Abstract

This research focuses on the management of Islamic boarding school education implemented by the leadership and administrators of Manbaul Chikmah Kauman Sapuran Wonosobo. It aims to explore how educational management in Islamic boarding schools contributes to the development of students' entrepreneurial skills, including aspects of curriculum design, instructional strategies, and institutional initiatives. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, utilizing a case study design at Manbaul Chikmah Islamic Boarding School. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The information was processed through data collection, reduction, presentation, verification, and case analysis. Data credibility was ensured by reference checks, while dependability and confirmability were achieved through supervisory audits. The findings reveal that effective educational management fosters positive institutional change. Improvements occur through structured planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. These management practices are reflected in a responsive curriculum and learning model that align with students' real-world needs. Life skills development—comprising both soft and hard skills—is facilitated through extracurricular programs and entrepreneurship seminars. Activities include public speaking training (khitobah), recitation (tilawah), sewing workshops, and computer networking classes. As a result, students are able to apply these skills in real-world settings within the pesantren environment. Practical implementations include running a student cooperative, managing an Islamic bookstore, participating in a Hajj and Umrah bureau, and operating a tent rental business.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the internalization of the values of mujahadah in reading selected surahs in the formation of the Qur'anic character of students at the Asy-Syujaa'iyyah Wonosobo Islamic Boarding School: A Study of the Living Qur'an. This field research is a qualitative research method using a phenomenological approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, which were then analyzed qualitatively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and verification/conclusion drawing. The findings confirm that the values embodied in the mujahadah (recitation of selected surahs) include educational values, the values of monotheism, and the values of 'ubudiyah (obedience). Mujahadah encourages students to internalize these values and implement them diligently in their daily Quran-based activities. This spirit is not only about understanding Quranic character concepts, but also about direct experience in creating a positive impact in the community. This research provides new insights into the students' commitment to self-control in relation to the values of a religious ritual and the promotion of spiritual well-being through the practice of Quranic mujahadah.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the learning process of reading the Qur'an at MI Islamiyah Jolontoro and MI Ma'arif Bendosari in Sapuran. The objectives of this research are: (1) to explore the Qur'an reading instruction using the Yanbu'a method at MI Islamiyah Jolontoro; (2) to describe the Qur'an reading instruction using the Iqro' method at MI Ma'arif Bendosari; and (3) to analyze and compare the implementation of the Yanbu'a and Iqro' methods at both institutions. This research employed a qualitative approach with a multi-case study design, conducted at MI Islamiyah Jolontoro and MI Ma'arif Bendosari. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis involved several stages, including data collection, data reduction, drawing conclusions, and cross-site analysis. The validity of the data was ensured through technical triangulation and source triangulation. The findings reveal that: (1) At MI Islamiyah Jolontoro, the Yanbu'a method is implemented through a structured process consisting of planning, implementation, and evaluation. Special attention is given to lower-grade students who have not yet mastered Qur'anic reading. The use of visual aids significantly enhances students’ comprehension. (2) At MI Ma'arif Bendosari, the Qur'anic reading is conducted using the Iqro' method, which also follows the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation. The teachers are classroom teachers rather than external Qur'an instructors. This learning takes place at the end of the school day, where students take turns reading aloud and are assessed directly by their teacher. (3) The most significant differences between the two institutions include the choice of method, the timing of the instruction, the selection of instructors, and the use of visual aids. MI Islamiyah also incorporates tawasul (a form of spiritual dedication) to the book’s author. Despite these differences, both methods apply the CBSA approach (Cara Belajar Siswa Aktif or Active Student Learning), which emphasizes physical, mental, intellectual, and emotional engagement in learning. Both institutions also employ the sorogan technique during implementation and use Qur’an control books for assessment.

Abstract

Pola asuh anak dalam Islam memegang peranan sangat penting dalam membentuk karakter, akhlak,dan kepribadian sejak usia dini. Ibnu Qayyim Al-Jauziyyah seorang ulama besar abad ke-8 H,memberikan perhatian khusus terhadap pendidikan anak melalui karyanya, terutama dalam kitab Tuhfatul Maudud bi Ahkamil Maulud. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola asuh anak dalam pandangan Ibnu QOyyim Al-Jauziyyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi pustaka guna menggali konsep pola asuh anak menurut Ibnu Qoyyim. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan anak menurut Ibnu Qayyim dimulai bahkan sejak sebelum kelahiran melalui pemilihan pasangan yang baik, dilanjutkan dengan pendekatan spiritual seperti pembiasaan ibadah, doa, serta keteladanan yang konsisten. Ia juga menekankan pentingnya keseimbangan antara kasih sayang dan ketegasan, memahami potensi unik setiap anak, serta menjadikan doa dan keihklasan sebagai elemen utama dalam pengasuhan. Konsep ini relevan untuk diterapkan dalam konteks pendidikan moden karena menyentuk aspek fisik, emosional, moral, dan spiritual anak secara menyeluruh

Abstract

Urgensi penelitian ini terletak pada kebutuhan untuk menghadirkan strategi pembelajaran yang benar-benar memperhatikan keunikan peserta didik secara menyeluruh, baik dari aspek kepribadian maupun cara mereka membentuk dan mengonstruksi pengetahuan. Dalam konteks Kurikulum Merdeka yang menekankan diferensiasi dan personalisasi, pendekatan seragam yang masih mendominasi praktik pembelajaran saat ini dinilai kurang relevan dan berisiko mengabaikan potensi individu siswa. Artikel ini menyajikan kajian konseptual mengenai integrasi pendekatan epistemologis dan tipe kepribadian MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) dalam strategi pembelajaran berbasis keunikan individu. MBTI berfungsi untuk memetakan karakter kepribadian siswa, sedangkan epistemologi membantu memahami cara siswa memperoleh, membentuk, dan mengonstruksi pengetahuan. Dengan menggabungkan keduanya, guru dapat merancang strategi pembelajaran yang lebih personal, reflektif, dan adaptif terhadap kebutuhan kognitif dan afektif siswa. Kajian ini menjelaskan hubungan antara dimensi MBTI dan kecenderungan epistemologis, serta menawarkan model strategi pembelajaran yang relevan bagi berbagai tipe kepribadian. Selain menyoroti peluang implementasi di Indonesia, artikel ini juga membahas tantangan seperti keterbatasan pemahaman guru, dukungan kebijakan, dan kesiapan sistem pendidikan. Kajian ini diakhiri dengan rekomendasi penerapan strategi pada pembelajaran formal maupun privat, serta membuka peluang untuk penelitian lapangan di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Analisis memutuskan mengetahui metodologi mempelajari Taisirul khollaq. pembelajaran kitab tersebut, untuk mengetahui apakah pembelajaran kitab tersebut dapat mempengaruhi kepada karakter santri di Pondok tersebut. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dalam pengumpulan data, yang meliputi : konsultasi, pengamatan data, penarikan kesimpulan. penerapan metode pembelajaran kitab tersebut dapat meningkatkan akhlak santri di pondok pesantren Nurul qur’an terhadap guru, terhadap orang tua atau yang lebih tua, dan terhadap teman-temanya. Manfaatnya mengkaji dari kitab ini adalah untuk bisa menerapkan akhlak seorang santri yang terdapat pada kitab tersebut.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of Ponakawan philosophy into early childhood education curricula. The research addresses a critical gap in the literature, where traditional Javanese philosophical concepts have not been systematically examined for their pedagogical value in modern educational settings. By analyzing 36 sources of literature using a qualitative interpretive approach, this study provides a philosophical and educational perspective on how Ponakawan values can contribute to character development in young learners. The methodology involves a systematic literature review combined with a thematic analysis to synthesize key philosophical principles and their potential applications in early childhood education. The findings highlight that Ponakawan philosophy, emphasizing wisdom, humility, and social harmony, aligns with contemporary educational frameworks that promote holistic child development. However, the study also identifies challenges in adapting traditional wisdom into structured curricula. This research contributes to the field by bridging indigenous knowledge with contemporary pedagogy, offering practical insights for curriculum developers and educators. The study's implications suggest that integrating Ponakawan philosophy into PAUD curricula can enrich children's moral and social development. Future research should explore empirical applications and the effectiveness of this approach in diverse educational contexts.

Abstract

Pendidikan harus diberikan sejak dini karena dengan pelatihan-pelatihan sejak dini maka seseorang akan memahami sesuatu. Salah satunya adalah pendidikan cinta tanah air, pada era modern seperti ini perlu dikuatkan agar seseorang bisa mengetahui perjuangan dan asal muasal terdapatnya negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui wujud pendidikan cinta tanah air di Pondok Pesantren Ulumul Qur’an Al-Qindiliyah Kecamatan Mojotengah dan nilai-nilai yang didapat dari pendidikan cinta tanah air serta internalisasinya. Penelitian lapangan ini dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 3 kegiatan wujud dari pendidikan cinta tanah air di Pondok Pesantren Ulumul Qur’an Al-Qindiliyah Kecamatan Mojotengah yaitu pemilihan ketua pondok, peringatan kemerdekaan RI, dan upacara hari santri nasional. Nilai-nilai yang didapat yaitu santri akan memiliki rasa bangga dengan negaranya serta santri memiliki sikap demokrasi yang selalu mengedepankan nilai kejujuran dan keadilan tanpa sebuah paksaan.

Abstract

The dynamics of children's religiosity in the era of Society 5.0 and the challenges faced by the Islamic Religious Education (IRE) curriculum in responding to global changes and technological developments. Globalization and digitalization have influenced the understanding and practice of religion among the younger generation, marked by a shift in values and the emergence of hybrid spiritual identities. The IRE curriculum faces significant obstacles, such as low digital literacy among educators, infrastructure gaps, and a lack of contextual material. This study uses a library research method with a descriptive-critical approach to identify these challenges and offer strategic solutions. The results of the study show the importance of curriculum transformation through the integration of digital technology, strengthening teacher competencies, developing transformative learning models based on Islamic values, and instilling digital ethics and spirituality. Thus, the IRE curriculum is expected to produce a generation of Muslims who are adaptive, moderate, and moral in the midst of globalization and the digital era.
