<![CDATA[Papua Selatan occur land conflicts are a very important matter because they arise from unclear ownership of land and use of natural resources. Sentuh Tanahku Application is a digital innovation to enhance the transparency and access to information on ownership and use of land. The research examines the Utilization of this application in the mitigation of land conflict while considering their implications for sustainable environmental development. This is a qualitative method type of research with a literature study approach which emphasizes secondary data as sources that can be analyzed through the use of NVivo software. The results and findings indicated that the "Sentuh Tanahku" application was developed to minimize conflicts through the provision of transparent and accurate information about land boundaries. Digital maps, verification mechanisms for ownership rights, dispute reporting, and regulatory access are among other features provided by the app to promote transparency thus reducing uncertainty or ambiguity surrounding property rights which serve as roots for disputes. The “Sentuh Tanahku” Application can be used to report conflicts and actions taken on a factual basis thereby mitigating land disputes while also promoting environmental sustainability through the adoption of responsible and sustainable land use practices in Papua Selatan.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kurikulum di Bananna Daycare Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekataan metode studi literatur. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menelaah berbagai cara membaca, mempelajari, dan menganalisa buku, artikel, dari penelitian terdahulu yang berhubungan dngan objek penelitian serta sumber-sumber lain yang mendukung dalam proses penulisan. Setelah mendapatkan data dilanjutkan dengan menganalisis data. Analisis dilakukan dengan menghubungkan antara permasalahan dengan teori yang relevan. Hasil dari penelitian adalah kurikulum muatan lokal terintegrasi dengan kurikulum nasional Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini. menggunakan metode yang bervariasi. terdapat relevansi terhadap pendidikan anak yang kajian materi nya sesuai dengan perkembangan anak usia dini yaitu materi yaitu aqidah, ibadah akhlaq,muamalah,al-quran dan doa-doa. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran guru menggunakan beragam metode, khusus untuk pengembangan nilai-nilai islami dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan pembiasaan yang dilakukan setiap hari. Dan adanya materi tentang ke keislaman di kegiatan awal setiap harinya.Teknik evaluasi pendidikan islam menggunakan unjuk kerja, penuga dan observasi (penilaian kegiatan khusus al-islam).an dan doa-doa.]]>

<![CDATA[Human rights are unique and universal rights for humans from birth. Human rights in Islam or from the perspective of the Koran mean unique human rights. This is a natural and fundamental obligation given by Allah SWT. From an Islamic perspective, human rights are related to the concept of equality. This is Q.S. Al Hujjarat verse 13. This article uses a research method with a qualitative approach and a literature review by collecting some information related to library research as a data source. Several theoretical studies deal with understanding human rights, human rights and obligations, and equality and legal status from an Islamic perspective. The conclusion of the author's article is that from an Islamic perspective, human rights are born directly from God Almighty and cannot be taken away or taken away, so they existed long before they became basic rights inherent in individuals. Therefore, values Human rights and their universal principles are part of the spirit and values of Sharia law.]]>

<![CDATA[Inclusive education is part of a global movement to ensure equal access for all children, including those with special needs. This study aims to explore and analyze the quality of inclusive education services in Kendari City using the SERVQUAL approach and to provide strategic recommendations for improving services for students with special needs. The SERVQUAL approach assesses five dimensions of service: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. Despite strong government commitment, challenges remain, such as a lack of Special Education Teachers (GPK) and inadequate facilities. By evaluating existing services through SERVQUAL, this study identifies areas that need improvement. The research findings emphasize the importance of teacher training, collaboration with related professionals, and increased community involvement to ensure the sustainability of inclusive education services.]]>

<![CDATA[Poverty is a problem that is generally faced in almost all developing countries, especially densely populated countries like Indonesia. The problem of poverty is considered one of the factors that can hinder the growth of a nation, including Indonesia. One form of poverty in people's lives is through its political aspect, which is shown by the absence of organizations capable of fighting for the interests of the poor. This research aims to analyze outcomes and accountability in cross-sector collaboration in implementing poverty reduction policies in North Kalimantan Province. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods, namely observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The informants in this research are the authorities and are directly involved in cross-sector collaboration on the implementation of poverty reduction policies in North Kalimantan Province. The research results show that there are positive results in the form of increased welfare, education, and access to basic services for the community. Although formal performance assessments at the level of cross-sector coordination have not been carried out, accountability is still maintained through transparent and procedural processes in aid management. This reflects the principle of effective and accountable collaboration in achieving the common goal of reducing poverty.]]>

<![CDATA[The research addresses how well North Kalimantan Province of Indonesia executes mental health policies to deal with mental disorders (ODGJ) among its population. The practical implementation of Law No. 18 of 2014 faces substantial hurdles because the law specifies integrated service delivery with promotive and curative approaches while preventive and rehabilitative approaches. The study adopted qualitative methods to gather data by interviewing stakeholders along with analyzing documents and performing field observations. The analysis through thematic methodology revealed five significant obstacles which include insufficient infrastructure, poor inter-agency cross-sectoral coordination along with continuous financial limitations and inexperienced workforce shortage and the failure to maximize community health services. Multiple actors take part in implementing the system yet it remains ineffective because policy and execution operate apart from each other structurally. Research results demonstrate an immediate necessity for mental health infrastructure funding alongside improved governance systems and budget inclusion policies as well as human resource development and official recognition of community-led mental health care designs. Through this study researchers gain essential knowledge about strengthening mental health policy in resource-limited settings for providing sustainable and inclusive care to ODGJ patients.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and influence of the Family Hope Program and Non-Cash Food Assistance on poverty levels in West Sulawesi Province. This study used a combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches. The Family Hope Program and Non-Cash Food Assistance have been implemented effectively because they can meet food needs while increasing access to health and education services for the underprivileged. The Family Hope Program and Non-Cash Food Assistance significantly influence poverty levels in West Sulawesi Province. The results of the correlation test between the number of beneficiaries and the total budget on the poverty level produced values of -0.53 and -0.741, indicating that increasing the number of beneficiaries and the total budget in the Family Hope Program and Non-Cash Food Assistance can reduce poverty rates in West Sulawesi Province.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan diadakannya kegiatan PKM ini, untukmembuat diversifikasi ubi jalar kuning menjadi kue kaktus pada ibu-ibu rumah tangga di RT 01 Kelurahan Wawonggole Kecamatan Unaaha. Peserta yang dipilih berjumlah 12 orang, tahapan kegiatan adalah penyuluhan dan praktek. Kegiatan PKM yang dilaksanakan berjalan dengan baik, peserta sangat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan PKM. Hasil Monitoring, besarnya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta dari 25 % atau 3 orang dari 12 orang peserta menjawab tahu sebelum kegiatan penyuluhan dan pembuatan kue kaktus dan 75 % atau 9 orang menjawab tidak tahu sebelum kegiatan penyuluhan dan pembuatan kue kaktus meningkat menjadi 100 % atau 12 orang dari 12 orang peserta menjawab tahu setelah penyuluhan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan penyuluhan dapat dikatakan berhasil karena adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta penyuluhan dan praktek.]]>

<![CDATA[Background: Self-care is crucial strategy to improve and maintain health condition among diabetes patients. However, most type 2 DM patients are disobedient in carrying out self-care. Objective: The study aimed to examine the effect of health education on self-care adherence among patients with diabetes mellitus in Cendrawasih Public Health Center, Makassar city. Method: A quantitative study with pre-experimental approach, two group, pretest and posttest design were applied in this study. Thirty-six diabetes mellitus patients were involved in this study using the total sampling technique since limited number of patients in this Public Health Center. We divided into the experimental group (n=18) and the control group (n=18). The Wilcoxon test was used to analyzed the data. Result: The results found that there are significantly difference on self-care adherence among type 2 diabetes mellitus before and after receiving the health education with p-value <.05. Conclusion: The health education was effective to improve the understanding of diabetes patients who carry out the self-care in maintaining the self-care. Recommendation: Further study need to apply the wide of study using the Randomized Control Trial (RCT) to ensure the effectiveness of health education using varied of strategy on health outcomes]]>
