Abstract

According to the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia, it is stated that the creative economy or creative industry is an industry created from the main production sources, namely creativity and skills from individuals who can provide a job or increase welfare through the work and utilization of creative power and creativity. According to the Denpasar City Tourism Office, there are 68 creative communities in Denpasar with various fields of activity, but Denpasar City lacks facilities for these creative communities to show their creativity and exchange ideas. This problem prompted the author to create a facility that can accommodate the activities of the creative community in the city of Denpasar. This facility will be designed using a Biophilic Architecture approach. The author uses a biophilic approach to make visitors feel more productive, creative and healthy. According to Nelly Shafik Ramzy (2014) Biophilic architecture is an innovative approach that opens the way to a nature-based dialogue between architectural space and the set of human innate affiliations, where natural forms and patterns play the role of vocabulary and grammar of composition. In this approach, incorporating Nature into the built environment is not a luxury, but a sound economic investment in Health and productivity.

Abstract

Bungaya Village, is one of the cultural tourism villages because the village has its own uniqueness, and has seven tourism potentials, one of which is historical heritage, unique traditional activities and nature. However, as time goes by, most of the Bungaya Village Area is now untouched by development, which is one of the reasons for the lack of special attractions for tourists, such as dances, weaving and other cultural activities which tend to be rarely carried out. only performed at ceremonies in certain months and not supported by commercial facilities. From this, it results in a decrease in function as a cultural tourism village area which will have an impact on decreasing the number of tourists and causing a loss of existence compared to other cultural tourism villages such as Tenganan village. Therefore, the need to build an object that can maintain and improve this area by establishing an Art Center with an Eco-Cultural Approach arises from the natural potential of the Bungaya Village and the diversity of arts and culture which is a local identity and has been inherited from generation to generation. hereditary. By using the architectural theme of contextualism, you can present buildings that are able to pay attention to the surrounding conditions so that their existence can be harmonious and unified, so that the potential in the environment is not neglected.

Abstract

For a city to thrive, it needs a Creative Hub, which can be a place for social interaction and communication between various groups. Creative Hubs function as dynamic areas that provide employment options, educational opportunities, corporate development opportunities, and networking opportunities. It also encourages more intensive innovation in the creative field for the benefit of the local community and region. In general, Creative Hubs are facilities or containers, both physical and virtual, that can connect communities or creative activists by providing a dynamic space so that new innovations and creativity can be born. Because of its nature as a center, the creative hub only covers part of the area. However, activities in the creative hub connect talents, skills, and disciplines in the creative community. Planning and Designing Creative Hub Facilities in Denpasar City, Bali can later become a support for the endek fabric industry in addition to the availability of other facilities that can support activities for creative industry players. So it is hoped that this design can be able to facilitate young people in Denpasar City and is expected to build and increase activities for creative economic actors who will produce products of economic value.

Abstract

Mental disorders are a condition of a person who experiences deviations in the person's thinking process, feelings and behavior. In Bali, especially in the Ubud area which is a tourism area in Bali, efforts have been made to deal with mental health cases. However, unfortunately, the number of rehabilitation facilities for mental health in Bali is less visible, when compared with rehabilitation facilities for narcotics and social rehabilitation. Therefore, the author attempts to design a container or building called the "Healing and Rehabilitation Center" which can provide consultations to patients using a visual healing method known as the "therapeutic space" concept which emphasizes the healing process in the built environment and continuity with nature. surroundings. The research method used by the author to compile this research is a qualitative method in the form of literature study, observation, documentation, interviews. The literature studies used as writing references include previous study journals, e-book sources and several precedent studies on similar buildings. The results of this research will show an innovation in the form of a new concept as well as proving the concept of Therapeutic Space which is implemented in various parts of building objects, both external and internal spaces which are used as part of physical and psychological therapeutic processes

Abstract

Tourism in Indonesia, particularly in the Rinjani National Park (TNGR) in East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara, has significant potential but faces several challenges. These include a lack of comprehensive information and promotion centers, limited tourism activities to encourage local potential development, and low participation from the local community. To address these issues, this research aims to design the Rinjani National Park Visitor Center as an integrated information and promotion center, as well as tourist accommodation serving as a platform for empowering the local community. This project is located in the village of Sembalun Lawang, Sembalun District, East Lombok. The project aims to address the challenges in tourism sector development by creating a visitor center in East Lombok Regency as an integrated information and promotion facility in the Rinjani National Park (TNGR), through strategies such as increased promotion, tour package regulations, infrastructure development, and empowerment of local human resources. It is hoped that this new facility will increase tourist visits to TNGR. Additionally, it is expected to make a positive contribution to national tourism development and the welfare of the local community.
