Abstract

The aim of this research is to look at the influence of Word of Mouth communication and social media promotion on the decision to choose Bank Syariah Indonesia savings products at the Sidoarjo Jenggolo branch. The quantitative research method is the questionnaire data collection technique. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis using the SPSS calculation application. The results of this research show that there is an influence of Word of Mouth communication and social media promotion in the decision to choose Bank Syariah Indonesia savings products at the Sidoarjo Branch with an R value of 0.932, which is included in the very strong influence category, and the contribution of these two variables is 86.6%. It is hoped that in this research BSI will improve good relationships with customers and for further research we can examine the role of public relations in improving BSI on social media.

Abstract

UMKM Bakso "Goyang Lidah" Krian menghadapi kendala dalam memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan penjualan, dengan pencapaian target hanya 60-70% dari 100 porsi per hari. Pendampingan media sosial dilakukan untuk meningkatkan eksposur digital melalui pembuatan akun media sosial (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, dan Twitter), pembuatan logo, foto produk, konten, dan rebranding kemasan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, diskusi, dan pelaksanaan program. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman pemilik UMKM tentang media sosial, penggunaan aplikasi editing, serta peningkatan jumlah pengikut dan jangkauan media sosial. Evaluasi menunjukkan respons positif konsumen dan peningkatan penjualan. Pendampingan ini berhasil membantu Bakso "Goyang Lidah" memperoleh keunggulan kompetitif di pasar kuliner local.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki persepsi pengguna BPJS Kesehatan terhadap kebijakan pembayaran tunggakan iuran. Meskipun jumlah peserta BPJS terus bertambah, banyak yang masih tidak menyadari kewajiban keanggotaan seumur hidup mereka, mencerminkan kesenjangan signifikan dalam komunikasi kebijakan dan pemahaman publik. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan sampling purposif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dari lima peserta di Desa Kejapanan, Kecamatan Gempol, Kabupaten Pasuruan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Temuan menunjukkan kurangnya kesadaran yang luas di antara pengguna tentang kebutuhan pembayaran iuran secara kontinu, yang diperparah oleh sosialisasi yang tidak memadai dan notifikasi yang kurang dari BPJS Kesehatan. Kesalahpahaman ini menyebabkan beberapa orang percaya bahwa mereka tidak perlu membayar iuran jika mereka tidak aktif menggunakan kartu BPJS mereka atau melaporkan ketidakmampuan untuk membayar untuk menghentikan keanggotaan mereka. Studi ini menekankan kebutuhan kritis untuk strategi komunikasi yang ditingkatkan untuk memastikan pengguna sepenuhnya informasi tentang tanggung jawab dan manfaat BPJS Kesehatan, menganjurkan upaya penjangkauan yang ditingkatkan untuk menjembatani kesenjangan informasi dan berpotensi meningkatkan kepatuhan dan kepuasan di antara peserta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti struktur jaringan komunikasi dalam Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) di Desa Pandean, dengan fokus pada identifikasi aktor kunci dan dinamika jaringan secara keseluruhan yang memfasilitasi pengembangan pariwisata desa. Meskipun potensi inisiatif pariwisata yang dipimpin oleh komunitas telah diakui, peran spesifik dan efektivitas jaringan komunikasi dalam konteks seperti ini masih kurang dieksplorasi. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis jaringan melalui aplikasi UCINET, penelitian ini memetakan aliran dan struktur komunikasi di antara anggota kelompok. Temuan mengungkapkan jaringan yang terdiri dari berbagai peran termasuk pemimpin opini, jembatan, penjaga gerbang, dan penghubung, dengan lima kelompok yang masing-masing berpusat pada pemimpin opini. Aktor yang paling berpengaruh, terutama pemimpin opini utama, memainkan peran penting dalam menggerakkan partisipasi komunitas dalam pengembangan pariwisata alam. Studi ini menyoroti pola adopsi yang tersegmentasi dalam komunitas, yang dikategorikan menjadi inovator, adopsi awal, mayoritas awal, dan mayoritas akhir. Wawasan ini menekankan pentingnya pengelolaan jaringan komunikasi strategis dalam meningkatkan inisiatif pariwisata yang dipimpin komunitas.

Abstract

Studi kualitatif ini mengamati penerimaan konten pendidikan politik di akun Instagram @ganjar_pranowo menggunakan Teori Resepsi Stuart Hall. Melalui wawancara dan analisis data, berbagai makna dari audiens berhasil diungkapkan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa latar belakang audiens memengaruhi interpretasi elemen-elemen pendidikan politik. Sementara satu informan bernegosiasi makna, mencari sumber tambahan, dua informan menunjukkan dominasi hegemoni, menganggap akun Instagram sebagai sumber utama pendidikan politik mereka. Implikasi menyiratkan perlunya pendekatan pendidikan politik yang beragam dan disesuaikan untuk melibatkan perspektif audiens yang beragam secara efektif.

Abstract

This research is an exploratory research that focuses on the marketing of goods and services traded online, or commonly called e-commerce. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Marketplace Acceptance and E- WOM on the Decision to Use the Zalora Application. The method used is quantitative with data collection through online questionnaires using Google Form. The number of respondents who filled out the questionnaire was 90 people. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed a coefficient value of 0.901 which is included in the very strong category, with an adjusted R Square value of 0.808 which means that the variability of the Decision to Use can be explained by the variables of Marketplace Acceptance and E-WOM by 80.8%. The conclusion of this study is that there is a partial or simultaneous. Highlights: Marketplace Acceptance and E-WOM explain 80.8% of Zalora app usage decisions. Strong correlation (coefficient 0.901) between variables and usage decision. Quantitative analysis based on 90 respondents using multiple linear regression. Abstract

Building a personal brand is crucial for enhancing one's visibility and establishing a good reputation. This study aims to identify the strategies employed by content creators in building Abe's personal brand on the TikTok social media platform. The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Data was collected using content analysis techniques on the TikTok account @abe_daily. The results of this study found that Benny has successfully built Abe's personal brand as a funny and active child while interacting with his followers. This also indicates that Benny, as Abe's father, has implemented good parenting practices, as demonstrated by Abe's development as a healthy and active toddler. Highlights: Benny successfully builds Abe's personal brand as a funny, active child. Content strategy focuses on interaction with followers to enhance engagement. Abstract

In today's era, adolescent character can be influenced by factors around them such as the surrounding environment, family and social media, namely Instagram. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of family communication, environment and Instagram media on juvenile delinquency behavior. The type of research used is quantitative. To determine the effect of family communication (X1), environment (X2), Instagram (X3) on juvenile delinquency behavior (Y). The sample used in this study was 100 adolescents. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. The results of the study indicate that hypothesis 1 is accepted, namely that there is an influence of family communication, environment and Instagram media partially and simultaneously on juvenile delinquency behavior. Based on the Adjusted R square calculation, the results obtained were 44.3% contribution from the variables of family communication (X1), environment (X2), Instagram (X3) to juvenile delinquency behavior (Y), and the correlation value between variable X and variable Y was 0.678, which means there is a strong correlation between the dependent and independent variables Highlights: Influence of Family Communication, Environment, and Instagram: These three factors affect juvenile delinquency behavior. Quantitative Study with 100 Adolescents: Using simple random sampling. 3% Contribution and Strong Correlation: These factors contribute 44.3% and have a 0.678 correlation with delinquent behavior. Abstract

Family communication is an important element in building harmonious relationships between family members. In the digital era, technology makes daily communication and interaction easier. This study aims to understand family communication in the digital era in Sidoarjo Regency, through interviews with five respondents from various backgrounds. The results of the study show that digital technology makes it easier for families to stay connected despite being apart. Respondents revealed great benefits in maintaining family relationships through text messages, video calls, and social media, as well as sharing life moments in real-time. Nonetheless, challenges such as technical issues and privacy concerns remain. It is important for families to maintain a balance between digital and face-to-face interactions to ensure that the quality of the relationship is maintained. Technology provides convenience, but direct interaction is still important in building strong emotional bonds. Highlights: Digital technology facilitates family communication despite physical distance. Benefits include real-time sharing and maintaining relationships through text, video, and social media. Abstract

New media is a form of communication and information technology development. New Media describes a communication process that can be accessed anywhere and at an unlimited time. New Media currently has a lot of effects, there are positive effects and negative effects, the positive effects that arise include efficiency in communication, ease of getting needs, and many more. In education, new media has also been used to help in the learning process. This study aims to describe how to utilize a new media in the learning process of high school students, one of which is using the Canva application and also knowing the satisfaction of using the Canva application. The method used in this study is a qualitative analysis using the application of the theory of uses and gratification which was conducted with questions and answers with several students of SMA Negeri 4 Sidoarjo from various specialization classes to find out how to use and apply the Canva application in the learning process. The results of this study showed that students felt helped and satisfied by using the Canva application because it made it easier for them to create materials or assignments and increased students' creativity. Highlights: Canva enhances creativity and eases assignment creation. Students find learning more engaging with visual tools. Qualitative study shows high satisfaction using Canva in class.
