Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk: (1) Untuk mempelajari dan menganalisis peranan Penyuluh Pertanian dalam mendukung keberlanjutan usaha agribisni. (2) Untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis kendala-kendala yang dihadapi Penyuluh Pertanian dalam mendukung keberlanjutan usaha agribisnis. Penelitian ini merupakan suatu studi kasus di Desa Lantan Kecamatan Batu Kliang Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Penelitian dimulai dari bulan Maret sampai dengan Mei tahun 2023 dengan menggunakan metode Kualitatif. Jumlah Informan yang diambil sebanyak 5 orang secara purposive dengan kriteria 1 orang sebagai penyuluh pertanian dan 4 orang sebagai pemuda tani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya meningkatkan usaha agribisnis telah dilakukan dengan baik oleh petugas penyuluh lapangan. Ini mencakup tahap penyusunan rencana dan jadwal kerja, persiapan administrasi kunjungan lapangan, persiapan bahan/alat penyuluhan, pelaksanaan program penyuluhan, dan mekanisme pelaksanaan penyuluhan pertanian. Peran penyuluh mencakup pembimbing telah dijalankan dengan baik karena penyuluh memiliki pengetahuan yang mendalam, keterampilan praktis yang teruji, serta komitmen yang kuat dalam membimbing petani. Rencana pertemuan yang terstruktur dan materi penyuluhan yang relevan sudah diupayakan dengan baik. Kualitas penerapan Teknologi / Inovasi yang diajarkan kepada petani memiliki implikasi signifikan terhadap hasil akhir produksi pertanian, penyuluh sebagai organisator dan dinamisator dilakukan dengan cara memanfaatkan kelompok tani sebagai media komunikasi untuk menyampaikan hasil sosialisasi kepada Masyarakat, penyuluh sebagai jembatan penghubung dilakukan dengan menyampaikan hasil temuan dari Lembaga Penelitian kepada petani agar mereka dapat memperoleh informasi terbaru tentang inovasi di bidang pertanian, dan penyuluh sebagai teknisi dilakukan dengan memberikan pemahaman kepada petani tentang cara penggunaan alat-alat dan mesin-mesin pertanian modern. Meskipun peran ini telah dijalankan dengan baik, masih ada beberapa hal yang perlu diatasi untuk mencapai hasil yang lebih optimal.

Abstract

Problem based learning is a learning model that is currently widely used in all circles. such as teachers, lecturers and research students. For this reason, researchers chose problem-based learning as the topic of this meta research. There are several criteria for selecting articles, namely: Form of publication, location of research, time span of publication and available statistical information. Empirical data were obtained from published articles identified through computer literature searches using electronic databases such as ERIC https://eric.ed.gov/?journals), SAGE Publishing (https://us.sagepub.com/en-us/nam /journals), and Google Scholar (https://scholar.google.co.id/schhp?hl=id). In addition, manual searches were carried out through library sources. Of all the articles, there were 12 articles that met the predetermined criteria, then analysis was carried out using the website https://www.meta-mar.com/, to obtain a large combined effect size. The conclusion is that the use of the PBL model in mathematics learning is very strong and the use of the PBL model helps students in teaching to deepen PBL for learning purposes and PBL can also increase the effectiveness and influence of learning even better

Abstract

This study explores strategies to increase moderate religious literacy among urban millennials post-Covid-19 in the era of disruption. It focuses on the development of religious literacy skills and examines their contribution to the promotion of religious moderation. Using a phenomenological qualitative approach, data was collected through participant observation and independent interviews to ensure in-depth analysis. Data were processed through reduction, display, inference and verification, with validity tested through credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The findings highlight that strengthening religious literacy involves equipping millennials with the ability to understand and engage with religious issues through skills such as reflection, inquiry, empathy, critical analysis, synthesis and communication. This promotes an understanding of Islam as a religion of peace, tolerance and inclusiveness. Key contributions to religious moderation include: fostering critical thinking and adaptability in interpreting religious content; enhancing the ability to identify diverse beliefs and practices; and fostering a preventive attitude towards hate speech disguised as religious rhetoric.

Abstract

The objective of this article is to examine the strategies employed by the school to enhance its reputation and stimulate public interest. The responsibility for determining the most appropriate educational establishment for a child falls upon the prospective parents of students. It is reasonable to posit that quality schools, including those at the elementary level, will be in demand within the community. Furthermore, educational institutions that have a positive reputation and espouse values such as Islamic education, which offers a distinct advantage in terms of general and religious education curricula, are likely to be well-regarded. The implementation of an Islamic full-day school curriculum has been demonstrated to be an effective strategy for fostering a positive image of the school and attracting public interest. It is therefore of interest to examine the success of the primary school work.  This research employs a qualitative approach, specifically a case study, and data are collected directly from the natural setting. The findings indicate that the school undertook five initiatives to enhance its image: (1) promotion to increase awareness of the school and its offerings, (2) competitive advantage in service quality, (3) management of facilities and infrastructure, (4) management of teachers, and (5) curriculum development. These efforts have been effective in generating public interest in the school.

Abstract

Tata Nilai Agama Islam Mempunyai Sifat Hakiki yang datang dari Allah SWT, Sehingga kebenaranya diakui mutlak oleh para penganutnya. Yang membedakan pada aspek nilai-nilai ajaran Islam yang terbagi kedalam tiga macam hal, pertama nilai aqidah/keyakinan adalah mengajarkan manusia untuk percaya akan adanya Allah Yang Maha Esa dan Maha Kuasa serta menciptakan alam semesta ini, yang senantiasa mengawasi dan memperhitungkan segala perbuatan manusia di dunia, kedua nilai ibadah mengajarkan pada manusia agar dalam setiap perbuatanya senantiasa dilandasi hati dan niat yang ikhlas guna menciptakan ridho Allah, ketiga nilai akhlak mengajarkan kepada manusia untuk bersikap dan berperilaku yang baik seperti jujur, sikap rela berkorban, sopan, santun, tawakal, adil dan sabar. Peneliti tertarik melakukan penelitian ini karna walaupun background madrasah tapi latar belakang pendidikan setiap peserta didik berbeda-beda maka penanam nilai-nilai agama sangatlah lebih diprioritaskan dan peneleliti memfokuskan pada: bagaimana peran kepala Madrasah dalam penanaman nilai-nilai agama Islam pada peserta didik di Madrasah Aliyah 04 Kalirejo, dan faktor apa saja yang menjadi pendukung dan penghambat dalam penanaman nilai-nilai agama Islam pada peserta didik di Madrasah Aliyah 04 Kalirejo. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan penelitian studi kasus. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini dibagi menjadi dua yaitu data tertulis dan data yang tidak tertulis. Seluruh data di peroleh dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara menelaah seluruh data yang ada, reduksi data, pengecekan keabsahan data, ketekunan pengamatan dan triangulasi. Dari penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan diperoleh hasil penelitian yaitu, Peran kepala sekolah dalam penanaman nilai-nilai agama islam pada peserta didik di Madrasah Aliyah 04 Kalirejo, hal penting yang perlu di perhatikan ialah menumbuhkan dan melatih akidah, ibadah dan akhlaknya cara yang di terapkan oleh kepala Madrasah dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai agama Islam pada peserta didik adalah membina kedisiplinan di sekolah, memotivasi peserta didik, memberi ketauladanan kepada peserta didik, membuat program kegiatan di madrasah, melalui perantara guru. Faktor pendukung adanya fasilitas yang memadai dan adanya dukungan kerjasama anatara guru dan orang tua peserta didik, faktor Penghambat adalah berasal dari peserta didik sendiri dan perbedaan pemberian keteladanan pada peserta didik antara di sekolah dengan di rumah.

Abstract

The changing times that followed the development of technology made the education system management must be updated to suit the needs and conditions of the environment. In this article, we look for information about the education system in two different countries, namely Japan and Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to find out the integration between the two countries that have different education management systems. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method. In this research also, the research method is based on the philosophy of postpositivism, using natural conditions or objects. The instrument used to find out information on the education system in each school uses 10 questions and looks for curriculum information data in general in each country. The findings in this study found that, although the management of the education systems of the two countries was slightly different, Indonesian students could compete to continue their tertiary education to developed countries. Besides, the education system in Japan does not make students from Indonesia experience difficulties.

Abstract

Every life needs a very important role especially the role in education. Improving the quality of education can be pursued by the use of appropriate learning models so as to improve students' reasoning abilities. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the influence of Novick's learning model and the learning model that is centered on educators on students' mathematical reasoning abilities, Knowing the interaction between learning models and SAVI learning styles (Somatic, Auditory, Visualization, Intelectually) on mathematical reasoning abilities learners. This research uses the Quasy Experiment Design method. The results obtained from this study are that learning by using Novick's learning model is more effective against mathematical reasoning for students, there is no interaction between Novick's learning model and SAVI learning style on mathematical reasoning abilities.

Abstract

In order to lay the groundwork for religious moderation in Indonesia, this study uncovers the function and strategy of the Pesantren (Islamic Boarding School) in Indonesia. In terms of stigma, attitudes, and conduct, Pesantren's role is crucial in ending the chain of radical schools of thought. Pesantren, particularly salaf pesantren (traditional pesantren), are acknowledged as being among the oldest educational institutions that are rooted in local knowledge as well as the Indonesian culture. Pesantren Lirboyo Kediri is one of salaf pesantren that has scientifically constructed religious moderation from the past to the present. By using descriptive qualitative research approached institutionally normatively, data was collected through interviews and documentation. This research revealed that the construction of Islamic moderation which is built through the concept of an integrative curriculum at Pesantren Lirboyo Kediri is based on the salafiyah and ahlussunnah wa al-jamaah traditions. The curriculum in question is not only about presenting the material, but also learning methods and daily intra and extracurricular activities (adjustment, habituation, moderation). The dissemination of Islamic moderation at Pesantren Lirboyo Kediri is patterned on learning methods, student habituation and Islamic Boarding Schools activities such as bahtsul masail.

Abstract

XYZ Industry is a micro-enterprise engaged in bread production. However, defects such as burnt bread, irregular shapes, and inconsistent weights are still frequently found during production, which affects customer satisfaction and production efficiency. This study aims to analyze and optimize bread production quality using the Statistical Process Control (SPC) approach. The methodology includes data collection over 20 production days, analysis using Pareto diagrams, p control charts,  and R charts, and cause and effect diagrams. The findings indicate an average defect rate of 4.79%, with burnt bread being the most prevalent defect (30%). The p control chart identified several days with assignable variation, while the  and R charts revealed that the bread weight process was statistically in control. The main causes of defects were related to human factors, machine limitations, and the absence of standardized procedures. Recommendations include establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs), conducting operator training, and procuring supporting tools. The consistent application of SPC is expected to enhance both the quality and efficiency of production

Abstract

This study aims to analyze work time efficiency and evaluate employee performance in the skiving process at Juned Furniture Home Industry, Pasuruan. The method employed was work sampling, with a total of 54 observations conducted on employee work activities. The results show that 89% of the time was used productively, while the remaining 11% was classified as idle. Data adequacy and uniformity tests confirmed that the number of observations met the required statistical standards. Performance evaluation using the Westinghouse Performance Rating System yielded a correction factor of +0.18, resulting in a rating factor of 1.18. This indicates that the human resources involved in the skiving process demonstrated a good level of quantitative performance. Allowance time was calculated at 9.5% of total working hours, which remains within an acceptable range. The calculation of standard time and output revealed a productivity rate of 0.15 chair designs per hour. These findings are expected to serve as a practical reference for managerial decision-making regarding work efficiency and production capacity planning in small and medium-sized furniture industries.
