Abstract

The development of information and communication technology is increasing rapidly from year to year, especially in the field of telecommunications. Communication technology via fiber optic is one of the technologies that is widely used as a data sender, between senders and receivers in one network, users can communicate with each other at very high speeds. This is in line with the community's need for fast communication services. FTTH (Fiber To The Home) is a telecommunications service infrastructure that supports transmission on large bandwidths and can solve bandwidth access problems so that PT. Telkom designs fiber to the home network access using GPON technology by determining its usage.

Abstract

In the construction of a building, it is necessary to install a good electrical installation and calculate the required electrical power to be used because this is the initial foundation for building operation so that it can be used by building users. used is still within normal limits or not. The method used by researchers is qualitative with data collection techniques from literature studies and observations. In the findings of the researchers' observations, the results obtained that the electricity demand for the CC FKIP UNTIRTA building is still within normal limits because its use is in accordance with the needs of each room.

Abstract

Education Is A Very Important Aspect In Efforts To Improve The Quality Of Intelligent Human Resources So That They Can Support The Progress Of The Nation And State In The Future. As One Of The National Development Sectors In An Effort To Make The Nation's Life Smarter, The Vision Of Education Is To Create An Education System As A Strong And Authoritative Social Institution To Empower All Indonesian Citizens To Become Quality Human Beings So That They Are Able And Proactive In Responding To The Challenges Of The Ever-Changing Times. Data Source Sampling Was Carried Out Purposively And Snowball, Data Collection Techniques Used Triangulation, Data Analysis Was Inductive/Qualitative, And Qualitative Research Results Emphasized Meaning Rather Than Generalization. The Descriptive Method Is A Method For Assessing The Status Of A Group Of People, Objects, Conditions, Systems Of Thought, Or Events In The Present. This Type Of Research Tries To Explain Certain Social Phenomena. In This Research, It Starts From Designing A Ladder Diagram. An Existing Ladder Diagram Is Then Made Into A Circuit And Given A Load In The Form Of An Electric Motor That Can Be Controlled With Forward/Reverse. 3-Phase Power Source, Power/Three-Phase Mcb, R/S/T Phase, 1-Phase Mcb, Zelio, Forward And Contact Contacts, 3-Phase Motor As Output From Three Phases, Pb Stop, Pb Forward, And Pb Reverse. The Control Circuit Has Three Main Components, Namely The Zelio Sr Block, Contactor Block And Control Panel. The Three Components Are Interconnected And Coordinated By Zelio Sr As A Pc-Based Control Device. Abstract

Analisis sentimen merupakan bagian dari data mining yang digunakan untuk mengolah dan memproses teks dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana opini atau pandangan masyarakat tentang suatu isu atau masalah tertentu. Metode klasifikasi yang digunakan untuk melakukan analisis sentimen pada data berupa teks, diantaranya Naive Bayes dan Support Vector Machine (SVM). Dalam mengevaluasi performa model klasifikasi yang telah dibuat, biasanya akan diukur nilai akurasinya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan performa dari model klasifikasi sentimen yang menggunakan metode Naive Bayes dan SVM, dengan TF-IDF dan CountVectorizer sebagai ekstraksi fitur serta Information Gain sebagai seleksi fitur. Selain itu, digunakan juga N-gram sebagai upaya untuk dapat meningkatkan akurasi model klasifikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan dataset berupa cuitan pengguna Twitter tentang perkembangan Artificial Intelligence. Data tersebut nantinya dikategorikan menjadi dua kelas, yaitu positif dan negatif, serta akan diolah dengan menggunakan tahapan knowledge discovery in databases (KDD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model hasil Naive Bayes mendapatkan akurasi tertinggi saat menggunakan ekstraksi fitur CountVectorizer, sedangkan model hasil SVM mendapatkan akurasi tertinggi saat menggunakan TF-IDF. Selain itu,  penggunaan Information Gain ternyata dapat meningkatkan nilai akurasi model hasil Naive Bayes sebesar 12% menggunakan CountVectorizer dengan N-gram. Namun  penggunaan Information Gain justru menurunkan nilai akurasi model hasil SVM sebesar 0,73% menggunakan TF-IDF dengan N-gram.

Abstract

In the 2016-2021, there were 12 accidents with 22 deaths and 107 injuries on the Pemalang – Purbalingga road section. One of the factors causing accidents is the lack of attention to infrastructure that meets safety aspects. Even though the number of accidents caused by infrastructure is relatively small when compared to the human error (human) and vehicle (facility) factors, serious attention must still be paid. Traffic accidents caused by a lack of road infrastructure are generally caused by an inaccurate road geometric design, poor road surface conditions, lack of visibility and so on. Therefore the research aims to find accident-prone locations, the causes of accidents from the standard values of road technical requirements and accident regression models. The results of this study. Segments that are categorized as accident-prone locations are STA 32+000, 34+000, 36+000, 47+000 and 48+000. Substandard grades will be the cause of traffic accidents based on road technical requirements. The regression model that can be used to predict the number of accidents on provincial roads according to the variables examined in this study is: Y = -2.618 + 0.049 Grade – 0.019 X Slope – 0.008 H Curv – 0.417 V Curv + 0.264 road width + 0.081 condition IRI roads + 0.014 PCI Road Conditions

Abstract

Biopelet adalah sumber energi alternatif yang ramah lingkungan dan dapat dibuat dari material material yang mudah didapatkan di sekitar. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan bekerjasama dengan Masyarakat Kampung Kramat Desa Pabuaran Kecamatan Kemang di Pondok Pesantren Al Hikmah Bogor untuk memproduksi dan menjual biopelet yang terbuat dari kulit kelapa muda, sekam padi, dan serbuk gerjaji. Pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan pelatihan teori dan praktek kepada mitra untuk membuat biopelet serta memasarknannya dengan strategi yang sesuai.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan tentang fiqih kontemporer dan juga konsep-konsep terkait hukum Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang pengertian fiqih kontemporer, objek kajian fiqih kontemporer, perbedaan fiqih klasik dan kontemporer, serta manfaat dan tujuan mempelajari fiqih kontemporer. Selain itu penelitian ini juga menjelaskan tentang konsep-konsep terkait hukum dalam Islam, diantaranya asy-syari’ah dan ad-din, fiqih dan ushul fiqih, qanun dan qadha, ijtihad dan fatwa, serta taqlid dan talfiq.

Abstract

Introduction: This research is a case study that comprehensively analyzes the use of social media as a self-development media with disabilities. Specifically, the benefits of using social media against users with disabilities. In this digital era, it is supposed that digital-based media is used to develop themselves, including those with disabilities. The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of social media use of the self- development of the disabled in Aceh, especially the city of Banda Aceh. Methods: The research is qualitatively based, using in-depth interview methods and Interpersonal communication theory. Results: The results showed that the use of social media has provided greater space and opportunity for people with disabilities to interact and mingle with non-disability persons, increase confidence and optimistic attitude to appear in public as well as in living life, able to seek income, improve the sympathy and awareness of the public to support them, available space and the opportunity to prove self to the community that people with disabilities can also contribute and go public.

Abstract

Cooperatives are business entities based on family principles and aim to improve the welfare of members. Organizational and capital completeness are two important factors that determine the effectiveness of cooperatives in achieving their goals. Organizational completeness refers to the structure and governance of a good cooperative, including the existence of an optimally functioning board, supervisor, and member meeting. This research uses a qualitative method. The results of this study reveal that a complete cooperative organization is the key to success in running a cooperative system. In addition to having complete administrators, supervisors, and member meetings, cooperatives also need to have a strong institutional structure. In addition, in terms of capital, having sufficient sources of funds will enable the cooperative to develop its business, expand its range of services, and have financial resilience in the face of risks that may arise. Thus, the overall comprehensiveness of the cooperative's organization and capital will be instrumental in determining the success of the cooperative system. Both aspects support each other to create an operational environment that is stable, transparent, and able to respond to challenges and opportunities in the market.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui konsep sains menurut perspektif barat dan perspektif Islam, beserta dengan tujuan dan objek kajiannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan, di mana data dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber pustaka seperti buku, ensiklopedia, jurnal ilmiah, koran, majalah, dan dokumen lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa dalam epistemologi Barat, sains hanya dibatasi pada bidang-bidang sains yang empirik atau ilmu fisik, sementara dalam epistemologi Islam bahwa sains juga membahas sesuatu yang bersifat ilmu non fisik atau metafisik. Tujuan dari sains adalah untuk memahami, memprediksi, dan mengatur aspek kejadian di dunia. Selain itu, sains juga digunakan untuk menemukan dan memformulasikan teori, dan teori itu sendiri merupakan penjelasan tentang sesuatu sehingga diperoleh kepahaman. Sedangkan dalam pandangan Islam, sains bertujuan untuk dapat mengamati, meneliti, serta belajar tanda-tanda kebesaran Allah Swt, yang pada akhirnya akan dapat mengenal Allah Swt.
