Abstract

PT Bumitech Batam Prima is a company that focuses on construction projects covering various fields, including design, production, construction and project management. The task at PT Bumitech Batam Prima is to collect data for data processing. At that time, Microsoft Office was used to process data, which in turn was difficult for project managers to see. construction progress that was previously invisible, in carrying out project management activities there are still obstacles. The Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodology which includes use cases, sequences, activities and class diagrams for PHP programming using the Laravel Framework and PostgreSQL database, is used in this method . As a result of implementing the Project Management Information System in this research, company managers will be able to gain insight into quality, implementation, materials, and remaining problems, despite the fact that the project itself is computer-based but not computer-based. includes information systems.

Abstract

The world of technology is developing rapidly, which greatly influences humans to use the convenience provided by the use of technological facilities. In the context of health services, information systems function as the center of health development and are responsible for encouraging, providing, and delivering services. Pregnancy that lasts 9 months requires many examinations to determine the health of the fetus. However, consultations with doctors are sometimes lacking in conveying accurate and precise information due to the large number of patients. Not infrequently, predetermined schedules are often postponed or cancelled. Abstract

This research was conducted at a shop that sells goods or equipment for Buddhist worship called the Sinar Mas Indah shop. The Sinar Mas Indah shop operates every day except major holidays such as Chinese New Year. So far, the Sinar Mas Indah store has never used sales transaction data for analysis for the benefit of future business progress, sales transaction data is only stored in archive form, if it is old and feels no longer needed, it will simply be thrown away. , if used to predict future sales then decisions to increase sales in the future can be easily achieved. This research utilized datamining techniques with the C4.5 algorithm by testing the results using Weka software, from the 5 variables tested, category, brand, quantity, quality and price with a total of 160 test data. After calculating the entropy and gain values, the highest gain value was obtained. making consideration of consumer purchasing factors, namely Price, Quality, Quantity and category, into the main factors in decision making and there are results for Correctly Classified Instances 109 Data with a percentage value of 68.125% then for Incorrectly Classified Instances 51 data with a percentage value of 31.875%.

Abstract

Motorbikes are currently a very popular means of transportation as vehicles for various daily activities. So far, consumers only buy through recommendations from local people when buying motorbikes. This causes many consumers to lack knowledge about the motorbike specifications that are most suitable for each consumer's needs. So we need an approach that can help consumers determine the motorbike that best suits their needs based on assessing aspects of consumers who have been using it for a long time. In this research, the calculation method used is profile matching. For this research, an assessment analysis was carried out on 6 types of Honda motorbikes based on aspects of design, comfort, performance, features, fuel efficiency, price balance and the need for user experience, aesthetic appearance and price match with complete features. For the results of the analysis using the profile matching method, the score with the highest ranking was the Honda Scoopy which received the highest score in all aspects and for various needs such as user experience, aesthetic appearance, and price match with complete features. The Honda PCX and Vario are ranked second and third and could also be the second choice because they have an insignificant difference in value with the Honda Scoopy. Furthermore, Honda PCX, Genio and Beat can also be choices if adjusted to individual needs.

Abstract

Salah satu bentuk demokratis dari negara kepulauan ini adalah diadakannya pemilu lima tahun sekali untuk memilih pemimpin negara,legislatif,kepala daerah maupun pemimpin organisasi masyarakat tingkat bawahpun dipilih secara demokratis, hal ini dilaksanakan demi terciptanya kehidupan yang aman,damai dan sejahtera. Pemilihan umum merupakan salah satu bentuk dari kedaulatan rakyat terhadap negaranya sebagaimana yang telah dituangkan dalam undang-undang Dasar tahun 1945,dimana pemilu ini merupakan hak bagi semua warga negara indonesia tanpa terkecuali. penelitian ini adalah tentang bagaimana proses selama ini yang telah dilakukan untuk pemilihan kepala warga di salah satu perumahan Cipta Asri Group, masalah dari informasi yang kami peroleh kebanyakan dari warga yang telah diwawancari mengatakan kalau mereka tidak datang ketempat pemilihan dengan berbagai alasan diantaranya tidak tahu kapan diadakan pemilihan tersebut,kesibukan mereka yang tidak bisa ditinggalkan bahkan banyak yang tidak peduli karena alasan tidak tahu calon-calon yang akan mereka pilih, metode yang digunakan adalah yaitu algoritma classifier C4.5 , dengan tujuan untuk menetukan syarat-syarat untuk pengajuan calon pemimpin dikalangan masyarakat, hasil penelitian ini akan diuji dengan software Weka yang menggambarkan pohon keputusan dengan nilai gain tertinggi untuk klasifikasi penetapan calon yang akan ikut berpartisipasi dalam pemilihan pemimpin masyarakat dengan hasil yaitu sosialisasi,pendidikan dan kependidikan yang menjadi akar pohon dengan nilai gain tertinggi.

Abstract

Membuka usaha merupakan salah satu kegiatan bisnis yang dapat memberikan dampak pada perekenomian. Raffa Photocopy memiliki usaha copy, percetakan, penjilidan hingga menjual Alat Tulis Kantor (ATK) serta perlengkapan sekolah. Pada penelitian ini hanya membahas mengenai penjualan perlengkapan sekolah seperti tas, sepatu, kaos kaki dan lain sebagainya. Namun, diperlukan sebuah strategi penjualan guna mempertahankan bisnis dan pemasaran. Strategi yang baik pasti menghasilkan keuntungan dan produk ataupun barang akan terjual dengan cepat. Strategi tersebut adalah pengaturan tata letak barang. Terbukti bahwa keputusan membeli barang yang diluar perencanaan dipengaruhi oleh tata letak. Data mining menjawab masalah ini dengan menganalisa data yang besar tersebut kemudian membuat sebuah aturan, pola, ataupun model tertentu. Teknik asosiasi yang dapat digunakan adalah algoritma apriori yang dirancang untuk menemukan kombinasi item. Algoritma apriori berpedoman pada nilai min support dan min confidence.penelitian ini akan menganalisa pola pembelian peralatan sekolah pada objek penelitian Raffa Photocopy dengan Variabel yang diolah yakni Tas, Topi, Ikat Pinggang, Kacu, Topi Boni, Botol Minum, Kaos Kaki, Baret dan Dasi. Minimum support yang ditentukan yaitu 30% dan minimum confidence 75%. Hasilnya adalah Kaos Kaki – Topi dengan minimum support 30% dan minimum confidence 80%, kemudian Dasi – Topi dengan minimum support 40% dan minimum confidence 100%. Dengan begitu, untuk tata letak yang harus dilakukan adalah topi harus berdekatan dengan kaos kaki dan dasi.

Abstract

The house is a basic human need, where the house is a means of resting and gathering with the family, the choice of housing type greatly affects the comfort of someone who will live in the house, such as choosing where the location, facilities, accessibility and even more important is the price that fits the pocket of the candidate. housing owners, this study discusses analysis in the selection of housing in batam city, the variables used are the accessibility factors related to distance and ease of reaching a place., typology is related to the size of the settlement, price, payment for houses, data analysis is carried out with the concept of extracting information on the C4.5 algorithm by testing the results and obtaining the decision tree using the opensource rapidminer tools. From the data processing, the result shows that the factors that really influence people to choose and buy a house in the research object are price, accessibility and typology.

This research is related to the design of a web-based application for moving assistance services, where this application aims to help people to find moving services such as transporting goods, arranging neatly in new places and other features, researchers get an idea of the problems that have been surveyed during The research process in the community is that it is difficult for people to find moving services in helping them to move houses, offices and even transport used building goods, this problem is what makes researchers interested in creating a web-based application specifically to solve this problem, the application design will use UML ( Unified Modeling Language) to describe the program design with the method used is the SDLC (system development life cycle) waterfall.

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is a very important measure for the sustainability of a business. One example is the business in the food sector. This business requires active consumers because it is related to consumer taste and satisfaction. Bakso Akbar as a business in the food sector certainly has many competitors. For the sustainability of this business, it is necessary to review what things make consumers satisfied and dissatisfied. One way is to analyze customer satisfaction with Service variables with Good or Not Good, Speed, Location Access with Easy or Difficult options, Cleanliness with Clean or Not options, Taste with Good, Not bad or Not good choices and the last one is Price with Expensive or Cheap stuffing. These variables will be filled in by consumers from the distributed questionnaires, which will then be recorded and processed using Data Mining. The C4.5 algorithm is considered to be one of the Data Mining algorithms that is able to give good results because it produces decision tree rules. The results showed that the Rasa variable got the first highest gain with a value of 0.3659. Subsequent calculations obtained the Cleanliness variable with a value of Gain 1. The resulting rule is 4, 2 rules resulting in a decision of Satisfaction with the condition if the taste is good, the consumer is satisfied and if the taste is good and the cleanliness is clean then the consumer is satisfied. The purpose of this analysis is so that the Bakso Akbar business can retain its customers and fix any shortcomings based on consumer assessments.

Abstract

The implementation of community service activities that will be carried out in the form of fostering E-Commerce-Based Marketing Empowerment which is located at Rindang Garden Blok B2 No. 04 Buliang Batu Aji Village, Batam. Based on the results of interviews in the field that Rafflesia SMEs have problems marketing their products. In general, SMEs have limitations in mastering the use of information technology facilities plus marketing media that are less well known by the public. SMEs or conventional entrepreneurs consider accounting records to be a hassle. The training method used is to provide training on training using an online website. The methods used in the development of Rafflesia UKM that will be given are survey methods, lecture methods, discussion methods and training methods. The sustainability of the results of the coaching activities is that Rafflesia SMEs are expected to be able to manage marketing through web-based e-commerce.
