Abstract

Polygamy is one form of marriage is debated by the public, either supporting or were refused, they give a different argument. Sociologically, the act of polygamy is still viewed percussion by the people of Indonesia, including the area of Bogor, West Java. They are looking at someone who is polygamous are very powerful in economic matters, being able to feed the whole family, but others consider that polygamy is bad for hurting woman and unfaithful to his first wife. Variety perspective is then deemed necessary to do research on sociological indication of Bogor on polygamy.

Abstract

Problems faced by Mangrove Creation Group Lestari is a black mangrove fruit flour caused by the process of less rapid that is drying is too long and during the process of grinding, still simply, that is using a blender. While the blender can only accommodate small capacity and this will inhibit the process of processing raw materials into processed products. The method used in solving the problem of Sustainable Mangrove Creation Group is by socializing the processing process of mangrove flour according to standard, providing flour grinding tool to get good quality flour, and demostration processing of mangrove flour into snack and cake. Based on the results of socialization of community service in Kelurahan Margomulyo can be successful because it sees the enthusiasm of Margomulyo Kelurahan who get the knowledge related to the processing of mangrove fruit flour according to the standard, able to apply or use the disk miller, and the community get standard recipe from swissroll flour mangrove and cimi-cimi mangrove fruit flour.

Abstract

One of the Rukun Tetangga which is the center of papaya in Balikpapan City is RT 19 Kelurahan Karang Joang Balikpapan Utara. The potentials of papaya fruit reach 10 tons per month or around 140 tons in a year. Papaya agricultural land continues to grow 10 to 20 percent. The problem is that farmers only sell their papaya in a fresh condition, even many are damaged due to too much harvest and not sold in the market. The community does not know about the use of papaya in product development so that the method used to solve the problems of the Karang Joang community, especially RT 19, is to socialize and provide materials related to food diversification. The results obtained from this community service are giving material and understanding to the women of Cempaka 19 farming women regarding the processing of papaya and training in making products including making abon and semprong papaya, and providing assistance in processing equipment to support the production of women mothers Cempaka 19 farm.
