Abstract

Patient satisfaction during hospitalization is still in low category. The low patient satisfaction isinfluenced by several factors, one of which is the scheduling of nurse service. This study wasmade to know the correlation between scheduling of nurse service and patient satisfication levelat RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin hospital. This research used correlation design with cross sectionalapproach and accidental sampling technique. Research respondents amounted to 92 people.December 2017 research period and measuring instruments used in the form of questionnaires.The result of the analysis shows that there is a positive relationship between scheduling of nursesservice that is perceived by patient with patient satisfaction level in ward of RSUD UlinBanjarmasin. (P Value = 0,000 <0.05). Suggestion of this research is expected to head of roomand nurse to cooperate in determining good service scheduling with manager direction for thecreation of optimal service for patient satisfaction.

Abstract

The incidence of mortality in ICU was still very high. Critical Patients in ICU required a complexcare. Conditions of complex care required the trained and competent nurses but deployment ofpersonnel was still a constraint. The Utilization of tele-ICU have an chance to reduce mortality inpatients. The purpose of this paper is to guide the use of Tele-ICU. The method used is literaturereview. Literature used from 2010 - 2017 such as journal and article. Tele-ICU is a technologyfacility that Provides long-range interactions by health workers to get the Data and conditions ofICU Patients Directly from the bedside. Communication in the tele-ICU is done through audioand video technology at the patient's bedside. Tele-ICU Provides a benefit to Patients, nurses anddoctors. Utilization of tele-ICU have a key role in optimizing the quality of nursing care receivedby Patients in accordance with the arrangements and the right destination. Utilization of teleICU needs the support of top managers. The managers must perform properly managementfunction to build a tele-ICU.

Abstract

Discharge planning is the interaction and collaboration among of health care workers, patients,and families together to provide and arrange the necessary continuity of patient care. During theimplementation of discharge planning, nurses play a role in education to the patient and familyfor prepare the return and the possible need for follow-up care at home. This study aimed todetermined the relationship of the educator nurse’s role with the implementation of dischargeplanning for patients in Tulip 1C RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin. The study design was observationalanalytic cross sectional using saturated sampling and the subjects were 29 respondents. The roleof a good educator were 17 people (59%) and the implementation of good discharge planningwere 18 people (62%). Data analysis using Chi Square test with the results obtained p = 0.002,which means p <0.05, so it can be concluded that there was a significant relationship between thenurse educator role with the implementation of discharge planning for patients in Tulip 1C RSUDUlin Banjarmasin.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The low quality of service so that the level of patient satisfaction has not met the minimum service criteria, namely 95% which is influenced by several factors so that the degree of satisfaction is still low.Objective: to find out the factors that influence the satisfaction level of swamp patients in hospitalMethods: This study uses a literature review, from two electronic databases; Google Scholar and Garuda in the period 2010-2020 found ten literatures that match keywords.Results: The results of data synthesis in 10 journal articles 5 journal articles stated that the level of patient satisfaction was low due to ineffective communication, 4 journal articles stated that the level of satisfaction was low because of the quality of service, and 1 journal article stated that the level of patient satisfaction was low due to official scheduling.Discussion: Patient satisfaction with the quality of service provided by nursing personnel to clients while receiving hospital care, services, and nursing care received by patients is a form of professional service that can increase inpatient satisfaction and improve the quality of health services. Abstract

Pendahuluan: Kepuasan kerja menjadi peran penting untuk mencegah kejenuhan dan mengurangi tekanan dalam bekerja. beban kerja perawat terjadi peningkatan dengan jumlah pasien yang kompleks dan banyak selama masa COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan beban kerja dan kepuasan perawat selama masa pandemic COVID-19 di RSD Idaman Kota Banjarbaru. Metode: Desain penelitian menggunakan cross sectional sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu perawat pelakasana di ruang rawat inap RSUD Idaman sebanya 112 orang melalui teknik sampling stratified random sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan November tahun 2021 di ruang rawat inap RSD Idaman Kota Banjarbaru. instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner beban kerja dan kepuasan perawat dengan menggunakan instrument Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) Instrumen ini memiliki nilai validitas 0,56-0,83 dan reliabilitas sebesar 0,91, untuk kuesioner beban kerja memiliki nilai validitas 0,40-0,83 dan reliabilitas sebesar 0,95. Hasil: Berdasarkan analisis data didapatkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara beban kerja dan kepuasan perawat dengan nilai p = 0,659 (p>0,05). Kesimpulan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan antara beban kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Hal ini disebabkan karena banyak faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan kerja perawat diantaranya yaitu penjadwalan dinas, motivasi kerja, dan dukungan sosial. Penelitian ini dapat dilakukan serupa untuk membuktikan bahwa tidak ada atau ada hubungan beban kerja dengan kepuasan perawat pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di berbagai tipe rumah sakit dan dengan sampel perawat serta metode yang berbeda.

Hospitals are obliged to fulfill the right of patients to obtain safety and security while in hospital care to avoid NearMiss (Near-injury Events /KNC) and Adversert Events (Unexpected Events / KTD). Abstract

Latar Belakang: Penyebab hipertensi yaitu gaya hidup kurang sehat. Gaya hidup kurang sehat seperti mengkonsumsi ikan asin faktor terjadinya hipertensi. Gaya hidup dimonitor dengan pemberian dukungan keluarga. Tujuan: Memberikan Askep intervensi dukungan keluarga klien hipertensi. Metode: Metode digunakan studi kasus Askep 1x sehari selama 6 hari melibatkan dukungan keluarga memperhatikan pola hidup. Hasil dan Pembahasan: Tekanan darah tertinggi sebelum intervensi 160/100 mmHg dan tekanan darah terendah intervensi 130/80 mmHg. Kesimpulan: Pemberian dukungan keluarga pada pasien hipertensi efektif dalam menurunkan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi.

Abstract

Background: Most people with hypertension are not aware of having hypertension or getting treatment. Hypertension that is nottreated properly can cause complications such as stroke, coronary heart disease, diabetes, kidney failure and blindness. Data fromthe UPT of the West Martapura Health Center in March 2022, hypertension was ranked first for non-communicable diseases. Oneof the non-pharmacological treatment therapies that can be used to reduce blood pressure in patients with hypertension is slowstroke back massage therapy. Purpose: To provide comprehensive nursing care with slow stroke back massage therapy to reduceblood pressure.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kejadian hipertensi di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan tertinggi yaitu 44,1%. Kabupaten Banjar menduduki peringkat kedua sebagai daerah hipertensi terbanyak di Kalsel. Terapi nonfarmakologi yang digunakan adalah rendam kaki air hangat dan relaksasi nafas dalam. Tujuan: Memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada Ny. A melalui terapi rendam kaki air hangat dan relaksasi nafas dalam. Metode: Studi kasus asuhan keperawatan yang dilakukan 1x sehari selama 7 hari dengan terapi rendam kaki air hangat dan relaksasi nafas dalam selama 15 menit. Hasil dan Pembahasan: Terjadi penurunan tekanan darah sebelum dan setelah diberikan intervensi. Kesimpulan: Pemberian terapi ini efektif dalam menurunkan tekanan darah pasien hipertensi.
