Abstract

The development of technology is currently increasing in the social life of society, marked by the increasingly widespread use of the internet and mobile phones which make it easier for people to receive information. One of the most popular is Youtube. Youtube itself has many benefits, including searching for movies, watching music, the latest videos and much more that can be watched on Youtube.Youtube as an alternative media for public entertainment is able to position itself so important that its existence can be categorized as a source of income by some groups of people.As a study program that is close to communication media, the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting and Islamic Journalism study programs use YouTube as a means to disseminate information to IAIN Parepare students. The name of the Youtube channel created by the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program is LK Channel and for the Islamic Journalism Study Program is Literacy News.It is hoped that the LK Channel and Literacy News will become one of the learning media for KPI and Islamic Journalism Study Program students to be more productive in producing various videos such as news shows about the IAIN Parepare campus or inspirational, educational and entertaining videos.

Abstract

PT. Lafarge Cement Indonesia Unit Area Packing yang berlokasi di Lhokseumawe Aceh adalah sebuah Perusahaan yang bergerak pada bagian pengantongan (packing) semen, yang mana semen itu sendiri diproduksi oleh PT.Lafarge Cement Indonesia yang berlokasi di Lhoknga Banda Aceh. Selama berjalannya kegiatan produksi terlepas dari terjadinya kecelakaan kerja sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui frekuensi kecelakaan dan jenis-jenis serta penyebab kecelakan di Perusahaan tersebut. Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) sebagai metode analisis data pada penelitian ini. Pada penelitian ini perhintungan angka kecelakaan kerja yang digunakan ialah frekuensi kecelakaan yang akan terjadi setiap 1.000.000 jam kerja, severity menyatakan hari kerja yang akan hilang setiap 1.000.000 jam kerja, Safe-T-Score yang hasilnya menunjukkan perbandingan hasil tingkat frekuensi kecelakaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, tingkat frekuensi pada tahun 2015 sebesar 316 dan severity 671, tahun 2016 sebesar 237 dan sebverity 474, tahun 2017 sebesar 197 dan severity 276, manakala tahun 2018 sebesar 39 kali yang akan terjadi kecelakaan setiap 1.000.000 jam kerja dan severity 79 yang akan hilang setiap 1.000.000 jam kerja.. Hasil Safe-T-Score tahun 2016 ialah -707, 2017 ialah -414 dan tahun 2018 ialah -1792. Tingkat produktivitas kerja di 2015 (0,9946), tahun 2016 (0,9972), tahun 2017 (0,9986) dan tahun 2018 (0,9999). Kasus kecelakaan yang terjadi berupa sesak napas, iritasi pada mata, luka sobek, tersandung/terpleset, jari tangan terjepit dan tersetrum. pada tahun 2015 sebanyak 8 kasus, tahun 2016 sebanyak 6 kasus, tahun 2017 sebanyak 5 kasus dan tahun 2018 sebanyak 1 kasus. Fault Tree Analysis menghasilkan faktor penyebab dari kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi yaitu tindakan-tindakan dimana tidak memenuhi keselamatan kerja dan juga kondisi lingkungan kerja yang kurang nyaman

Abstract

Studi ini menguji perbedaan sikap pernikahan antara mahasiswa dengan orang tua harmonis, utuh namun berkonflik, dan bercerai. Data dikumpulkan dari 123 mahasiswa IAIN Kediri yang dibagi dalam tiga kategori, yaitu mahasiswa dengan orang tua bercerai, mahasiswa dengan orang tua utuh namun berkonflik, dan mahasiswa dengan orang tua harmonis. Jumlah responden pada masing-masing kategori adalah 41 mahasiswa. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan ANOVA. Hasil uji menunjukkan F= 4,997 dan p= 0,008 < 0,05, maknanya ada perbedaan sikap pernikahan antara mahasiswa dengan orang tua harmonis, utuh namun berkonflik, dan bercerai. Implikasi bagi para profesional bersama dengan arahan untuk penelitian di masa depan. This study examines differences in marriage attitudes between college students and parents who are harmonious, intact but in conflict, and divorced. Data was collected from 123 students of IAIN Kediri which were divided into three categories, namely students with divorced parents, students with intact but conflicting parents, and students with harmonious parents. The number of respondents in each category was 41 students. Data analysis in this study used ANOVA. The test results show F = 4.997 and p = 0.008 <0.05, meaning that there are differences in the attitude of marriage between students and their parents in harmony, intact but in conflict, and divorced. Implications for professionals along with directions for future research.

Abstract

This study was about an analysis of toxic relationship representation between the main characters in It Ends with Us novel by Colleen Hoover. This study would answer the question “What kind of toxic relationship form experienced by the main character in It Ends with Us novel by Colleen Hoover. By answering the question the writer would know what kind of toxic relationship was found in the novel. The writer used descriptive qualitative research. The object of the study was a novel entitled It Ends with Us by Colleen Hoover. The instrument of this study was the writer herself as the human instrument key. In collecting the data, the writer read the novel highlighted and underlined those sentences and quotations from the novel and the last rewrote them in another book. In analyzing the data, the writer identified the data, categorized and classified all data in the novel, reduced the data, and described and interpreted the data. There is a point explained in the novel. The writer found about Toxic Relationship in the novel and it is divided into seven parts. Deprecator Belittler, the Bad Temper Toxic Partner, the Guilt Inducer, the Overreacted, the Dependent Partner, the Independent Toxic Controller and the Possessive Toxic Controller.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) terintegrasi MBKM bertujuan untuk peningkatan kapasitas dan ketrampilan ibu menyusui melalui kegiatan Pelatihan dan Penyuluhan Kesehatan dalam mendukung percepatan penurunan Stunting. Kegiatan ini terintegrasi dengan kegiatan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM), sehingga selain tenaga pengajar, mahasiswa PBL Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Halu Oleo juga aktif terlibat dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini.  Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus tahun 2023 di Desa Amohola Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Peserta kegiatan terdiri dari Ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki anak bayi dan di hadiri oleh Remaja Karantaruna ber jumlah 20 orang. Permasalahan mitra Desa setempat memiliki jumlah anak stunting terbanyak di Kabupaten Konawe Selatan dan kurangnya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dalam mengembangkan inovasi pemanfaatan pangan lokal berbasis daun kelor. Hasil kegiatan ini; (1) Peningkatan pengetahuan peserta terkait pemanfaatan pangan lokal berbasis daun kelor untuk percepatan penurunan stunting, (2) Peningkatan ketrampilan peserta melalui pelatihan membuat inovasi pengembangan cendol berbahan dasar daun kelor (Cemola), (3) Terciptanya produk Cemola asal Desa Amohola

Abstract

Tafsir Al-Bayan, a work of interpretation of the Qur'an produced by a person named M. Hasby Ash-Shiddieqy which was published in 1966 AD. This work is one of the prominent examples of Indonesian tafsir in the 20th century, which seeks to bridge the understanding of Al-Bayan. -Qur'an through the social and cultural realities of Indonesian society. This article will examine the distinctive characteristics of Tafsir Al-Bayan, such as the use of Indonesian that is easy to understand, the emphasis on moral and social values, and the relevance of the message of the Al-Qur'an to the lives of Indonesian people.

Abstract

The purpose of assisting this vocabulary learning is to increase the Foreign Language Skills of Elementary School-Age Children at the Miracle Language Center. Method This research uses community education methods to provide assistance in English and Indonesian vocabulary. The location of vocabulary learning assistance was carried out at the Miracle Language Center, Narathiwat, Thailand which was carried out for 3 weeks, starting from August 15, 2023, to September 5, 2023. This activity was held at the Miracle Language Center, located in Narathiwat, Thailand held on Monday - Friday at 09.15-10.15.00 WIB. The results of this mentoring activity include several things, such as increasing motivation in learning foreign languages, and progress in vocabulary mastery through the vocabulary provided.

Abstract

Nilai-nilai etika profesi pendidik yang tercermin dalam Surah At-Taubah ayat 128-129 dan bagaimana keteladanan Nabi Muhammad SAW menjadi pedoman bagi pendidik modern menjadi fokus utama penelitian ini. Latar belakang penelitian ini dilandasi oleh pentingnya integrasi nilai-nilai etika Islam dalam praktik pendidikan yang tidak hanya mentransfer ilmu tetapi juga membentuk karakter dan akhlak peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis nilai-nilai etika profesi pendidik berdasarkan Surah At-Taubah ayat 128-129 melalui pendekatan tafsir tematik yang menekankan pada empati, kepedulian, komitmen terhadap kebaikan murid, kasih sayang, kelembutan, keteguhan hati, dan tawakal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif berbasis studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan menganalisis sumber primer seperti Al-Qur’an dan tafsir, serta sumber sekunder berupa buku dan jurnal ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ayat-ayat tersebut memuat prinsip-prinsip penting etika profesi pendidik yang mencerminkan sifat-sifat Nabi Muhammad SAW sebagai teladan, termasuk empati, komitmen terhadap keberhasilan murid, dan keteguhan hati yang disertai tawakal kepada Allah. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa nilai-nilai etika dalam Surah At-Taubah ayat 128-129 dapat menjadi landasan penting untuk penguatan profesionalisme guru dan pengembangan lingkungan pembelajaran yang holistik, kondusif, serta berorientasi pada pembentukan karakter islami.

Abstract

Self-disclosure is a critical interpersonal skill in fostering effective communication, especially for university students who serve as mentors for incoming freshmen. The ability to disclose personal thoughts, feelings, and experiences enables mentors to build empathetic and supportive relationships with their mentees, creating a positive and trusting mentoring environment. However, not all students possess the confidence or ability to express themselves openly. This community service program aimed to develop students' self-disclosure skills through a guided group journaling approach—a structured reflective writing technique conducted in groups. The implementation methods included training sessions, guided journaling, group discussions, and collective reflection. The results indicated an increased willingness among participants to share personal experiences, along with heightened self-awareness and empathy toward others. Moreover, participants reported that journaling helped them understand their own emotions better and feel more prepared for their mentoring roles. This program demonstrates that guided group journaling is an effective strategy for equipping students with essential interpersonal skills, particularly within the context of peer mentoring in higher education.
