Abstract

Abstrak. Penyandang disabilitas di Kabupaten Badung tahun 2017 terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. Kebijakan pemerintah Badung maupun Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Bali Nomor 9 Tahun 2015 kurang berpihak terhadap penyandang disabilitas. Penyandang disabilitas menjadi kelompok termarjinalkan dan terhegemoni di tengah geliat industri pariwisata yang berlimpah dolar di kawasan wisata Kuta tersebut. Oleh sebab itu, penyandang disabilitas mengalami kecemasan dalam mencari pekerjaan selama ini. Masalah yang dikaji dalam artikel ini adalah kecemasan yang dialami oleh penyandang disabilitas dalam mencari pekerjaan di kawasan wisata Kuta Bali serta jenis pekerjaan yang dilakukan di kawasan wisata Kuta Bali? Dalam mengkaji masalah ini dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan pendekatan kajian budaya. Penelitian ini menghasilkan dua hal: Pertama, penyandang disabilitas mengalami kecemasan dalam mencari pekerjaan di kawasan wisata Kuta, sehingga mereka terpaksa bekerja yang kurang sesuai dengan potensi dirinya. Kedua, penyandang disabilitas terpaksa bekerja sebagai cleaning service dan operator CCTV di kawasan wisata Kuta. Kecemasan ini akan terus meningkat jika pemerintah dan pengusaha kurang berpihak sera memberdayakan penyandang disabilitas yang sesuai dengan potensi dirinya.Kata kunci: kecemasan, penyandang disabilitas, kawasan wisata kuta

Abstract

Abstrak. Lansia di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha (PSTW) X yang tidak mempunyai anak laki-laki memiliki permasalahan mengenai relasi yang kurang baik dengan penghuni Panti dan Keluarga. Relasi kurang baik itu muncul karena perasaan malu narasumber dan itu berdampak terhadap hubungannya dengan sesama penghuni Panti. Maka dari itu peneliti tertarik melakukan penelitian dengan tujuan mendeskripsikan dan menemukan faktor-faktor dimensi kesejahteraan psikologis lansia yang tidak mempunyai anak laki-laki di PSTW X Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi yang dianalisis secara Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi konflik psikologis yang dialami lansia sebelum tinggal di PSTW X yaitu sikap lansia yang melakukan penolakan terhadap tanggung jawab di desanya mengenai ngayah karena kekuatan fisik yang menurun. Kemudian persepsi lansia mengenai gender bahwa anak perempuan tidak seharusnya merawat orang tua dan kebutuhan lansia untuk dirawat (caregiver) yang membuat lansia berinisiatif tinggal di PSTW X. Dari keenam dimensi kesejahteraan psikologis lansia, ada lima dimensi yang terpenuhi yaitu penerimaan diri, hubungan positif terhadap orang lain, otonomi, tujuan hidup dan pertumbuhan pribadi. Dengan demikian terjadi perubahan dalam kesejahteraan psikologisnya, di saat lansia memikirkan konfliknya kembali dan itu berpengaruh di lingkungan PSTW X.Kata Kunci: Lansia, Kesejahteraan Psikologis, InterpretativeAbstract. Elderly in Werdha Nurshing Home (PSTW) x has no boys have problems about the relationship is not good with The residents and families. Relations less well it appears because of the feeling of shame Speaker and it affect his relationship with fellow residents of the care. Thus researchers interested in conducting research with the aim of describing and understanding the psychological well-being of the elderly in PSTW X who did not have the boy. This study uses qualitative methods with the phenomenology of approach are analyzed in Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). The results showed that the psychological conflicts experienced by the elderly before lived in X PSTW i.e. elderly attitude that does the rejection of responsibility in his village about ngayah due to declining physical strength. Then the perception of the elderly regarding gender that girls aren't supposed to care for the elderly and elderly needs to be treated (caregiver) that make the elderly initiative resides in PSTW x. Of the six dimensions of psychological well-being of the elderly, there are five dimensions are met i.e. self-acceptance, positive relationship towards other people, autonomy, purpose of life and personal growth. Thus there are changes in their psychological well-being, while the elderly think conflict is back and it's influential environment PSTW X.Keywords: The Elderly, Psychological Well-being, Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis Werdha Nurshing Home. Abstract

Abstract The Covid-19 pandemic has caused parents to adjust themselves in teaching children at home. Tasks that were previously carried out by teachers at school are now the responsibility of parents as well as at home. The self-adjustment of parents due to covid-19 occurred at the Trimuspasari Small Elementary School (SDK), Central Sulawesi. This study aims to describe the self-adjustment of parents during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Small Elementary School (SDK) children in Trimuspasari Village. This research uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach. The resource persons in this study were three pairs of husband and wife who had children in the first grade, second grade, and third grade. The results of this study show that these three pairs of parents experienced self-adjustment in teaching children at home during the Covid-19 Pandemic, which included four aspects and three factors that support self-adjustment. The new findings of this study are that there are difficulties for parents in dividing children's teaching time at home.Keywords:Self-Adjustment, Parents, Covid-19 Pandemic, SDK TrimuspasariAbstrak Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan adanya penyesuaian diri orang tua dalam mengajar anak di rumah. Tugas yang sebelumnya dilakukan guru di sekolah, kini menjadi tanggung jawab orang tua juga di rumah. Penyesuaian diri orang tua akibat covid-19 terjadi di Sekolah Dasar Kecil (SDK) Trimuspasari, Sulawesi Tengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penyesuaian diri orang tua di masa Pandemi Covid-19 pada anak Sekolah Dasar Kecil (SDK) di Desa Trimuspasari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Narasumber dalam penelitian ini sebanyak tiga pasang suami-istri yang memiliki anak di kelas satu, kelas dua, dan kelas tiga. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga pasang orang tua ini mengalami penyesuaian diri dalam mengajar anak di rumah pada masa Pandemi Covid-19, yang mencakup empat aspek dan tiga faktor yang mendukung penyesuaian diri. Temuan baru dari penelitian ini adalah, adanya kesulitan orang tua dalam membagi waktu mengajar anak di rumah.Kata kunci:Penyesuaian Diri, Orang Tua, Pandemi Covid-19, SDK Trimuspasari

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang jenis penyandang disabilitas dan bentuk pemberdayaan penyandang disabilitas pada objek wisata Kuta, Kabupaten Badung, Provinsi Bali. Masalah ini dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan pendekatan kajian budaya serta dikaji menggunakan teori hegemoni dan praktik sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) jenis penyandang disabilitas yang diberdayakan pada objek wisata Kuta yaitu tunanetra dan dan tunadaksa; (2) bentuk pemberdayaan penyandang disabilitas yaitu cleaning service, tukang masak, operator CCTV, dan penjual pulsa keliling; (3) penyandang disabilitas kurang diberdayakan pada objek wisata Kuta, sehingga mereka menjadi kelompok yang termarginalkan dan terhegemoni ditengah geliat industri pariwisata. Pemerintah, pengusaha, dan masyarakat diharapkan agar memberdayakan penyandang disabilitas secara maksimal agar mereka memperoleh pekerjaan yang layak untuk keberlanjutan kehidupannya.---------------------------------------------------------------------------This study examines what types of people with disabilities and how to empower people with disabilities in the tourist attraction of Kuta, Badung Regency, Bali Province? This problem is analyzed qualitatively with a cultural study approach and examined using the theory of hegemony and social practice. The results of the study showed: (1) types of persons with disabilities who were empowered in Kuta's tourist objects, namely blind and disabled people; (2) forms of empowerment namely cleaning service, cooks, CCTV operators, and mobile credit sellers; (3) people with disabilities are less empowered in Kuta tourism objects, so they become the marginal group and hegemony in the midst of the stretch of the tourism industry. The government, employers, and the community are expected to empower persons with disabilities to the fullest so that they get decent jobs for the sustainability of their.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the role and function of the Aceh Baitul Mal in increasing the economic growth of the Acehnese. The results show that Baitul Mal Aceh is a non-structural regional institution that has the authority to manage and develop zakat, waqf, religious assets to benefit the people, as well as being the guardian of the supervisor of orphans and/or asset managers. an inheritance that does not have a guardian based on Islamic Sharia becomes an institution that has formed a new service system in sharia-based financial management and empowerment. The BaitulMal Institute collects zakat, infaq, alms, and waqf as a source of finance by optimizing the value of muzakki, manfiq, and muwafiq. Besides, the presence of Baitul Mal Aceh is also very instrumental in shaping empowerment services through optimal ziswaf sources. The role of BaitulMal has received support from all levels of Aceh's Indigenous Peoples, this is because Baitul Mal is present to greatly assist the lower class community and provide solutions to economic problems to those who have the right without charging interest or the like on the community in developing their economy. Baitulmal financial resources have never experienced a deficit financially.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang ditemukan bahwa (1) Belum memiliki pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan bagi pemuda Desa Catur Kintamani, (2) Belum memiliki produk souvenir kewirausahaan bagi wisata yang berkunjung khususnya dalam membuat frame foto dalam botol di Desa Catur. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, tujuan program PKM adalah sebagai berikut: (1). Sosialisasi dan pelatihan pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan bagi pemuda Desa Catur, Kintamani. (2). Pelatihan pembuatan produk souvenir kewirausahaan bagi wisata yang berkunjung khususnya dalam membuat frame foto dalam botol di Desa Catur, Kintamani. Metode pelaksanaan Program PKM antara lain: sosialisasi awal, pelatihan, pendampingan, monitoring, evaluasi, dan keberlanjutan program, yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdi serta dibantu oleh tenaga ahli dan mahasiswa dari Universitas Dhyana Pura. Hasilnya adalah Desa Catur memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan tentang (1) Kewirausahaan, (2) Ada produk produk souvenir kewirausahaan bagi wisata yang berkunjung khususnya dalam membuat frame foto dalam botol. Tim pelaksana dan setiap kelompok melaporkan hasilnya dengan cara presentasi dan dokumentasi. Keberlanjutan dari program ini adalah masyarakat terus belajar dan tim PKM mendampingi kelompok dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraannya.

Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic has a huge impact on human activities, including the education sector, especially the teaching and learning process. In the midst of the covid-19 pandemic, teaching and learning activities are still being carried out even though they are not carried out face-to-face but online. One alternative to support this online teaching and learning process is to use WA groups. The purpose of this study was to determine the activities and learning outcomes carried out through WA groups. This study also aims to determine the improvement and learning outcomes of students through group work. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting data through in-depth surveys. The survey used in this research is a google form conducted online. The results of this study show that students' activities and learning outcomes increase when the group work learning process is conducted through WA Group. WA Group is also beneficial for students, because it saves the use of internet quota. The disadvantage of using WA Group in the process of increasing student activity is that students are easily influenced by other chats that can distract students from the teaching and learning process. The conclusion of this study explains that increasing student learning activities and outcomes through WA Group is very effective because students can use various features that can be accessed through WA Group.

Abstract

This Community Partnership Program (PKM) answers the problems faced by partner, SDN 2 Inclusion in Bengkala Buleleng Village, Bali. The first problem is the lack of literacy that meets the needs of the Inclusive Elementary School. The second problem there is no online learning system. Moreover, the third, teachers do not have facilities of the literacy and learning system for the inclusive elementary school. The solutions offered to answer the three problems are, first, literacy that supports learning needs. Second, the provision of an integrated website-based learning information system and library-based teaching materials library service. Third, literacy for teachers about the application of learning systems and the manufacture of teaching materials that facilitate the teaching and learning process. The method of implementing this PKM is community participation by developing into a number of activities such as: participatory mentoring, workshops, simulations and substitution of science and technology, creation of learning information systems and library services for integrated web-based teaching materials as well as literacy and socialization processes. The evaluation of this activity uses the CIPP method, namely context, input, process, and product tailored to the needs of literacy and teaching and learning processes. The target of this program is the availability of online learning support facilities, increasing the ability of teaching teachers in online teaching and creating digital learning media, as well as the availability of a Learning System and Teaching Material Library Service.

Abstract

The Role of Woman Preachers to Empower Torajan People’s Economy. The aim of this research is to analyze the role of woman preachers to empower Torajan people’s economy. It used qualitative phenomenology research. The data were collected by interview and Focus Group Discussion to informants through purposive and snowball sampling. After that, the data were validated by technique, sources, and researchers triangulation. In terms of analysis, the data were analyzed using Miles and Hubberman’s method. Findings show that there are 3 main roles of woman preachers to empower Torajan people economy, namely role in context of increasing income, role in context of expenditure efficiency, and role in context of financial management. Those roles have strong relationship with the role of women in the family. The main challenge is the implementation of the roles in real life. Based on the results, it is recommended to strengthen the implementation of the woman preachers’ role.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dukungan sosial terhadap mahasiswa yang melakukan tindakan prokrastinasi pada saat penyusunan skripsi. Secara lebih spesifik, penelitian ini mengupas tentang tentang sumber dukungan sosial, bentuk dukungan sosial dan dampak dukungan sosial yang didapatkan oleh mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan model pendekatan fenomenologi dengan subjek mahasiswa semester 9 dan semester 10 angkatan 2018 Program Studi Psikologi Universitas Dhyana Pura. Pengambilan data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan narasumber dan informan. Dalam menganalisis data menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, penyimpulan dan verifikasi, dan kesimpulan akhir. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah dukungan sosial yang diterima oleh narasumber dapat memberikan suatu perubahan pada skripsinya yaitu adanya motivasi untuk menyelesaikan skripsi dan progres skripsi yang baik. Narasumber mendapat dukungan emosional seperti kasih sayang dan perhatian. Dukungan persahabatan berupa kehadiran sahabat yang bersedia mendengar keluh kesah dan bertukar cerita, mengerjakan skripsi bersama. Dukungan informasi seperti mencari jurnal dan buku serta informasi terkait keperluan skripsi. Dukungan instrumental seperti kehadiran orang-orang terdekat sebagai pendengar keluh kesah dan dukungan material berupa biaya kuliah, kendaraan dan fasilitas. Dukungan-dukungan tersebut bersumber dari lingkungan terdekat seperti keluarga, teman kuliah, pasangan, dan dosen pembimbing. Dampak lainnya yang ditimbulkan oleh dukungan sosial adalah prokrastinasi yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa perlahan mulai berkurang dan mahasiswa memiliki kesadaran penuh atas tanggung jawab dalam penyelesaian skripsi tersebut.
