Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa signifikan pengaruh integritas kerja dan profesionalisme terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Dinas Pertanian dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Kediri yang berlokasi pada Jl. Erlangga, Tugurejo, Kec.Ngasem, Kabupaten Kediri, Jawa Timur 64182. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif yang menyertakan hipotesis sebagai dugaan awal pada penelitian. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 41 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunkan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial integritas kerja berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pertanian dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Kediri. Profesionalisem secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pertanian dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Kediri. Sementara secara simultan integritas kerja dan profesionalisme berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pertanian dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Kediri. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, nilai koefisien determinasi terdapat pada R Square yaitu pegawai sebesar 0,243 atau 24,3% artinya integritas kerja dan profesionalisme memengaruhi kinerja pegawai sebesar 24,3% sisanya sebesar 75,7% variabel kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of service quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions at Ayam Djoeprek Ngronggo, Kediri City. Quantitative methods were used with a sample of 91 consumers taken randomly Incidental Sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, R², t test and f test. The results of this research indicate that service quality partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Price partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Promotion partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, Service Quality, Price and Promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to test and explain the influence of promotions via social media Instagram, price and location on purchasing decisions at Ayam Goreng Sreeng Ngadiluwih partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative methods and the population studied is all consumers who purchased Ayam Goreng Sreeng Ngadiluwih within the 1 month research period. The number of samples taken was 100 respondents, and the sampling method was used accidental sampling. Data collected through questionnaires, while analysis techniques use validity tests, realism tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, R determinant tests2, t test, and f test. The research results show that (1) the influence of promotion via Instagram social media partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05, (2) price partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with the t valuecount 5.076 and sig value. 0.000 < 0.05, (3) location partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a sig value. 0.001 < 0.05, (4) promotion via social media Instagram, price and location simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a sig.F value of 0.000 < 0.05. Purchasing decisions at Ayam Goreng Sreeng Ngadiluwih are influenced by these three variables amounting to 63.9% while the remaining 36.1% is influenced by other factors outside this research.

This research uses quantitative methods and the population studied is all consumers who purchased the Barokah Trenggalek Shop within the 1 month research period. The number of samples taken was 91 respondents, and the sampling method used accidental sampling. Purchasing decisions at Ayam Toko Barokah Trenggalek are influenced by these three variables amounting to 50.9% while the remaining 49.1% is influenced by other factors outside this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee welfare, work motivation, and training on employee performance at Bhayangkara Hospital Kediri. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees of Bhayangkara Hospital Kediri and calculated using the SPSS Version 25 application. Data analysis techniques used include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t-test, F-test, and R2 Determination Coefficient Test. In the Validity Test, it is known that all question items (X1, X2, X3 and Y) have a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 so that each variable is declared valid. Then in the Reliability Test, each variable is declared reliable because it has a Cronbach's Alpha value> 0.60. Then in the t-test it is known that the variables of employee welfare (X1), work motivation (X2), and training (X3) have a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 so that the three variables partially have a significant effect on employee performance. Then in the F-test it shows that the results of the significance value are 0.000 <0.05 which indicates that employee welfare, work motivation, and training have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at RS Bhayangkara Kediri.
