Salah satu aspek yang belum tersentuh adalah optimalisasi media sosial sebagai sarana dakwah dan informasi dengan menggunakan pemanfaatan internet khususnya website sehingga dapat diakses oleh masyarakat dengan lebih mudah. Adapun keterkaitannya dengan dakwah, peran media sangat penting dan strategis dalam upaya penyampaian dakwah, karena media mampu mengakses informasi dengan cepat dan tidak mengenal batas ruang dan waktu. Adapun permasalahan mitra adalah masih kurangnya wawasan mitra terutama tentang pemanfaatan media berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam mengoptimalkan dakwah secara digital, dan masih terbatasnya produk teknologi informasi yang digunakan, sehingga melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini akan diwujudkan tersedianya website untuk dakwah digital. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Sosialisasi dengan materi tentang konsep media digital telah dilakukan dengan diikuti oleh 12 orang peserta. Para peserta ini diharapkan dapat mengawal dan ikut terlibat aktif dalam pengelolaan dan pengawasan website PCM Bangsalsari yang dibuat. Perancangan dan pembuatan website PCM Bangsalsari menghasilkan webiste yang dibuat menggunakan CMS WordPress dan dapat diakses melalui URL atau alamat https://pcmbangsalsari.com/. Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Keterampilan penggunaan dan pengelolaan dilakukan secara daring melalui ruang virtual zoom. Jumlah peserta 9 orang. 3 aspek uji utama yang menjadi fokus dalam pengelolaan website yaitu membuat postingan, edit dan desain, dan troubleshooting. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa 89% menguasai keterampilan posting, 56% menguasai keterampilan desain grafis, dan 22% menguasai keterampilan troubleshooting.

The Indonesia Smart Card Scholarship Program is a dedication of the government to the society, aimed at providing opportunities for all Indonesian citizens to obtain quality higher education without being hindered by economic factors. One of the educational institutions that accepts students receiving the KIP-College Scholarship is Muhammadiyah University Jember. In determining eligible students for the KIP-College scholarship, the Student Affairs Bureau still employs manual methods, making it difficult to perform complex data analysis and evaluate selection results. This research builds a Decision Support System to assist in the selection process for the KIP-College Scholarship at Muhammadiyah University Jember using the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method. This study utilizes several criteria with predetermined weights, namely, Decile Status, DTKS Status, Combined Parental Income, and Number of Dependents. The final result of this research is a ranking sorted from highest to lowest value, where the highest-ranking individuals are eligible to receive the KIP-College scholarship.

This study was conducted to perform sentiment analysis by identifying patterns or trends in user reviews of the Gojek application using the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) algorithm, which was implemented in the form of a simple web-based application or dashboard. In today’s digital era, technological advancements have significantly influenced various aspects of life, particularly the mobile-based transportation service industry. One of the most widely used online transportation services in Indonesia is Gojek. It is essential for Gojek to listen to customer reviews; therefore, sentiment analysis is required to identify patterns or trends within user feedback so the application can better respond to user needs. This research utilizes the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) algorithm, a variant of the Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) that incorporates a cell state and gating mechanisms (input, forget, and output gates) to regulate the flow of information. This structure enables LSTM to retain relevant information while discarding irrelevant data, allowing it to capture both short-term and long-term patterns in text reviews. The model was used to analyze sentiment within a dataset collected from 2021 to 2024. The experimental results show that LSTM achieved an optimal accuracy of 78% using a 70:30 dataset split, providing balanced performance across both majority and minority classes, with a significant improvement in the f1-score for each class (0: 0.73; 1: 0.75; 2: 0.85) after applying the SMOTE technique to address class imbalance. Without SMOTE, the highest accuracy reached 83% with the same split (70:30); however, the neutral class could not be detected (f1-score = 0). With SMOTE, although accuracy slightly decreased, the overall performance became more balanced as the neutral class could be properly recognized.

The Semboro District Office has an internet connection of up to 300 Mbps used for public services, employees, and public access. However, the absence of bandwidth management causes unstable connectivity, particularly for service-related devices, reducing service quality. This study implements the Hierarchical Token Bucket (HTB) method to manage network bandwidth. The results indicate that after HTB implementation, each user receives bandwidth according to their assigned profile without exceeding predefined limits. The initial downstream bandwidth of 23.51 Mbps decreased to 18.37 Mbps after implementation. Quality of Service (QoS) evaluation shows a score of 3.75, categorized as good. Throughput increased from 21k to 41k, delay decreased from 46.335 ms to 16.7 ms, and jitter decreased from 0.058 ms to 0.000035 ms, while packet loss remained at 0%. These results conclude that HTB implementation improves network stability.

Social assistance programs at the village level are one of the government's efforts to reduce poverty and improve community welfare. However, in practice, the process of determining eligible beneficiaries is often carried out manually, which may lead to subjectivity, inaccurate targeting, and a lack of transparency in decision-making. This study aims to develop a decision support system that assists village administrators in determining priority candidates for social assistance in a more objective and systematic manner. The proposed approach integrates the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) methods. The AHP method is used to determine the weight of each criterion through pairwise comparison matrices and consistency testing. Subsequently, the MOORA method is applied to normalize the decision matrix, calculate preference values, and rank the alternatives. The results show that AHP-MOORA can generate a priority ranking of potential social assistance beneficiaries. The calculated weights for the criteria respectively are Kepemilikan Tanah: 0.5579 (highest importance), Kondisi Rumah: 0.2633, Pekerjaan: 0.1219, Penghasilan: 0.0569 (lowest importance) and the value of CR is 0.0654, which is less than 0.1, indicating that the criteria weights are consistent. The ranking based on AHP-MOORA show significant differences than the earlier dataset. Based on sensitivity analysis, the high correlation values in all sensitivity tests show that the ranking results remain consistent. Furthermore, the system improves transparency and consistency in the decision-making process.

Degradasi kapasitas infiltrasi tanah di kawasan sekolah akibat tingginya permukaan kedap air serta rendahnya literasi ekologis masyarakat pendidikan menjadi penyebab utama akumulasi limpasan permukaan dan risiko banjir lokal. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan mengintegrasikan penerapan teknologi biopori sebagai solusi resapan air berbasis teknologi tepat guna dengan pengembangan ecoliteracy berbasis partisipasi komunitas sekolah. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Ambulu, Jember, sebagai model penerapan nilai-nilai Catur Dharma Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah dalam ranah pengabdian berbasis sains terapan. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup pemetaan kondisi hidrologis mikro, pelatihan teknis pembuatan biopori (Ø10 cm; kedalaman 100 cm), sosialisasi literasi lingkungan, serta monitoring fungsi biopori dalam mereduksi genangan air dan mengelola limbah organik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa 20 unit biopori yang terpasang mampu meningkatkan kapasitas infiltrasi tanah dan mengelola >80% limbah organik sekolah secara mandiri. Sebanyak 85% siswa berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan edukatif ekologis. Program ini tidak hanya berkontribusi pada pengendalian banjir skala mikro dan pengurangan beban limbah, tetapi juga mendorong terbentuknya kultur sadar lingkungan di institusi pendidikan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa sinergi antara teknologi lingkungan dan pendidikan transformatif merupakan pendekatan efektif dalam pembangunan ekosistem sekolah yang adaptif terhadap tantangan perubahan iklim.

Village-Owned Enterprises BUMDES are business entities whose capital is wholly or partly from the village, and the existence of BUMDES is intended to create jobs or improve public services for the community. One indicator of the success of BUMDES is where the administrators who are included in the management organizational structure have understood financial management which at the end of the period will produce correct financial reports. Financial recording is the initial stage in the activity of providing good and correct financial reports, it is necessary to record expenses and income so that all transactions can be known clearly and in detail. By having financial records, even simple ones, all financial flows can be recorded properly, such as the amount of capital that has been used, capital that has not been used, the amount of debt and so on. With the availability of good financial records, the BUMDes can see the development of their business so that the BUMDes management can make plans related to the condition of the BUMDes owned based on the financial records that have been made. The final result of all financial records is the availability of financial statements. The results of this activity are increasing partner insight, especially about financial records that can be used as the basis for detailed and clear BUMDES financial management, as well as increasing partner skills in application-based financial management in the application of recording daily transactions.

The aging population phenomenon that will occur in 2030-2050 will cause a shift in the elderly population with a dependency ratio that continues to increase. When someone reaches old age, they will face the peak of the human life cycle. The increasing number of older people will also cause various problems such as technical, medical, psychological, mental, and socio-economic problems. The various problems that arise if not managed properly will have an impact on the elderly, namely physical changes in the elderly, causing them to feel unable to do various activities as well as when they were young. This causes the elderly to become then demotivated and withdraw from the social environment. This condition requires special attention. These problems can reduce life expectancy in the elderly. The form of community empowerment for the elderly is the Healthy and Independent Elderly Movement (GLSM) through Healthy Home Service as a form of UKBM (Community-Based Health Efforts). Healthy Home Service provides services in the form of health education services, elderly cadre training, modality therapy, and telenursing services, as well as SIM-RS (Hospital Management Information System), which facilitates online-based health services and also accommodates a database that records data on the number of elderly diseases. The results of the activities obtained were an increase in the knowledge and attitudes of the elderly regarding achieving optimal quality of life by 96.66%. The knowledge and understanding of the elderly increased, in addition to an increase in the productivity of elderly companion cadres, along with the structure and main tasks for elderly companion cadres by 100%. Elderly cadres have understood their roles and duties.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen masyarakat terhadap vaksin AstraZeneca menggunakan metode Long Short-Term Memory. Data penelitian diperoleh dari media sosial X dengan rentang waktu 1 Februari 2024 hingga 15 Mei 2024, menghasilkan 251 data tweet yang telah melalui proses pembersihan, normalisasi, stopword removal, stemming, tokenisasi, dan padding. Model dibangun menggunakan arsitektur Sequential API TensorFlow Keras dengan lapisan Embedding, SpatialDropout1D, LSTM, dan Dense beraktivasi sigmoid. Evaluasi dilakukan pada tiga jenis distribusi data: original, oversampled, dan SMOTE. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa akurasi model pada ketiga kondisi data relatif sama, yaitu sebesar 65%, dengan nilai loss berkisar antara 64% hingga 67%. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa teknik penyeimbangan data seperti oversampling dan SMOTE tidak memberikan peningkatan performa signifikan dan bahkan dapat menimbulkan overfitting. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa model LSTM mampu menangani ketidakseimbangan data dengan baik serta memberikan gambaran kuantitatif terhadap persepsi publik mengenai vaksin AstraZeneca.

Teaching volcanology in vocational high schools often faces challenges, particularly in explaining abstract concepts and dynamic natural processes. Limited availability of interactive and visual learning media results in suboptimal student understanding of volcanology topics. This community service activity aimed to improve students’ understanding and learning quality through the socialization of Augmented Reality (AR)-based learning media for Phase E volcanology at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Tegaldlimo, Banyuwangi. The activity employed a participatory approach consisting of preparation, AR media development, teacher training, student socialization and mentoring, as well as evaluation and monitoring stages. Evaluation was conducted by measuring students’ understanding through pre-test and post-test, observing student engagement and learning motivation, and assessing teachers’ ability to integrate AR into classroom instruction. The results indicated a significant improvement in students’ understanding of volcanology concepts after using AR-based learning media. Student engagement and learning motivation also increased, as reflected in higher participation and enthusiasm during learning activities. Furthermore, the training program enhanced teachers’ competence and confidence in integrating AR technology into teaching practices. These findings demonstrate that Augmented Reality is an effective tool for supporting interactive, contextual, and innovative science learning in vocational education
