Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Quick Ratio, Net Profit Margin, dan Total Asset Turnover terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba pada Perusahaan Perdagangan Besar di BEI. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan variabel bebas Quick Ratio, Net Profit Margin, dan Total Asset Turnover. Sedangkan variabel terikat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pertumbuhan Laba. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor Perdagangan Jasa dan Investasi khususnya sektor Perdagangan Besar Barang Produksi. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Sampel yang terpilih sebanyak 14 perusahaan. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi linier berganda, uji R2, uji t, dan uji dominan. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, Quick Ratio, dan Net Profit Margin berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba Perusahaan Sektor Perdagangan Besar. Hasil R2 (koefisien determinasi) menunjukkan bahwa variabel Quick Ratio, Net Profit Margin, dan Total Asset Turnover mampu menjelaskan sebesar terhadap variabel Pertumbuhan laba, sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

Kinerja Pegawai Pada Puskesmas Kedopok Kota Probolinggo dapat terwujud secara maksimal jika faktor-faktornya terpenuhi dengan baik. Faktor-faktor untuk meningkatkan kinerja yaitu memberikan Lingkungan Kerja, Pelatihan serta Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja dalam bekerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai PNS, non PNS di Puskesmas Kedopok Kota Probolinggo sebanyak 57 responen dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampel jenuh. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, variabel yang digunakan meliputi Lingkungan Kerja, Pelatihan, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja serta Kinerja Pegawai. Metode analisis data dari hasil penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan statistik berupa uji instrumen, uji normalitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, koefisien korelasi berganda, koefisien determinasi, pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ditunjukkan dengan hasil uji hipotetis simultan Fhitung sebesar 20,865 > Ftabel 2,779 dengan ini membuktikan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja, Pelatihan, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Hasil uji hipotesis parsial t tabel= 1,674, nilai Thitung X1= 3,244 X2= 4,511, X3= 4,414 dengan ini membuktikan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja, Pelatihan, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh secara parsial beban kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan DIVA Swalayan Kraksaan Kabupaten Probolinggo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif berjenis Kausal-Komparatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 responden karyawan DIVA Swalayan Kraksaan Kabupaten Probolinggo dengan metode simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel beban kerja diperoleh thitung > ttabel (2,099 > 2,056) dan sig. 0,046 < 0,05, variabel lingkungan kerja diperoleh thitung > ttabel (2,772 > 2,056) dan sig. 0,010 < 0,05, dan variabel kompensasi diperoleh thitung > ttabel (3,832 > 2,056) dan sig. 0,001 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat diartikan bahwa variabel beban kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan DIVA Swalayan Kraksaan Kabupaten Probolinggo.

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to see the influence between the variables of organizational communication, work discipline, and organizational commitment on the performance of employees of the Gending Sugar Factory, Probolinggo Regency. The type of research is quantitative with a causal associative approach. The population came from the AKU office (Administration, Finance and General) totaling 45 people and sampling using non probability sampling and saturated sample method. So the sample was 45 people. Data analysis techniques used validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing (t test). The results of hypothesis testing obtained the conclusion that the variables of organizational communication, work discipline and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Gending Sugar Factory, Probolinggo Regency.

Abstract

Singkong memiliki potensi besar untuk dikembangkan menjadi komoditas industri pangan berbasiskarbohidrat. Panen singkong yang cukup banyak di daerah mitra memerlukan pemanfaatan menjadi produk yang lebih tahan lama dengan nilai jual yang lebih tinggi. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah pembuatantepung mocaf (modified cassava flour). Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian adalah pelatihan pembuatan danpengemasan tepung mocaf pada kelompok tani Subur III Desa Pegalangan Kidul Kecamatan Maron Kabupaten Probolinggo. Kegiatan didahului dengan diawali dengan persiapan, yang meliputi penyamaan presepsi dan pemahaman, pembagian tugas dan tanggungjawab anggota tim dan mahasiswa MBKM yang terlibat serta untuk menggali tentang potensi pemanfaatan singkong dan masalahnya. Selanjutnya dilakukanpelatihan dan pendampingan untuk mengenal tepung mocaf, pembuatan, dan pemanfaatannya diikuti dengan praktik pembuatan menggunakan Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG) serta pengemasan tepung mocaf. Hasil kegiatan berupa adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan 80% anggota Kelompok tani Subur III Desa Pegalangan Kidul Kecamatan Maron Kabupaten Probolinggo terampil dalam diversifikasi olahan berbasis Singkong menjadi Tepung Mocaf (modified cassava flour), serta adanya peningkatan pendapatan anggota kelompok tani pada saat terjualnya tepung mocaf dengan harga Rp.25.000. Optimizing Cassava as Raw Material for Mocav Flour to Increase Added Value and Welfare Through Kelompok Tani Subur III Abstract Cassava has great potential to be developed into a food-based industrial commodity carbohydrate. The large cassava harvest in partner areas requires utilization into a more durable product with a higher selling value. One effort that can be done is manufacturing mocaf flour (modified cassava flour). The purpose of service activities is training in making and packaging of mocaf flour in the Subur III farmer group, Pegalangan Kidul Village, Maron District, Probolinggo Regency. The activity was preceded by preparation, which included equalizing perceptions and understanding, dividing tasks and responsibilities of the team members and MBKM students involved as well as exploring the potential use of cassava and its problems. Next is done training and mentoring to get to know mocaf flour, its manufacture and use, followed by manufacturing practices using Appropriate Technology (TTG) and packaging of mocaf flour. The results of the activity include an increase in the knowledge and skills of 80% of the members of the Subur III farmer group, Pegalangan Kidul Village, Maron District, Probolinggo Regency, skilled in diversifying cassava-based processed products into modified cassava flour, as well as an increase in the income of farmer group members when selling mocaf flour with price Rp. 25,000.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Return On Assets, Current Ratio and Firm Size on Company Value in Textile and Garment Sub-Sector Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The type of research used is quantitative research. Data collection techniques by means of documentation. The population in this study were 23 textile and garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during 2020-2022. The sample in this study used 20 companies with techniques sampling purposive. This research data uses secondary data. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) analysis and hypothesis testing. The research results show that return on asset and current ratio partial effect on the value of the company. Meanwhile, firm size has a negative and significant effect on company value. Return on asset, current ratio and firm size have a simultaneous effect on company value. Return on assets has a dominant influence on company value.

Abstract

There are many aspects that a customer considers when choosing a product, for example the existing store atmosphere and price. Every time you build a company, generally all companies want to be successful in running their business. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative with a causal associative approach, with the independent (free) variables Store Atmosphere (X1) and Price (X2) and the dependent (bound) variable Purchase Decision (Y). The population used in this research is consumers. Determining the number of respondents (sample) used was nonprobability sampling. Data sources include: (1) primary data, (2) secondary data. The data analysis methods used include: validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R square), and hypothesis testing consisting of the t test and F test. Research results from the simultaneous store atmosphere test (X1 ) and Price (X2) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) from the F test calculation, obtained Fcount = 272.241. Apart from that, the partial test shows that store atmosphere (X1) has a significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y) with a tcount = 3.849 and price (X2) has a significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y) with a tcount = 17.151.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on housing purchase decisions at PT. Samawa Property Probolinggo. The population used from the results of this study are consumers who have bought a house at PT. Samawa Property Kabupaten Probolinggo , who is located Karanggeger totaling 52 people. The sampling technique has been carried out using saturated samples. The method of data analysis in this study uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The test results show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision making at PT. Samawa Property Kabupaten Probolinggo; (2) service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision making at PT. Samawa Property Kabupaten Probolinggo; (3) product quality and service quality have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decision making at PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of PSAK No. 72 on income from housing construction projects at PT. Randu Putra Perkasa Nusantara. The method used is a qualitative method. Data Collection techniques in the form of direct observation, interviewing informants, literature studies, and documentation. The results of the study show the implementation of income from PT. Randu Putra Perkasa Nusantara has not fully complied with the implementation of PSAK No. 72. Companies in identifying contracts need to reassess the ability of customers to pay, because many customers in the in-house system pay more than the payment deadline. The company’s revenue recognition needs to be reevaluated, because according to PSAK No. 72 revenues are received after completion of all right and obligations of the company and 100% handover to customers. Revenue recognition all the time, the company has not met one of the 3 criteria for revenue recognition all the time. Regarding disclosure, the company has not made catatan atas laporan keuangan (CALK).

Abstract

This study was conducted at the office of the General Election Commission (KPU) of Probolinggo City with the aim of determining the role of motivation mediation on work stress and workload on the performance of employees of the General Election Commission (KPU) of Probolinggo City. This type of research uses survey research and is associative causal. The population is 30 employees of the General Election Commission (KPU) of Probolinggo City and sampling using saturated sampling techniques of 30 respondents. The data collection methods used in this study are interviews, documentation and questionnaires distributed to respondents. The data analysis method from the results of the study is a quantitative method in the form of Convergent Validity test, Discriminant Validity and reliability test and conducting hypothesis testing using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study indicate that Work stress does not have a positive and significant effect on performance, Workload has a positive and significant effect on performance, Work stress has a positive and significant effect on motivation, workload has a positive and significant effect on motivation, motivation does not have a positive and significant effect on performance, work stress has a positive and significant effect on performance through motivation, and workload has a positive and significant effect on performance through motivation.
