Abstract

Bayi Berat Lahir Rendah (BBLR) masih menjadi salah satu penyebab utama terjadinya kematian dan masalah kesehatan pada bayi. Data Kementerian Kesehatan RI 2023 mencatat angka BBLR sebesar 39%. Preeklampsia dan paritas adalah faktor-faktor risiko utama BBLR. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara paritas dan preeklampsia dengan kejadian BBLR di Rumah Sakit Permata Cirebon. Metode yang digunakan adalah desain cross-sectional dengan data rekam medis dari 95 responden, diambil secara purposive sampling dari Januari 2022 hingga Desember 2024. Hasilnya menunjukkan 55,8% primiparitas, 69,5% mengalami preeklampsia, dan 57,9% bayi lahir BBLR. Uji pada Chi-Square menunjukkan hubungan signifikan antara paritas dan preeklampsia dengan BBLR.

Abstract

Cervical cancer is the 4th leading cause of death in women worldwide and the 2nd in Indonesia. The prevalence of cervical cancer in 2022 in Asia was 1,186,812 cases, Indonesia 36,964 cases, West Java 565 cases. Early detection of cervical cancer can be done using the IVA test method. There are several factors for WUS in conducting the IVA test, including knowledge, attitude, supporting factors and interest. This research aimed to To determine the correlation between knowledge, attitudes and supporting factors of women in reproductive age regarding cervical cancer with interest in conducting IVA tests in the working area of Talun Health Center, Cirebon Regency. This research used an analytic observational design to 100 women of reproductive age in the working area of Talun Health Center using a cross-sectional approach with a questionnaire. Data analysis used the Spearman correlation test (bivariate) and logistic regression test (multivariate). The result bivariate analysis showed a significant correlation between women of reproductive age's knowledge (P<0.05), attitude (P<0.05), and supporting factors based on affordability (P<0.05), information sources (P<0.05), and accessibility of health facilities (P<0.05) with interest to commit IVA test. Multivariate analysis showed attitude sources were the most influential factor on the interest in conducting the IVA test (P<0.05). Attitude is the most significant factor correlated with the willingness of women of reproductive age in the Talun Community Health Center working area to undergo IVA tests. Therefore, healthcare providers should enhance educational efforts and understanding regarding cervical cancer and the IVA test.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Prevalensi hipertensi di seluruh didunia diperkirakan mencapai 28,6%. WHO tahun 2015menunjukkan sekitar 1,13 Miliar orang menyandang hipertensi. Obesitas juga meningkatkan terjadinya hipertensidari berbagai mekanisme. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan obesitas denganklasifikasi hipertensi di RSUD Waled. Metode : Penelitian ini dilakukan di poliklinik penyakit dalam RSUDWaled, menggunakan metode cross sectional. Sampel penelitian yang dikumpulkan berjumlah 126 pasien.Analisis data yang digunakan adalah univariat dan bivariat menggunakan rank spearman. Hasil : Sebagian besarpasien di poliklinik penyakit dalam memiliki karakteristik obesitas tingkat 1 (56,3%) dan terdapat karakteristikhipertensi grade 2 (93,7%). Hasil uji diperoleh p value 0,001 artinya terdapat hubungan antara obesitas danklasifikasi hipertensi pada pasien di poliklinik penyakit dalam. Kesimpulan : Sebagian besar pasien di poliklinikpenyakit dalam menderita hipertensi tingkat 2, mayoritas pasien berada pada obesitas tingkat 1 dan terdapathubungan antara obesitas dan klasifikasi penyakit hipertensi pada pasien di poliklinik penyakit dalam RSUDWaled, CirebonKata Kunci: Obesitas, Klasifikasi Hipertensi Background: The worldwide prevalence of hypertension is estimated at 28.6%.
