Abstract

Not everything in this world will be according to human wishes. Sometimes sadness and happiness come and go. Only a human being who has patience can endure in the way of Allah swt. With patience, humans will get a very big reward on the side of AllahSWT. This research has a goal, namely to find out how the implementation of al-qur'anbased group guidance is to increase student patience. A qualitative approach with descriptive research methods was used by researchers in this study. Ten students of theIslamic Counseling Guidance Study Program were selected to be research subjects using a purposive sampling technique with a population of 30 people. Data were analyzed using data analysis techniques, namely qualitative descriptive techniques after collecting data using interview techniques, documentation and observation. The results of this study were (1) the implementation of al-Qur'an-based group guidance to increase student patience was carried out using five stages, namely the formation, transition, activity, conclusion, and closing stages, and (2) an increase occurred in student patience in where students have been able to hold themselves from despair, calm, do not complain easily, and assume that everything will return to Allah SWT.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the picture of independence in blind adolescents before and after being given Islamic-based group guidance and to determine the implementation of Islamic-based group guidance to develop independence in blind adolescents at the Palembang sensory disability home. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method, while data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The subjects taken were 8 people with sensory disability. The results of this study found that the picture of independence before being given Islamic-based group guidance was that adolescents tended to depend on others and lacked initiative in worship. Group guidance was carried out in four stages, namely the beginning, transition, work, and end. After being given Islamic-based group guidance, the results showed that Islamic-based group guidance was effective in developing independence and quality of life for blind people as a step towards a better life.

Abstract

This study is entitled "Implementation of Individual Counseling with a Logotherapy Approach to Increase Self-Confidence in Adolescents with Physical Disabilities (Case Study of Client 'D' at the Budi Perkasa Center, Palembang)." This study aims to determine the client's self-confidence before being given a logotherapy approach, the process of implementing individual counseling using a logotherapy approach, and an overview of changes in self-confidence after being given a logotherapy approach to client "D." This type of research is field research (field research) using a qualitative approach and case study method, in which the researcher gathers in-depth information from several sources. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques used in this study were pattern matching, data explanation, and time series analysis. The results of this study indicate that after undergoing the counseling process four times in one month with several stages of counseling implementation: the initial stage, the activity stage, and the final stage, positive changes were observed in client "D." Through the logotherapy approach, the client showed increased self-confidence, such as being more courageous in expressing opinions, demonstrating an attitude of confidence in one's abilities, and starting to be active in social activities with the surrounding community.

Abstract

This study, entitled "Individual Counseling with the Reframing Technique in Building Resilience in Adolescents (A Case Study on Client 'A' in Mariana Village)", aims to examine (1) the resilience of client “A” before individual counseling with the reframing technique, (2) the implementation of individual counseling with the reframing technique in building resilience in client “A”, and (3) the resilience of client “A” after individual counseling with the reframingtechnique. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzing it using pattern matching, data explanation, and time-series analysis. The results show that (1) before counseling, client “A” had low resilience characterized by unstable emotions, negative thinking, and a lack of family support; (2) individual counseling with the reframing technique effectively helped build resilience by transforming negative perceptions into positive and constructive ones; and (3) after counseling, client “A” showed increased resilience, better emotional regulation, clear life goals, and improved relationships with family members. These findings indicate that individual counseling with the reframing technique can be an effective approach to help individuals build resilience and improve their quality of life.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia menuntut untuk semua bidang berkembang terlebih bidang pendidikan. Diera seperti ini penggunaan teknologi sangat dibutuhkan khususnya pada bidang bimbingan dan konseling tujuannya untuk membantu pelayanan guna mengembangkan perkembangan peserta didik, namun tentunya tidak menggeser core dari bimbingan konseling. Teknologi yang dilihat tidak hanya berupa hal negatif saja, melainkan bagaimana menjadikan hal yang negatif sebagai batu loncatan menjadi arah yang lebih positif. Oleh karena itu konselor yang secara keseluruhan memiliki kompetensi untuk mengembangkan teknologi, harus kreatif, inovatif dan berkembang agar tidak tergerus oleh perkembangan jaman yang diikuti oleh perkembangan peserta didik.

Abstract

Someone will be able to face various challenges in daily life if emotional intelligence is well developed. This study aims to find out how the psychoeducational group assisted with Al-quran can be a solution to improve student emotional intelligence. This research was used qualitative research method with 8 participants of Islamic Guidance and Counseling departement of Islamic State University (UIN) Raden Fatah Palembang. The results of this study indicate that emotional intelligence of students, which includes recognizing self-emotion, managing emotions, motivating oneself, recognizing the emotions of others, and building relationships, can be improved by giving psychoeducational group assisted with Al-qur'an. From the results of these studies it can be concluded that the psychoeducational group assisted with Al-qur'an can be a solution to improve student emotional intelligence.

Abstract

Ethics and morals are one of the most important parts that must be understood by users of Facebook which serve as guidelines for behavior of Facebook users to avoid the occurrence of cyberbullying. The purpose of this study is to determine the perception of High School 1 Sirah Pulau Padang towards cyberbullying on Facebook. The method used in this study is a qualitative research. The data collection techniques used in this study were interview, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are: 1) Students of High School 1 Sirah Pulau Padang on average already have a facebook account, 2) Perception of students of High School Negeri 1 Sirah Pulau Padang regarding cyberbullying as acts of violence or crimes on social media such as mutual ridicule and bullying each other on social media, 3) Students' perceptions of the most common forms of cyberbullying are Flaming and Harassment, 4) Perception of students of High School 1 Sirah Pulau Padang regarding the causes of perpetrators of cyberbullying namely because of revenge, fun or joking with their friends , and the feeling of disappointment or hurt from the perpetrator, 5) Students' perceptions of the impact of cyberbullying behavior, namely victims of cyberbullying feel aggrieved, disappointed, sad and lead to fights between students, and 6) Students' perceptions of appropriate penalties for cyberbullying, namely accounts Facebook from cyberbullying perpetrators is frozen until it can be followed up to the legal domain.

Abstract

Kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal sangat penting dalam menjalin dan menjaga hubungan yang baik antar sesama manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pentingnya bimbingan kelompok dengan metode kisah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi interpesonal mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Penyuluhan Islam Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Raden Fatah Palembang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan kelompok dengan metode kisah berperan penting dalam meningkatkan keterbukaan, empati, sikap mendukung, sikap positif, dan kesetaraan. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dalam disimpulkan bahwa bimbingan kelompok dengan metode kisah berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi interpesonal mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Penyuluhan Islam Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Raden Fatah Palembang.

Abstract

Zuhud is a very important trait for individuals in dealing with a world that is so tiring and exhausting for humans. Zuhud will bring peace of mind and peace of mind. The purpose of this study was to find out how to realize the zuhud nature of students through hadith-based group guidance. This research uses a qualitative approach. The sample in this study was determined through a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study were 10 students of the Islamic Guidance and Counseling Study Program, Faculty of Da'wah and Communication, UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Data collection techniques in this study using interview techniques and observation techniques. In this study, the data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results obtained from this study are that the zuhud nature of students can be realized well where students are able not to feel happy about something they have and not feel sad if something is not owned; not feeling restless when insulted and not proud of being praised; and his heart is merely planted with fear, longing, and love for Allah SWT. So, it can be concluded that the zuhud nature of students can be realized by implementing hadith-based group guidance.

Abstract

Recognition of the best place of return, namely heaven, is very important for the individual. By knowing the pleasures of heaven, humans will always compete in goodness. Because, Allah has prepared a gift in the form of heaven for those who believe and fear Him. This study has a purpose, namely to be able to find out how to apply Al-qur'an-based information services to introduce the pleasures of heaven to students of the Islamic Guidance and Counseling Study Program, Faculty of Da'wah and Communication at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. This study used qualitative research methods. Data were collected through data collection techniques, namely interview and observation techniques. The subjects of this study were 28 students of the Islamic Guidance and Counseling Study Program, Faculty of Da'wah and Communication at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results of this study are (1) Hadith-based information services to introduce students to heaven are carried out in several stages, namely: (a) planning stage, (b) organizing elements and service objectives, (c) implementation stage, (d) assessment, and (e) follow-up and report stages, and (2) Through hadith-based information services, students can get a good introduction and understanding of heaven as the best place to return, namely regarding (a) the nature of heaven, (b) the urgency of heaven as the best place for humans to return, (c) the pleasures in heaven, and (e) how to reach heaven. From the results of the research above, it can be concluded that hadith-based information can be an alternative in introducing students to heaven as the best place to return.
