Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh latihan variasi kelincahan terhadap kemampuan dribbling futsal pada atlet Akademi SGF Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pre eksperimental dan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah one group pretest-posttest design, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet Akademi SGF Kota Bengkulu dengan sampel 30 atlet. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dribbling, analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1. Uji normalitas 2. Uji homogenitas 3. Uji t. Hasil perhitungan menyatakan bahwa nilai = 1,882 > = 1,699 dengan taraf α = 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan latihan variasi kelincahan terhadap kemampuan dribbling futsal, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh latihan variasi kelincahan terhadap kemampuan dribbling futsal pada atlet Akademi SGF Kota Bengkulu. This study aims to determine the effect of variations in agility training on futsal dribbling abilities in athletes at the SGF Academy in Bengkulu City. This type of research is pre-experimental and the research design used is one group pretest-posttest design, the population in this research is athletes from the SGF Academy in Bengkulu City with a sample of 30 athletes. The data collection technique uses a dribbling test, data analysis used in this research is 1. Normality test 2. Homogeneity test 3. t test. The calculation results show that the value of t_count = 1,882 > t_tabel = 1.699 with a level of α = 0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of agility variation training on futsal dribbling ability, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of agility variation training on ability. Futsal dribbling among athletes at the SGF Academy in Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a forehand drive training model in table tennis, specifically designed for juvenile inmates at the Bengkulu Special Penitentiary for Children. This research uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach, using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The method used is the descriptive qualitative method. The study population consisted of juvenile inmates in correctional institutions, with a simple random sampling technique. Research instruments include observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The validation results from experts showed a high level of approval: material experts at 94%, language experts at 90%, and media experts at 92%. The small group trial involving 10 juvenile inmates resulted in an average approval rating of 86%, while the large group trial with 30 participants resulted in an average approval rating of 90%. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the Table Tennis Forehand Drive Training Model developed for juvenile inmates at the Bengkulu Special Penitentiary for Children is "Highly Feasible" to be implemented as a new training model at the institution.

Abstract

This research aims for the future to facilitate Physical Education Study Program students with various teaching materials to support blended learning. Learning. Especially teaching materials that help students' cognitive learning. Because it is known that nowadays and with the sophistication of technology, learning can be done anywhere and at any time by students. In fact, this also makes the college learning process easier because having teaching materials as a learning resource for students can help learning in lectures become more effective and efficient. Because having additional teaching materials as a student learning resource will enrich student knowledge. Specifically for this research, teaching materials will be developed using the Thunkable Tennis Court application. In the future, there will be gradual development for other types of teaching materials and other materials as well. As is known, the physical education study program is closely related to learning movement. Learning to move yourself is also divided into several stages which include cognitive, associative and automatic stages. The cognitive stage is the beginning and basis that influences success at other stages. Because it is necessary for an educator to provide effective and efficient learning at this stage and provide enrichment of knowledge to students by using up-to-date teaching materials in accordance with current developments. The method to achieve this goal will be Research and Development from year to year. What is certain is that the Research and Development stage begins with needs analysis, product development, validation, testing and publication.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the professionalism of prospective physical education teachers viewed from eight teaching skills. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with the primary focus of the study being to analyze the professionalism of prospective physical education teachers in terms of eight teaching skills. The population in this study was 83 prospective physical education teachers who attended micro teaching lectures in the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. A purposive sampling technique was used for this study. The selected sample had met the established criteria, namely: attending lectures more than 80% or at least 13 meetings, and being willing to be a research sample. Based on these criteria, there were 53 prospective physical education teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire consisting of thirty statements. Data was analyzed using percentages with five categories. The results of this study indicate that the teaching skills of prospective physical education teachers are at a good to excellent level, particularly in the areas of providing reinforcement, asking questions, and managing the classroom. However, the aspect of guiding small group discussions still requires special attention in coaching to ensure more equitable learning quality across all teaching skill indicators. It can be concluded that prospective physical education teachers are professional, as seen from the eight teaching skills.

Abstract

Studi purpose. The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of physical education students in learning tennis Materials and Methods. The research method used was classroom action research using two cycles, namely cycle 1 and cycle 2. The method in this research was carried out by planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting on actions collaboratively to improve tennis learning outcomes. The subjects in this study were all seventh-semester students who took part in tennis lecture, totaling 35 students. This research was conducted from March 2023 to May 2023. The data obtained is then selected what is needed and can be used as a reference in compiling a research report. After getting an overview of the problems and constraints found in cycle 1, the next step is for researchers to rearrange the activity plan to get good results in the second cycle. Results. The results showed that in the first cycle the students' completeness was 69%, and in the second cycle the students' completeness was 94% Conclusions. The conclusion in this study is that the application of mobile learning-based learning can improve student learning outcomes in learning tennis.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberdayakan ibu rumah tangga di Desa Padang Pelawi melalui pelatihan pembuatan sabun mandi rumahan berbasis pendekatan reduce dan zero waste. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dengan tahapan sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Sasaran kegiatan adalah 20 orang ibu rumah tangga yang tergabung dalam kelompok PKK. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tentang pemanfaatan limbah organik sebesar 85%, kemampuan membuat sabun mandi mencapai 90%, dan terbentuknya satu kelompok usaha mandiri. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan melalui penerapan prinsip zero waste dan menciptakan peluang usaha mikro yang berkelanjutan. Dampak ekonomi terlihat dari peningkatan pendapatan keluarga rata-rata 30% dalam kurun waktu 6 bulan. Simpulan kegiatan ini adalah pemberdayaan ibu rumah tangga melalui pelatihan berbasis lingkungan terbukti efektif meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi sekaligus menjaga kelestarian lingkungan di tingkat desa.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a short-distance running learning model based on colorful balls run games for phase C students at elementary school 106 Bengkulu City. This research is a type of Research and Development (R&D) employing the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The method used is descriptive qualitative. The research population consisted of phase C students at elementary school 106 Bengkulu City, with the sampling technique using total sampling. The research instruments included observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the validation results, material experts obtained a score of 92% and media experts obtained 88%, both categorized as "very feasible." The small group trial involving 10 students resulted in an average percentage of 79%, categorized as "feasible," while the large group trial involving 40 students achieved an average percentage of 91%, categorized as "very feasible." Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the short-distance running learning model based on colorful balls run games is feasible to be used as a learning model for phase C students at elementary school 106 Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi yang diterapkan oleh guru Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) dalam mengelola pembelajaran bagi peserta didik ABK tunadaksa di SMP Negeri se-Kota Bengkulu. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode survei, melibatkan enam sekolah negeri yang memiliki siswa dengan kebutuhan khusus tunadaksa. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PJOK menggunakan beragam strategi adaptif, di antaranya modifikasi bentuk aktivitas, pendekatan individual, pemahaman terhadap karakteristik peserta didik, serta menjalin kolaborasi dengan orang tua dan pendamping. Meskipun keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana masih menjadi hambatan, penerapan strategi tersebut terbukti mampu meningkatkan partisipasi aktif serta rasa percaya diri siswa tunadaksa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran PJOK. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pengembangan praktik pembelajaran inklusif yang lebih efektif, adaptif, dan berorientasi pada kemanusiaan di lingkungan sekolah. ABSTRACT   This study aims to describe the strategies implemented by Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) teachers in managing learning for students with special needs, particularly those with physical disabilities, in public junior high schools across Bengkulu City. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach with a survey method, involving six public schools that accommodate students with physical disabilities. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that PJOK teachers applied various adaptive strategies, including activity modification, individualized approaches, understanding students’ characteristics, and fostering collaboration with parents and teaching assistants. Although limitations in facilities and infrastructure remain a challenge, the implementation of these strategies has been proven to enhance active participation and self-confidence among students with physical disabilities in PJOK learning. Therefore, this research provides a significant contribution to the development of inclusive teaching practices that are more effective, adaptive, and human-centered within the school environment.
