dimaksud. Studi yang terkait dengan prediktor kedua, konsensus sosial, memeriksa Tingkat persetujuan sosial bahwa tindakan yang diusulkan itu jahat atau baik. Prediktor ketiga adalah kedekatan. Studi-studi dalam bidang ini berfokus pada perasaan kedekatan (sosial, budaya, psikologis, atau fisik) yang dimiliki agen moral bagi para korban kejahatan yang dipertanyakan. Studi yang terkait dengan prediktor akhir, takut akan pembalasan, memeriksa sebagai tindakan yang tidak diinginkan terhadap pelapor yang disebabkan oleh pelapor internal atau eksternal. Untuk setiap prediktor, penulis pertama-tama meringkas dan menganalisis temuan penelitian sebelumnya dan kemudian mengajukan saran untuk penelitian pengaduan di masa depan.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan agar dapat meningkatkan pemahaman pengelola BUMDes dan pengurus POKDARWIS dalam memaksimalkan dana desa untuk menggali potensi Desa Kersik dalam mensejahterakan masyarakat dan menjadi desa yang mandiri. Pendirian BUMDes sepatutnya diawali dengan menganalisa potensi Desa yang ada untuk dikembangkan. Desa Kersik memiliki banyak potensi, seperti potensi pesisir pantai, potensi ikan dan pengolahan garam yang dapat dikembangkan. Selanjutnya dapat dilakukan pengelolaan dana dari potensi yang ada. Dalam pengabdian ini menggunakan metode Focus Group Discussion (FGD), metode pelatihan dan metode pendampingan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan beberapa tahapan, yaitu: membentuk tim yang telah mengobservasi potensi desa, kemudian merumuskan mengidentikasi bahwa BUMDes setempat perlu mengoptimalisasi dan mempriroritaskan potensi setempat, dan evaluasi pemahaman pengelolaan BUMDes. Peserta pada kegiatan ini berjumlah 12 orang yang terdiri dari POKDARWIS dan Pengurus BUMDes di Desa Kersik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta. Hal tersebut terbukti dengan tingkat partisipasi dari peserta dan peningkatan pemahaman sebesar 80%. Diharapkan setelah kegiatan ini, materi yang disampaikan dapat berguna bagi para pengelola BUMDes dan pengurus POKDARWIS.Abstract: This service activity aims to foster the interest and desire of BUMDes managers and POKDARWIS administrators in maximizing village funds to explore the potential of Kersik Village in prospering the community and becoming an independent village. The establishment of BUMDes should begin with analyzing the potential of the existing village to be developed. Kersik village has a lot of potential, such as coastal potential, fish potential and salt processing that can be developed. Furthermore, fund management can be carried out from the existing potential. In this service, the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method is used, training methods and mentoring methods. Participants in this activity amounted to 12 people consisting of POKDARWIS and BUMDes Management in Kersik Village. Evaluation of the results of this community service activity is that participants are motivated in managing BUMDes and can explore the economic potential that exists in Kersik village by utilizing BUMDes funds. This service activity was carried out effectively in increasing the knowledge of the participants. This is evidenced by the participation rate of the participants and an increase in understanding of 80%. It is hoped that after this activity, the material presented can be useful for BUMDes managers and POKDARWIS administrators.

Abstract

The business construction in Indonesia is subject to widespread corruption. The efficiency of business construction operations is constrained by corrupt judiciaries, which complicate the resolution process and weaken the protection of property rights. Construction industry corruption undermines the results of Indonesia's construction project and construction industry. The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of corruption in construction activities so that stakeholders have exposure and discuss the prevention plan of corruption practices. A complete literature review identified a total of 10 preventive corruption practices in the construction industry were (1) enforcement of the law, regulation, and sanction; (2) high integrity and honest construction culture; (3) active reporting channel; (4) audit mechanism; (5) code of conduct; (6) public disclosure; (7) whistle-blowers protection; (8) Comprehensive supervision; (9) appropriate training program; and (10) income level adequacy. This paper seeks to thoroughly investigate an effective preventive plan in corruption practices, especially the construction sector. It provides insight and increases awareness of corruption practices among the construction stakeholders and society
