Abstract

Schools serve as providers of services to learners and the surrounding community, where the effectiveness and quality of these services shape user satisfaction. This study investigates the influence of educator expertise and administrative efficiency on parental satisfaction at SMAIT Thariq Bin Ziyad Bekasi. A quantitative research approach with descriptive and analytical designs was employed, involving 85 respondents selected using the Slovin formula. Data evaluation was performed through t-tests, F-tests, and determination coefficients via SPSS version 25.0. Results show that educator competence partially contributes positively and significantly to parental satisfaction, with an R² of 0.151 (15.1%), while administrative efficiency similarly exerts a significant positive partial effect with an R² of 0.135 (13.5%). When considered together, both competence and administrative efficiency have a meaningful positive impact on parental satisfaction (R² = 0.416 or 41.6%), leaving 58.4% of variation explained by other external factors. These findings highlight the necessity of enhancing both staff capabilities and administrative processes to maximize parental satisfaction.

Abstract

Fuel scarcity in Bengkulu Province has occurred in the last few days. In fact, prices at the retail level have soared to Rp30,000 per liter. This study aims to provide solutions to the fuel distribution problems in Bengkulu that have been explained previously and provide optimal solutions using the Analytical Network Process Method and the Cluster First Route Second (CFRS) Method. so that the determination of the closest route is Tank Truck 11 with the route Lubuklinggau Fuel Terminal - Gas Station 6 Bengkulu City - Lubuklinggau Fuel Terminal with a distance of 234 KM and the farthest route is Lubuklinggau Fuel Terminal - Gas Station 11 - Gas Station 3 - Lubuklinggau Fuel Terminal.

Abstract

Medical waste management is a major challenge in the health system, especially in ensuring cost efficiency while minimizing environmental impacts. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the application of reverse logistics and the cost efficiency of medical waste management in health clinics. The methodology used is a quantitative approach with a sample of 36 respondents involved in medical waste management. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Chi-Square test to evaluate the relationship between variables. The research results show a significant relationship between the implementation of reverse logistics and cost efficiency, where better implementation can substantially reduce operational expenditure. The conclusions of this research indicate that medical waste management through reverse logistics effectively increases cost efficiency, and supports environmental sustainability. The practical implications of these findings can be a reference for health clinic managers in designing more efficient waste management strategies.

Abstract

This study seeks to describe Islamic education learning strategies that are modern and based output. By carrying the principle out of the box, the Islamic schools Sekolah Mutiara in Bali can lift Islamic education as a role model in other schools, especially in combining general studies with religion. The significance of this study lies in the base of the quality of education (quality assurance) which drafted carefully, where the quality of the primary standard used to print generation (students). With the model of qualitative approach was descriptive documentation, then the data is taken based on observation and documentation, then after analysis of data obtained through triangulation technique several important findings. 1) Implementation of quality assurance in Islamic schools “Mutiara†School can be seen in three aspects. First, learning model. The model is applied to the school is the social internalization of Islam, where all of the subject matter infiltrated by Islamic values. Second, habituation, ie habituation speaking, how to behave and interact with others coupled with morals and character. Third, skill training, where learners are given targets following the needs of the times like making machines, robot or any other technological tool. 2) the integrated curriculum. The curriculum used is the 2013 curriculum combined with the Islamic curriculum (JSIT Indonesia). By combining both this curriculum, then the resulting output can be the generation that controls the common knowledge in all its aspects. 3) The competence of educators. By looking at the methods and curriculum that are taken, then educators must be qualified to master and understand all the sciences.

Abstract

Astract: Along with the development of the increasingly blind to the globlasasi that a lot of negatively affect the child. Beliefs that can stem this negative impact, therefore Islamic education is very necessary in this case. And the authors chose the letter Luqman verses 12-19 because in it is full of advice to build morals and increase faith in the child. The results showed that: (1) The concept of children's education. (2) The concept of children's education in the perspective of Qur'an letter Luqman verses 12-19 illustrates the emphasis of the material and methods of children's education. Educational materials that are taught include education of aqidah, shariah, and morals. The method used is with maw'idah (advice). (3) Actualization of the development of the concept of education of children in this era of globalization is to develop Islamic life-based curriculum life skill, Applying contextual approach of learning PAI on the aspect of faith, Implementing the integration of faith with science and technology. Abstrak: Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman yang semakin membabi buta kearah globlasasi yang banyak sekali berpengaruh negatif pada diri anak. Keimanan yang dapat membendung dampak negatif ini, Maka dari itu pendidikan Islam sangat diperlukan dalam kasus ini. Dan penulis memilih surat Luqman ayat 12-19 karena didalamnya sarat akan petuah untuk membangun akhlak serta meningkatkan keimanan terhadap diri anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Konsep pendidikan anak. (2) Konsep Pendidikan Anak dalam perspektif Al-Qur’an surat Luqman ayat 12-19 menggambarkan penekanan materi dan metode pendidikan anak. Materi pendidikan yang diajarkan meliputi pendidikan akidah, syariah, dan akhlak. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah dengan maw’idah (nasihat). (3) Aktualisasi pengembangan konsep pendidikan anak di era globalisasi ini adalah dengan melakukan pengembangan kurikulum agama Islam berbasis life skill, Melakukan pendekatan kontekstual pembelajaran PAI pada aspek keimanan, Menerapkan pengintegrasian iman dengan IPTEK.

Abstract

The aim of this article is to provide a comprehensive analysis in order to improve the Islamic religious character education approach, so that it is more relevant, interesting and effective for the current generation. Writing this article uses a descriptive method to describe a phenomenon regarding character education issues through the Pelita Ilmu approach which is elaborated in the form of definitions originating from factual events in the Indonesian education system. Pelita Ilmu plays an important role in forming superior individual character. Pelita Ilmu functions as a source of religious knowledge, forms ethical awareness, strengthens character, and builds a strong Islamic identity. The Essence of Islam, Pelita Ilmu does not inform about the goals and practices of religion, but rather aims to shape good behavior, moral attitudes, and positive contributions to society. In the context of Islamic religious education, Pelita Ilmu plays an important role in forming superior individual character. As a source of in-depth religious knowledge, Pelita Ilmu not only presents religious teachings, but also guides individuals in applying Islamic values ??in everyday life. These integrated values ??are embedded in character education which not only benefits individuals personally but also contributes to a better society, a healthy work environment, and a positive influence on future development. Abstract

The religion-based integrated curriculum model differs the curriculum system at Islamic boarding schools from other formal schools. Thus, the researchers conducted a case study to determine the Islamic integrated curriculum model at Islamic boarding schools in Blitar. The sample of this research was five leading Islamic boarding schools in Blitar. The data were collected through field observation and in-depth interviews with some informants, such as ustadz/ustadzah, santri, and santri’s guardians/parents. Then, it was analyzed using integrative and interactive techniques. It included data reduction, data display, and conclusion. This study found that the Islamic integrated curriculum system was applied by combining the national curriculum with the hidden curriculum compiled by each Islamic boarding school. It was adjusted to the Islamic boarding school’s vision, mission, and form. Applying the Islamic integrated curriculum model has effectively improved the santri’s religious character. Besides, the parent/guardian satisfaction index showed 89.6%. This research contributes to the Islamic integrated curriculum model into santri’s religious character in Blitar, East Java, Indonesia.

Abstract

Mastery of managerial skills, ability and orientation to plan, organize, communicate, motivate, direct and monitor continuously is an effort to improve the quality of schools to achieve student achievement, both academic and non-academic. There are several Islamic schools in Kediri which are proven to produce both academic and non-academic achievements which can be used as quality references for other schools. In this research, the managerial patterns of school principals will be studied in developing a quality culture in Islamic schools from three aspects of management; planning, implementation, and evaluation. This research uses a qualitative-descriptive method and a phenomenological-naturalistic approach. The results of the research show that school principals in building a quality culture of achieving schools are: 1). Planning: establishing a vision and mission as quality guidelines, commitment to implementing SNP standard schools, a comfortable school service process, improving school quality as a result of a sustainable program; 2). Implementation: implementing the national curriculum and typical of the institution, educators and education staff who have appropriate qualifications, graduates are equipped with skills, there is representative infrastructure, transparent education management, the school has very close relations with the community, there are special services and learning support facilities. 3). Evaluation: carry out a self-evaluation of school performance based on transparency, accountability, efficiency and effectiveness, prepare a report on the results of the school's self-evaluation, and develop a priority scale for follow-up activities and programs.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the response of farmers, and to analyze the correlation between selected characteristics of farmers and farmers' responses to the partnership system in broiler chicken farming businesses in East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. The study was conducted from April to July 2021 using a descriptive-correlational method. In this study, 30 plasma farmers were selected as respondent samples using proportional random sampling. Measurement of variables, both independent variables and dependent variables, was carried out using an ordinal scale and a scoring system. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and using the Spearman Rank correlation statistical test. The results of the study showed that farmers' responses to the partnership system in broiler chicken farming businesses generally included good or positive criteria, and the correlation between several selected characteristics and farmers' responses varied from weak to strong. Two characteristic variables that were strongly correlated with farmers' responses to the partnership system in broiler chicken farming businesses were education level (p <0.01) and partnership motivation (p, 0.05).
