Abstract

Pendahuluan : Bendungan ASI adalah keadaan di mana payudara terasan lebih penuh (tegang) dari nyeri sekitar hari ke 3 atau 4 sesudah melahirkan. Biasanya disebabkan oleh statis di vena dan pembuluh limfe, tanda bahwa ASI mulai banyak disekresi. Tujuan: Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Kondisi Puting, Posisi Menyusui dan Perawatan Payudara dengan kejadian bendungan ASI di PMB wilayah kerja Puskesmas Punti Kayu Palembang Tahun 2021. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis Penelitian desain crossectional. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Chi-Square.

Abstract

Child development develops so rapidly. Early childhood is a child who is experiencing early childhood, namely those aged between 2 to 6 years whose emotional abilities will be grown so that after adulthood they are more likely to have intelligence. This study aims to determine the relationship between Education, Parenting Patterns and Nutritional Status in Children with Language Development of Preschool Age Children in PAUD South Pemulutan Region, Ogan Ilir Regency in 2021. The design of this study was an analytical survey using a cross sectional research design. The population in this study were all parents who had children attending PAud Sungai Lebung Ulu 24 people, Paud Sungai Lebung 49 people and Paud Naikan Bakarg (NTB) 29 people, totaling 102 people and the number of samples was 50 respondents. The sampling technique used is Proportional Random Sampling by lottery. Data analysis used chi square statistical test with a value of 0.05. The results of the chi square test showed that there was a significant relationship between education, p value = 0.035, parenting patterns, p value = 0.002 and nutritional status = 0.004 with the language development of preschool-aged children. Midwives are expected to increase knowledge to parents about the development of preschool age children to further increase stimulation of children, especially to improve their language development.

Abstract

Hyperemesis gravidarum is excessive nausea and vomiting in pregnant women that is so severe that it interferes with work. This research was conducted at RSIA Amanna Baturaja which aims to determine the relationship of gravida, gestational interval and nutritional status to the incidence of Hyperemesis Gravidarum. The design of this study used a quantitative analytic survey method with a cross sectional approach. The population is all 1st trimester pregnant women who checked their pregnancy at RSIA Amanna Baturaja in 2020, which amounted to 232 respondents. Sampling using random sampling technique, the sample size is 70 respondents. Data analysis using the chi square test with a significance level of = 0.05. The results showed that there was a relationship between primigravida (p-value 0.017), gestational interval (p-value = 0.041), and nutritional status with the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum (p-value 0.040). This shows that there is a significant relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum. The conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between gravida, pregnancy distance and nutritional status with the incidence of Hyperemesis Gravidarum at Amanna Hospital in Baturaja, East Baturaja District, OKU Regency in 2020. The results of this study can be used as a reference to improve the quality of health services for pregnant women to prevent hyperemesis gravidarum.

Abstract

Anemia is a condition in which the body has too few red blood cells (erythrocytes), which red blood cells contain hemoglobin which functions to carry oxygen to all body tissues. During pregnancy the body will experience significant changes, the amount of blood in the body increases by about 20-30%, so it requires a supply of iron and vitamins to make hemoglobin (Hb) so that anemia does not occur. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Antenatal Care Visits Frequency, Fe Tablet Consumption Compliance, and nutritional status simultaneously with the incidence of Anemia in Third Trimester Pregnant Women at Kutaraya Health Center, Kota Kayuagung District, Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) Regency in 2021. This study used the type quantitative analytical survey research with a purpose sampling approach, this research was conducted at the Kutaraya Health Center, Kota Kayuagung District, Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) Regency with 82 respondents. The results of the chi-square statistical test for ANC visits obtained value = 0.009, variable compliance with FE tablet consumption obtained value = 0.043, nutritional status variable obtained value = 0.001 smaller than = 0.05 indicating there is a significant relationship between ANC visits, compliance with FE tablet consumption and nutritional status with the incidence of anemia in third trimester pregnant women at Kutaraya Health Center, Kota Kayuagung District, Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) Regency in 2021

Abstract

Premature Rapture of Membranes is the rupture of the fetal membranes before the onset of labor. Based on world health Organization, the incidence of premature rapture of membranes is around 5-10% among all births. 1% of PROM happened during preterm pregnancy and 22% happened during aterm pregnancy. Based on Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis Standars (INDS). In 2016, the incidence of PROM in Indonesian was around 4,5% to 7,6% among all pregnancies. This study was aimed to find out whether there was a simultaneous correlation between fetal position, multiple pregnancy and preeclampsia with the incidence of premature rapture ofmembranes among maternity mothers at Siti Khadijah Palembang Islamic Hospital year 2021. This study applied survey analytical design using cross sectional approach. The population of this study was taken from all maternity mothers at Siti Khadijah Palembang Islamic hospital year 2021 with a total of 132 mothers. The total samples were 57 respondents who were taken by applying systematic random sampling method. The data were collected by using checklist. These data were then analysed using univariate and bivariare analysis with chi square statistics. It could be conclude that there was a correlation between fetal position (p value = 0,026) multiple pregnancy (p value = 0,026), and preeclamsia (p value = 0,030) with the incidence of Premature Rapture of Membranes among maternity mothers. It is expected that the result of this study be able to be used as a description for the hospital in order to improve the health service especially when dealing with pregnant mothers who experienced premature rapture of membranes.

Abstract

Family Planning Program is a program that helps couples of childbearing age to avoid unwanted births, get desired births, regulate birth intervals and determine the number of children in the family through the use of contraceptives. This study aims to determine the relationship between age, perity, and level of educations on the use of long term contraceptive methods (MKJP) at Rumkitban Muara Enim in 2020. This research is a quantitative study using a cross sectional design with a sample size of 35 acceptors with a total sampling technique. Data collection was done by viewing and recording the data on Kb MKJP acceptors (IUD and Implan) in medical records, on variables of acceptors age, acceptors parity,and acceptors education level using a checklist designed by the research. This research was conducted at Rumkitban Muara Enim from July to august 2021. The data were analyzed using the fisher exact test. Based on the results of data analysis obtained at age p- value 0,004 < 0,05 with OR 10 means Ho is rejected, at parity p-value 0,033 < 0,05 with OR 5,4 means Ho is rejected and education level p-value is 0,015 < 0,05 with an OR of 7,1 means Ho is rejected. The resulst can be concluded that there is a relationship between age, parity and educations level in the use MKJP. These results can be use as a basis for information on promotif actions regarding the use of MKJP.

Abstract

Anxiety is a term that is very familiar with everyday life which describes a state of worry, anxiety, fear, accompanied by various physical complaints. Pregnant women are often filled with anxiety, especially for women who are pregnant for the first time, especially before the delivery process. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between age, frequency of ANC, and husband's support with the anxiety of third trimester primigravida pregnant women before delivery at PMB Greece Seberang Ulu I Palembang in 2021. The research design used an Analytical Survey with a Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study were primigravida third trimester pregnant women totaling 110 people. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by purposive sampling with a total sample of 52 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire sheet. The results of the chi square statistical test showed that there was a relationship between age, ANC frequency and husband's support and anxiety in third trimester primigravida pregnant women before delivery.

Abstract

Breadkground: Indonesia is a country with the fourth largest population in the world, so the government has launched the use of contraception. The most popular contraceptive is injection contraception by 34.3%. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between age, parity and education with the choice of 3-month injection KB in Banuayu Village, Lubuk Batang District, Ogan Ulu Regency in 2021. The research design was an analytical survey and a cross sectional approaches. The population in this study were all active family planning acceptors in Banuayu Village, Lubuk Batang District, OKU Regency and registered in the MCH/KB registration starting from January - July 2021 as many as 489 family planning acceptors who were still active and the number of samples was 83 respondents, 11 pill acceptors, 3 IUD acceptors, 12 natural family planning acceptors, 5 implant acceptors and 52 3 month family planning injection acceptors. The sampling technique used is systematic random sampling. The data collection tool is in the form of a check list. The data were processed univariately and bivariately by using the Chi-Square test with p value value (0.05). This research was conducted in August 2021. The results of the Chi Square statistical test stated that there was no significant relationship between age and the choice of 3-month injection KB with p-value = 0.756; there is no significant relationship between parity and the choice of 3-month injection KB with a p-value of 1,000; and there is a significant relationship between education and the choice of 3-month injection KB with a p-value of 0.004.

Abstract

Backkground: Based on data from the Ministry of Health 2020, the coverage of infants receiving exclusive breastfeeding in South Sumatra Province in 2019 was 57.79%. Based on data from the Banyuasin District Health Office in 2019, the coverage of infants receiving exclusive breastfeeding was 56.3%. Based on data from the Sukajadi Banyuasin Health Center in 2020, exclusive breastfeeding for breastfeeding mothers reached 64.6%. Nutritional status, sleep patterns, and breast care are factors that influence exclusive breastfeeding. This study aims to determine the relationship between nutritional status, sleep patterns, and maintenance of sleep patterns with exclusive breastfeeding at the Sukajadi Banyuasin Public Health Center. This research is a type of cross sectional research, namely research to study the correlation between factors by approach, observation or data collection with 30 respondents using accidental sampling technique. The independent variables used were nutritional status, sleep patterns, and breast care, while the dependent variable was exclusive breastfeeding. This study uses univariate and bivariate data analysis techniques. The results of this study obtained that the results of the Chi Square statistical test of nutritional status obtained p value = 0.026 (α < 0.05), the results of the Chi Square statistical test of sleep patterns obtained 0.030 (α < 0.05), the results of the Chi Square statistical test of breast care obtained p value = 0.022(α < 0.05). From the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between nutritional status, sleep patterns, and breast care with exclusive breastfeeding at Puskesmas Sukajadi Banyuasin.

Abstract

Background: Chronic energy deficiency is a condition where a pregnant woman suffers from a lack of food intake that lasts for a long time (chronic or chronic) which results in health problems, so that the increased nutritional needs during pregnancy cannot be met. The purpose of the study was to know the factors associated with the incidence of chronic energy deficiency in pregnant women in the work area of the Appeal Agung Inpatient Health Center in 2021. The research method was a quantitative research type of descriptive research using a cross sectional approach. using accidental sampling technique. The population in the study amounted to 245 people and the number of samples was 71 respondents. The results of the univariate analysis of respondents based on chronic energy deficiency were 48 people (67.6%), respondents based on economic status were 43 people (60.6%), respondents based on diet were 45 people (63.4%). Respondents based on knowledge amounted to 45 people (63.4%). The results ofthe bivariate analysis were a significant relation, honor between economic status with ap value of 0.000 <0.05, knowledge with ap value of 0.009 and eating patterns with ap value of 0.000 statistically proven. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between economic status, knowledge and eating patterns in the Working Area of the Great Appeal Inpatient Health Center in 2021. Suggestions for health workers Improve the quality of health services, especially services in antenatal care services. The need for counseling as often as possible about the nutrition of pregnant women to prevent chronic energy deficiency. Respondents based on diet were 45 people (63.4%).
