Abstract

The purpose of the study is to assess the applicability of Islamic educational philosophy at SMK IT Khoiru Ummah Curup in the context of education in the twenty-first century. Education is recognized as a fundamental pillar in shaping the character of individuals and society, with Islamic philosophical principles serving as the foundation for holistic and spiritual learning. Despite the challenges posed by changing times and technological advancements, field research with a descriptive qualitative approach indicates that these principles remain relevant at SMK IT Khoiru Ummah Curup. This research involves fieldwork with a descriptive qualitative approach, using data collection techniques and data validity methods. The findings of the research demonstrate the relevance of this concept, as evidenced by the acknowledgement of the role that tawhid plays in inclusive and tolerant education, the blending of Islamic sciences with contemporary knowledge, the focus on the whole development of students in the technological age, the value placed on high moral standards, and the advocacy for inclusive and tolerant education. for the development of quality individuals who make a positive contribution to society. The simulation that can be taken from this study is that the research findings provide a deep understanding of the relevance of philosophical principles of Islamic education at SMK IT Khoiru Ummah Curup in the 21st century, with practical implications such as curriculum development and teaching methods that are in harmony with the context of modern Islamic education. This is expected to provide benefits for educational institutions in integrating these principles effectively.

Abstract

Education is a deliberate process that aims to maximize the potential of engaged learners by equipping them with the knowledge, abilities, and moral qualities that the nation and society demand, in addition to their religious beliefs and self-control. The research aims to identify the system of religious spiritual character formation from the perspective of Islamic educational philosophy at SDIT Semarak. This research is field research carried out by the author, using the Qualitative Descriptive Research method, namely describing clearly what happens in the field, which produces data in the form of written and verbal data from the behavior of people who can be observed. A qualitative approach with analytical techniques, namely content analysis, data reduction and data verification. The results of the research show that the formation of religious spiritual character at SDIT Semarak is realized through the daily habituation of students and the entire school community from morning until after school and there are also additional hours for extracurricular activities related to character values held in an integrative manner by all levels. school. It can be concluded that with daily habits that are integrated with spiritual character, SDIT Semarak students feel more helped in realizing religious spiritual character in themselves.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate the impact of using authentic assessment on the motivation and learning achievement of students at SD IT Semarak Rejang Lebong, especially in learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI). This research applies a descriptive and qualitative approach with a focus on SD IT Semarak Rejang Lebong. In line with John Creswell's definition of qualitative research, this methodology involves open data collection, analysis of text or images, representation of information through figures and tables, and personal interpretation of findings. The implementation of authentic assessment in PAI learning at SDIT Semarak Rejang Lebong is believed to be able to improve learning outcomes and student creativity. In this context, authentic assessment is considered very effective because it encourages students to demonstrate their individual abilities. Although some students may have unsatisfactory learning results, the majority of them overall get good grades. If there are students who have not reached Minimum Competency (KKM), the teacher takes remedial steps to provide additional assistance and improve student understanding. Overall, this research highlights that the implementation of authentic assessment in PAI learning at SD IT Semarak Rejang Lebong has a positive impact on students' motivation and learning achievement, namely with remedial steps taken to support their development.

Abstract

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 01 Rejang Lebong is an Islamic educational institution that is committed to providing quality Islamic religious education to children. In an effort to improve children's ability to memorize short verses, the use of effective learning methods is the key to success. One of the methods that is often used in learning short verses of the Quran is the repetition method. The purpose of this study is to identify the methods that teachers employ in repetition to help students at MIN 01 Rejang Lebong become better at memorizing brief verses. Descriptive qualitative research methodology is employed. Data was gathered by means of linked document research, interviews, and observation. According to the study's findings, educators employ a range of tactics, such as using engaging instructional materials, a variety of teaching approaches, and suitable motivation and assessment systems. These results can help researchers and educators enhance the efficacy of instruction, particularly when it comes to helping pupils at MIN 01 Rejang Lebong memorize brief poems through repetition. The conclusion of this study is that teachers need to apply various strategies that include regular repetition, in the context of this repetition using the Jama' method, by using repetition can help students enter their memorization into long-term memory, so that their memorization is permanent.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate and describe the implementation of human capital management through the Sharia Economist Training (SET) event to create human capital management in organizations so that they have high motivation in organizational activities. The focus of the research is on human capital management in the form of Individual Capability, Individual Motivation, Leadership, Organizational Climate and Workgroup Effectiveness. This research is research that uses a qualitative paradigm with descriptive qualitative methods. Data was collected through interviews and participant observations carried out by researchers when holding the SET event. Data was analyzed using SWOT analysis to determine the implementation of human capital management at an event. The research results show that the implementation of human capital management in the SET event can improve skills and performance for growth and development in organizations. USU's SET event has fulfilled several components of human capital management. There are also shortcomings in the publication and documentation division and the Daily Management Body (BPH) division which will later be re-evaluated for the next event. It can be concluded that implementing human capital management in an event is very important for the success and smooth running of the event.

Abstract

Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memastikan harga jual barang secara tepat dengan memanfaatkan metodologi cost-plus pricing di Permata Bakery.   Metodologi : Penelitian menggunakan data primer di samping teknik deskriptif kuantitatif.   Hasil penelitian : Hasil investigasi mengungkapkan perbedaan antara harga jual yang ditetapkan oleh Permata Bakery dan harga yang dihitung oleh para peneliti. Perhitungan pemilik bisnis sering menyebabkan harga yang lebih rendah, akibatnya mengurangi harga jual produk dan keuntungan yang dihasilkan karena kurangnya presisi penetapan harga. Melaksanakan perhitungan biaya plus harga diantisipasi untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas Permata Bakery.

Abstract

Way Ratai, Pesawaran is one of the areas in Lampung that has a surface manifestation, in the form of geothermal potential. Based on data from the Directorate of Geothermal in 2017, Way Ratai has a potential of more than 330 MW with the manifestation of hot springs and hot steam. This study aimed to determine the distribution of subsurface density of Mount Way Ratai, Pesawaran, Lampung region by using ggmplus satellite gravity data. Based on fault analysis method and 2D forward modeling in Oasis Montaj software. The results showed that the geothermal area of Way Ratai identified 2 types of faults, namely reverse faults and normal fault. Based on the results of forward modeling, subsurface density of Way Ratai area, Lampung offering can be identified at a density of 1.2 gr/cc suspected alteration rocks in the form of clay minerals, density of 1.55 gr/cc suspected sand gravel, density of 1.6 gr/cc suspected Tuff rocks, density of 2.3 gr/cc suspected breccia rocks and conglomerates, density 2.6 gr/cc suspected schist and chert, and density 2.99 gr/cc suspected basalt rocks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di desa kota pari kabupaten serdang bedagai, jenis dari penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan asosiatif, dari jumlah sampel pada penelian ini sebanyak 35 responden yang mana responden warga atau kelompok UKM yang ada didesa kota pari. desa pari masih tergolong desa yang paling unggul disatu sisi desa kota pari ini berfokus pada kebijakan pemerintah  hanya saja pembangunan baik dalam pertanian dan peternakan. Tetapi sumber lain yang ada dikota pari ini masih ada UMKM yang mampu meningkatkan suatu desa tetapi pemerintah masih memfokuskan pada pertanian dan peternakan. kebijakan pembangunan yang dilakukan Pemerintah Desa Kota Pari dititikberatkan pada sektor pertanian dan peternakan karena sektor tersebut masih menjadi sektor utama dalam perekonomian desa. kompetensi masyarakat, didesa pari sendiri para masyarakat terkhususnya orang tua yang hanya mengecam pendidikan SD dan menjadi nelayan, banyak sekali peranan pendidikan juga akan memajukan desa atau berkompetisi dalam pendidikan, sifat dari turun menurun yang ada didesa kota pari ini sangat minim para pemuda pemudi yang tamat sekolah SMA dan tidak melanjutkan di bangku kuliah, minimnya pendidikan akan mempengaruhi minimnya hasil kerja mereka, dan ditambah lagi dengan pemahaman mereka dengan bekerja yang berkualitas didesa pari tidak ditemukannya kinerja yang mana berkualitas atau tidak

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Pekon Sinar Saudara, Kecamatan Wonosobo, Kabupaten Tanggamus dengan tujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah organik serta pencegahan genangan air melalui pemanfaatan lubang resapan biopori. Permasalahan yang dihadapi masyarakat setempat meliputi tingginya jumlah sampah organik yang belum dimanfaatkan dan seringnya muncul genangan air yang berpotensi memicu banjir. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, kegiatan dilakukan melalui sosialisasi mengenai konsep dan manfaat biopori, dilanjutkan dengan praktik langsung pembuatan lubang resapan biopori di lingkungan pekon. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat terkait pengolahan sampah organik serta pemahaman mengenai fungsi biopori sebagai teknologi tepat guna untuk memperbaiki kualitas tanah dan meningkatkan daya serap air. Selain itu, masyarakat mampu mempraktikkan pembuatan lubang biopori secara mandiri dan menunjukkan antusiasme untuk menerapkannya di pekarangan rumah. Penerapan biopori diharapkan menjadi langkah awal dalam membangun sistem pengelolaan sampah yang berkelanjutan serta mendukung upaya mitigasi banjir di Pekon Sinar Saudara.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membandingkan implementasi International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) di Uni Emirat Arab (UEA) dan Indonesia. Studi kualitatif mengeksplorasi sejarah, proses adopsi, dan tantangan implementasi IFRS di kedua negara. UEA telah sepenuhnya mengadopsi IFRS sejak 2015, bertujuan meningkatkan kepercayaan investor. Indonesia memulai konvergensi IFRS pada 2012 dan masih dalam proses penyelarasan. Penelitian menemukan perbedaan signifikan dalam pendekatan adopsi, dengan UEA telah mencapai pengakuan internasional, sementara Indonesia masih menyesuaikan dengan konteks lokal. Tantangan utama meliputi perbedaan budaya bisnis, kebutuhan adaptasi lokal, dan keterbatasan sumber daya manusia. Penelitian menyarankan berkelanjutan harmonisasi standar, peningkatan pelatihan, dan pertimbangan konteks lokal dalam penerapan IFRS.
