Abstract

Persaingan bisnis antar Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) semakin ketat seiring dengan perkembangan Teknologi Informasi. Dalam perencanaan bisnis UMKM perlu dilakukan analisis kelayakan bisnis untuk mengetahui bisnis tersebut diproyeksikan akan mendapatkan keuntungan atau bahkan kerugian. Dalam pembuatan bisnis tentunya ada investasi yang harus dikeluarkan oleh pengusaha. Analisis kelayakan penting untuk megantisipasi kendala dan menimalkan resiko kegagalan pengembangan bisnis. Salah satu metode yang dapat membantu pengusaha bisnis dalam menganalisis kelayakan bisnisnya adalah menggunakan Metode TELOS yang terdiri dari lima faktor kelayakan, yaitu Teknis (Technical Factor), Ekonomi (Economic Factor), Hukum (Legal Factor), Operasional (Operational Factor), dan Jadwal (Schedule Factor). Pada kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan pelatihan penggunaan sistem informasi kelayakan bisnis kepada pelaku UMKM. Sistem informasi kelayakan bisnis ini telah dikembangkan dan dapat diakses secara bebas oleh UMKM. Adapun mitra kegiatan Pk M ini adalah Caraka Corp yang bergerak di bidang konsultasi dan pengembangan bisnis UMKM. Caraka Corp membantu tim PkM dalam menyediakan peserta UMKM yang akan dilatih. Peserta pelatihan kelayakan sistem informasi untuk bisnis UMKM telah terlaksana sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah direncanakan

Abstract

AbstrakKonsumsi rokok adalah penyebab global yang utama dari kematian yang masih dapat dicegah. Upaya pemerintah dalam mengendalikan dampak negatif konsumsi rokok sudah dilakukan dengan Peringatan Kesehatan Bergambar atau Pictorial Health Warning (PHW) pada bungkus rokok yang dipasarkan sejak tahun 2014 namun perlu adanya alternatif lain dalam mendukung kegiatan pemerintah tersebut. Salah satu alternatif yang diangkat pada penelitian ini adalah menyalurkan pesan bahaya merokok lewat sebuah media audio visual yaitu film animasi 3D berjudul Bahaya Rokok. Penelitian ini berfokus pada efektivitas pesan pada film dan efektivitas diukur berdasarkan tingkat pengetahuan akan bahaya merokok, serta tingkat keinginan perokok untuk berhenti merokok setelah menonton film. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Dari pengujian yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil bahwa film animasi 3D berhasil dibuat sebagai alternatif media sosialisasi kesehatan tentang bahaya merokok bagi perokok aktif remaja dan dewasa, serta dapat menyampaikan pesan bahaya merokok secara efektif bagi sebagian besar responden dan dominan lebih berpengaruh kepada perokok aktif remaja. Pesan bahaya merokok dapat disampaikan secara efektif dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan niat berhenti merokok yang timbul sebesar 30% pada responden penelitian setelah menonton film animasi 3D. Kata Kunci: efektivitas pesan, film animasi 3D, rokok AbstractCigarette consumption is the predominant global cause of death that can still prevent. The government efforts in restraining the negative impact of cigarette consumption have done with Pictorial Health Warning (PHW) On cigarette packaging that marketed since 2014 and yet there should have been an alternative in supporting the government. One of the alternatives that appointed in this research is transmitting a message about the dangers of smoking through audiovisual media, the animated 3D film called Danger of Smoking. This research is focusing on the effectiveness of the film. The effectiveness measured based on the level of knowledge of the danger of smoking, and the intention level of smokers to quit smoking after watching the film. The research used a descriptive quantitative method. The research used a descriptive quantitative method. From the testing that has done, the results showed that the animated 3D film successfully made as an alternative media of health socialization regarding the danger of smoking for teenage and adult active smokers, and can deliver the message of the danger of smoking effectively for the majority of respondents and dominantly more affected for teenage active smokers. The danger of smoking messages can be delivered effectively proven by increasing knowledge and arising of intention to quit smoking by 30% on research respondents after watching the animated 3D film.Keywords: 3D animated film, cigarettes, message’s effectiveness

Abstract

Owning a cafe is one of a business that is currently trending in Indonesia, especially in Pekanbaru. With a wide range of cafes in Indonesia, it is directly proportional to the competition among the owners of a cafe. With the rapid development of technology, each cafe owner innovates a delivery order feature to compete with their competitors. They believe it will be a channel for business marketing to be efficient, fast, and sophisticated by providing delivery order features. The delivery order feature provides in two ways; call center by telephone and through an Android-based delivery order application offered by motorcycle taxi online. However, the weakness of using delivery orders through a mobile application is that there is an additional charge due to service fees and expensive shipping costs, which are burdensome to the customers. Regarding this, not having enough space also becomes a primary problem. For that matter, developing an Android application can make the customers easier to order food and drink online. In addition, customers can make reservations and order food or drinks simultaneously, which minimizes customers from running out of space.

Abstract

Postpartum mental health challenges are a significant concern for mothers, particularly for those caring forchildren with special needs. These mothers often experience heightened levels of stress, anxiety, and emotional distress,which can adversely affect their well-being and their ability to provide care. This research focuses on designing anddeveloping a web-based application to enhance mental health support specifically for this demographic, using a HumanCenteredDesign(HCD)approachtorecognizethesechallenges.Thedesignprocesscommencedwithacomprehensive user requirement analysis, utilizing qualitative methods such as interviews and quantitative surveys to gather insightsdirectly from mothers. This engagement allowed us to identify their unique needs, preferences, and pain points. Throughcollaborative discussions, we pinpointed essential features that would make the application user-friendly and effectivelysupport their mental health. The design development phase incorporated iterative feedback loops, refining the applicationbased on real user experiences and suggestions. Each iteration was guided by established HCD success indicators,ensuring alignment with users' expectations. The current goal of this research is to produce a prototype of the webapplication that addresses the mental health challenges faced by postpartum mothers. By integrating functionalities thatpromote emotional well-being and provide access to relevant resources, this application aims to empower mothers andfoster a supportive community, ultimately contributing positively to their lives and caregiving experiences.

Abstract

Kesehatan ibu hamil merupakan salah satu isu penting di Provinsi Riau yang memerlukan perhatian khusus. Kurangnya dukungan sistem yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat menjadi salah satu kendala utama dalam memastikan kesehatan ibu hamil terpantau dengan baik. Sebagai langkah inovatif, sebuah prototipe aplikasi kesehatan berbasis mobile telah dirancang oleh peneliti untuk mendukung monitoring kesehatan ibu hamil. Prototipe ini dirancang untuk memberikan kemudahan akses informasi kesehatan, pengingat jadwal kontrol kehamilan, serta komunikasi antara ibu hamil dan bidan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas prototipe aplikasi tersebut melalui survei langsung kepada pengguna, yakni ibu hamil dan bidan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi dapat digunakan dengan baik dan secara efektif oleh pengguna. Kemampuan aplikasi dalam mendukung aktivitas pemantauan kehamilan dinilai positif, khususnya dalam hal kemudahan penggunaan dan penyediaan informasi yang relevan. Selain itu, aplikasi ini berpotensi mendukung program Gerakan Kesehatan Masyarakat (GERMAS) di Indonesia, terutama di Provinsi Riau, dengan menyediakan solusi digital yang mendekatkan layanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan ibu hamil dan menjadi model inovasi teknologi yang relevan bagi daerah lain di Indonesia.

Abstract

The advancement of technology has transformed the health sector, enabling efficient and accessible health monitoring through digital platforms. To support pregnancy monitoring, a mobile-based user experience (UX) design for the BiBu Mobile Health Monitoring Application was developed in 2023 using the Design Thinking method. This prototype was tailored to the needs of pregnant women and midwives in Indonesia and demonstrated feasibility for initial public use. This study involved collaboration with the Provincial Board of the Indonesian Midwives Association (PD-IBI) of Riau Province. Data was collected through Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) with key midwifery figures and midwives, along with direct surveys of potential users and the community. These efforts produced valuable feedback and recommendations for improving the prototype. The input was gathered to create a new Software Product Line (SPL), laying the foundation for future product development. Utilizing the prototyping method allowed iterative refinement, ensuring alignment with user needs and expectations, particularly for stakeholders unfamiliar with software development. This research produced a validated SPL that is ready for further development and implementation. It contributes to advancing health digitization and improving maternal health monitoring. The refined product can enhance healthcare quality in Riau Province and support broader health practices across Indonesia.

Abstract

Pendidikan vokasi berperan penting dalam menyiapkan tenaga kerja yang kompeten dan siap menghadapi tantangan industri. Kegiatan Business Matching and Public Discussion merupakan upaya strategis untuk memperkuat kelembagaan vokasi melalui kemitraan dengan dunia usaha dan dunia industri (DUDI). Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan oleh Tim Penguatan Ekosistem Kemitraan Vokasi Provinsi Riau, yang terdiri dari Politeknik Bengkalis, Politeknik Caltex Riau, dan Politeknik Kampar, pada Selasa, 9 Juli 2024, bertempat di Gedung Serba Guna Politeknik Caltex Riau, Pekanbaru. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah membangun jejaring kemitraan antara lembaga vokasi dan industri, mengidentifikasi kebutuhan tenaga kerja, serta menyelaraskan kurikulum vokasi dengan tuntutan pasar kerja. Rangkaian kegiatan meliputi sesi pembukaan, pemaparan dari dunia industri, diskusi panel, serta penandatanganan nota kesepahaman (MoU) antara industri dan lembaga vokasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi antara vokasi dan industri dapat mempercepat implementasi program magang, rekrutmen tenaga kerja, serta peningkatan kualitas lulusan vokasi. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan serupa perlu dilakukan secara berkala guna memastikan kesinambungan kerja sama yang lebih erat antara pendidikan vokasi dan dunia industri dalam rangka meningkatkan daya saing tenaga kerja Indonesia khususnya di Provinsi Riau.

Abstract

Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional (BKKBN) memiliki salah satu unit kerja yaitu Pusat Pelayanan Keluarga Sejahtera (PUSYANRA) yang memiliki beberapa jenis pelayanan, yaitu layanan informasi kependudukan, layanan konseling keluarga balita dan anak, layanan keluarga remaja dan remaja, layanan konseling pranikah, layanan konseling keluarga harmonis, layanan konseling kb dan kesehatan repoduksi, layanan konseling keluarga lansia dan lansia, serta pembinaan usaha ekonomi keluarga . Jenis layanan ini sangat erat dengan masyarakat, sehingga BKKBN melalui PUSYANRA membutuhkan inovasi strategi komunikasi kepada masyarakat. Untuk itu BKKB Provinsi Riau melalui PUSYANRA Lancang Kuning merilis Sistem Informasi Keluargaku. Namun dibutuhkan juga peningkatan kapasistas kader dalam pemanfaatan sistem yang sudah disiapkan. Untuk itu melalui pengabdian masyarakat ini, peningkatan kader dilakukan dalam bentuk diskusi terpumpun, seminar dan workshop. Metode yang dipilih disesuaikan permintaan dan kebutuhan BKKBN Provinsi Riau. Sehingga luaran dari pengabdian ini adalah 5 hal, meliputi: materi seminar, materi bahan workshop, kegiatan diskusi terpumpun, seminar dan workshop. Berdasarkarkan hasil evaluasi yang diperoleh setelah seluruh rangkaian kegiatan dilaksanakan diperoleh bahwa: teamwork pelaksana dan koordinasi bersama mitra sangat baik sehingga menginsiasi kerjasama antar dua institusi, peningkatan akses terhadap sistem informasi Keluargaku dan ide pengembangan keberlanjutan kerjasama.

Abstract

Cassava is one of the primary food commodities with a strategic role in supporting food security. In Riau Province, cassava production centers continue to grow annually. One of the cassava-based products with increasing demand in both national and international markets is cassava flour. RH Laksmana Cassava Flour is a producer located in Kampar Regency, relying on sunlight for drying cassava chips and manually sieving flour using a 40 cm kitchen sieve, which is inefficient. Marketing efforts are limited to personal social media accounts. This community service project implemented two machines, provided a website and its training, and conducted digital marketing training. Results showed a 41.6% improvement in sieving time efficiency and a 140% increase in sieved production output. Drying processes also became more hygienic and weather-independent, with a capacity of 160 kg/day

Abstract

Mobile cloud storage provides benefits for educational institutions. Several researchers have researched cloud computing adoption, but only a few studies related to how users experience using Personal Cloud Storage Services. This research aims to investigate the adoption of the mobile cloud storage factors following the theory, as well as research that has been previously proven related to user interest in using mobile cloud storage among higher education students. This quantitative research uses data analysis techniques using GSCA to prove the theory and achieve the research goals. The research methodology consists of five main stages, namely the stage of model development and research design, the stage of preparing the instrument and its measurement, the stage of testing the instrument, the stage of survey and results, as well as the stages of analysis and discussion as well as conclusions. Five variables are investigated in this research: knowledge sharing, perceived usefulness, attitude toward using a system, trust, and intention to use. The results of hypothesis testing were conducted using GSCA; three proposed hypotheses were accepted, and one was rejected. The variables the research model can explain are 68%, and the remaining 32% are other variables not used in this study. The characteristics of respondents can provide several ways to increase the adoption of mobile cloud computing by linking research results from inferential analysis and descriptive analysis. Future research can focus on extracting these variables through user interviews regarding students' intentions to use mobile cloud computing.
