Abstract

Human resources are the most important factor in every company activity because however sophisticated the technology used without being supported by humans as the executor of operational activities will not be able to produce output that is in accordance with the expected level of efficiency. The role of human resources in organizations actually existed when the organization was recognized as a forum for joint efforts to achieve a goal. The sample in this study were all active employees of CV. Tri Tunggal Sejahtera as many as 38 people. The sampling technique used is the saturated sampling method. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, linear regression analysis multiple, correlation analysis, determination analysis (R2), f test and t test. The results of the study indicate that competence, workload and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so the leadership should be able to provide training to each employee, balance the workload with commensurate results and build good communication with employees, for example starting from the leader himself so that can improve employee performance on CV. Prosperous Tri Tunggal.

Abstract

Employees are human resources (HR) which is an important asset that controls the success or failure of acompany. Every organization wants and strives to get quality human resources to be able to achieve and realize the goals of the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of discipline, work conflict, and workload onemployee performance at PT. Bali Art Supplies Denpasar with a total sample of 45 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling method. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews,documentation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that work discipline has a positiveand significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bali Art Supplies Denpasar. The better the work discipline that exists at PT. Bali Art Supplies Denpasar, the better the employee performance. Work conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bali Art Supplies Denpasar. Increasing work conflict in companies will raise employee morale to be better than other employees and be able to improve employee performance. Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bali Art Supplies Denpasar. The existence of a balanced loading intensity between the existing work and the workforce will be able to improve employee performance.

Abstract

The existence of a bank is urgently needed, one way to maintain the existence of a bank is to have competent human resources (HR) in the banking world. Human resources are the main capital as a determining factor for the progress of a company. People or humans who work in organizations with the capabilities they have are called human resources. This study aims to determine the effect of servant leadership, organizational commitment and organizational climate on employee performance at PT. BPR Santi Pala Badung with a total sample of 32 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling method. Data collection methods used were observation, questionnaires, library research and interviews. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Santi Pala Badung. The better the servant leadership at PT. BPR Santi Pala Badung, the better the employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Santi Pala Badung. The better the organizational commitment in PT. BPR Santi Pala Badung, employee performance will increase. Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Santi Pala Badung. The better the organizational climate in PT. BPR Santi Pala Badung, the better the employee performance.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of individual characteristics, work discipline and physical work environment on employee performance at PT. BPR Hari Depan. The population in this study were employees who worked at PT. BPR Hari Depan, namely 34 employees. Determination of the sample in this study using saturated sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study are Individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Hari Depan, Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Hari Depan, Physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Hari Depan.

Abstract

This research evaluates the influence of servant leadership, work discipline, and job satisfaction on employeeperformance at PT BFI Finance Denpasar Branch. The research used a total sampling technique, involving 36 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression produced findings that servant leadership, work discipline, and job satisfaction positively and significantly influence employee performance. The application of good servant leadership contributes to increased performance, as does a high level of work discipline. Job satisfaction has also been proven to have apositive impact on employee performance, showing that satisfied employees tend to provide better performance. Research limitations focus on specific variables, and suggestions for improvement include leadership style, work discipline, andpromotion policies. Thus, corrective actions are expected to significantly improve employee performance at PT BFI FinanceDenpasar Branch.

Abstract

Disiplin kerja merupakan perlengkapan komunikasi buat mendesak karyawan dalam tingkatkan pemahaman serta kemauan dalam menaati peraturan serta norma sosial yang legal. Kompensasi jadi penganjur seorang melakukan sesuatu aktivitas untuk memperoleh hasil yang terbaik, dorongan kerja karyawan butuh dibangkitkan supaya karyawan bisa melakukan kemampuan yang terbaik. Lingkungan kerja ialah elemen- elemen lembaga selaku sistem sosial yang memiliki pengaruh kokoh di dalam pembuatan sikap orang pada badan serta mempengaruhi terhadap hasil lembaga. Produktivitas kerja ialah sesuatu permasalahan yang wajib memperoleh atensi sungguh- sungguh dari pihak industri, sebab kenaikan produktivitas kerja itu tidak hendak terjalin dengan sendirinya, namun wajib terdapat upaya serta kedudukan dan bagus dari pihak industri ataupun dari pihak karyawan itu sendiri. Riset ini bermaksud menganalisa pengaruh Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi, serta Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Tristanisa Global Indonesia di Denpasar. Populasi riset merupakan karyawan PT. Tristanisa Global Indonesia di Denpasar. Ilustrasi dalam riset ini sebesar 44 responden yang didetetapkan bersumber pada tata cara ilustrasi bosan. Metode analisa informasi yang dipakai merupakan analisa regresi linier berganda dengan memakai dorongan program SPSS. Hasil pengetesan terhadap anggapan, melaporkan kalau disiplin kerja mempengaruhi searah serta penting terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Tristanisa Global Indonesia di Denpasar. Kompensasi mempengaruhi searah serta penting terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Tristanisa Global Indonesia di Denpasar. Abstract

Sumber daya manusia memegang peranan krusial untuk dinamika keseluruhan sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan. Pengkajian ini bertujuan guna mengidentifikasi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasikan kompensasi pada CV Kabel Pipa Listrik Denpasar. Sampel pengkajian ini sejumlah 34 karyawan yang ditetapkan dari metode sampel jenuh. Pengkajian ini bermetode alternatif dengan basis component-based SEM atau variance, yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS), memakai media SmartPLS versi 4.0. Pengkajian ini menghasilkan bila disiplin kerja berdampak signifikan positif pada kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berdampak signifikan positif pada kompensasi, kompensasi berdampak signifikan positif pada kinerja karyawan, serta disiplin kerja berdampak signifikan positif pada kinerja karyawan melalui kompensasi. Hasil ini mempunyai makna bahwa penting untuk perusahaan dalam menekankan budaya disiplin kerja, yang pada akhirnya akan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.
