J&T Express adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa pengiriman barang yang beroperasi di Indonesia, yang didirikan pada tanggal 20 Agustus 2015. Perusahaan yang harus terus berinovasi agar dapat bersaing dengan kompetitor serta harus mempertahankan konsumen. Semacam inovasi teknologi pada sistem pengiriman, dan pelayan yang mengutamakan tenggung jawab serta tingkatkan loyalitas konsumen supaya dapat mempertahankan kepuasan konsumennya. Kualitas pelayanan jasa pengiriman memiliki kedudukan penting dalam menciptakan kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas pelayanan harus dilakukan oleh perusahaan agar dapat bertahan dan tetap memperoleh kepercayaan konsumen. Seiring waktu, pelanggan sering membicarakan layanan J&T Express. Pelanggan biasanya menyampaikan pandangan dan pendapatnya melalui kolom komentar aplikasi J&T yang disediakan oleh Google Play. J&T Express memiliki aplikasi di Google Playstore yang menyediakan informasi layanan dan umpan balik pelanggan. Pendapat pelanggan melalui komentar di aplikasi J&T juga berbeda. Metode yang digunakan adalah Naive Bayes Classifier. Naive Bayes Classifier adalah pengklasifikasi peluang sederhana yang menerapkan teori Bayes dengan keyakinan bahwa independensinya tinggi.

Pandemi covid-19 membuat dunia Pendidikan mengharuskan untuk melakukan metode pembelajaran hybrid. Metode ini menggabungkan perkuliahan tatap muka dan online secara bergantian setiap minggu sehingga banyak membuat mahasiswa menjadi stres. Stres memiliki banyak faktor penyabab. Hal inilah yang membuat peneliti menjadi tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian dengan membuat prediksi tingkat stres pada mahasiswa khususnya mahasiswa Universitas Dinamika Bangsa Jambi dalam melakukan perkuliahan metode hybrid. Penelitian ini akan mengguankan data profil mahasiswa yang dianggap menjadi faktor penyebab terjadinya stres. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode naive bayes. Peneliti memilih metode ini karena pada perhitungan naive bayes data variabelnya tidak hanya berupa angka tetapi dapat juga menggunakan kata. Selain itu, pada algoritma naive bayes hanya membutuhkan jumlah data training yang sedikit untuk menentukan estimasi parameter yang diperlukan dalam proses pengklasifikasian. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menghitung probablitias variabel data training dan dilanjutkan dengan membuat klasifikasi data testing. Dari Penelitian ini didapatkan hasil prediksi bahwa data testing termasuk ke dalam Tingkat stres kelas Sedang dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,003840878 dan hasil accuracy sebesar 68% setelah mengalami perbaikan dengan menggunakan teknik laplace correction.

AnterAja is a company engaged in the delivery of goods, services and logistics based on information technology, headquartered in DKI Jakarta, Indonesia. In this study, an analysis of service quality was carried out which could conclude the public's assessment of AnterAja's expedition. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing whether the quality of service at AnterAja is acceptable or not by users. AnterAja service success measurement is determined by the level of user satisfaction using the SERVQUAL (Service Quality) method. The research data was processed using SPSS 25 software. The significant standard used in the study was 5% (0.05). From the research results show that of the five independent variables, only two variables are accepted significantly, which means that there is an influence, namely Reliability and Responsiveness. While the three variables, namely Tangibles, Assurance, and Empathy, have no significant effect on user satisfaction.

SD Adhyaksa 1 JAMBI, one of the educational institutions located in Jambi City, whose online registration process is still through the Google form. Management starts from the admin who receives the Google form after which it is inputted again into Microsoft Excel. So that some obstacles arise because they still use the manual method which takes time to process. The system currently used by SD Adhyaksa 1 Jambi Elementary School is registration of new students by first coming to the school to check the registration schedule and filling out the form provided by the committee. This study aims to design a website-based new student registration system (PSB) at SD Adhyaksa 1 Jambi Elementary School to make it easier for prospective students to register. The results of this study indicate that the system can manage the process of admitting new students at SD Adhyaksa 1 Jambi Elementary School using PHP and MYSQL. The results of this study are an application that can help solve problems that exist at SD Adhyaksa 1 JAMBI in registering new students to making reports

This research aims to design a web-based online tuition fee administration application for use in Adhyaksa Elementary School located in Jambi City. The development of this application aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of managing tuition fee administration and increase parental involvement in the payment process. The research will utilize a software development research method, comprising phases of needs analysis, application design, implementation, and testing. Data will be collected through interviews with the school authorities and relevant literature study concerning tuition fee administration and web-based applications. The results of the needs analysis will be used to design the online tuition fee administration application that suits the requirements and characteristics of Adhyaksa Elementary School in Jambi City. Subsequently, the application will be implemented using web technologies and programming languages that are appropriate for the purpose. In conclusion, the research has successfully developed the Web-Based Online Tuition Fee Administration Application for Adhyaksa Elementary School in Jambi City. The system functions well and includes features such as generating tuition fee invoices, recording fee payments, and sending payment notifications to parents/guardians.

Natasya Badminton Hall, located at Jln. Dr. Purwadi No.rt 13, Kenali Besar, Kec. Kota Baru, Kota Jambi, is one of the badminton courts in Jambi city. The current system for booking badminton courts at Natasya Badminton Hall still relies on manual data recording in books and using an order board. Additionally, for proof of court rental payment, they provide payment receipts.This system has proven to be less effective, often leading to errors in booking and payment transactions. To address these issues, data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and work documentation. The obtained data was then analyzed to find a solution to the existing problems at Natasya Badminton Hall by designing a web-based badminton court booking application. The development method used for the system is the waterfall model, and various modeling techniques such as use case diagram, activity diagram, and class diagram were employed. The research resulted in a web-based platform for booking badminton courts at Natasya Badminton Hall. With this new system, administrators find it easier to manage court bookings and related data effectively

Bunyamin Central Tehnik – Hartech Jambi is one of the companies that are located in the Jambi area that processing data selection best employee get problems occur like election process employees best the absence of computerized system and still not use a method of the support system decisions, so election employees best cannot be measured , and election process employees best is not transparent because they the evaluation process of employee performance only done by managers and unknown by employees. Hence, this study aims to give solution to problem that happens by offering decision support system of selection best employee using PHP programing language and DBMS MySQL. Writer expand the system with waterfall and methods used the system modeling unified language using use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagrams and flowchart diagram. The new system produce outputs that can data showing employees, data admin, data criteria, the sub criteria, the data employees and the results of selection best employee with profile matching methods who contributed to a company can improve performance and spirit of employees

The system used at SDN 01 Tanjung Jabung Timur is currently in the process of admitting new students, which is still done manually. The high interest of prospective new students to register at SDN 01 Tanjung Jabung Timur made the admissions committee have difficulty handling it, resulting in a buildup of registrants at the peak of registration, while the number of committees serving was limited. The purpose of this research is to design a website-based new student registration system for easy access from outside the area of students at SDN 01 Tanjung Jabung Timur and to make it easier for prospective students to register at SDN 01 Tanjung Jabung Timur students. System development is carried out using the waterfall model, because the application is easy and systematic. The program is designed using UML (United Model Language) diagrams such as Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Class Diagrams to design an online registration system. This research resulted in a web-based Admissions information system at SDN 01 Tanjung Jabung Timur which was built using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and the PhpMyAdmin database and with this application it also helps the school in managing new student data

SMK 2 PGRI Kota Jambi is one of the vocational high schools in Kota Jambi that still uses a manual payment system for SPP (Education Development Contribution) without utilizing computerized information systems. Additionally, the school has not yet utilized online SPP payment through a website, despite having computers connected to the internet in the computer lab. The existing school network has not been optimally utilized, as there is no dedicated school website for online SPP payment processing, and information retrieval regarding SPP payments is still done manually, causing difficulties for the administrative staff (Tata Usaha) in finding data. Therefore, this research aims to help resolve the issues by developing a website-based application. The application will be developed using HTML, PHP, and MySQL database programming languages. The Waterfall development method will be employed, and the system modeling tools used include use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams, and interfaces. The outcome of this research will be a website-based application that can assist in resolving the problems faced by SMK PGRI 2 Kota Jambi in managing their Administrative System

WHO has declared that COVID-19 or SARS-CoV-2 has been a global pandemic since March 2020. Distance learning as we often hear is learning that prioritizes independence. Teachers can deliver teaching materials to students without having to meet face to face in the same room. This kind of learning can be done at the same time or at different times. This study aims to compare the results of the classification of students' distance learning adaptability levels with the random forest classifier and SVM methods. Obtaining the evaluation results of each algorithm used. Precision, recall, f1-score, and accuracy are evaluation indicators. The results of the classification of each adaptivity class got 73.1% for Moderate, 74.7% for Low and 66.1% for High. With the total accuracy of the SVM algorithm on the tested data of 73.36%. The results of the classification of each adaptivity class got 92.1% for Moderate, 92% for Low and 86% for High. With the total accuracy of the Random Forest Classifier algorithm on the tested data, it is 91.5%. From 1205 test data contents for each model, it was found that the Random Forest model has a higher accuracy but has an incorrect classification value of 321 data, and the accuracy of the Support Vector Machine model is lower but has an incorrect classification value of as much as 101 data
