Abstract

Less varied learning models often cause students' low scientific literacy abilities. This research aims to determine whether differentiation learning through a problem-based learning model based on learning styles can improve students' scientific literacy skills in the human respiratory system concept. The research method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study was class XI MIPA SMAN 1 Lohbener, with a sample of class XI MIPA 5 and XI MIPA 2. The sampling technique uses a random sampling technique. The instrument used is nine multiple choice questions to measure scientific literacy skills using criteria questions C4-C5 adapted to learning indicators, and a learning style instrument includes 14 statements adapted to learning style indicators. After processing the data, the results of the scientific literacy abilities of the experimental class and control class students obtained Sig. 0.728 > 0.05, so there is no difference in scientific literacy abilities based on student learning styles. There is also a difference in scientific literacy abilities between the differentiated and undifferentiated problem-based learning models (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Additionally, there is no interaction effect between the problem-based learning model and student learning styles (Sig. 0.944 > 0.05). These results indicate that the learning model is more effective in the learning process for all students, while learning style influences how students absorb the information taught.

Abstract

Pola hidup bersih dan sehat adalah aspek yang sangat penting di tengah adanya pandemi covid 19. Salah satu cara untuk menjaga kesehatan yaitu dengan mencuci tangan. Hand sanitizer merupakan cairan pembersih tangan yang digunakan sebagai alternatif untuk mencuci tangan selain menggunakan sabun dan air. Hand sanitizer berbasis alkohol dengan minimal 60% dipercaya lebih efektif untuk membunuh kuman dan mikroorganisme berbahaya, termasuk pencegahan virus corona. Tujuan kegiatan PKM ini adalah pelatihan pembuatan hand sanitizersebagai upaya penerapan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat di tengah pandemi covid 19. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh ibu rumah tangga, remaja, hingga anak-anak, dan beberapa kepala keluarga di desa Kalisuren, Tajurhalang, Bogor. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini dengan cara ceramah, diskusi dan pelatihan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat di desa Kalisuren, Tajurhalang, Bogor mendapatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam membuat hand sanitizer secara mandiri.Kata kunci: Hand sanitizer; pandemic, covid19, pelatihan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of regional financial accounting systems, regional financial supervision, and human resource competence on regional expenditure management. This study is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study is the SKPD of Aceh Tengah District. The sampling method used was random sampling with a total of 220 respondents. The type of data used is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The finding indicated that the regional financial accounting system has a positive and significant effect on regional expenditure management, regional financial supervision has a positive and significant effect on regional expenditure management, and human resource competence has a positive and significant effect on regional expenditure management. Simultaneously, regional financial accounting systems, regional financial supervision, and human resource competence have a positive and significant effect on regional expenditure management.

Abstract

Environmental education implemented at the tertiary level often impacts changes in student behavior. This makes the development of environmental education at the tertiary level important to be carried out sustainably. The purpose of this study was to develop a student worksheet integrated with the Guided Interaction in Team (GIT) model. The method used in this study was research and development (R&D). The results of this study indicate that the student worksheet integrated with the GIT model has a very valid category with a percentage of expert I scores of 90% and a percentage of expert II scores of 87.50%, making it suitable for use in learning. The results of this study confirm that learning innovations need to be continuously developed better so that environmental education can run properly. The conclusion of this study is that the developed student worksheet is valid for use in classroom learning. Suggestions for further research are to develop other learning models that are more integrated with learning tools.

Abstract

Virgin coconut oil (VCO) has bioactivity that benefits health, such as lowering cholesterol, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial. Antibacterial properties of VCO related to the content of lauric acid. However, VCO has a poor physicochemical resistance. One way to improve the quality of VCO is to add antioxidant compounds, such as olive oil (OO), which has high antioxidants. This study used a blend of VCO and OO with 10% OO composition (OO10). The addition of olive oil resulted in a lower IC50 of the VCO-OO blend (41,666 ppm) compared to the pure VCO (125,000 ppm), thus suggesting that the VCO-OO blend has higher antioxidant capacity. However, neither VCO, OO nor OO10 blend showed antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.

Abstract

Prediksi jumlah pendaftaran peserta didik baru merupakan informasi penting bagi pihak sekolah dalam perencanaan sarana, prasarana, dan strategi penerimaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi jumlah pendaftaran peserta didik baru di SMK X Bandar Lampung menggunakan metode Polynomial Regression. Variabel yang digunakan meliputi nilai SKHU, nilai rapor, dan nilai tes seleksi. Data diolah menggunakan Microsoft Excel untuk perhitungan manual dan Python melalui Google Colaboratory sebagai alat implementasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Polynomial Regression mampu menghasilkan nilai prediksi yang konsisten antara perhitungan manual dan implementasi Python. Pada salah satu periode pengujian diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar R = 0,8779 yang menunjukkan tingkat hubungan yang kuat antara variabel prediktor dan variabel respon. Dengan demikian, metode ini dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu pengambilan keputusan dalam perencanaan penerimaan peserta didik baru.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian masyarakatdan pembahasan mengenai penerapan pembukuan akuntansi sederhana pada UMKM Mie Ayam Bakso Wonogiri Mas Wahyu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebelum penerapan pembukuan, pengelolaan keuangan usaha masih dilakukan secara tidak terstruktur. Pencatatan transaksi keuangan belum dipisahkan antara keuangan pribadi dan keuangan usaha, sehingga pemilik usaha mengalami kesulitan dalam mengetahui kondisi keuangan yang sebenarnya, termasuk perhitungan laba atau rugi usaha.Penerapan pembukuan akuntansi sederhana melalui pencatatan kas masuk dan kas keluar memberikan dampak positif bagi UMKM. Pemilik usaha menjadi lebih mudah dalam mencatat setiap transaksi penjualan dan pengeluaran secara rutin dan sistematis. Hal ini membantu memantau dan mengendalikan biaya operasional, serta mengetahui hasil usaha secara lebih akurat dalam periode tertentu. Selain itu, penerapan pembukuan akuntansi sederhana juga meningkatkan pemahaman pemilik usaha mengenai pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan yang baik. Informasi keuangan yang dihasilkan dari pembukuan sederhana dapat digunakan sebagai dasar dalam pengambilan keputusan usaha, seperti perencanaan modal, penentuan harga jual, dan pengembangan usaha ke depannya. Dengan adanya pencatatan keuangan yang rapi, UMKM memiliki peluang lebih besar untuk memenuhi persyaratan administrasi dalam mengakses permodalan dari lembaga keuangan. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan pembukuan akuntansi sederhana terbukti efektif dan sesuai untuk diterapkan pada UMKM Mie Ayam Bakso Wonogiri Mas Wahyu. Pembukuan ini tidak hanya mudah dipahami dan dijalankan oleh pemilik usaha, tetapi juga memberikan manfaat nyata dalam meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas keuangan usaha. Oleh karena itu, pembukuan akuntansi sederhana direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan secara berkelanjutan sebagai upaya meningkatkan kinerja dan keberlangsungan UMKM.

Abstract

The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) has created new opportunities to support innovative learning environments in STEM education. However, many science learning processes still rely on conventional instructional methods that do not fully facilitate students’ higher-order thinking skills. This study aims to develop and evaluate SUG-AI, an artificial intelligence–based learning platform designed to support adaptive STEM learning and improve college students’ critical thinking skills in science education. The research employed a quantitative research design integrated with a development approach using the ADDIE model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The developed platform provides interactive STEM learning modules, adaptive learning recommendations, and automated feedback based on students’ learning performance. Expert validation was conducted to evaluate the feasibility of the platform, followed by a limited implementation involving college students in science learning activities. Data were collected using validation instruments and critical thinking tests through pre-test and post-test measurements. The results showed that the SUG-AI platform achieved a high level of feasibility based on expert evaluation in terms of content quality, interface design, learning interaction, and system usability. Statistical analysis also revealed a significant improvement in students’ critical thinking skills after using the platform. These findings indicate that AI-based learning platforms have strong potential to enhance interactive STEM learning environments and support the development of higher-order thinking skills in higher education contexts
