Abstract

In this current era, Community Service (PKM) is a very useful thing to improve people's quality of life, heavy traffic on the road creates a lot of risk of accidents, especially high school students who still need a lot of understanding about road safety including knowing everything. symbolic of roads and regulations on highways, one of which needs to be known is the cargo of dangerous goods that require special handling, all goods and types of goods and their conditions endanger the safety and health of the public, through several lecturers and cadets involved, Land Transportation Polytechnic Bali carries out community service activities to SMA 1 Baturiti Tabanan Regency by referring to the information on Dangerous Goods in increasing students' knowledge about the cargo of dangerous goods. With this PkM socialization, the expected goal is to increase students' awareness of safety in their environment and to know the transportation of dangerous goods and to know the function and purpose of the Placard display in the vicinity, because if they do not know the dangers of dangerous goods, they will pose a threat to the safety of students. This activity is carried out using the mediation method with counseling which aims to increase understanding and awareness about the cargo of Dangerous Goods.

Abstract

Abstract The construction of Pertamina's LPG Refrigerated Terminal in Remen Village, Tuban Regency, will cause traffic generation, which will cause a burden on intersections and roads that are passed. This study aims to determine the impact of the construction of Pertamina's LPG Refrigerated Terminal on traffic congestion on the road network located around the construction site. To analyze traffic performance, PTV Visum 18 software is used. This study shows that the construction of Pertamina's LPG Refrigerated Terminal, from construction to operation, has an impact on increasing trip generation, from 49 pcu/hour to 126 pcu/hour. From the construction period to the operational period, the Service Level for roads and intersections around the development area is still good, with V/C Ratio values ​​smaller than 0.85. This study also shows that the number of trips has increased, from construction to operation periods, so handling is needed to minimize congestion caused. Keywords: development; traffic generation; traffic performance; V/C Ratio; service level Abstrak Pembangunan Terminal LPG Refrigerated Pertamina di Desa Remen, Kabupaten Tuban, akan menimbulkan bangkitan dan tarikan lalu lintas, yang akan menimbulkan beban pada simpang dan jalan yang dilalui. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pembangunan Terminal LPG Refrigerated Pertamina terhadap kemacetan lalu lintas di jaringan jalan yang terletak di sekitar lokasi pembangunan. Untuk mengana-lisis kinerja lalu lintas digunakan perangkat lunak PTV Visum 18. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa pembangunan Terminal LPG Refrigerated Pertamina, mulai saat konstruksi sampai dengan saat operasional, berdampak pada kenaikan bangkitan perjalanan, dari 49 smp/jam menjadi 126 smp/jam. Mulai masa kontruksi hingga masa operasional, Tingkat Pelayanan ruas-ruas jalan maupun simpang di sekitar kawasan pengembangan masih bagus, dengan nilai-nilai V/C Rasio lebih kecil daripada 0,85. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa jumlah perjalanan mengalami peningkatan, dari saat konstruksi hingga operasional, sehingga dibutuhkan pena-nganan untuk meminimalisir kemacetan yang ditimbulkan. Abstract

Peningkatan kegiatan suatu kawasan sangat berpengaruh terhadap aktivitas lalu lintas disekitarnya seperti adanya tarikan dan bangkitan aktifitas masyarakat, peningkatan lalu lintas dan peningkatan kebutuhan parkir. Pembangunan gedung harus di barengi dengan pembuatan ruang parkir untuk parkir kendaraan. Rencana PT. Pertamina membangun terminal LPG Refrigerated yang berlokasi di Remen, Jenu, Tuban Jawa Timur untuk meningkatkan jumlah pasokan LPG. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pemodelan dan kebutuhan ruang parkir di terminal LPG Refrigerated Tuban. Pemodelan yang digunakan merupakan metode kebutuhan ruang parkir, penataan parkir, sirkulasi kendaraan, optimasi ruang dan tarif dan forcasting. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan dari aspek kebutuhan ruang parkir dari kebutuhan ruang dan tempat yang tersedia sudah tercukupi dengan baik. Penataan kendaraan saat parkir harus dibarengi dengan adanya rambu-rambu dan marka yang menunjukan lokasi parkir. Akses jalan masuk dan keluar kendaraan di terminal juga memperhatikan jangka pendek dan jangka panjang. Sirkulasi kendaraan di area parkir dibedakan menurut kategori kendaraan, dimensi kendaraan dan radius putar. Untuk memberikan keamanan dan pengecekan kendaraan diberikan karcis parkir yang didapatkan dipintu masuk dan keluar terminal LPG.

Abstract

The reactive plan of the Madura railway line received a favorable response from four regents in Madura. As the plan can improve economic development and facilitate human and goods movements easily. In its development, the potential for the development of the island of Madura needs to be noticed in terms of both the economy and its infrastructure. The potential for development on the island of Madura itself is still impressed as not well developed compared to the city of Surabaya which is directly adjacent to the island of Madura. Notable in economic development is a condition of accessibility and support and complementary facilities such as the existing transport on the island of Madura. The purpose of this study is to analyze the potential for the development of a railway station in Madura by reactivating the railroad. the method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method by conducting interviews/questionnaires to the Madurese community, regulators and transportation practitioner experts. Based on the results of the analysis of the existing Madura train stations, it can be concluded that there are 7 major stations with potential for station development in Madura. The potential for the development of a railway station can increase economic, tourism and industrial value. In the development of the station area, it is also necessary to pay attention to supporting facilities and tie them well with various sectors such as tourist sites, industrial locations and trade locations.

Abstract

Dalam melakukan usaha perusahaan jasa pengiriman dan freight forwarding membutuhkan pilihan moda jalur dan armada yang tepat untuk melakukan pengiriman barang. Dalam menentukan pilihan moda jalur dan armada bisa meminimalkan resiko-resiko yang bisa terjadi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melakukan analisis pemilihan moda pengiriman barang pada perusahaan jasa pengiriman dan freight forwarding yang ada di wilayah Bali. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan survey langsung ke perusahaan freight forwarding dan melakukan wawancara terkait pemilihan moda jalur dan armada untuk pengiriman barang. Hasil penelitian dalam menentukan moda jalur perlu diperhatikan adalah packing barang, asuransi pengiriman, dokumen pengiriman serta armada pengangkut. Pilihan moda jalur menurut perusahaan freight forwarding mengguna 3 moda yaitu darat, laut dan udara. Dalam menetukan moda jalur juga memperhatikan permintaan dari pengirim barang mengenai waktu sampai barang. Perusahaan freight forwarding yang mengirimkan barang dengan kapasitas dan ukuran besar, kecenderungan memilih moda jalur darat dengan jenis kendaraan truk. Untuk pengiriman keluar negeri perusahaan lebih memilih menggunakan moda jalur laut dengan armada kapal apabila barang yang dikirim berat dan berukuran besar untuk menghemat biaya pengiriman. Untuk ukuran barang ringan seperti barang seni yang bernilai tinggi juga pengiriman barang melalui moda udara dengan armada pesawat cargo.

Abstract

Gudang pusat distribusi memegang peran penting dalam suatu proses logistik. Pemilihan lokasi gudang pusat distribusi yang strategis dapat meminimalkan jarak tempuh oleh armada pengangkut dari gudang pusat distribusi ke cabang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan bantuan peta Geographical InformationSystem dan perangkat lunak AnyLogic. Titik-titik lokasi yang menggambarkan kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Bali digunakan untuk menganalisis jarak tempuh paling minimum dari gudang pusat ke cabang. Pendekatan situasi di lapangan dilakukan melalui pemodelan yang menggunakan bilangan acak (seed). Pemodelan dilakukan melalui dua skenario, skenario pertama dengan satu gudang pusat distribusi dan skenario kedua dengan gudang pusat yang jumlahnya lebih daripada satu. Dari penelitian diperoleh bahwa sistem pada skenario pertama memiliki keunggulan dari segi jarak tempuh.

Abstract

Transportasi merupakan usaha memindahkan orang maupun barang dari suatu tempat yang lain. Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat mendorong terjadinya digitalisasi tak terkecuali pada bidang transportasi. Digitalisasi dalam bidang transportasi khususnya manajemen armada dapat diwujudkan melalui fleet management system pada angkutan barang. Fleet management system merupakan peralihan proses manajemen armada dari yang awalnya berbasis kertas menjadi berbasis digital. Fleet management system memiliki banyak manfaat dibandingkan manajemen armada yang berbasis non digital. Fitur-fitur yang ada dalam fleet management system dapat melaporkan keadaan secara real time baik tentang kendaraan angkutan barang itu sendiri maupun sumber daya manusianya. Melalui fleet management system akan dihasilkan aktivitas manajemen armada yang efisien dan lebih produktif serta adanya peningkatan keselamatan berkendara.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the service infrastructure of Ketapang Railway Station based on users and public interest. The research method used was a survey method by distributing questionnaires to Ketapang railway station users and potential users of the station. The questionnaire included questions about the quality of station services, user expectations and needs, as well as public interest in railway station services. The results of the study showed that the infrastructure facilities at Ketapang railway station had met the minimum standard service regulations in place. From the analysis of the customer satisfaction index, it was found that the criteria for "very satisfied" was achieved with a score of 90.38%. In addition, the public interest in Ketapang railway station services was very high. These recommendations are expected to help improve the quality of Ketapang railway station services and increase public interest in using the station's services.

Abstract

Public transportation was an activity of transferring people or goods from one place to another using a public transportation system to pay a certain amount of money. In the Bali public transport provided by the government is trans metro dewata, which is an attempt by the government to reduce the use of private vehicles. Business screens allow one bus ride to hold as many as one to two passengers. The aim of this study is to understand the quality of the metro bus service of the dewata particularly during the elections, so as to give public an idea of the quality of the metro bus service of the dewata. Based on the fourth parameters conducted on the quality of service according to the department of transportation, lectures on metro metro bus services have been very good, and it can inform the public that the quality of bus service when the pandemic pandemic has not dropped.

Abstract

The habit of pedestrians in using the road when crossing the road is in the spotlight because it will cause traffic jams so that they are prone to accidents. No road user wants to experience such an accident, whether it is a minor accident or an accident that is fatal and leads to death. Pelican crossings are made to minimize pedestrian accidents, but this facility does not guarantee that accidents will not occur. Problems arise when pressing the crossing button will create congestion and noise due to the notification sound of the crossing. When someone wants to cross it will result in the accumulation of vehicles around because they are waiting for irregular pedestrians to cross. The purpose of this research is to design a pedestrian Puffin Crossing advance simulation that is more adaptive and safe. The research was conducted by making a prototype using a microcontroller and several sensors which will later be used as a medium for interaction between drivers and pedestrians. The results of the prototype research can work well and in accordance with the function of each component. The recommended minimum number of pedestrians is 4 waders, the minimum required waiting time is 5 seconds, while the crossing time is conditioned based on pedestrian sensor readings at the zebra cross.
