Abstract

Actively mastering English has become a necessity. In its development, English has become a lingua franca and is used as a measuring tool in various types of work. Kampung Inggris in the Pare - Kediri has become an English learning center visited by students from various cities in Indonesia. In fact, the potential of Kampung Inggris is not comparable to the empowerment of local residents, most entrepreneurs are dominated by residents from outside Pare. The local residents' poor English language skills prompted the Forum Kampung Bahasa to initiate the "Kampung InggrisMengajar" activity to increase the ability of local communities to speak English in order to support the development of English Village as an English-speaking area. This research aims to explain the management of the Kampung InggrisMengajar program, identify the obstacles faced in implementing the KIM program and the implications of the KIM program. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The research results show that the KIM program helps the community to participate in the promotion of Kampung Inggris with the increasing number of English speakers in English Village which is an attraction for students who come to Kampung Inggris

Abstract

Every government and private institution with the development of the digitalization era, strives to be more able to empower its resources optimally. Each field is required to be able to adjust well and perform reliably. The success of an organization in achieving organizational goals is determined by the performance of employees. The formulation of the problem in this study is how effect of training on the performance of Kediri City Health Office employees, how discipline affects the performance of Kediri City Health Office employees, how the work environment affects the performance of Kediri City Health Office employees and how the influence of training, discipline, and work environment of Kediri City Health Office employees. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of each training variable (X1), discipline (X2), work environment (X3) on employee performance (Y) and how the variables training (X1), discipline (X2), work environment (X3) on employee performance (Y). The sampling method uses purposive random sampling, with a total population of 121 employees, so that the sample used is 100 employees. For data collection includes observation, questionnaire distribution and literature study. The analysis methods used are validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis tests. Based on the results of regression calculation Y = 7.670 + 0.082 X1 + 0.565 X2 + 0.572 X3 + e it can be known between the variables of training (X1) of 0.029 against employee performance (Y), discipline (X2) of 0.00 to employee performance (Y), work environment (X3) of 0.00. to employee performance (Y). Test results The t-test (correlational significance) of the training variable yielded a significance value of 0.643. This sig value < 0.05 then it can be said that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, The discipline variable produces a significance value of 0.000 This sig value < 0.05 then it can be said that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted and the work environment variable produces a significance value of 0.000. This sig value < 0.05, it can be said that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence between training, discipline, work environment on employee performance. The output data shows an R-Square value of 0.792, This means that the variables of training, discipline, work environment affect employee performance 79.2%, the remaining 20.8% are influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises or what are usually called UMKM are one of the important aspects in advancing a country's economy. In fact, developed countries such as America and China are able to become developed countries because their economic sectors are supported by UMKM. Indonesia is currently in a phase of economic development to move from developing countries to developed countries. In 2022, the Indonesian economy can be said to increase by 5.31 percent compared to 2021, which reached 3.70 percent. This religious tourism has caused significant changes in the economic sector of the community in Tebuireng, Jombang. Before this tourism, the Tebuireng area was an ordinary Islamic boarding school area. After the death of KH. Abdurahman Wahid (Gus Dur) people started arriving to go on a pilgrimage to Gus Dur's grave. Gus Dur's family thought that this phenomenon would only last for a short time, but unexpectedly people continued to come to Gus Dur's grave. This resulted in very high economic progress. Traders continue to appear, there are public toilet facilities, prayer rooms and accommodation which can boost the income of the Tebuireng community. Of course, this is a breath of fresh air for the Jombang district government because it will increase the per capita income of the Jombang region

Abstract

Sebagai bagian dari implementasi perannya, Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga perlu menjalin kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak, termasuk pemerintah daerah, organisasi masyarakat, sekolah, dan sektor swasta. Ini akan memungkinkan sinergi dalam penyediaan fasilitas fisik, sumber daya, dan dukungan yang diperlukan untuk mendukung pemuda dalam berpartisipasi aktif dalam membangun kota dan Negara. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai Menganalisis peran Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga dalam meningkatkan partisipasi pemuda dalam kegiatan olahraga di Kabupaten Tulungagung dengan tujuan untuk memahami kontribusi mereka dalam memotivasi pemuda berpartisipasi dalam aktivitas olahraga. Metode penelitian kualitatif yang digunakan akan memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang program kepemudaan berprestasi dan dampaknya terhadap partisipasi pemuda di Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Tulungagung. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Berdasarkanhasilpembahasanmakadapatdiismpulkanbahwa Dalam mengeksplorasi program kepemudaanberprestasi di Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga, dapatdisimpulkanbahwa program inimemilikitujuan yang sangat pentingdalammembentukgenerasimuda yang aktif, berprestasi, dan berkomitmenterhadapkontribusipositifbagimasyarakat.

Abstract

Educators are expected to have a significant influence on the formation of human resources in the cognitive, affective and skills, both in terms of physical, mental and spiritual. This obviously requires a good quality of education as well as professional educators, so the quality of education can be truly optimal role in people's lives. For that educators are required to always improve, to develop themselves in the education building. The objective of this study is to examine the effect of quality of worklife, and teachers performance, also testing the effect of quality of worklife on teachers performance at Islamic High School in Jombang.The sampling technique in this study using Proportionate Random Sampling. These results indicate that good quality of work life it can encourege teachers to good performance

Abstract

Era globalisasi yang kian pesat ini, keberhasilan sebuah organisasi atau lembaga pemerintahan Pentingnya manajemen layanan kehumasan tergambar dari konsep Program Jumat Berkah yang diimplementasikan oleh Kementerian Agama Kota Kediri. Implementasi manajemen layanan kehumasan untuk meningkatkan antusiasme bersedekah masyarakat melalui program Jumat Berkah Kementerian Agama Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Instrumen utama dalam penelitian ini adalah kehadiran peneliti sendiri. Kehadiran peneliti pada penelitian kualitatif merupakan suatu keharusan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di lingkungan Kementerian Agama Kota Kediri yang beralamatkan di Jl. Mayor Bismo No.30-A, Semampir, Kec. Mojoroto, Kabupaten Kediri. Penelitian dilakukan pada Bulan Fabruari sampai Maret Tahun 2024. Sumber data sekunder yang diperlukan yaitu: buku-buku, jurnal, artikel, makalah, majalah, dokumen-dokumen yang menjelaskan tentang kepemimpinan dan kehumasan, dokumen berupa foto dan dokumen Kementerian Agama Kota Kediri. Sumber Data Primer dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu dengan observasi partisipasi (pengamatan), wawancara mendalam (interview), dan studi dokumentasi data. Metode analisis data dengan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu Implementasi manajemen layanan kehumasan melalui program Jumat Berkah dalam meningkatkan antusiasme bersedekah masyarakat terhadap Kemenag Kota Kediri dilaksanakan dalam lima tahapan, yaitu proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengendalian dan proses evaluasi.

Abstract

The teacher should become a facilitator in the learning process and has the right to carry out assessments as evidence of the success of the learning process that has been carried out. The teacher's basic ability is very influential on his performance. The performance of a teacher is also not only influenced by one factor, other influences greatly affect his performance. Factors that can influence teacher performance include the provision of professional allowances and professional competence. The research conducted this time has the aim of knowing whether professional competence and the provision of professional allowances together influence teacher performance. The research method uses quantitative methods to analyze the influence of professional competence and professional allowances on teacher performance. Together, professional competence and professional allowances influence teacher performance.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the factors that can influence employee performance, such as leadership and organizational culture. The research adopted a quantitative approach, and a sample of 88 respondents was used. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS Version 24 for Windows. The findings of the study revealed significant effects of both leadership and organizational culture on employee performance. Interestingly, organizational culture was found to have a more significant impact on employee performance compared to the leadership variable..

Abstract

The Implementation of the Sustainable Environmentally Friendly Agriculture Program Policy in Kedunggalar District, Ngawi Regency is one of the rural development strategies to increase farmers' income, agricultural productivity, and investment in order to reduce tensions between urban and rural areas. Responding to these problems, this research was conducted to analyze sustainable environmentally friendly agricultural policy programs, determine strategies that support policy implementation, and encourage extension plans. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis method in which the purpose of purchasing programs is measured by Likert's Summated Rating (LSR) (T-score), SWOT analysis, and integrating Problem Centered and Local Government Policy. Based on the results of data analysis using the T-score obtained by respondents it can be said to be favorable (positive) and have an interest in the sustainability of the Sustainable Environmentally Friendly Agriculture Program in the development of Food Agribusiness centers in Kedunggalar District, Ngawi Regency. Strategies for developing food agribusiness, especially rice that can be carried out based on SWOT analysis are strategies for developing superior agricultural commodities, strategies for developing agricultural resources, strategies for developing agricultural infrastructure, strategies for developing public infrastructure, strategies for developing investment and marketing, and strategies for developing agricultural institutions. Meanwhile, based on the counseling design, what is needed is the manufacture of liquid organic fertilizer which is able to increase knowledge by 70.67% and is included in the effective criteria for programs and behavior change.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan non finansial sistem pembelian tebu putus terhadap jumlah bahan baku PG Tjoekir. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PG Tjoekir dalam waktu 2 Bulan yaitu pada Bulan Agustus – September 2023. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis kualitatif dengan mendeskripsikan kelayakan non-finansial meliputi aspek pasar, aspek teknis, aspek manajemen, dan aspek lingkungan. Metode Pengambilan data dengan data primer yaitu wawancara, observasi lapangan, dan data sekunder dari internet, data dari PG Tjoekir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kelayakan non finansial berpengaruh terhadap jumlah bahan baku tebu di PG Tjoekir. aspek pasar, teknis, manajemen, dan lingkungan berpengaruh terhadap jumlah bahan baku tebu
