Abstract

Human resource development is needed to improve employee performance, especially at PT. Inti Dufree Promosindo. The purpose of this study to determine the effect partially and simultaneously compensation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Inti Dufree Promosindo in Denpasar. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Inti Dufree Promosindo in Denpasar as many as 86 people who are divided into 6 shop sections, namely Beauty, Boutique, Fashion Watch, Fine Watch, Food & Liqueur, and Destination. Determination of the sample using saturated sampling technique, where the entire population is sampled. After the instrument test and classical assumption test were carried out, data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis, determination, t test, and F test. The results of the analysis showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Inti Dufree Promosindo in Denpasar.

Abstract

BPKAD Denpasar City as a government agency is expected to give good performance considering its duties and functions related to the financial sector of the Denpasar City government. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect partially and simultaneously competence and job characteristics on employee performance at the Denpasar City BPKAD Office. The population in this study were all employees at the BPKAD office of Denpasar City as many as 98 employees, consisting of 62 non-PNS or contract employees and 36 PNS employees. Determination of the sample using saturated sampling technique, where the entire population is sampled. After the instrument test and classical assumption test were carried out, data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis, determination, t test, and F test. The results of the analysis showed that competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Competence and job characteristics simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the marketing strategy model of the Gunung Kawi Cliff Temple in Tampaksiring. The main target of tourism development must be to improve the welfare of the community, especially the people of Tampaksiring Gianyar. Respondents were 74 tourists. The research was conducted by sampling. This study uses descriptive analysis to determine inferential by evaluating the measurement model (outer model) and the structural model (structural model / inner model). The results show that the attributes of tourism objects have a positive and significant effect on the image, the promotion has a significant effect on the image, and individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on the image, but the image itself has a positive and significant influence on the decision of tourists to visit tourist objects. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and understand the relevance of Hindu leadership in the millennial era so that the millennial generation has the desire to study and deepen Hindu leadership so that it is implemented in managing an organization that can be aligned with advances in science and technology. The research method used in this study uses a library research method or approach. Literature study or literature can be interpreted as a series of activities related to methods of collecting library data, reading and taking notes and processing research materials. The conclusion is that the concept of Hindu leadership is still relevant to be applied in the current millennium, such as the leadership of Kautilya, Asta Brata, Krishna and Tri Hita Karana because it is universal and laden with moral values ​​so that it can become a leadership model in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji paradigma dan prinsip Ekonomi Kerthi Bali (EKB). Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan paradigma konstruktif intepretatif yaitu memandang kenyataan itu hasil konstruksi atau bentukan dari manusia itu sendiri Pengamatan realitas sosial berpusat pada subjek yang berarti bahwa ilmu pengetahuan bukan hanya hasil pengalaman, tetapi merupakan juga hasil konstruksi oleh pemikiran. Peneliti melakukan kajian mengenai prinsip Ekonomi Kerthi Bali melalui pendekatan unobtrusive research yaitu metode observasi yang tidak mengubah perilaku natural obyek dengan menganalisis isi dan fenomena yang dipaparkan pada buku ekonomi kerthi bali dan dikaitkan dengan Green Economy dan Caring Economy. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Ekonomi kerthi bali merupakan paradigma ekonomi baru dengan berlandaskan filosofi Sad Kerthi yaitu enam sumber utama kesejahteraan/kebahagiaan kehidupan manusia. Paradigma ini memiliki persamaan terkait dengan ekonomi berkelanjutan dalam konsep Green Economy dan Caring Economy. Terdapat perbedaan dalam Ekonomi Kerthi Bali terutama pada nilai kearifan lokal yang sangat kuat. Hal ini tidak terlepas dari sistem nilai dalam kebudayaan bali. Kuatnya keterkaitan dengan budaya dan nilai kearifan lokal memunculkan konsep niskala. Penerapan ekonomi kerthi bali dapat memberikan pengalaman sekala niskala sehingga mampu menjaga taksu dalam peradaban kehidupan manusia. Taksu ini dapat menjaga alam, budaya, manusia dalam mewujudkan kesejahteraan dan kebahagiaan.

Abstract

The Sari Kela Cempaka farmer group was formed as an alternative activity due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic which destroyed the tourism industry in Tampaksiring District. This farmer group was formed as a forum for approximately 20 honey bee farmers. This farmer group has a problem with the lack of facilities and infrastructure in developing this farmer group so that it can become a good center for kele honey bee farmers in Pejeng Kangin village. Lack of sufficient knowledge about good honey bee cultivation, and the arrangement of cultivation sites, including harvesting bee honey products and marketing the products that have been produced. Currently, everything is still done conventionally and still on a very small scale. The farmers who are members of this farmer group have realized the potential of the products they produce and their marketing potential is very good. Based on the partners' problems, community service activities were carried out in the form of 1) procurement of kele honey bee colonies and a Honey Refractometer to increase the quantity and quality of production of kele honey produced, 2) assistance in modern honey bee cultivation, 3) counseling on the use of social media in activities product marketing, 4) training in the preparation of simple financial reports. This community service activity has positive implications for partners so that they can improve their current entrepreneurial orientation through competitive advantage based on local resources.

Abstract

The institutional aspect emphasizes the order of moral values, patterns of human relations, and the regulations that apply in society. Organizational or institutional structure is defined as how a job has been divided, grouped or formally coordinated. Group dynamics as a method and process, is one of the management tools to produce optimal group collaboration, so that organizational management becomes more effective, efficient and productive. Group dynamics seeks to create situations in such a way that all group members feel actively involved in each stage of group development or growth, so that everyone feels part of the group and not a stranger. This community service activity is carried out in order to help the community, especially farmer groups, a combination of farmer groups and trading business groups in Sidan village, Gianyar to be able to understand more about the organization, institutional or organizational structure and group dynamics within the organization. After attending this training, it is hoped that these business groups will be better able to organize and manage their organizations and could manage the dynamics that occur in their organizations, so that they can be optimized to achieve their organizational goals.

Abstract

This research was used to determine the influence of work skills, rewards and Punishments both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Art Shop Akor Nature Bag in Kerobokan Badung. This research was conducted at the Art Shop Akor Nature Bag in Kerobokan Badung with the number of population and the research sample was an employee at the Art Shop Akor Nature Bag in Kerobokan Badung, which was as many as 40 people using saturated sampling. The analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient test, T test and F test. The results of the study found that 1) Job skills had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with β1 = 0.246 and thitung values = 3,793 > ttabel = 2,028. 2) Rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with β2 = 0.289 and thitung value = 2,214 > ttabel = 2,028. 3) Punishment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of β3 = 0.348 and a thitung value = 2.048 > ttabel = 2.028. 4) Job skills, rewards and Punishments have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with Ftabel = 2.84 < Fhicalc = 8,959. Advice given so that employees are able to better understand and master procedures that can be used to facilitate work, so as to improve employee performance.

Abstract

The Cendana Incense Business Group is located in Ped Nusa Penida Village and has been running for 3 years serving incense orders around Ped Nusa Penida Village. The sandalwood incense business group consists of 3 groups, each group consisting of 6 Ped Village residents who do not have a job. The production process of sandalwood incense is very smooth in fulfilling the orders it receives. In carrying out Hindu religious ceremonies in Bali, incense is a very important and necessary ceremonial tool. So, incense is one of the staple ingredients in religious ceremonies in Bali. Based on observations made in Nusa Penida District, so far, the people of Nusa Penida have ordered/purchased incense in mainland Klungkung both for direct use and for resale/marketing. This is caused by ignorance of good and correct product marketing strategies. To help overcome these problems, this service activity will be more focused on providing product marketing assistance in an effort to increase opinion and training in the preparation of good and correct bookkeeping. The group that has been formed is expected to be able to produce incense in large quantities so that it is hoped that in the future the sandalwood incense business group will be able to meet market demand in Nusa Penida District. This service activity also provides marketing strategy assistance so that it is hoped that in the future it will be able to market incense products that produce very well through social media that are currently developing. The results achieved in this service are that the sandalwood incense business group has been able to produce incense in large quantities and from now on they have sufficient knowledge to market their products properly and immediately practice making good and correct simple corporate financial accounting reports. Assistance activities like this are still very much needed by these business groups. Evaluation of this activity will be carried out again after seeing the business development of these groups.

Abstract

is study was conducted to examine the influence of workplace spirituality on job satisfaction; workplace spirituality on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB); workplace spirituality on organizational commitment; job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior; organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior; and gender role as a moderating variable on the influence of job satisfaction, workplace spirituality, organizational commitment on OCB. The survey was performed in all public notary offices in Bangli Regency, with 76 permanent staff serving as respondents. The Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) strategy was utilized to analyze the data. Before the model is pronounced excellent, the results of the entire model assessment are based on the value of Q-Square Predictive Relevance (Q2), R-Square (R2) and Goodness of Fit (GoF). The test findings show that workplace spirituality (WPS) has a substantial beneficial impact on job satisfaction, indicating that the hypothesis is correct. The hypothesis is accepted because the test findings show that workplace spirituality (WPS) positively influences organizational citizenship behavior. The test findings show that workplace spirituality (WPS) has a substantial favorable influence on organizational commitment, indicating that the hypothesis is correct. The hypothesis is rejected because the test findings show that job satisfaction (JS) has no influence on OCB. The hypothesis is accepted because the test findings show that employee organizational commitment has a strong beneficial influence on organizational citizenship behavior. As a consequence of the hypothesis testing on gender as a moderator, it can be concluded that gender is not a moderator in the accepted model.
