Abstract

Latar belakang: Imunisasi campak merupakan program kesehatan yang bertujuan untuk mencegah penyebaran penyakit campak, terutama pada anak usia dini. Keberhasilan program ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap ibu terhadap imunisasi. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap ibu dengan pemberian imunisasi campak pada anak usia 2 tahun. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei cross-sectional dengan instrumen kuesioner yang diberikan kepada ibu dari anak usia 2 tahun. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Chi-square untuk mengetahui hubungan antara sikap ibu dan pemberian imunisasi campak. Hasil: analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai p = 1,000 (p > 0,05), yang berarti tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara sikap ibu terhadap pemberian imunisasi campak. Kesimpulan: dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa sikap ibu tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan keputusan pemberian imunisasi campak pada anak. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan lain, seperti edukasi yang lebih intensif dan sosialisasi program imunisasi, untuk meningkatkan cakupan imunisasi campak pada anak usia dini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the persuasive communication techniques used by Ustadz Luqmanul Hakim in a lecture on the Munzalan TV Official YouTube Channel entitled "Allah Teaches the Way to Double Your Provisions!" The study uses a qualitative content analysis method with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through lecture video transcripts which were then analyzed based on Aristotle's rhetorical theory including ethos, pathos, and logos. The results show that Ustadz Luqmanul Hakim combines these three aspects harmoniously: ethos is seen from the credibility and exemplary nature of his preaching, pathos appears through emotional touch and familiar language, while logos is seen from logical arguments sourced from the Qur'an and hadith. The application of this persuasive technique makes the preaching message not only informative, but also inspiring and encourages changes in audience behavior

Abstract

The success of an organization is influenced by many factors, one of which is employee performance. Meanwhile, employee performance is influenced by compensation and work discipline. If compensation and work discipline experience problems, it will affect employee performance. This research aims to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous compensation and work discipline on employee performance at the Gunung Poteng Drinking Water Regional Public Company, Singkawang City. The type of data in this research is quantitative with descriptive statistical data analysis using primary data and secondary data obtained from the Gunung Poteng Regional Drinking Water Company, Singkawang City. The number of samples for this research was 59 respondents using non-probability sampling techniques with a saturated sampling method. The samples used from respondents were questionnaire answers from respondents. The data analysis methods used are instrument tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests using multiple linear regression tests, t tests, and F tests and coefficient of determination. These results show that the compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Gunung Poteng Regional Drinking Water Company, Singkawang City with a calculated T value> T table (6.644> 3.161) or can be seen from Sig<a (0.000<0.005). Apart from that, the work discipline variable also shows a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Gunung Poteng Regional Drinking Water Company, Singkawang City with a calculated T value> T table (5.520>3.161) or can be seen from Sig<a (0.000<0.005). Simultaneously, Compensation and Work Discipline have a positive effect on employee performance at the Gunung Poteng Regional Drinking Water Company, Singkawang City with a calculated T value> T table (103.840>3.161) and a Sig value <a (0.000<0.005).
