Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang dilakukan pada pelanggan marketplace Shopee. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan apakah keputusan pembelian pada marketplace Shopee dipengaruhi oleh harga, kualitas produk dan promosi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang pernah melakukan pembelian melalui Shopee. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini yaitu berjumlah 75 responden dengan metode Purposive Sampling dengan menyebarkan kuisioner melalui googleform. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial dengan menggunakan alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Promosi juga yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci: keputusan pembelian, harga, kualitas produk, promosi ABSTRACT This study uses a quantitative descriptive method conducted on Shopee marketplace customers. The purpose of this research is to find out and prove whether purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace are determined by price, product quality, and promotion. The population in this study were students who had made purchases through Shopee. The sample taken in this study was to find 75 respondents using the purposive sampling method by distributing questionnaires through google form. The analytical technique used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool. The results showed that the variables of price and product quality had an effect on purchasing decisions. Promotion also has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

ABSTRAKMaraknya perdagangan barang tiruan atau barang-barang palsu atau barang KW di Indonesia semakin menjadi, persoalanya peredaran barang palsu bukan hanya terjadi di Indonesia saja, tetapi banyak juga di berbagai negara. Salah satu di alasannya karena minimnya pemahaman dan literasi konsumen dan penjual terkait apa itu produk tiruan. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi dan literasi mengenai hukum menjual barang tiruan dan bagaimana meningkatkan kinerja manajemen melalui penerapan strategi pemasaran yang baik. Kegiatan ini disusun menggunakan metode edukasi, literasi dan pendampingan  kepada 30 pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Cinere.  Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan pelaku UMKM sebesar 70% setelah mendapatkan literasi dan edukasi mengenai hukum dan strategi pemasaran. Kata Kunci: usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah; efek hukum; keunggulan bersaing  ABSTRACTThe rise of trade in counterfeit goods or counterfeit goods or KW goods in Indonesia is increasingly becoming, the problem is that the circulation of counterfeit goods does not only occur in Indonesia, but also in many countries. One of the reasons is the lack of understanding and literacy of consumers and sellers regarding what counterfeit products are. Therefore, this service activity aims to provide education and literacy regarding the law of selling counterfeit goods and how to improve management performance through the application of good marketing strategies. This activity was arranged using education, literacy and mentoring methods for 30 MSME actors in Cinere District. The result of this community service activity is an increase in the knowledge of MSME actors by 70% after getting literacy and education about law and marketing strategies. Keywords: micro; small and medium enterprises; legal effects; competitive advantage

Abstract

Abstrak: Disahkannya Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja (UU Cipta Kerja) diharapkan dapat mendukung dan membantu dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi pada masa pandemi Covid-19 maupun pasca endemi Covid-19. Secara umum semua sektor Usaha Mikro dan Kecil (UMK) memiliki permasalahan legalitas dan lemahnya strategi berbisnis serta minimnya informasi atas kemudahan dari Perusahaan Perseorangan khususnya dimasa pasca endemic Covid-19. Tujuan dari pengabdian melibatkan Perangkat Desa sebagai perpanjangan pengabdi untuk dapat tepat pada sasarannya yaitu UMKM yang membutuhkan, agar dapat ditindak lanjuti pada proses pendampingan secara real time. Berdasarkan hasil survey kepada perangkat Desa Mangunjaya, menghasilkan bahwa masyarakat Desa Mangunjaya membutuhkan peningkatan strategi pemasaran dan kesadaran hukum dagang untuk meningkatkan pendapat para pelaku UMKM di wilayah Desa Mangunjaya . Kegiatan pengabdian ini disusun menggunakan metode Plan - Do - Check - Action disertai pelaksanaan dialog dan praktik lapangan untuk menghasilkan bukti yang nyata kepada masyarakat Desa Mangunjaya. Penggunaan metode Plan - Do - Check - Action menjadi solusi praktis untuk pelaksanaan proses kegiatan. Pendampingan peningkatan kesadaran hukum yang dilaksanakan tim pengabdi menghasilkan 4 buah sertifikat Nomor Induk Berusaha. Sosialisasi peningkatan strategi bisnis menghasilkan peningkatan pengetahuan ilmu ekonomi kepada 85% peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan.Abstract: The enactment of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation (Job Creation Law) is expected to support and assist in economic growth during the Covid-19 pandemic and post-endemic Covid-19. In general, all Micro and Small Enterprises (MSE) sectors have problems with the nature and weak business strategy and lack of information on the convenience of Individual Companies, especially in the post-endemic period of Covid-19. Thepurpose of service involves the Village Apparatus as an extension of service to be able to be right on its target, namely MSMEs in need, so that it can be followed up on the mentoring process in real time. Based on the results of a survey of the Mangunjaya Village apparatus, it was found that the people of Mangunjaya Village need to improve marketing strategies and awareness of trade laws to increase the opinions of MSME actors in the Mangunjaya Village area. This service activity was prepared using the Plan - Do - Check - Action method accompanied by the implementation of dialogue and field practices to produce concrete evidence to the people of Mangunjaya Village. The use of the Plan - Do - Check - Action method is a practical solution for the implementation of the activity process. Assistance in increasing legal awareness carried out by the service team produced 4 Certificates of Business Identification Numbers. Socialization of improving business strategies resulted in an increase in knowledge of economics to 85% of participants who participated in the activity.

Abstract

The objective of This study will look at the variations in financial performance between businesses before and after mergers and acquisitions in businesses listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2019-2021. The sample size used in this research is 18 companies selected through purposive sampling approach. The analysis techniques employed are the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test and the Paired Sample t-Test. Liquidity, solvency, and profitability are used as variables in this research. The results of this study show that that there are no significant differences in the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and return on equity of companies before and after the merger and acquisition

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Literasi Keuangan, Inklusi Keuangan dan Pendapatan terhadap Perilaku Keuangan pada Pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah di Kota Depok Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data digunakan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Pengukuran Variabelnya dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis PLS (Partial Least Square). Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Literasi Keuangan, Inklusi Keuangan, Pendapatan merupakan Variabel Independen sedangkan Variabel Dependennya adalah Perilaku Keuangan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah di Kota Depok. Ukuran sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden dengan metode probability sampling khususnya simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan literasi keuangan, Inklusi Keuangan dan pendapatan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan. Pengetahuan Literasi Keuangan bagi Pelaku UMKM perlu mendapat perhatian dalam mengelola Usaha sehingga dapat mengambil keputusan yang benar dan efektif, yang akhirnya dapat meningkatkan Kinerja UMKM.

Abstract

The acceleration of Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) are undergoing marketing digitalization in order to boost market access and competitiveness. Through the use of creative marketing techniques, MSMEs can be encouraged to become more independent and powerful. Through the three pillars of the MSME Development Program—increasing output, cutting costs, and growing the market. One of the development's applications program is through the UMKM Digitalization Program. Using online platforms that can be accessed over the internet, such as social media, websites, blogs, online adverts, and the like, online marketing aims to promote items. The growth in internet users globally is a market potential for MSMEs to be used as much as possible to sell their products. 30 (thirty) MSMEs in Cinere Depok District, West Java were the targets of this exercise in order to benefit from this digital era as an opportunity to optimize the achievement of online-based sales targets. The purpose of this activity is to provide basic knowledge of the importance of digital marketing, branding, as well as simple brand analysis and development. The method used is through digital-based marketing assistance, through the practice of creating Facebook and Tokopedia accounts. The results of this activity through the pre-test and post-test showed an increase in understanding of marketing digitalization as evidenced by an increase in the post-test score, which was higher than the average pre-test score of 5.40 to 7.10

Abstract

Adolescence is a transition period from childhood and adulthood from the age of 11 to 21 years. According to WHO, an individual teenager is still said to be a teenager when he is 10-19 years old. At the time of entering adolescence, they will experience a transitional period of mental, physical and reproductive development that can have an impact on general health status. Therefore, problems in adolescents are very important to note because good growth and development in adolescents forms optimal health status in adulthood. Anemia is a condition when the level of hemoglobin (Hb) in the blood is low. Compared to young men, young women are more likely to experience anemia caused by menstrual factors. The menstrual cycle in adolescent girls will increase every month, causing an increase in monthly iron expenditure. Adolescent girls have unhealthy food consumption habits, causing the diversity of food substances to be not fulfilled by the body for the formation of hemoglobin (Hb). The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge of young women regarding the consumption of Blood Add Tablets (TTD) and food sources of Fe in the UPTD area of the Limo Health Center, Depok, West Java. The results obtained from this activity are an increase in the posttest score of 100%. The results obtained from the Wilcoxon test is the value of Sig. 0.000 < 0.05. The conclusion from the tests carried out was that there was a difference in knowledge between before and after the intervention regarding the consumption of Blood Supplementary Tablets (TTD) and food sources of Fe.

Abstract

Penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, membuktikan dan menganalisis pengaruh harga, kepercayaan dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Mikrotrans Jak Lingko di wilayah Jakarta Pusat. Dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 75 orang responden. Teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial partial least square digunakan dalam penelitian ini guna menganalisa data yang telah dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Harga mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan koefisien jalur sebesar 0,421. (2) Kepercayaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan koefisien jalur sebesar 0,165. (3) Kualitas layanan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan koefisien jalur sebesar 0,354. Adapun harga, kepercayaan, dan kualitas layanan memiliki koefisien determinansi sebesar 68,1% dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan, sementara sisanya 31,9% dipengaruhi variabel lain.

Abstract

Abstrak: Desa Babakankaret merupakan salah satu desa di Kabupaten Cianjur yang memiliki potensi sumber daya alam yang cukup besar. Permasalahan yang dialami mitra adalah minimnya modal warga tidak produktif untuk dapat mengelola lingkungan desa yang memiliki sumber daya alam,Tujuan penyelenggaraan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini agar dapat meningkatkan pemahaman legalitas dalam berkontrak bagi kelompok tani dan pemberdayaan lingkungan di Desa Babakankaret.. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat menggunakan Community Based Participatory Research (CBPR) yaitu metode yang mengutamakan partisipasi masyarakat dalam setiap tahap penelitian dan pengabdian, lalu diturunkan dalam tiga tahapan yaitu tahap survey, tahap pelaksanaan penanaman bibit dan diakhiri dengan tahapan sosialisasi perjanjian bagi hasil. Hasil dari pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah pemberdayaan lingkungan pada Desa Babakankaret dengan ditanamnya 3000 bibit hibah dari Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan (KLHK) pada 5 lokasi Desa. Pemberdayaan hukum yang terlaksana adalah 90% dari 40 warga Desa Babakankaret dari beberapa elemen masyarakat telah memahami pentingnya hukum dan tersosialisasinya perjanjian bagi hasil yang akan digunakan warga desa apabila akan melakukan perjanjian dengan pemilik tanah yang ingin dikelola oleh kelompok tani yang ada di Desa Babakankaret.Abstract: Babakankaret Village is one of the villages in Cianjur Regency which has quite large natural resource potential. The problem experienced by partners is the lack of capital for unproductive residents to be able to manage the village environment which has natural resources, this is also reinforced by the low knowledge of legal partners to enter into production sharing agreements with landowners so they can manage productively. The method of implementing community service uses Community Based Participatory Research (CBPR), which is a method that prioritizes community participation in each stage of research and community service, then is passed down in three stages, namely the survey stage, the seed liberation stage and ends with the agreement socialization stage for results for the population village. The result of the implementation of community service is environmental empowerment in Babakankaret Village by planting 3,000 grant seeds from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) in 5 village locations. The legal empowerment that was carried out was that 90% of the 40 residents of Babakankaret Village from several elements of society had understood the importance of law and the socialization of Income share agreements that would be used by villagers when they were to have relations with landowners who wanted to be managed by farmer groups in Babakankaret Village.

Abstract

The research objective is to analyze the effect of liquidity, leverage, and profitability on a dividend policy. The objects used are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Based on the predetermined criteria, the sample obtained was 117 companies in the observation period for three years, thus in this study using 351 sample data were obtained. The dependent variable is dividend policy using the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), instead, the independent variable includes liquidity using the Current Ratio (CR), leverage measurements using the Debt-to-Equity Ratio (DER), and also profitability using Return on Equity (roe). The data in the study was then analyzed using the data regression analysis panel assisted by the E-Views 12 program which has a significance level of 5%. The results have shown that (1) liquidity does not affect dividend policy, (2) leverage has an effect on dividend policy, and (3) profitability has an influence on dividend policy.
