Abstract

Bisnis menghadapi tantangan besar dalam mempertahankan karyawan yang berkualitas dan berdedikasi dalam era kompetisi global dan transformasi digital. Salah satu pendekatan yang terbukti berhasil untuk mengatasi masalah ini adalah pelatihan dan pengembangan, yang tidak hanya berfokus pada peningkatan keterampilan tetapi juga membangun hubungan mental antara karyawan dan organisasi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan sistematis review literatur terhadap artikel akademik yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2020 dan 2025 di jurnal bereputasi Q1–Q2 (Scopus dan Web of Science), penelitian ini meneliti bagaimana strategi pelatihan dan pengembangan dapat meningkatkan identifikasi organisasi dan retensi karyawan. Hasil studi dari sepuluh penelitian utama menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan memiliki dampak positif terhadap identifikasi organisasi dan retensi karyawan, dengan peran mediasi yang kuat dari kekuatan mental dan komitmen kepada organisasi. Karyawan yang memiliki pengalaman kerja yang cukup cenderung lebih setia kepada Perusahaan dan tidak memiliki keinginan berpindah. Selain itu, penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ikatan sosial identitas antara individu dan perusahaan dapat diperkuat melalui pelatihan yang strategis dan berorientasi pada nilai organisasi. Ini akan menghasilkan peningkatan stabilitas dan kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan. Hasil penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan bahwa pengembangan sumber daya manusia organisasi tidak hanya meningkatkan kompetensi karyawannya, tetapi juga meningkatkan rasa memiliki mereka dan komitmen mereka terhadap organisasi. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menekankan bahwa desain pelatihan harus diintegrasikan dengan strategi organisasi untuk meningkatkan identifikasi organisasi dan retensi karyawan secara konsisten.

Abstract

The rapid growth of tourism as both activity and its economic is getting more competitive, interconnected, focused, rapidly evolving. As people travel to and from all parts of the world seeking a variety of experiences and they have the right to expect professional services from the accommodation they choose. In this research, researchers will measure how perceived hotel quality will affect loyalty intentions of the hotel guest of Luminor Hotel Pecenongan. The sample was purposive non-probability sampling. The respondents are 100 hotel guests. The collected data will be processed by SPSS software. The result indicates that generation X is value-centered in building loyalty and place more focus on facilities and convenience. Whereas, generation Y exhibits both value and quality on room and service and convenience. The investigation shed light on future research in tourism and hospitality to study the characteristic of current generation. The particular objectives are to identify attribute-based hotel quality and execute performance improvement areas for each generation in Luminor Hotel Pecenongan. This study supports theory on generational behaviors and provides managerial insights to Luminor Hotel Pecenongan.

Abstract

Judicial Review is an extraordinary legal remedy designed to uphold legal certainty and justice in civil cases, including bankruptcy proceedings. This paper examines the application of Judicial Review in the bankruptcy case of PT Mas Murni Indonesia, Tbk, based on Supreme Court Decision No. 21 PK/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2025. The study emphasizes the role of PK as a corrective mechanism against final and binding decisions, as well as the legal reasoning employed by the judges in reaching their verdict. PK in bankruptcy cases carries distinct characteristics, as it involves balancing the rights of creditors and debtors while ensuring legal certainty within the business sphere. The scope of PK is strictly limited by statutory provisions, particularly Law No. 37 of 2004 on Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) and Law No. 48 of 2009 on Judicial Power. This research adopts a normative juridical method with statutory and case approaches, utilizing primary legal materials on bankruptcy and extraordinary remedies. Qualitative analysis reveals that despite its limited scope, PK plays a significant role in correcting misapplications of law with substantive justice implications. In the case of PT Mas Murni Indonesia, Tbk, the Supreme Court emphasized the necessity of balancing legal certainty with fairness and utility. Accordingly, this study contributes to a deeper understanding of the dynamics of Judicial Review in bankruptcy cases and illustrates how Indonesian judicial practice strives to achieve justice in line with the ultimate purpose of law.
