Abstract

Penggunaan lahan dan transportasi memiliki hubungan yang saling berkaitan. Perubahan tata guna lahan membangkitkan pergerakan dari dan ke lahan tersebut. Pembangunan infrastruktur merupakan salah satu bentuk perubahan dalam penggunaan lahan. Bandara Dhoho merupakan bandara baru di Kabupaten Kediri yang memiliki luas 475 hektare. Tujuan penelitian ini agar bisa mengetahui adanya pengaruh operasional Bandara Dhoho terhadap perkembangan sistem transportasi menggunakan citra satelit Google Earth. Studi ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis spasial untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis perubahan tata guna lahan serta dampaknya terhadap sistem transportasi akibat operasional Bandara Dhoho. Data yang didapat dari citra satelit, pada tahun 2018 guna lahan di area pembangunan Bandara Dhoho merupakan lahan hijau. Menurut data BPS Kabupaten Kediri dari tahun 2018-2023 terdapat 395 hektar lahan pertanian di Kecamatan Banyakan, Tarakan, dan Grogol yang beralih fungsi, hal tersebut diakibatkan adanya pembangunan bandara dan perubahan kawasan di sekitarnya. PO Damri dan PO Harapan Jaya sebagai operator layanan menyediakan angkutan khusus yang melayani 2 rute yaitu Terminal Tulungagung dan Terminal Pare menuju Bandara Internasional Dhoho di Kabupaten kediri.

Abstract

The suboptimal performance of road segments is a major issue in the transportation system that causes congestion and a decrease in mobility efficiency. Kaliurang Road in Sleman Regency has poor road performance, resulting in disrupted inter-regional connectivity. Optimization of road segment performance is proposed through performance analysis and traffic engineering scenario simulation. PKJI 2023 is used to analyze performance and PTV Vissim 2025 is used for simulating the testing of 30 optimization scenarios. Data was collected through direct surveys and documentation from the Transportation Department. Simulation validation uses GEH for vehicle volume and MAPE for speed with an analysis of five variables (vehicle speed, travel time, vehicle density, occupancy rate, and relative delay). Scenario 30, with a combination of lane additions, road widening, removal of on-street parking, one-way systems, and vehicle type hour restrictions, resulted in the best optimization with an 11.57% increase in speed, a 30.93% reduction in travel time, a 67.74% reduction in density, a 64.76% reduction in occupancy rate, and a 92.66% reduction in relative delay. The optimization results can be used as a strategic step for stakeholders in formulating policies to improve road segment performance to support sustainable inter-regional connectivity.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam sektor transportasi publik merupakan elemen krusial dalam mewujudkan kota pintar (smart city), terutama melalui penerapan konsep smart mobility. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran digitalisasi layanan Surabaya Bus dalam mendukung sistem transportasi cerdas di Kota Surabaya, dengan pendekatan studi literatur (Systematic Literature Review) terhadap berbagai sumber ilmiah dan regulasi dalam lima tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi layanan, melalui aplikasi GOBIS dan sistem pembayaran inovatif berbasis botol plastik, berkontribusi pada peningkatan efisiensi layanan, keterjangkauan akses, pelestarian lingkungan, serta partisipasi masyarakat. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan armada, ketidakefisienan pengelolaan sampah, dan fitur aplikasi yang belum optimal. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan jumlah armada, pengembangan teknologi informasi layanan, serta sinergi dengan stakeholder lingkungan guna mendukung implementasi smart mobility secara berkelanjutan di Surabaya.

Abstract

The development of digital technology in the transportation sector has led to the emergence of online transportation services with the application of dynamic pricing based on Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). This study aims to analyze the influence of perceptions toward dynamic pricing and ITS on users' preferences in choosing online transportation modes. The method used is quantitative descriptive, with a questionnaire distributed to 81 PKTJ Tegal students as the sample, selected through purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics via SPSS to identify trends in respondents' perceptions and preferences. Results indicate that perceptions of ITS have a high average score (4.04), followed by preferences for using online transportation modes (3.97), and perceptions of dynamic pricing (3.62). These findings indicate that fares are fluctuating, and users' trust in the efficiency and fairness of the ITS system remains high for online transportation services. This study contributes to providing an empirical overview of the importance of ITS in improving service quality and user preferences, as well as offering recommendations for the broader development of ITS-based transportation systems, particularly in developing cities like Tegal

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis potensi penerapan Nusantara Ultra Low Emission Zone Program (NUEZPRO) sebagai model kebijakan Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) dalam mendukung pembangunan kota berkelanjutan di Indonesia. Melalui metode literature review terhadap 10 jurnal terpilih, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan ULEZ telah terbukti efektif di berbagai kota global dalam mengurangi polusi udara (misalnya, penurunan NO₂ hingga 20% dan PM2.5 hingga 15% di London) serta meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat. Namun, implementasi di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur transportasi umum dan preferensi budaya terhadap kendaraan pribadi. Studi ini merekomendasikan pendekatan bertahap, kolaborasi multisektor, dan integrasi dengan konsep 15-minute city untuk memastikan keberhasilan NUEZPRO. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan kebijakan transportasi berkelanjutan di Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) dan kota-kota besar lainnya di Indonesia.

Abstract

The presence of the Mandalika Tourism Area has become one of the driving factors for the selection of Mataram City, North Lombok Regency, East Lombok Regency, West Lombok Regency, and Central Lombok Regency as cities/regencies participating in the "100 Smart City Movement" program. The arrival of tourists in the circuit needs to be seen as a potential for the surrounding areas to accelerate development in various sectors, including transportation. This research is conducted to analyze the readiness of implementing smart mobility in the 5 areas around the Mandalika Tourism Area as one aspect in realizing a smart city, as well as the challenges faced in implementing smart mobility. In this study, a deductive approach through literature surveys and questionnaire distribution, as well as a qualitative descriptive approach through Forum Group Discussion (FGD) with related government agencies (OPD), are used. The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method is used to obtain parameters for public satisfaction with public transportation services. From the analysis results, all areas are still classified as conditionally ready, but there are still several aspects of smart mobility that need to be fulfilled and improved.

Abstract

The development of mobility in Banyumas Regency shows its own challenges in the effort to build an efficient and environmentally friendly transportation system. The high dependence of people on private vehicles has an impact on increasing congestion and decreasing air quality. As a response to these conditions, Trans Banyumas is present as a public transportation service based on smart mobility with the support of digital technology and a cashless payment system. This study was conducted to evaluate the parameters of user satisfaction with Trans Banyumas services. Data collection was conducted by survey using a questionnaire covering four aspects of service, namely accessibility, information technology, security, and sustainability. The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method was used to determine the extent to which services have met user expectations. Of the 100 respondents involved, a CSI value of 78.34% was obtained, which means that in general users feel satisfied with the Trans Banyumas service. This finding indicates that the implementation of smart mobility in Trans Banyumas has been running quite well. However, strengthening is still needed in several aspects, such as the accuracy of arrival time information and expansion of service coverage.

Abstract

In the digital era, advancements in transportation services are increasing, including the presence of online motorcycle taxis such as Grab as a form of technological innovation. One of the services that is growing rapidly in Indonesia is Grab. This study aims to assess the level of satisfaction of Grab application users in the Tegal City Station area. The approach applied in this study is quantitative, with the Naive Bayes algorithm used as the data analysis technique. Naive Bayes is a classification method based on the principles of probability and statistics, which is effective in processing text data. Data were collected through the distribution of online questionnaires to 98 respondents who are active users of the online motorcycle taxi application (Grab) at Tegal City Station. The variables measured include perceived usefulness (Perceived Usefulness), perceived ease of use (Perceived Ease of Use), and user satisfaction level. The results of this study indicate that the majority of respondents are satisfied with Grab services, especially in terms of the application's ease of use. Thus, it can be concluded that the Grab application is able to provide a positive experience for users at Tegal City Station.

Abstract

The advancement of the smart city concept in Indonesia has driven numerous regions to explore smart mobility as a practical response to urban transportation challenges. Smart mobility is regarded as a strategic solution due to its potential to develop transportation systems that are integrated, efficient, eco-friendly, and technology-oriented. This research aims to assess both the readiness and implementation of smart mobility across various cities and districts in Indonesia. Utilizing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with the PRISMA framework, the study analyzes 13 selected articles that fulfill predefined inclusion criteria. The review uncovers disparities in regional preparedness; Jakarta is considered highly ready, Mandalika falls into the conditional readiness category, while Batam remains in the early development stage. Implementation strategies also differ, with Jakarta applying a comprehensive model and Bandung adopting a more fragmented approach. Key enablers include the presence of physical and digital infrastructure, regulatory frameworks, quality transportation services, capable human resources, sufficient funding, and public awareness. On the other hand, notable challenges include financial constraints, infrastructure damage, limited coordination between institutions, low digital literacy, technical failures, and the absence of standardized regulations. Consequently, fostering collaboration among stakeholders, enhancing local capabilities, and ensuring continuous monitoring are essential steps toward achieving inclusive and sustainable smart mobility implementation in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract This study examines the factors influencing the preferences of students at the Politeknik Keselamatan Transportasi Jalan (PKTJ) in choosing ride-hailing services in Tegal City. Data were collected through an online survey using a Likert-scale questionnaire consisting of 24 items and analyzed using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA). The EFA was conducted to group the items into six main components: Application Accessibility, Brand Loyalty and Preference, Driver Service Quality, Price and Promotions, Safety and Comfort, and Service Timeliness and Speed. The Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) test result of 0.670 and Bartlett’s Test (p < 0.001) confirmed that the data were suitable for extraction into six main factors, which cumulatively explained 54% of the total variance. Factor extraction was based on the criterion of eigenvalues greater than 1. The most dominant factor was Brand Loyalty and Preference (highest eigenvalue ≈ 2.78), indicating that prior positive experiences and brand image are key determinants in service selection. Other factors, such as driver quality, safety, and ease of access, also played a significant role in shaping user preferences. These findings suggest that students’ decisions are driven not only by rational considerations such as price and time but also by emotional and psychological aspects such as loyalty to digital brands. This study offers strategic recommendations for ride-hailing service providers to holistically manage service aspects from promotions and app design to driver training in order to win over discerning young consumers. Abstrak Penelitian ini menelaah faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi preferensi mahasiswa Politeknik Keselamatan Transportasi Jalan (PKTJ) dalam memilih layanan ride hailing di Kota Tegal. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei daring menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert dengan total 24 item, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA). EFA dilakukan untuk mengelompokkan item ke dalam enam komponen utama, yaitu Loyalitas dan Preferensi Merek, Kualitas Layanan Pengemudi, Keamanan dan Kenyamanan, Kemudahan Akses Aplikasi, Harga dan Promo, dan Waktu dan Kecepatan Layanan. Hasil uji KMO sebesar 0,670 dan Bartlett’s Test (p < 0,001) memastikan data layak untuk diekstraksi menjadi enam faktor utama yang secara kumulatif menjelaskan 54 % total varians. Pengambilan faktor didasarkan pada kriteria eigenvalue > 1. Faktor yang paling dominan adalah Loyalitas dan Preferensi Merek (eigenvalue tertinggi ≈ 2,78), menandakan bahwa pengalaman positif sebelumnya dan citra merek menjadi penentu utama dalam pemilihan layanan. Faktor lainnya seperti kualitas pengemudi, keamanan, dan kemudahan akses juga berperan signifikan dalam membentuk preferensi pengguna. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa keputusan mahasiswa tidak hanya didorong oleh pertimbangan rasional seperti harga dan waktu, tetapi juga aspek emosional dan psikologis seperti loyalitas terhadap merek digital. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis kepada penyedia layanan ride hailing untuk mengelola aspek layanan secara holistic dari promo dan aplikasi hingga pelatihan pengemudi untuk memenangkan preferensi konsumen muda yang kritis.
