Abstract

This research was motivated by the Covid-19 pandemic, which directly changed people's lifestyles. The purposes of this study were: (1) To determine the effect of product quality and distribution channels on repurchase intentions in users of the application's food ordering feature to become an online driver in the City of Kediri (2) To determine consumer satisfaction can mediate the effect of product quality on repurchase intentions in consumers. Application messaging feature users become online drivers in the city of Kediri. The research uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire instrument. The results obtained from this study are Product quality partially has no effect on repurchase intentions, Distribution channels partially have a significant positive impact on repurchase intentions, partially, consumer satisfaction has a positive on repurchase intentions, Product quality has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction, and distribution channels have a positive impact on consumer satisfaction

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether the product's Price and quality influence the brand image and purchasing decisions of collapsed beef among residents in Jombang Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study was Jombang residents, while the sample used was 100 people, determined using the Slovin formula. This research uses primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires. The analytical tool used is influenced by the Price and quality of the product, which influences the brand image of collapsed beef, to find out how Price, product quality, and brand image influence the decision to purchase collapsed beef and to find out whether the brand image can mediate the influence of price and product quality on beef purchasing decisions collapse. The method used in this research is a survey method, where the author distributes questionnaires for data collection. The approach used in this research is quantitative. Data analysis using smartPLS SEM software. The research results show that Price has a positive contribution to brand image, while product quality does not contribute to brand image. Apart from that, Price also contributes positively to purchasing decisions. However, product quality does not contribute to purchasing decisions. The brand image also influences purchasing decisions. Brand image can partially mediate price influence on purchasing decisions but cannot influence product quality.

Abstract

In the Decree of the Minister of Religion 633 of 2020 concerning Bureaucratic Reform of the Ministry of Religion, it is stated that one of the programs is Human Resources which aims to create clean, professional and responsible apparatus through employee management by implementing a competency-based Human Resources management system. The research objective is a description of the answer you want to know, Sugiyono revealed that the research objective is so that data can be found, developed, and proven. Meanwhile, the results of the research will obtain new knowledge so that it can be used to understand, solve, and anticipate problems. The purpose of this research is to analyze the simultaneous influence of instructional leadership, work discipline and work conflict on teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Blitar. Based on the problems discussed in this study, the researcher used a quantitative approach, the value of the Anova F Test: 53,286 with Sig F Test: 0.000 <0.05 So there is a simultaneous influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable or H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Sig. Value the value of R Square and adjusted R Square, if it is close to 1, the greater it can explain the dependent variable (Y). The R value or multiple correlation is 0.857, the R Square is 0.734 with the Adjusted R Square value: 0.720 > 0.5 indicating that a set of independent variables can strongly explain the dependent variable, and is significant because the simultaneous test rejects H0. The magnitude of the effect is 72%, and the remaining 100% -72% = 28% is explained by other variables outside the model. Dalam Keputusan Menteri Agama 633 Tahun 2020 Tentang Reformasi Birokrasi Kementerian Agama, disebutkan bahwa salah satu Programnya adalah Sumber Daya Manusia bertujuan untuk menciptakan aparatur yang bersih, profesional dan bertanggung jawab melalui penataan pegawai dengan menerapkan sistem manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia yang berbasis kompetensi. Tujuan Penelitian adalah gambaran jawaban yang ingin di ketahui, Sugiyono mengungkapkan bahwa tujuan penelitian yaitu agar data dapat ditemukan, dikembangkan, dan dibuktikan Sedangkan hasil dari penelitian akan memperoleh suatu pengetahuan baru sehingga dapat digunakan untuk memahami, memecahkan, dan mengantisipasi masalah. Tujuan dari Penelitian Ini adalah: Menganalisis Pengaruh Secara Simultan Kepemimpinan Instruksional, Disiplin Kerja dan Konflik Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Blitar. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, nilai Uji F Anova: 53.286 dengan Sig Uji F: 0.000 < 0,05 Maka ada pengaruh variabel independen secara simultan terhadap variabel dependent atau H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Nilai Sig. nilai R Square dan adjusted R Square, bila mendekati 1 maka semakin besar dapat menjelaskan Variabel dependen (Y). Nilai R atau korelasi ganda sebesar 0.857 maka R Square 0.734 dengan nilai Adjusted R Square: 0.720 > 0,5 menunjukkan bahwa sekumpulan variabel bebas dapat menjelasakan secara kuat variabel terikat, dan signifikan sebab uji simultan tolak H0. Besar pengaruhnya 72%, dan sisanya 100%-72% = 28% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar model.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation and stages of inventorying and reporting of regional property, what are the obstacles encountered, and how to optimize the implementation of inventory and reporting of regional property at BPKAD Blitar Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with interviews as the main tool for collecting data.In this study there were 6 keys informants and 3 supporting informants. The results of the study showed that the inventory and reporting of regional property was carried out in all OPDs in Blitar Regency and had been carried out in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 47 of 2021 concerning Procedures for Carrying Out Bookkeeping, Inventory and Reporting of Regional Property, however it was still Obstacles were encountered, namely the lack of human resources and the administration of recording regional property in Blitar Regency was still not in order, so that the implementation of inventory and reporting of regional property could not be said to be optimal. The author suggests to conduct training for goods administrators.

Abstract

The Blitar Regency Government prioritizes available resources to increase the coverage of services to the target group for the Acceleration of Stunting Reduction which includes adolescents, prospective brides/potential couples of childbearing age, pregnant women, lactating mothers and children aged 0 (zero) to 59 (fifty nine) months in order to support national priorities This st udy aims to analyze how to optimize the role of the family assistance team in reducing stunting at the P3APPKB Office of Blitar Regency. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Informants of this study amounted to 8 people. Data analysis in this study used triangulation and was strengthened by focus group discussions. Based on the research results, it was found that the role of the family assistance team is very important in the context of reducing stunting in Blitar Regency, because in addition to implementing team assistance, it also makes innovations so that the assistance role can run optimally. However, there are still a number of obstacles that must be corrected, such as the lack of quality human resources for the family assistance team and the lack of massive outreach to the community.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the effect of quality of work life, workplace spirituality and organizational citizenship behavior, also testing the effect of quality of worklife, workplace spirituality. The population in this study were all Islamic teachers in East Java Indonesia using Proportionate Random Sampling. The data analysis in this study is Stuctural Equation Modelling (SEM) using software AMOS 26.0 with the result quality of work life and workplace spirituality have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. These results indicate that good quality of work life and good workplace spirituality encourages teachers as organizational citizens to have a good behavior and it can encourege teachers to good performance. Organizational citizenship behavior appears as a feeling of being a member of the organization and be satisfied if it can do something more to the organization, because the organization's behavior is an act of a person resident outside obligations, do not pay attention to self-interest, does not require a job description and formal reward system, and is voluntary.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan kinerja dosen sangat dipengaruhi oleh motivasi, perilaku warga organisasi dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi dari setiap individunya untuk menunjang kelancaran administrasi dan proses penyelenggaran Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi agar produktivitas dosen berjalan maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap perilaku warga organisasi melalui kepuasan kerja dosen perguruan tinggi di Tulungagung. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrument yang digunakan berupa angket mengenai motivasi, perilaku warga organisasi dan kepuasan kerja. Studi ini menerapkan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dalam analisis Model Persamaan Struktural (SEM). Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di lingkungan 6 perguruan tinggi Tulungagung dengan responden sejumlah 85 orang. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja terbukti memediasi pengaruh motivasi terhadap pengembangan warga organisasi. Hal ini diindikasikan bahwa dosen yang memiliki motivasi tinggi akan merasa puas karena pekerjaan yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya telah sesuai dengan harapan atau yang diinginkan sehingga memicu munculnya perilaku warga organisasi pada diri dosen di lingkup perguruan tinggi Tulungagung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh makroekonomi terhadap inflasi di Indonesia pasca COVID-19 dengan nilai tukar sebagai variabel intervening. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, yang menggunakan metode positivistik dan bersumber pada data sekunder dari Bank Indonesia (BI) dan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Populasi penelitian mencakup data makroekonomi pasca COVID-19, dengan sampel berupa 48 data bulanan dari periode 1 Januari 2020 hingga 30 Desember 2023. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan metode statistik dengan hasil sebagai berikut: jumlah uang beredar tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai tukar (p = 0,222), suku bunga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai tukar (p = 0,000), nilai tukar tidak berpengaruh terhadap inflasi (p = 0,186), jumlah uang beredar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap inflasi (p = 0,000), dan suku bunga tidak berpengaruh terhadap inflasi (p = 0,330). Selain itu, jumlah uang beredar maupun suku bunga tidak berpengaruh terhadap inflasi dengan nilai tukar sebagai variabel intervening (p = 0,425 dan p = 0,298). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun suku bunga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai tukar, peran nilai tukar sebagai variabel intervening dalam hubungan antara makroekonomi dan inflasi masih terbatas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sebuah strategi pengelolaan pembinaan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan sumber daya manusia dalam pelestarian ikan di Pantai Sine Kabupaten Tulungagung. Fokus utama penelitian adalah proses pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dalam rangka pelestarian ikan di Pantai Sine Kabupaten Tulungagung dan faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi dalam proses pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dalam rangka pelestarian ikan di Pantai Sine Kabupaten Tulungagung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Sedangakan sumber data yang diperoleh dari hasil pengamatan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengelolaan yang diberikan oleh Dinas Perikanan dalam rangka meningkatkan Sumber Daya Manusia para kelompok pengelola di pantai Sine dengan tujuan pelestarian perikanan di Pantai Sine sudah mendapatkan strategi pengelolaan yang berdampak postif bagi kelompok pengelola di Pantai Sine. Yang pertama yaitu dalam proses pengelolaan di Pantai Sine dalam pelestarian perikanan sudah berjalan dengan lancar dan sedikit hambatan ketika dalam proses pengelolaan. Yang kedua ada beberapa faktor eskternal dan internal yang mempengaruhi sebuah pengelolaan pelestarian perikanan, dari faktor internal yaitu Kualitas SDM, yang meliputi tingkat pendidikan, keterampilan, dan pengetahuan, sangat menentukan keberhasilan pelestarian ikan, Komitmen masyarakat lokal adalah faktor kunci dalam pengelolaan SDM.

Abstract

The reform of the bureaucracy is an effort of absolute and fundamental reform for the system of governance related to various institutional, organizational, executive, and human resources aspects in order to establish a clean, accountable, and capable governance so that it can provide public services accurately, quickly, professionally, and, of course, clean from the practice of the CCN. As one of the steps to gain public confidence, the government has tried to implement the Integrity Zone as a step towards an area free from corruption. This qualitative research aims to examine the implementation of the Integration Zone in the Population and Civil Registration Service of the City of Blitar, the obstacles encountered in public service, aswell as possible efforts to improve the quality of public service. The findings show that the Integrity Zone has been implemented well since 2017 and provides increased access to key performance indicators, although some improvements in the service are required so that the agency can become the predecessor of a corruption-free territory that has never been achieved.
