Abstract

The Indonesian Air Force is directed to increase the fleet of fighter aircraft and radar units to meet Indonesia's air defense needs. Fulfilling air defense needs, especially the construction of Indonesian Air Force aircraft, requires a budget allocation from the government. Policies regarding budget allocations and their implementation certainly require more complex policies. Therefore, it is necessary to map and identify the Increased Cost of Aircraft Development for the Indonesian Air Force on the Financial Stability of Bank Indonesia (BI) in the Defense Budget. This type of research is qualitative with the method of observation, interviews and document studies. Data analysis was carried out interactively descriptive until saturated using the trangulation method. The results of the study indicate that the source of the TNI AU's defense budget comes from the APBN which is sourced from GDP, grants and foreign loans. The dynamics of increasing the defense budget in the procurement of TNI-AU aircraft depend on the dynamics of threats, availability of resources and government policies. The projected increase in the Indonesian Air Force's defense budget tends to fluctuate with an average budget change in 2018-2021 of 42%. The procurement of Indonesian Air Force aircraft is also projected to increase as a way to maintain the sovereignty of the Republic of Indonesia in accordance with the dynamics of the strategic environment. The defense budget affects and is influenced by the financial stability of Bank Indonesia, particularly the APBN, GDP and economic growth.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the development of Augmented Reality (AR) as a digital marketing innovation in tourist villages in West Java. This research uses the Borg and Gall (2003) development model with quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques. The research results show that this mobile-based AR is said to be feasible for use with an average feasibility test value of 78.7%. The implication of this research is tourist villages in promoting their tourism potential starting from tourist destinations to MSMEs. Apart from that, the presence of MSMEs can also encourage the potential of culinary tourism in tourist villages so that they can develop further following technological developments.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu guru-guru SD Kota Bekasi,, dalam mengimplementasikan Deep Learning dengan pengembangan LKPD. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya pemahaman guru dalam membuat LKPD yang yang sesuai dengan prinsip deep learning. Solusi yang dilakukan adalah melalui pendampingan dan pelatihan intensif yang mencakup ceramah, diskusi, pre-post test, serta penugasan. Hasil dari evaluasi reaksi menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata penilaian peserta terhadap instruktur, fasilitas, waktu, media, materi, konsumsi, tugas/latihan dan evaluasi, serta handout berada di kisaran 4,6 dari skala 5 Para peserta memberikan penilaian positif terhadap pelatihan ini dan menyarankan agar kegiatan serupa terus dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Evaluasi post-test menunjukkan variasi hasil dengan beberapa peserta berhasil mencapai nilai lebih dari 80%. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman serta keterampilan guru dalam membuat LKPD dalam memfasilitasi Deep Learning untuk siswa SD. Saran yang diberikan meliputi peningkatan kreativitas dalam penyelenggaraan pelatihan agar lebih menarik dan bermanfaat bagi peserta serta melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berkelanjutan.
