Determination of the sampling technique using purposive sampling with a sample of 7 main participants and six triangulation participants. Data analysis in this study was carried out using the method of Colaizzi. The study resulted in 5 themes, namely, 1) changes in the function and management of the room, 2) anxiety, 3) adequate support, 4) limited facilities and infrastructure, and 5) hope that the pandemic will end soon. Based on the research results, the head of the room needs to understand and carry out management functions to support service in the inpatient room, which is his responsibility and expected to improve planning and human resources in the ward during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The high number of cervical cancer cases is still a big problem in Indonesia. Preventive measures that can be taken are early detection and vaccination against HPV (Human Papilloma Virus). However, the behavior of taking HPV vaccination is still low and is still influenced by several factors, according to the Health Belief Model theory, namely perception. This research is to identify and analyze perceptions using the Health Belief Model approach of HPV vaccination. The design used in this research is descriptive-analytical cross-sectional. The instrument used was a questionnaire about the mother's perception of the Health Belief Model with results reliability test 0.8614. Data were analyzed using SPSS with univariate and bivariate tests with Chi-Square. The components of the healing belief model that have a relationship with cervical cancer prevention behavior through HPV vaccination are perceived seriousness with p-value = 0.001 (p<0.05), perceived vulnerability with p-value = 0.001 (p<0.05), perceived benefits with p-value = 0.001 (p<0.05), perceived obstacles with p-value = 0.001 (p<0.05), and action to act with p-value = 0.001 (p<0.05). Maternal perceptions about the seriousness, susceptibility, benefits, barriers, and actions have a significant relationship with mother’s prevention behavior regarding HPV vaccination.

Abstract

The Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR), which is calculated per 100,000 births in Indonesia, still shows a slow decline. Some of the causes of maternal death are due to complications that can arise through pregnancy alarms. The purpose of this study was to determine the mother's knowledge in recognizing the danger signs of pregnancy. This research is a cross-sectional type of descriptive analysis to see a description of the knowledge of pregnant women in recognizing the danger signs of pregnancy and the factors that influence them. This study used consecutive sampling technique. The sample consisted of 80 pregnant women who performed antenatal care at Puskesmas II Denpasar Selatan. The results showed that most (81.3%) pregnant women had less knowledge in recognizing the danger signs of pregnancy. The results also stated that there was no significant relationship between age, gravida and occupational status with the level of knowledge of pregnant women in recognizing danger signs of pregnancy.
