Abstract

This study aims to analyze and optimize the inventory control system of raw coffee bean materials at PT. Toarco Jaya Toraja Utara by applying the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) model, along with Safety Stock and Reorder Point (ROP) calculations. The research adopts a quantitative descriptive approach using 2023 procurement and inventory data. The analysis reveals that the implementation of the EOQ method significantly reduces total inventory costs from IDR 4,395,696.33 to IDR 3,384,950.59 per year, achieving a cost efficiency of 22.99%. Moreover, the order frequency decreases from nine times to four times per year, indicating improved operational efficiency. The calculated safety stock of 225.88 kg and a reorder point of 516.30 kg further ensure inventory availability and continuity of production. These findings support the adoption of a data-driven inventory strategy, contributing to cost minimization and production reliability.

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kesiapan pemda Kab. Mappi Papua Selatan terhadap Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG). Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan TAPD (Tim Anggaran Pemerintah Daerah) sebagai obyek penting yang memegang peranan fundamental bagi Pemerintah Daerah dalam menyesuaikan APBD berdasarkan kondisi efiensi untuk memenuhi tujuan Prioritas Nasional yaitu salah satunya Program Makan Bergizi Gratis. Berdasarkan Inpres 1 Tahun 2025 daerah wajib menyesuaikan APBD yang didalamnya bergejolak antara Prioritas Nasional dan Prioritas Daerah yang keduanya tidak dapat berjalan bersamaan karena kondisi umum wilayah Kabupaten Mappi yang lokasi-lokasi sekolahnya hanya dapat dicapai melalui angkutan sungai sementara APBD yang sebagian besar merupakan transferan Pemerintah Pusat memotong anggaran infrastruktur secara merata bagi seluruh daerah, sehingga berdampak pada pembangunan manusia itu sendiri khususnya didaerah tertinggal, terdepan dan terluat (3T). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Kab. Mappi belum siap secara anggaran untuk memenuhi seluruh mandatory pemerintah pusat dengan keadaan masih menggantungkan hidupnya pada pendapatn transfer untuk menyediakan sarana-prasaran yang menunjang Makan Bergizi Gratis, walaupun angka pasrtisipasi sekolah meningkat dalam empat tahun terakhir namun diperlukan perhatian khusus bagi daerah atau wilayah yang susah untuk dijangkau.

Abstract

Tindakan efisiensi ini harus mempertimbangkan kualitas barang atau jasa yang dihasilkan. Efisiensi sangat berpengaruh dalam menekan biaya, sehingga harga produk dan jasa dapat dijangkau oleh konsumen. Konsumen adalah elemen yang sangat penting dan berpengaruh dalam perkembangan perusahaan yang maju. Konsep kualitas sering dianggap sebagai ukuran kebaikan suatu produk atau jasa. Persepsi terhadap kualitas mencerminkan perasaan konsumen yang secara menyeluruh. Berdasarkan latar belakang yang telah diuraikan penulis sebelumnya dan rumusan masalah, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan menjelaskan kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, menganalisis dan menjelaskan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian explanatory dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian yang akan dilaksanakan adalah para pelanggan yang sebelumnya pernah atau sudah melakukan pembelian produk Multiguna Trust pada PLN di Wilatah UP3 Samarinda periode 2023. Jumlah populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa, variabel Kualitas Produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Hasil Penelitian kedua,variabel Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan.

Abstract

Kegiatan penelitian yang dilakukan pada kesempatan ini adalah menganalisa strategi pemasaran beyond kWh di PT PLN (Persero ) UID Kaltimra. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman dalam penjualan beyond kWh, kemudian menentukan strategi perusahaan berdasarkan faktor eksternal dan internal. Ketersediaan energi listrik merupakan aspek yang sangat penting dan bahkan menjadi suatu parameter untuk mendukung keberhasilan pembangunan suatu daerah, oleh sebab itu PLN perlu mengembangkan suatu strategi yang tepat agar perusahaan dapat mempertahankan eksistensinya dan dapat memperbaiki kinerja usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif sebagai tekniknya dengan observasi langsung dan wawancara pelanggan PLN UID Kaltimra untuk mengumpulkan data dan didukung analisa SWOT untuk melihat faktor guna memberikan peluang penjualan. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode SWOT Perusahaan dapat mengembangkan strategi untuk memanfaatkan kekuatan mereka guna mengejar peluang, atau mengurangi kelemahan mereka untuk menghadapi ancaman yang ada., sehingga meningkatkan peluang keberhasilan dalam mencapai target penjualan beyond kWh.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation on employee satisfaction at PT. Bank Sulselbar Antang Branch Office. The research method used is a quantitative approach with Spearman Rank correlation analysis techniques, coefficient of determination (R²), and t-test. The research sample consisted of 17 employees selected using the census technique. The results of the analysis show that compensation has a significant effect on employee satisfaction, where salary, benefits, incentives, and bonuses are the main factors that increase job satisfaction. These findings indicate that a fair and competitive compensation system contributes to increasing employee motivation and loyalty. Thus, companies need to strengthen compensation policies to improve employee welfare and overall organizational productivity.

Abstract

The South Korean music industry is experiencing rapid development due to the Korean Wave that spread South Korean popular culture globally. This study aims to determine the financial performance of Hybe Corporation from 2018 to 2022. This research uses quantitative research. The data source used is secondary data obtained from Hybe Corporation's financial statements from 2018 to 2022 which include balance sheets and income statements obtained through the company's official website. The data analysis method uses financial ratios such as Liquidity Ratio, Solvency Ratio, and Profitability Ratio. The results showed that the liquidity ratio through the Current Ratio and Cash Ratio indicators was in quite good condition. Solvency Ratio through Debt Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio indicators are in good condition. Profitability Ratio through indicators of Net Profit Margin, Return on Investment, and Return on Equity are in poor condition. As a result, Hybe Corporation's financial performance from 2018 to 2022 has not been optimal in managing its finances.Keywords: Financial Performance, Financial Ratios, Music Industry, Korean Wave

Abstract

The Regional Revenue, Finance, and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD) plays a vital role in regional financial management. This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource (HR) capabilities on treasury performance at BPPKAD Intan Jaya Regency. This research is qualitative in nature, using both primary and secondary data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study are four BPPKAD employees who have an understanding of HR capabilities and treasury performance. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative, consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that: 1) The level of competence and skills of HR at BPPKAD Intan Jaya is crucial in supporting treasury performance, where the majority of employees have a good understanding of accounting and financial management, contributing to the accuracy of financial reports. 2) Internal factors influencing HR performance include leadership, management support, and a supportive organizational culture. External factors include government policies, geographical location, and public demand. 3) HR capabilities affect the effectiveness and efficiency of treasury performance, where trained and competent employees can make accurate decisions, prepare accurate financial reports, and manage budgets well. This indicates that good analytical skills can enhance financial management in BPPKAD.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Human Resources (HR) and Competence on the Quality of Employee Performance at BPPKAD Intan Jaya Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The method used was quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis, involving 55 employees as a sample and questionnaire as a data collection tool. The results of the study showed that human resources had a positive and significant effect on the Quality of Employee Performance, with a standard Beta value of 0.260 and a significance of 0.042 (p < 0.05). T count 2.084 is greater than T table 1.67412, indicating that the improvement of human resources contributes to the improvement of the quality of employee performance. In addition, Competence also had a positive and significant effect, with a standard Beta value of 0.554 and a significance of 0.000 (p < 0.05). T count 4.445 is greater than T table 1.67412, indicating that improving competence significantly improves the quality of employee performance. Simultaneously, HR and Competency have a positive and significant effect on the quality of employee performance at BPPKAD Intan Jaya Regency. This confirms that good HR management and employee competency development are key to improving organizational performance.

Abstract

Human resources, in this case employees, are a central factor in an organization or company. The success of an organization is determined by employee performance, and one of the indicators to improve employee performance is having high job satisfaction. To achieve high job satisfaction, there needs to be motivating factors such as discipline and a conducive work environment. The purpose of this research is to: determine the partial effect of discipline on job satisfaction, identify the partial effect of the work environment on employee job satisfaction, and assess the simultaneous effect of discipline and the work environment on employee job satisfaction at the Water Resources, Bina Marga, and Construction Agency of Tanimbar Islands Regency. This type of research is qualitative. The location and population for this study consist of 15 employees and contract workers at the Water Resources, Bina Marga, and Construction Agency of Tanimbar Islands Regency. The data sources for this research are primary and secondary data. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis method follows Miles and Huberman’s approach, which is a qualitative data analysis conducted interactively and continuously until completion, starting from data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results indicate that work discipline and the work environment have a simultaneous effect on job satisfaction among employees at the Water Resources, Bina Marga, and Construction Agency of Tanimbar Islands Regency.

Abstract

Employer branding memainkan peran krusial dalam membangun citra perusahaan yang positif dan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh employer branding terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di CV. Bintang Rejeki Sejahtera, Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan regresi linear berganda. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei kuesioner terhadap 30 karyawan perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa employer branding memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 64%. Artinya, employer branding berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan, sementara 36% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Faktor utama employer branding yang berkontribusi adalah reputasi perusahaan, budaya organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja. Dengan demikian, perusahaan disarankan untuk memperkuat employer branding melalui komunikasi internal yang efektif, pemberian penghargaan kepada karyawan, serta pengembangan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung keseimbangan kerja dan kehidupan pribadi. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa employer branding bukan hanya strategi rekrutmen, tetapi juga faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan loyalitas karyawan.
