Abstract

To speed up the performance of registration officers in health services, education is carried out for patients regarding this medical identity card (KIB) so that patients realize the importance of bringing KIB when going for treatment. This community service activity was carried out at the Batam Botania Health Center, with the aim of providing counseling to patients about the importance of carrying KIB in order to speed up services and make services of a higher quality. The method used in this service is in the form of outreach, where the audience are patients who come to visit at the time of this counseling. Socialization is delivered through lectures with the help of audio-visual media, so that the material can be conveyed properly. The results of the activity show that socialization is going well and it is hoped that patients can receive material and raise awareness of the importance of carrying KIB during treatment.

Abstract

Medical record is a file that contains notes or documents regarding patient identity, examinations, actions, and other services that have been provided to patients. Medical records are said to be of good quality if they are accurate, complete, reliable, valid and timely to return. According to the standard procedure (Protap) regarding the return of medical records no later than 2x24 hours after the patient returns home or after the patient leaves the hospital. This is intended so that medical record officers are ready to provide patient medical records if needed at any time. Awal Bros Batam Hospital has carried out retentions starting from 2016 onwards with vendors. Currently Awal Bros Batam Hospital already has 1 tool for destroying medical record files in the medical record unit. However, the lack of human resources in the medical record unit makes employees in medical records still doing work, not just one job but they do more than one job.

Abstract

\This study aims to analyze the conflict surrounding the rejection of the Methodist Church construction in Pematang Seleng Village, Labuhanbatu Regency, from a sociological perspective. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were gathered through observations, interviews, and literature reviews. The findings reveal that the conflict is driven by socio-cultural, political, economic, and religious factors. Socio-cultural factors are related to the norms and values of the predominantly Muslim local community, while political factors encompass both local and national interests. Economic factors include concerns over the potential depletion of local economic resources, and religious factors involve fears of Christianization and religious disparities. The conflict exemplifies the complexity of inter-religious relations in Indonesia, underscoring that tolerance and pluralism remain significant challenges. The study recommends resolving the conflict through inter-religious dialogue, education on tolerance and pluralism, law enforcement, and governmental efforts to promote harmonious inter-religious relations.

Abstract

The mandate of Law No. 1 of 2011 concerning Housing and Residential Areas states that the State is responsible for protecting all Indonesian people through the provision of housing and residential areas so that people are able to live and occupy decent and affordable homes in healthy, safe, harmonious and sustainable housing throughout Indonesia. Furthermore, the law also states that the definition of a house is one of the basic human needs that has a strategic function as a habitable place to live, a means of family development, a reflection of the dignity of its occupants, and an asset for its owner. To implement this policy, the regional government through the Public Housing and Residential Area and Land Service of Lebak Regency, provides assistance to improve the quality of uninhabitable houses for Low-Income Communities in Lebak Regency through Self-Help Housing Stimulus Assistance (BSRS) in the Arrangement and Improvement of the Quality of Slum Areas with an area of ​​less than 10 Ha sourced from the 2024 Regional Budget and Revenue and Expenditure with a program target of 300 housing units

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi lapangan didapatkan data bahwa Desa Batu Lawang terdiri dari4 dusun, Dusun 3 dan 4 memiliki taraf pendidikan yang masih terbilang rendah denganmasyarakat yang sebagian besar tidak lulus sekolah menengah atas (SMA) hal ini salah satunyadisebabkan oleh kurangnya lahan untuk membangun sekolah. Dalam pelaksanaan programKKN-Dik, mahasiswa merancang program kerja yang berkaitan dengan kebutuhan daripermasalahan yang ada, seperti program yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan dan kreativitasanak, serta program yang berkaitan dengan kesehatan gizi dan lingkungan. Mahasiswa terlibataktif dalam merancang dan melaksanakan kegiatan yang mendukung perkembangan fisik,kognitif, dan sosial emosional anak-anak di Desa Batulawang. Beberapa program kegiatanyang dilaksanakan untuk pendampingan tumbuh kembang anak dalam aspek kognitifdiantaranya; gerakan literasi, jurnal kreativitas, pembuatan pojok baca, pembuatan alatpermainan edukatif (APE); program pendampingan untuk orang tua berupa penyuluhanedukasi gizi; serta program pembuatan Eco Short agar anak bertanggung jawab dan sadar akanpentingnya kebersihan sejak dini. Program kegiatan KKNDik ini berhasil mencapai tujuanutamanya, yaitu meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pentingnyamenjaga kebersihan lingkungan serta pola makan yang sehat bagi anak-anak.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the efforts made by the State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah 2 Madiun Library as well as the obstacles faced in supporting the teaching and learning process of students and educators at the school. This study employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings indicate that the efforts made by the State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah 2 Madiun Library, which plays a supporting role in the teaching and learning process of students and educators, include library promotion activities, implementing a book rolling program, mandatory library visits, providing teaching aids as learning support, offering e-book services, and providing special collections for teachers. The obstacles faced by the library in supporting the learning process of students and educators include limited break time and the tendency of students to prefer using gadgets over reading physical books. Despite these challenges, it is hoped that the State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah 2 Madiun Library will innovate by implementing more engaging activities, such as educational games, to attract students and encourage them to utilize the facilities available at the library.

Abstract

Hydroponics is one alternative that can be used to increase plant productivity on narrow land. With the advancement of agricultural technology, it is possible to plant vegetables out of season. For this reason, a green house is used and is generally carried out with a hydroponic system, so that the need for vegetables can be met and its continuity can be better maintained. Hydroponics is a term used to explain how to grow crops without using soil as a planning mendium. The use of inorganic pesticides can contaminate plant tissue wich will also have an impact on consumers. With the many advantages of hydroponic technology and the increasing need for vegetable commodities, there are business opportunities in agriculture with a hydroponic system that has promosing prospects. Hydroponic systems are divided into three, namely substrate hydroponics, NFT (Nutrient Film Technique), and aeroponics. However, the substrate and NFT hydroponic systems are the most widely developed. In its development, it is not only for a small scale but also includes a large or commercial scale. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out about activities to develop the art of reading the Al-Qur'an, which is one of the extra-school activities whose aim is to develop and improve students' recitation skills so that they are able to read the Al-Qur'an well, correctly according to the rules and are able to reciting the rhythm in reading the Koran. This research is training research (Skills). As for the results of the research conducted by the author, it can be concluded that the implementation of coaching the art of reading the Al-Qur'an in improving students' recitation skills at MAN 1 Tanah Datar Plus Skills is still not good, because the implementation is still not running effectively and there are still many obstacles that occur. in these activities. The obstacles in improving recitation skills are, there are still students who are not fluent in pronouncing letters or makharijul letters, as well as recitation, there is no special supervision from the school, then there is a lack of interest and motivation of students, which at the beginning of this activity was held by many. come. Then, only one or two students took part who were serious about taking part. Efforts that must be made are providing motivation and strict supervision from the school for these activities. As well as instilling a sense of love for the Al-Qur'an in students so that they are more enthusiastic in participating in training in the art of reading the Al-Qur'an

Abstract

Rekam medis yang lengkap dan akurat sangat penting untuk menjamin mutu pelayanan kesehatan dan perlindungan hukum di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelengkapan dokumen rekam medis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif terhadap 12 dokumen rekam medis rawat inap dengan riwayat operasi dari total 53 dokumen di ruang rawat inap anak RSUD Embung Fatimah Batam. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dengan kriteria dokumen rekam medis rawat inap pasien anak yang menjalani operasi. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan daftar periksa (checklist) yang dikembangkan berdasarkan standar kelengkapan rekam medis. Analisis kuantitatif mencakup empat komponen utama: identifikasi, laporan penting, autentikasi, dan pendokumentasian yang benar. Analisis kualitatif meninjau kekonsistenan isi dan cara pencatatan untuk memastikan kelengkapan dan keakuratan informasi. Hasil analisis kuantitatif menunjukkan kelengkapan 100% pada komponen identifikasi, autentikasi, dan sebagian besar laporan penting, namun terdapat ketidaklengkapan 8% pada laporan anestesi dan asesmen keperawatan anak. Analisis kualitatif menunjukkan kekonsistenan 100% pada hampir semua aspek, kecuali pada praktik pencatatan (92%) karena ketidaktelitian petugas. disarankan agar pengisian berkas rekam medis sebaiknya dilakukan secara real-time untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi pencatatan.

Abstract

Penggunaan beauty influencer dalam pemasaran telah menjadi strategi yang banyak diterapkan untuk mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen melalui media sosial. Beauty Influencer berperan besar dalam membentuk preferensi konsumen dengan cara memberikan ulasan atau mempromosikan produk kecantikan pada berbagai platform khususnya Tiktok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak penggunaan influencer pada marketing social media TikTok terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah dirancang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran beauty influencer memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen, yang diperkuat oleh daya tarik penampilan beauty influencer dan kredibilitas kepercayaan beauty influencer tersebut. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar merek lebih memaksimalkan kolaborasi dengan beauty influencer yang memiliki pengaruh kuat untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kampanye pemasaran mereka.
