Abstract

The crime of gambling is regulated in Article 303 and Article 303 bis of the Criminal Code (KUHP), this crime is included in the category of crimes against decency. The sanctions for gambling crimes stipulated in the Criminal Code are of an alternative nature, that is, they are punishable by the main punishment in the form of imprisonment or a fine, in which the punishment is based on the qualification of the act committed by the perpetrator. Prevention efforts that can be made against the prevalence of gambling cases, especially in Wajo Regency, use a criminological approach which consists of pre-emptive, preventive and regressive efforts. The form of preventive efforts taken is in the form of structuring laws and regulations, providing legal counseling to the public and optimal law enforcement against gambling crimes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and understand the level of obedience of a Notary in making a Notary deed. This type of research is empirical legal research. Empirical legal research is oriented to primary data (research results in the field). Empirical legal research is an approach carried out by field research by seeing and observing what is happening in the field, and the application of these regulations in practice in society. All data obtained in the study, both primary data and secondary data, were analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques. After that it is described, by examining the existing problems, describing, describing, and explaining the problems related to this research. The use of this descriptive method is intended to obtain a good, clear picture and can provide as detailed data as possible about the object under study, in this case, to describe how legal certainty and protection is for the community through the making of a Notary deed with legal certainty. Based on these results, a conclusion is drawn which is the answer to the problems formulated in this study and suggestions that aim to provide input for further improvement. The results of this study indicate that in carrying out the duties of office, there are still Notaries who do not carry out the provisions as stipulated in the UUJN, the Notary Code of Ethics, and other laws and regulations. This is because the Notary in carrying out his position is still influenced by internal and external factors, so that due to his disobedience to the procedures and procedures for making the deed results in the degradation of the deed made or produced by the Notary.

Abstract

Education gaps are a crucial problem that impedes sustainable human resource development. The research aims to identify effective policies that can bridge educational gaps and ensure inclusive access to education for all children. The research method in this research is literature, by exploring various sources of journals and other documents. The results show that; first, there is a significant relationship between the level of investment in education and the quality of access to education; second, policies that prioritize inclusive education and learning diversity can accelerate the reduction of educational gaps; and third, the integration of technology into education has been found to be an important factor in improving the reach and affordability of education. In addition, collaboration among stakeholders including governments, business communities, non-profit organizations, and civil society groups, is needed to implement and support effective educational programmes. Finally, regular monitoring and evaluation of existing policies is key to ensuring sustained adjustment and improvement to educational practices. The findings underline the importance of a holistic and contextualized approach in an effort to reduce educational gaps.

Abstract

Saving is the process of saving money for the long term. Therefore, an introduction to managing and managing finances needs to be implemented from an early age. One way that is implemented is by introducing savings to children at an early age. The aim of this outreach is also as a form of community service from KKL UIN SYAHADA Padangsidimpuan students to equip young children, especially at SD 22 Ranah Batahan, to understand the importance of saving, how to save, and also the benefits of savingThe method used is to provide counseling and socialize face to face. The result of this outreach is an increased understanding of elementary school students and girls about the culture of saving from an early age, this can be seen from the increasing interest of these children in starting to save both at home and at school

Abstract

Studying English and Arabic has become a necessity amidst the dynamics of current developments, especially in the current era of Society 5.0. This era has a basic concept in the form of transforming a conventional way of life into a digital one. One of the challenges that awaits the world of education in the Society 5.0 era is how to bring together science and technology without sacrificing students. Through this service the author wants to identify and describe the challenges faced by English and Arabic in the era of society 5.0 based on the use of interactive applications through guidance and English and Arabic learning videos. The results of this service explain that teachers must have special skills to optimize the use of technology in the learning process, so that students can absorb more of the material. All parties and stakeholders involved in English and Arabic learning activities must be willing to improve so that they are able to maintain their existence in this digital era.

Abstract

This research discusses the Communication Strategy of the Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) of Makassar City in increasing public participation during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The background of the formation of this research is because the Regional Head Election (Pilkada) was held in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic whose transmission was very fast, so the government appealed to keep a distance and do activities at home to prevent the transmission and spread of Covid-19. This is inversely proportional to the Pilkada, which is actually a people's democratic party that usually gathers a lot of masses to gain support. This research uses Qualitative methods with a case study approach by using the theory of determining communication planning strategies by Harold D. Laswell. The results of the study are (1) KPU Kota Makassar establishes a number of human resource chains (organizers) that carry out socialization to the community to disseminate information about elections, (2) KPU Kota Makassar compiles and provides electoral messages that are informative, persuasive, and educative to the public, (3) Using social media, conventional media, and associating influencers to disseminate electoral information, (4) Socialization by targeting 10 strategic bases, socialization in the Sangkarrang Islands and on Lae-lae Island, embracing communities, and socialization with all the people of Makassar City who can already cast their votes.

Abstract

The background to this research starts from the assumption that in maximizing student learning outcomes it is deemed necessary to introduce new innovations in a learning process This research aims to determine the effect of inquiry strategies in improving students’ cognitive learning outcomes. The research uses normative library research, namely by carrying out searches of library materials in the form of literature and legislation related to inquiry learning strategies. This research aims to determine the effect of inquiry learning strategies on students learning outcomes. Learning models are one of the important things to apply in improving student learning outcomes. The inquiry learning model requires students to contribute actively during teaching and learning activities, both intellectually, emotionally and physically, with the hope that students will be able to strive for self-development, respond, provide opinions and solve learning problems both in groups and individually. This research is motivated by the problem of low student learning outcomes. Learning outcomes are a process characterized by changes in a person. Changes as a result of the learning process can be shown in various forms such as changes in skills, abilities, habits, as well as changes in aspects at the end of a lesson. Student learning outcomes are seen from ability, understanding and evaluation. These abilities cover cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. If these three aspects are owned or mastered by students, then the student's learning outcomes will be visible.

Abstract

Melalui tulisan ini, penulis akan memaparkan bagaimana strategi manajemen yang diterapkan oleh pimpinan pondok santri pesantren mustafaiyah purba baru dalam mengelola Pondok Santri Pesantren Mustafawiyah di era yang sudah semakin maju saat ini. Dalam tulisan ini penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dimana Penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi serta menjadikan kepala sekolah atau yang disebut wakil mudir, ketua dewan pelajar, ketua banjar, santri, dan alumni pesantren mustafawiyah sebagai infoman. Adapun hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi manajemen yang diterapkan oleh pimpinan dalam mengelola pondok santri adalah sebagai berikut: (a) gaya kepemimpinan yang demokratis; (b) gaya hidup sederhana; (c) menerapkan sistem kepercayaan; (d) menerapkan sistem kekeluargaan; (e) memberikan motivasi instrinsik kepada anggota; (f) menunjukkan ketauladanan; (g) menerapkan faham ahlus sunnah wal jama’ah mazhab Imam Syafi’i. Adapun Kesimpulan dari temuan ini adalah bahwa pimpinan pesantren mustafawiyah lebih menerapkan strategi manajemen yang Islami dalam mengelola pondok santri pesantren mustafawiyah purba baru.

Abstract

This research examines the continuity and transformation of the Kitab Kuning teaching tradition in traditional and modern pesantren in the Southern Tapanuli region. This research uses a qualitative approach with field observation and in-depth interviews. The results show that traditional pesantren wtihin Musthafawiyah pesantren network still maintain the teaching of the Kitab Kuning with the sorogan and bandongan methods as the core of knowledge and value transmission. This reflects the practice of ethnopedagogy rooted in local culture is still quite strongly maintained. In contrast, modern pesantren, especially the Gontor network such as the Pesantren Modern Unggulan Terpadu Darul Mursyid and the Pesantren Modern Al Abraar adopt the integration model of the national curriculum and prioritize general knowledge, making the Kitab Kuning as a complement. Digital technology has also begun to be integrated as learning support, although direct kiai-santri interaction remains the main key. This finding shows the emergence of a hybrid learning model that aligns with Graham's Blended Learning and Mezirow's Transformative Learning concepts, which emphasize the existence and importance of effective integration between face-to-face learning and digital technology to increase the effectiveness of pedagogy. Thus, the process that occurs in pesantren in Tabagsel can be read as a form of transformation of Islamic education that is authentic and reflective of changing times.

Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman dengan mendampingi serta menfasilitasi pengelola lembaga PAUD, kepala sekolah dan guru-guru pendidikan anak usia dini akan persiapan pemenuhan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP) sebagai tolak ukur dan acuan tingkat kelayakan layanan maupun program suatu lembaga PAUD dalam mencapai mutu layanan secara bertahap, terencana, dan kompetitif. Hasil dari kegiatan PKm ini adalah 1) peningkatan sistem tata kelola RA Baitul Hidayah khususnya pada program layanan formal; 2) Memberikan pemahaman kepada kepala sekolah dan guru tentang dokumen-dokumen untuk mencapai standar nasional pendidikan; 3) Membuka wawasan guru terkait dengan penilaian akreditasi yang dilakukan secara sistematis dan komprehensif melalui kegiatan evaluasi internal dan eksternal untuk menentukan kelayakan maupun kinerja RA Baitul Hidayah.
